Subway in Medway

I don't know as I only walked passed it on my way to the post office counter

Blonde and dark haired girls on Monday afternoon 17th Feb. The most rude miserable unhelpful pair. Establishment should be ashamed of them!

Go most days for lunch. Quick service even when busy. good quality of food. Great customer service 👍

Just never open. Closes whenever it feels like it and always out of ingredients. Staff are lovely and they make some nice sandwiches but not being open at peak times is wild.

Really annoying that I came here at ten to 7 and was told they are closed even though they didn't close until 7.00pm. Ladie serving said there was no bread left, that's disgusting, never coming back !

Very rarely have what you want and the service is very poor.

This Subway, like a few I've been to, seems very understaffed with just one person on shift most of the day. The staff often look quite stressed out as it can get quite busy in this small shop and I've personally witnessed some extremely rude customers. However the staff always try to keep customer service to a high level which I can't knock. Only been in a few times but they are surprisingly professional, know what they are doing and the food is always excellent and well prepared. Would happily recommend but keep in mind this is a very small Subway that ideally needed its own shop.

Staff always friendly, food always decent.

Lady was very helpful in explaining how to get food at a Subway, making the choices etc.

Three times I've been there, three times I've waited over 8 minutes for someone to come out and take order (which never happened), so three times I've walked straight out. You really need to check for customers waiting more often.

Food very tasty good portions size staff friendly and helpful although looked under pressure due to lack of staff one staff member doing everything on there own in very busy period. Felt sorry for the lady as she had to deal with some real rude people who have no brains when it comes to patience and clearly watching one person doing everything!.

the customer service made me feel I wasn’t welcome . The bread after being toasted was hard and fell apart . Wasn’t happy with my order . I did ask if the bread was fresh when she first started filling it as it looked horrible , but she said it was freshly cooked . Obviously it wasn’t !

Visited this store recently and it has really improved, staff were super friendly and helpful, food was nice and warm. when speaking to staff they said it was under new management, which seems to be working really well. Will definitely be returning.

Ideally it needs it's own retail unit to be better in regards to stock and to fully function as its own store. I'm not saying the food here is rubbish, But I prefer my subways from when I'm down Chatham or dockside. They're crammed in a small space here at spar.

The staff member working has an absolutely disgusting attitude, when he saw me standing at the counter slammed the fridge door and exclaimed about why the f##k do people always come to counter when he's busy - nothing quiet about it, made it very clear that he was genuinely annoyed I had walked up to the counter, so I walked out, tired and starving and upset. I've never been here before, certainly won't be going back nor recommending it to anyone and if I dared speak like that in ear shot of a customer, or even in my general work place nowhere near a customer - I'd lose my job. Something to consider.

Slow and poor customer service. Very uninterested staff who don’t give they impression they wanted to serve you. Waited ages before anyone actually arrived behind the counter to serve and no apology for having to wait. Self serve cold drinks machine was filthy so I decided not to risk using it. Food lukewarm at best and not very appetising at all. Won’t be going back.

Not bad, but the portions are getting smaller.

Five stars for Jacob who served me tue evening, he was friendly and even though he was clearing up for the evening, the service was good, a credit to the company keep up the good work 😊

Bread is meant to smell nice but shops dont

Within a Spar Local Shop. Really slow service, waited ages for one of the very young employees to acknowledge I was there, as were three other people waiting. Once they started preparing my order they decided to start talking to another colleague about how “Mashed” they were last night. The food was only what I could call slightly warm and rather unappealing to say the least. The drink machine served up a rather flat and odd tasting flavoured water. When I complained I was told nobody likes it, it’s better than it has been. Poor service, poor food. Will be avoiding from now on.

Friendly staff freshly prepared food just as you want it. Custom designed Sub style sandwiches to suit most appetites and tastes.
