Frankie & Benny's - Rochester in Medway

Two of us came in for coffee and dessert. I ordered an Americano and received what was clearly a cup of instant coffee. No explanation, apology or discount. When the card reader was presented to me, I had been overcharged by £30. We won't be back.

Great service and food comes out quick - Good food been here a fair few times and never had an issue with service or food. Would recommend

Have a great selection of foods on the lunch menu. Was served by Leah today and we didn’t feel like we was being rushed out which we appreciated. Thank you

Nice to see this restaurant busier than usual. Pasta dish was smaller than other portions I've had in other Frankie and Benny's but still tasted good. Chips were not as good quality as usual. But staff were welcoming and friendly! Would be amazing if Frankie and Benny's brought back it's vegan cookie dough, vegan carbonara and the awesome vegan chocomisu that we miss so much! :)

The launch of the new menu and it was dead with no atmosphere. The menu had little choice and the food and wine were poor, pasta was rubbery and the wine tasted like it had been watered down ( £20 per bottle) I was handed a review card at the end of the night and the waitress tried to talk me into leaving a positive review by advising she would take money off my bill if I did it there and then. We had wine so I get that my bill would have been more expensive than usual but £188 for three people is way over priced. We could have gone to a real Italian restaurant, or even London for that money. We wont be going back I'm afraid, it was poor.

Izzy was lovely, friendly and had a laugh with all at the table, she recommended items off the menu to help with selections the service was brilliant , the food was great, overall a great meal out

Lovely customer service, very helpful and friendly :) All food came out in a timely manner, didn’t enjoy the vegan hot dog but wasn’t anything to do with cooking or service, just didn’t like the flavours. I’d recommend the sausage man vegan hotdogs if you’re interested in good ones

Went here for a normal family out gathering, where the food was excellent and service was very friendly, fast and atmosphere was perfect. Would recommend 100%

Came in for lunch today and it was bloody fantastic. I always enjoy a Frankie and Benny’s and this was just as good as ever.

Do not use this restaurant, all members of our part fell ill with food poisoning approximately 3 hours after eating their, complained to restaurant three times ended up with head office, after filling out there forms and sending direct to them and tried to get a response two times, nobody give a dam from the actual restaurant to a so called manager at head office, poor customer service from start to finish, obviously food poisoning is not a problem for them. DO NOT USE THIS RESTAURANT YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!

Came for evening meal with my Parent's, 2 Younger Cousins, Nan, Step Grandad and Aunties, For my starter I had the chicken strips, they were nice, lemonade was very watery, for my main I was supposed to have the Vegan Margareta Pizza but the lady said they could only do a vegan pepperoni pizza and take the pepperoni off, when the pizza came out it was luke warm, sent it back to be reheated, then it came out black on the bottom, it was discussing, onion rings were ok, lush chocolate brownie with vegan choc chip ice cream, but the reason that the review is rated terrible is because, the music was BLASTING, a waiter miserable with us and laughing and joking with another table, half the food came out at different times, lights were switching on and off and the food looked horrible, My Step Grandad spoke to the Manager and they took my meal off the bill, I am really unhappy with my experience and will not be returning 1/10 experience

Really disappointed as food was not good value and really not alot of choice. Compared to other resturants not many vegan options at all. At least one vegan milkshake,but why only one flavour? Food was ok. Staff friendly though. Used to go and enjoy but won't be rushing back after this visit as better resturants

Family visit for a catch up and a bite to eat, my husband and myself are vegan, had a nice few choices for us, I didn’t fancy a meal as such, so went for the vegan garlic pizza bread with vegan cheese, and the loaded lava fries yum! Very tasty, husband went for the vegan dog, ( I don’t do fake meat) neither does he normally, but he gave the vegan dog a go, he said it was very tasty and he would definitely go for this option again, the lady that served us was lovely, all in all the quick visit was very nice experience, and will definitely return.

have always been a huge lover of F&Bs but OMG..... menu was ridiculously small atmosphere was zero music too modern and loud food ok ish staff and service were good but will not be going back.....well not to that one if i can find a traditional one ....yes

Totally abysmal experience of bad dated decor to cold food. Only 3 tables occupied and yet they still could not get it right, what a shambles!! For God sake, spend some money on refurbishment and decent staff!!!

