KFC in Medway

More often than not one's order is missing items. This has happened more times with this store than I can remember. We normally order through Uber Eats but wont again.

I had placed a order through your application App Your manager said the application is not working in the branch and he’s unable to give us our paid food. This treatment is completely unacceptable and is called a theft. How’s that possible a establishment like yours stealing money from customers without any consequences with a rather rude attitude saying there’s nothing he can do. I also lost my £5 voucher, my money and I walked out hungry and robbed by your establishment Can you please explain to me what’s happening The place was a tip.

Always used to enjoy kfc, haven't had any for years. Tried this outlet today and very disapointed-no flavour to the chicken and chips were long soggy with sfins on-avoid!!!!

Visited the Gillingham KFC with my husband and grandson this evening. Joined the drive in que which didn’t move for 20 minutes. Unable to escape the que as cars joined behind us. We actually got to order our food ( 6 piece bucket) after a whole 35 minutes from when we joined the que. we noticed several families trying to get in to the restaurant however the door was locked with a note advising that due to unforeseen circumstances they were unable to let anyone in. When we finally got our order 45 minutes from when we joined the que ( no apology recieved for the wait) we found that our 6 piece bucket contained 5 pieces of chicken. We were not prepared to rejoin the drive in que which continued to have several cars already waiting and we were unable to go into the restaurant as the door was locked. By this time we were so hungry we just drove off to find the nearest lay by so that we could eat. The chicken was wet ( KFC chicken cooked correctly is never wet!) and the coating was extremely greasy so much so that none of us could eat it. We chucked it away and went and got McDonald’s. Will never go there again.

I am writing on here because kfc are impossible to get in touch with. Having ordered a meal via the Uber it app it arrive 10 mins later (well done uber) however the chips where stone cold and looked like they were cooked two days ago the chicken was also like warm and ended up being given to the dog. Sorry this is so negative but i am furious at spending hard earned money to receive a product at a cost only fit for a dog

We visited this branch on Sunday and it was one of the most stressful experiences for myself and my partner. Firstly we ordered at the counter only to realise after we placed the order that some other customers had been waiting 30mins for their food. Everyone that did get the food had an issue or 2 with missing items. We also had the fries missing x4 out of an order with x4 fries. I mean how does that happen? Observing the staff members frantically moving from one area to another with no actual work being done. One girl chatted with everyone for the whole 30mins and didn't fulfil a single order . One topic was what does lady laya from star wars wear? The drive through que was just as bad as the cars only moved a few spots by the time we came out. Instead the drive through order placers were joking and laughing amongst each other . There was no visible management and everyone looked school age and acted like it too. We saw 4 staff members on a break eating quite frankly one of each item of the menu. The food itself looked like it was backing up on the bypass and some of the items sat there for at least 20mins before being bagged and given to the rightful purchaser. Absolute joke of a place and definitely needs some new structure of staff members for future business. Which wont be from me.

Last 2 times I have ordered from here 1st time the order looked like it was chucked into the bag! Just ordered again today reluctantly and this time missing items! Will be giving up with kfc now!

Terrible I did not enjoy this much at all and made me very disappointed. Cold food and it was so slow to come

I ordered through Deliveroo and waited 2 and a half hours for the food it then said it had been delivered and it hadn't ,I had to drive to Gillingham to collect another one after spending £29.00 to be told "never mind" by a staff member ,they didn't care and the service was terrible ,spoke to Deliveroo who gave me s refunf

ordered kfc for 2 adults through uber eats some of order missing phoned Canterbury St who said refunds needed to be with uber when my money went into kfc pockets kfc should refund as they prepare the food etc not uber kfc need to either get a new manager in there or re train her as her customer relations leave a lot to be desired and the mouth was abhorrent to say the least

For the 3rd time in 4 weeks we have ordered £30+ menus using Just Eat and each time the quality of the cuts has been disgusting - every piece of chicken was either a leg or a thigh (35/35), despite that we add "NO THIGHS PLEASE" in the comments. The fillet burgers also came with mayo included when again we asked for it to be deleted - I am allergic to it. Tried to call the restaurant but no answer, Food was delivered stone cold - threw it in the bin.

Disgusting and vile s**mbags serving cold rancid food with warm cans of drink.cant even be bothered to stick in fridge to serve cold.check out the chicken drummer lol.does it look like that in there adds?NO!!should be ashamed of there selfs.

Ordered today for the first time and absolutely disgusted. Spent almost 30 pounds for half my order to be missing, chicken was so dry, gravy and chips were cold. I love kfc but I will not be ordering from you again ill go elsewhere.

We got a takeaway from here today, omg what a serious wate of 30 quid, the food was overcooked and very dry. Sorry Guys Never Again........

Ordered Kfc delivery for the 1st time and definitely my last!! not only was my order wrong I was disgusted and shocked to find a long hair in my chicken burger!!! never again will I be ordering from gillingham.

Ordered from kfc gillingham 2 days in a row 1st day ordered still water got sparkling which went in bin as don't drink very annoying as we specifically ordered still as at medway hospital there is limited places to get cold water when shops shut. 2nd of ordering store was able to get my drink selection right with still water but decided to not give me my chips that went with my meal..... try calling the store several times but no one wants to answer food was ok wings seemed old and dry normal chicken was ok tho. Think more time needed to ensure orders are complete and correct as i am now out of pocket for incorrect and missing food

I love KFC and this particular fast food restaurant has a great atmosphere with very friendly and attentive staff

Good quality fast food very reasonably priced. What made is so pleasant was the cheerful and smiley staff. met friends from around the area at a location convenient for us all. Comfortable seating. We are of an age when a bit baffled by computer ordering, not a problem for the smiley staff who talked us through and were helpful and patient.