Absolutely disgusting food was cold and chips looked like they had been cooked two days ago. Four chefs standing around not doing much and they can’t even produce a hot plate of food! My teenage some had the steak with about 10chips I’d give a baby more than that. Only good thing that arrived on my plate was the pattern painted on it. I will never go there again and never recommend it to anyone else! All fours of the chefs in there need to hang up their aprons and go do something they can actually do! Very very disappointed is an understatement

Lovely staff. Very friendly. Even replaced my meal when it turned up with fake squeezy cheese on it, for a meal with real cheese. The service was quick and pleasant. Btw if you don’t like squeezy american cheese then don’t order the hot dog

Table booked for 8 friends. Nice reception from staff great menu attentive staff great food. The pasta was to die for. Having said that so we’re the starters. Nice one

Absolutely fantastic trip out. The food was delicious and despite to the restaurant being packed , with almost every table being booked as it's Halloween. Kinga was charming, attentive and always had a smile and reassured us that despite the appearance of the restaurant no task was too big for her to do. The new items on the menu were extraordinary as well, with the Mac and cheese bites having to the perfect balance between hot and cool notes and the chilies on the dirty dog really pack a punch! The staff were dressed up to or Halloween was a lovely touch as well. Last time a lovely lady named Maria made our experience the absolute best so I knew I was going to have a great time but last night the service was above and beyond and overall a lovely end to the half term!11/10

I have avoided F&Bs for years now because it went very downhill. But after visiting a neighbouring restaurant that was closed we had limited options and it was this or go hungry. Thank goodness for we went! We had fantastic service and food from Marie and as a result went back today. I’m on a health kick and wanted something that wasn’t fried. So swapped the chips for veg and salad. OMG Aiden whipped up the most delicious main I’ve had in who knows how long. Marie was there again today with her 5 star service and warm welcome. Well done F&Bs. You’re smashing it.

Used to like frankie and bennies but haven't eaten there for a few years.Food arrived within minutes of ordering which was suspicious. Burger and fries, 2x chicken/bbq pizzas and chicken carbonara. Very poor quality processed chicken on the dishes and the carbonara/burger tastes like cheap microwave food. This it probably was considering how quick it was served. This just is not good enough quality for dishes that are £12-14 for a mains, the quality is better in wetherspoons and u get a pint with it for 2 thirds of the price. Rochester restaurant is very run down, the service was good though. Will not go back again.

We ordered from here, we did not dine in. Disappointed with our food. The vegan garlic bread with mozzarella had too little mozzarella poorly spread out, with most of it in one corner. It didn't taste of garlic at all, was just mostly plain chewy bread. The Jackfruit wings are delicious but very spicy, but the spice wasn't advertised on the online menu. I can't eat spicy food because of gastro issues, and was disappointed it wasn't made clear on the menu. The velvet cookie dough didn't taste like velvet at all, was a very small portion for the price and didn't come with the honeycomb on top. It was maybe a centimeter deep and tasted like store brought brownies.

Had a great evening in between movies at Rochester - F&B food delicious is a given. The delightful service from our server Kinga was exceptional. Kind and considerate - she cleaned an outside table whilst we waited and sorted drinks, went out of her way to sort our inside table as quick as possible and then took our order and delivered all with more than a smile. We interacted with a booth next to us and we all agreed she was great! Amusing and personable. If there is an employee reward… she deserves it!

The service was great and the starter was delicious but the main course was disappointing. I am a coeliac so ordered from the gluten free menu and ordered a pasta dish. The pasta was really hard and tough so I sent it back. I was cooked a fresh dish but the pasta was only slightly softer. The flavours of the dish were delicious but the the pasta wasn’t cooked properly. We only ate here due to the accreditation from Coeliac UK as I know I would be able to have a safe meal but I won’t be going back as it was such a disappointing meal.

After waiting for almost 20 minutes to be served we walked out as even when we asked to be served another family that arrived after us were seen too! We’ve used this restaurant many times but will definitely not be attending again

This is the first place we have been since the first lockdd⁴own and been coming here since my son was 5 years old and now is 21 so it's fitting to spend his birthday here. Our waitress Kinga is excellent and can't fault her, she is very good, prompt and courteous. Looked after us very well, thank you Xxx

We came here after the cinema . We haven’t been out since the pandemic started and we have had a really lovely time .The waitress was very friendly . We had a very quick and prompt service . The food was delicious and the atmosphere is great

We visited today for my son’s birthday, the food was very filling (very good portions) and our server Kinga really helped make my son’s birthday a great day out for him. We’ll definitely visit again!

We visited with our 2 young children for dinner. This restaurant has put in plenty of Covid measures. The food came really quickly, the food was super tasty and the portions were really generous (none of us could finish them!). To top it off, Claudia served us and was friendly, polite and welcoming. Would recommend.

She made the experience very welcoming and was always checking up on us to make sure everything was ok! Such a lovely lady! 10/10 for everything yesterday!

Kinga absolutely made our visit this evening. She is so lovely and bubbly and you can really have a laugh with her. Amazing customer service and she deserves recognition for her work ethic. She really made the visit 10/10!! Food was cooked perfectly and very reasonable waiting times.

Kinga was the most amazing server, she really interacted with me and my friends, making us feel really welcome. She was also extremely helpful when we had to go back in search of a lost bag. Very nice food, pleasant experience.

My wife and I were very pleased with the the vegetarian pastas we ordered at your restaurant. Very friendly and helpful service.

Food was piping hot for click and collect. Would recommend the bbq chicken pizza and the fully loaded potato skins.

A chain of overpriced Italian American diners. What's more to say... pasta is average at best... I could cook a steak better myself... service is good though

We booked a table during the week, just after the lunchtime rush. We were made to feel very welcome and given time and space to select our food. From the go we made it clear we would be using our Taste Card, as this was never an issue. Kinga was serving our table and she was really friendly, bubbly and made our visit really enjoyable. The food was good - as vegans you know what you're getting when you visit this particular restaurant and we weren't let down.

Came to Frankie and bennys for my birthday and it doesn’t ever seem to let me down! The food is amazing, the service is out of this world especially from Logan, who is very happy and jolly , made the experience more enjoyable! Love this place! 5 of us dropped in for dinner....our waitress Alex and the barman Reese were amazing and we ended up staying all night! Cocktails 10/10 service 10/10 and food 10/10.....Will defo be back!! Thanks to the f&b team and we are all looking forward to coming back!

Slow service, boring menu. It’s just not what it used to be. Portions are smaller than they used to be and my sides came out after I had finished my meal.

Just had a bad experience at Frankie and Benny’s in Rochester -I took my sons there for lunch and we had booth seating in front of the open kitchen.The moment I sat down I felt something sharp scratched my leg then I put my hand under my seat to check and realised it was actually a knife tucked under the seat. The waiter and the manager came, they removed the knife and apologised. But my son was extremely upset, he couldn't understand why people would do things like this to hurt people. Luckly I've only got a scratch. My 11 years old son asked the manager if the camera above our seat is operating? The manager replied yes, he said he will look into it only to brush my son off (My contact details was not taken) The manager didn't bother to come over once to check on us or offer us anything to better our experience at the restaurant. Not a penny was deducted from our bill (except for the government help eating out scheme)Me and my sons will not be returning to Rochester brunch and please look under your seats for sharp objects when you visit.My husband was angry on how we were treated. He went to the restaurant and complained to the manager (Peter Swist) then he offered my husband to filled in the incident form for me and a paper discount card 50% off for our next visit. No thanks, I will certainly not visit again with my sons even is for free.

Visited here for a family meal, food was great and came out quickly, clean and we were spaced away from people, Lucas our server was fantastic and really made the meal special! My son absolutely loved him and wants to come back again next week! Thank you!