So my day started wonderfully, everything was going good, I felt after a good day i’d end it with the film perfect dream ending with an amazing KFC. I entered, the smells of chicken filled my nostrils and my mouth begun to salivate, I walked to the counter and ordered a boneless banquet, with a mini fillet, perfect.It began when I opened the box to find my gravy was missing and I had beans. Now this was enough to fill me with rage as i’d Have no sauce to dip my succulent breast into. As I dig deeper I also then realised they’d missed out my dip which comes with the banquet. So not only was I missing gravy, I was missing a dip. Furious. I worked through the dry sauceless chicken to find the chips were stone cold. Not happy, day ruined and the week begins tomorrow. Feeling deflated, I’m not sure when i’ll Be returning to KFC. It’s gone downhill guys. Disappointment is only what you’ll find here.

Looks like lots of things changed. Great service, team nice and polite and food always good. It’s always a good choice to go there

Ordered here today for delivery there was a mistake with missing chips I phoned and this was sorted really fast, chips arrived in no time plus extra for the items for the children Thank you for sorting this so fast

Best KFC in Gillingham by a long shot, friendly staff, good food, will visit regularly. Only issue is parking is a pain.

I visited this branch mid afternoon the door was locked the manager wearing his own clothes and no gloves watched us stand outside of this restaurant for 20 minutes and did not inform me and my friend that they were closed. His colleague laughed at us as he rudely told us through the window that they were shut. I am incredibly disappointed and upset. I wish that the staff were more professional.

I’ve always liked this kfc as its local and the food is usually up to standard. The place is a bit small however, may be better to takeaway for busy periods

Iv used here for years ... service is generally slow , it had got better after the refurb but I personally notice both food and service and better/faster when one of the male managers (wearing black are working ) when the older woman wearing black is working I generally think they purposely burn the food and as it's guaranteed to be dry but when the male managers are there I have had a couple nice meals but still hit and miss . Staff re-tension needs improvement as always some one new on the tills

Colas a la carretera principal, que parecía muy peligroso como coches tratando de moverse desde todos los ángulos. Nos tomó unos 30 minutos para ir a través de drive thru. El personal era servicial pero ordenados que las bebidas grandes comidas no caben en el soporte de cartón que se cayó de como poniendo en coche. Seguían en la casa otoño viaje tan húmedo asientos. También equivocado hamburguesas y patatas fritas frías. Nada contenta me dan era un viernes pero mejoras necesarias tomar.

we use this as our nearest but it can get very very busy at peak times with lines out the door ! we have had to check our orders when using takeout often items missing but on the whole its good chicken

Staff has always been really friendly when ordering from here and the food is always cooked well and hot. Not a lot of seating if you're eating in but I aways prefered to take it away. Nie and clean resaurant too

We got get 5 for £3 boxes for kids totally worth it.staff very friendly.if youre in the area dont forget there is a burger king opening soon i heared.

The food served here is always to a very high standard. The cost is reasonable and there are several chooses to suit everyone.

This store is one of the busyer kfcs however it's not one of the best the drive threw at top of Gillingham is much better so I am told by numerous people ... However to rate this store the average wait time is between 5 min and 30 min on a busy Friday night the food quality is always better when the I'm assuming general manager is there middle aged 30 odd bloke black shirt gives it away ... But when he's not there it's just generally bad or just ok they also need to work on hygiene as touch there noses way to often .... stuff like that I have since stopped going to this store

Good place. Typical KFC food on offer which is a good standard. The seating area is nice and clean and staff are friendly

Always enjoy the chicken from this branch as skin nice and crispy and does the best thick gravy. Always super fast service.

Popped to KFC at lunchtime stood waiting to be served despite 6 staff behind the counter. Other staff screaming out the numbers for other waiting for their meals. Too many staff chatting and not enough serving. Not a good experience in a limited lunch time food was ok but won't hurry back sorry

Varies so much, depends on who is cooking. Chips was cold on our last visit and they was very busy so we thought it would be cooked well and be nice and hot but no we was wrong on that one.

No, I don't love dry chicken...or limp chips or flat coke. I also don't like to wait an age in a fast food joint while staff mop around my feet. It wasn't so terrible that I didn't eat the food but honestly it really didn't thrill me and there are so many good fried chicken places now that places like KFC need to up their game and maintain standards in all of their outlets.

We walked quite a distance, as there didn't seem to be much else to eat in the town. Nice large area with plenty of seats. Some of the tables needed cleaning, but the staff were polite and efficient. Lovely freshly cooked meal. We had been on the road since 7am, and it was 6.00pm so we were ready to eat.

Chicken horrible, chips cold and gravy yuk!! Kfc should keep an eye on some of their restaurants!!! The new drive thru about 2 miles away serve very nice chicken, surely all kfc should be the same or are they franchises?

The only problem I have with this restaurant is that as it is so popular there are occasions when you have to queue for a while to get served. Food is always good

I love eating at KFC and the food was good but I was waiting for about 10 minutes for a Mighty Bucket for One. In Chatham it literally takes a couple of minutes.