I'm sorry this place needs rethink, it's dirty food on floor etc drinks took 40 mins to arrive The took 45 mins , very dry burger , it tasted like everything just been heated up

Had lunch today at frankies and my server Lucas was sooo friendly. He said it was his first day but you wouldn’t have known that, he was brilliant at his job and a credit to the company 😊

Absolute legend of guy behind the bar! Sam really knows his stuff when it comes to cocktails!! Kept them coming all night and knew exactly what to recommend when i want to try something new! Get down there even for a couple of drinks and ask him about the floats!!

Ate here a yr ago was lovely food and service great. Returned tonight same table 63 at 5pm for not the same Quality of food let alone the 2-3times of hearing happy birthday which we have no problem with and think its nice places still do this but the sheer volume it was cranked up to was quite frankly obscene to the point our food turned up we couldn't even hear our server and our 3 week old baby was woken up this does not need to be played at this stupid volume we saw many customers looking up at the speakers because of how loud it was. Anyway for the food We had 4 starts to start 2x calabrian wings meant to be hot but not at all tasted more just like bbq sauce and that's for wat sauce you could taste due to the lack of...garlic pizza bread with mozzarella well just say there was enough flour stuck to the bottom to make another pizza bread...mains, my Mrs had the meatballs stated new recipe clearly not.improved as it turned up looking anemic the sauce was so watery it was all sat on bottom of bowl rather than over the pasta and meatballs... i had the double burger which turned up burger and chips positioned on plate with a huge gap on the rest of the plate like there was something missing but clearly there wasn't so not being funny why not ad a few more chips as there wasn't really that many to start to at least look like the meal I'm paying £17 is worth the while rather than wondering what's missing overall burger wasn't dry but at the same point not a huge amount of flavour even with there signature sauce. I had the taste card which for 3 people 241 how it still came to £70+ after we couldn't work out all in all i think we will be giving this establishment a wide birth as it quite frankly for what you pay the quality does not shine through shame compared to a yr ago.

Took our children for a family meal. The lady that serves us was lovely, the food was average. We went to the one in Bromley last week and the difference in presentation was noticeably better there than strood. The children weren’t given any colouring books or crayons like the other one did, although we saw other children with them, and the kids food wasn’t presented in little buckets like Bromley. Unfortunately we won’t be returning.

Went to this restaurant before going to cinema absolutely rammed but got a table in 20 mins ! Food was very good one special salad and a Chicken dish with pasta and pepperoni vey nice good food good service will go back for sure .

Booked table for 8 people, service was slow even although the restaurant was only half full, food arrived at different intervals, with some mains finished before others got their meals. Most of the food was cold, either burn or undercooked. Manager offered 40 % voucher for next visit!! Sorry not likely to go back in a hurry.

Came here on the 18th with my family. Have moved out of the area but were visiting family and used to come here all the time. Things have most definitely changed. Didnt even look like F&B's anymore? Whats with the cheap decor? The queue was out the door, staff were running about all over the place. There didnt seem to be any door host or any sort of organisation with the queue of people just left to queue and let the cold air in. We couldnt even get a drink at the bar as it was heaving and there seemed to only be one barmaid on. We eventually got seated near the kitchen but kept our coats on as the queue at the door seemed never ending. We were missing some food and were told it wouldnt be long..... but it never arrived (garlic bread) there was a lot of staff standing by the kitchen not doing very much, although there was a lot of food there? I could see an argument between a waitress and the chef in the red. She looked upset and he just looked smug, I did ask her was she ok? Basically a farce of a night we didnt enjoy, missing food, most of it not very hot and the first time Ive ever eaten out with my coat on!! Wont bother going back, it clearly nothing like it used to be, mores the shame!

I went in for a coffee after a trip to the cinema an although we were greeted promptly and pointed towards the bar for our drinks, that's when it all went South. I went to the bar and the young lady finished serving her previous customer then just walked off. She didn't even acknowledge that I was there. I waited for a moment or two, thinking that she must have gone to serve someone, then saw her sitting at a table on her phone. Needless to say we walked out at that point and went to Chiquito's where we were seated and served promptly. Certainly won't be going back to F+B's

went last night with my son for the first time in a few years and had a group-on voucher which was £19.00 for 2 people supposedly for 2 starters and 2 mains. was told by the waitress that there were no Pizza and that half the menu was not available, and that we would have to pay extra for sides. The menu was already limited so my son had the chicken wrap (which was cold) and i had a stake which was overcooked. This was 4 o'clock and there were about 6 people in so i'm not sure why the waitress was just rude and not accommodating at all. The place has gone down hill and is not warm or welcoming and the atmosphere was depressing along with the staff and the menu choice. Waste of money and wont be going back.

Gisteren avond onze vrienden mee uit eten genomen. Erg lekker gegeten daar. Kwalitatief goede gerechten. Topper van de avond was toch wel de Cookie Dough. Enorm genoten.

Visited here today, haven’t been here for a while and instantly noticed a massive difference . This place doesn’t have the same feel as and look as it did ! The atmosphere, decor ( no more America diner feel ) , no music , scruffy looking staff . Most expensive meal on the menu ( mixed grill ) was chargrilled. It seems to have lost a lot of its original quality’s . Don’t get me wrong I know it’s a chain restaurant and basic foods but it’s drastically gone down hill . There are constantly sending special offer emails through and know we can see why ! We definitely won’t be returning.

Booked this restaurant for my sons birthday. Called to make the reservation as wanted to make sure of certain seating due to mobility issues. On arriving at the restaurant we was taken to a booth which I had specifically said on phone we didn’t want!! The restaurant had the atmosphere of a school canteen it was terrible!! The food was ok at best, the portion sizes wasn’t big & the food was badly presented on the plates. The waitress had a bad attitude & you got the feeling she was just hurrying so she could go home. My husband ordered the cheesecake sundae as desert & what arrived was cheesecake on a plate with sauces in little pots. When my husband spoke to the waitress saying the order was wrong she became very defensive trying to blame my husband for the wrong order. She took the food away to change for correct order & brought back a big mess - it looked like the cheesecake on the previous plate had been taken & stuffed sideways into a sundae glass & the gaps has been filled with a bit of ice cream - part of the advertised elements to this desert where missing!! I ordered the Apple pie which comes with cream & ice cream. What they fail to tell you is that the side of ice cream & custard are no bigger than one dessert spoonful of each & to make matters worse the custard was as cold as the ice cream. The whole night was a complete letdown!! I will not be using this restaurant again!!!

Took 8 family members before bowling. It was relatively early about 4:40pm and the place was really quiet. The staff were welcoming and quickly got us seated. I was surprised at how long the meal took given most come before or after something fixed like a cinema visit etc but it wasn’t unreasonably long about 1:45hr in the end for two courses. Food was good, but portions a little on the small side for me leaving me a little hungry rather than stuffed. Overall will visit again

This evening I ordered a click and collect all paid for when arrived to collect my food hey bloody ho restaurant is shut , what the hellsign in window saying shut due to electrical problem well how do I get my money back let alone my food joke click and collect shouldn’t have taken my payment now without my money and food what the hell just shows I’ve had problems with food in the past from here maybe should’ve learnt my lesson before won’t be going there again pile of rubbish

I always go here a couple of times a month with my son. Its not usually my favorite place but my son loves it. We were greeted immediately by Bobby who explained some things were off the menu today and seating was limited. We decided to stay anyway. Just wanted to say the atmosphere was totally different than when we’ve been before, (Ive never bothered with a review here.) Service was the best we’ve ever had, lots of new things on the menu. So friendly and relaxed, looked like only a few staff but nothing was too much trouble. Only wish the stand in staff were permanent! Well done Bobby and team, you make a huge difference with your great friendly personalities!

I was here with my family for breakfast. Had breakfast stack and it was excellent. Bottomless tea helped. Comfortable and friendly staff.

Won’t be going back! This used to be a nice place to go and eat but not anymore. Ordered steak and chips and a chicken salad. There were about six chips on the plate and a few boiled mushrooms. Just looked really poor! The chicken salad still had loose bits of chicken skin on. Don’t expect decent portions of food here anymore. The service was good but the food was pretty dire.

We visited F&B;’s after it had been a family favourite for years (over 10 years ago). Now it just seems to have completely gone down hill - ordered New Yorker BBQ Chicken and BBQ ribs. Photos speak a thousand words... sent back the chicken and was told could order something else, but was past it by then. Don’t know what’s happened, but this confirmed it has completely changed since years ago when it used to be such a lovely family, atmospheric with good food place. So disappointing!

We decided to eat lunch away fo. Diggerland to give the kids a break. They loved it. And they especially loved the chocolate milk drink, part of kids menu. I had salad while one had pizza and the other hadBBQ ribs. Service was fairly quick and attentive. Would definitely return.

I took my grandchildren there after visiting the cinema. The staff are very friendly but unfortunately we didn't enjoy the food.

Took us 10 minutes and a calculator to figure out the best deal after deciding what we wanted to eat. Service was good but a little slow but place was very busy - Saturday night. Food average, hot and nice but nothing amazing.

When ordering they didn't have the pasta dish or the vegan burger I wanted or the banoffee waffles which I think is ridiculous on a Friday night, my son told them it was his birthday and all they said was oh right no happy birthday or how was your day he was so upset

Obviously most items are pre packed and re-heated as we were told no spag bol upon arrival, no rump steaks, no onion rings, no sour cream dips and wait for it no Jack Daniels either for and american themed italian.

Booked a table for 4 people. Arrived seated . Friendly staff. Ordered starters and mains . Starters all ok . 3 out of the 4 ordered chicken. When the meals came out, the chicken was cold in the centre . Waiter fantastic apologised and replaced all 3 meals immediately no fuss . When the 3 meals came back out all pipping hot. Puddings were great. We were given a reduction on our bill. Will visit again just might avoid the chicken .

This restaurant has gone downhill over the last few years. We used to come here often (at least once a month) but the food is now overpriced and portion sizes are measly amounts for what you have to pay. I ordered a black and blue cheeseburger which was missing fillings and the portion of chips was pathetic. I complained when I received it and the chef did remake the meal and give me more chips but I shouldn’t have to ask, it should already be served that way. Unfortunately I won’t be visiting again.

Dinner and cinema was the plan tonight! Almost didn’t happen, we booked here for 7pm got sat straight away! And drink order was taken and delivered quickly, Good start then down hill, we was waiting 15 minutes then had to prompt a different waiter to ask if we could place our order, for which he apologised and did so, in between times we had already seen him talking to another couple who had been waiting for food but he said to them he was sorry but didn’t know what the kitchen was playing at! And said they could leave with no charge for drinks which they did as them like ourselves had cinema bookings.. which made us very nervous but we stayed nearly an hour later our food arrived, the food was good as always is from your restaurants but so disappointed by the service it wasn’t busy either so I don’t know if there was a further problem behind the scenes but we saw so many people unable to wait and leave, also we was hoping to have dessert and a few more drinks but after being in there 1hour 45 mins we just had enough time to eat dinner

Training in customer care and service is much needed. We visited as a family for a meal the night before a wedding. Despite a table being pre booked we arrived to find no table available. Food orders were wrong with guests served the wrong meals. One server was rushed off her feet while we observed 3 male staff stand with their two arms the one length of themselves. It wasnt my event but frankly was embarrassing for the family. Have looked at other reviews since and the only ones that seem to be posted on their website are the positive ones whilst other sites are showing that not all is well at this restaurant. Really, a visit from Gordon Ramsey is needed to sort this place out

It was my daughters 13th birthday and she chose to go to Frankie & Benny’s to celebrate. The food was appalling. Fair enough the place was busy, but a certain level of service and quality needs to be maintained! The service was fine, I actually feel sorry for the staff having to endure serving rubbish and then absorbing the subsequent complaints. The starter was greasy and inedible, then when the mains came my daughters mashed potato was as cold as it just coming out of the fridge. My chips were cold and the ‘new’ chicken burger looked like a car crash. Some bits were deducted from the bill but I refused to pay for the rest as it was so poor. If this is the ‘new menu’ as some describe, then I suggest either go back to what you know or find another chef as something is miles away from how things should be. The chicken burger pictured was ‘new’ and cost £12.99, no pride in appearance, cold chips and not worth £1.29! Approach with caution!! If I could rate 0 out of 5 I would have done.

Decided to give this a go as they are advertising a new menu. Well we were impressed with the menu and the food we ordered was very tasty. We enjoyed the ambience and the staff were attentive to our needs. I also had a taste card and we received two for one which was great. This was a really good meal with excellent service.

Came to Frankie & Bennys for dinner with the other half. Was seated and served by the lovely Sean. Food was amazing but what made the restaurant was the fabulous services. Thankyou for making the experience Sean. Would definitely come again.

Just had a lovely lunch in Frankie & Benny’s with a friend which was perfectly air conditioned on a hot day like today. We both had the cod & chips which was delicious with fresh, crispy batter. The service was excellent, both our waitress and a gentleman called Sean were very helpful and pleasant. I would thoroughly recommend it.

Service was good. It wasn't too noisy and it was nice to just chat without shouting. Will go again. Food was good too.

Me and my partner are gluten intolerent so we decided to give Frankie and Bennys a try and were delighted to see they cater to our dietry needs. Our waitress was called Marie who was excellent. She had a bubbly personality and we both appreciated her enthusiasm and recommendations. She was attentive and was always available and checked back to see if everything was alright. The food was amazing and made even better as it was prepared very quickly. My partner often go to certain restaurants where the food takes far to long but this was not the case here. I would definately recommend their new menu and will certainly be back

Sorry for the late review guys, we came in last Saturday as a table of 27 for a 60th birthday,as there was so many of us we went to the bar to order separately, young lady(Katie) was amazing,cocktails were beautiful,she did a great job considering she was serving the whole restaurant and us by herself, our server catia was lovely and couldn't help enough,and finally it was the greatest pleasure after a busy night Jamie and Katie took there time to chat with us,great meal,great service and great staff

All four of us had to send our food back because it was cold and uncooked in the middle. The food was returned after being put into a microwave burning our mouth's. Music was to lound my daughter who younger than me said it was like being in a nightclub.

Served by a very happy, friendly and very helpful Sean. Our dough balls were hard (Like golf balls) but Sean handled our complaint professionally. Very nice atmosphere. Xx

First time i've been back to Frankie and Bennys since its had its make over. I was impressed with the new look. Food was great and the service given to us by Sean was equally as great. Food was fairly priced and i will be back.

Used to be one of my favourite places to eat. Has been updated & it is so loud in there were the music is low and not in keeping with the 60s theme it used to be. Service extremely slow with not many guest in there. Mother in laws steak was mainly grissel & unable to chew. Everything is very greasy with the grease all over the plate. When we complained about the salad all we got was do u want something else even though we had basically finished.! Will not be returning food awful restaurant noisy & horrible atmosphere.

Today I went to lunch with my friends to Frankie and Bennies and we were served by Claudia who in turn very friendly and advised us the new black and blue burguer. Everything was very good as always and the burguer is very delicious by the way. I pass by here to thank for the service and the sympathy of Claudia.

firstly we waited 25 minutes for our drinks to arrive i was feeling quite cold then a member of staff opened a door near to were we were sitting, and put a chair there to keep it open people next to us put there coats on we didn't have coats, we had to ask a member of staff to close the door which she did . The starter was fine then another long wait for the main meal witch arrived minus the side order of onion rings and chilli chips our waitress was nowhere to be seen when when we managed to get her attention we reminded her that our side orders were missing, by this time my husband had finished his meal.another wait for the chilly chips still no onion rings by this time i had also finished my meal we were still looking for our waitress eventually the waitress come to our table and i ask were the onion rings were,she said she had not been given them that she had cancelled them as she had ask for them several times but had not been given them. I couldn't believe what she had said ,she had decided to cancel our onion rings with out even discussing it with us . Then at the end of the meal the waitress ask if very thing was ok and had we enjoyed our meal,i replied no we had waited a long time for our meal didn't get our mains with our side order the service was extremely slow and the waitress was very complacent about it and said it wasn't her fault she wasn't given the whole order .I said it was the worst dining experience i have ever had, and i wouldn't be returning .

Visited for my Father-in-law’s birthday. Fabulous service, quick food, friendly atmosphere and an all round great night. Thank you so much to Marie and Lyndsey for your amazing service! Highly recommend
