McDonald's in Medway

Delivered the complete wrong order AGAIN.

Food was delivered cold, barely warm.

The was so cold you couldn’t eat it

Definitely the coldest delivery I’ve had so far.

chips were warm and burgers cold

Ordered and paid for an extra sausage in the breakfast roll meal, the wrap was correct but roll was missing the extra sausage. How?

Only ordered a Big Mac meal 5 selects n cookie, missing Big Mac and cookie

Cold food on arrival and a very small amount of chips for paying for a large

Chips cold , burger had no cheese , missing bits from the order , McFlurry x 5 , Milkshake x 1 , no sauces delivered.

Unfortunately food was stone cold

I've not had McDonald's since I was a child and thought it was worth a try. Sadly it was cold by the time it arrived and the burger was much smaller than in the picture. The flavours were good if only it was fresh.

good delivery but my breakfast roll came with ketchup when I ordered brown sauce. Hate ketchup so waste of money for me

usually great food but this was cold and chicken burger was awful - sorry but I should have stuck to a burger!

Delivery arrived on time shame macdonalds have forgotten how to make a milkshake half filled cup and very thin absolutely rubbish

Order was not delivered. App claiming order delivered at 16:50. No means to contact Just Eat to claim refund

Driver done multiple deliveries before ours.

Cold, due to delivery driver delivering other orders en route. But just took the burgers out of their buns and nuked them for a minute or so. Food tasted good. Can’t complain. The double chilli cheeseburger was very tasty. Obviously not as meaty as a double quarter pounder, but so much cheaper.

Food was cold, burnt and dry. Driver was late, I saw him pull up outside my home and then drive off somewhere else twice

drivers location was unavailable, originally my order was due at 17.47, didn't get the driver location back until he was in my road at 18.15, where a woman was knocking and a boy had my order and someone else driving, food was so cold had to microwave it which is not the best,

Delivery driver was totally fine. Food was mediocre.

although only about 10mins later than original delivery time, this was 2nd successive order where both burger and fries arrived cold.

The delivery was late with no explanation from the driver. In addition, the food arrived cold and the driver asked me to type the code in his phone. I shouldn’t have to do that in which for me displays poor customer service.

Our food bag was open when it arrived and the food isn’t warm and some of the nuggets have been bitten into

Its mcdonalds you expect coldish bad food and thats what you get, its greasy you know its bad for you but you want it anyway!

Food arrived barely at room temperature sadly. Had to reheat. Driver was friendly but unapologetic.

Ordered a McDonald’s breakfast half hour before it ends never received it and was not told that they were no longer doing them, when rang up the manager spoke as if I was stupid for not knowing even though I ordered it before its closed. Dont throw away products until ur customers have received them. Quite frankly not happy

saw car pull up 40mins afteafter delivery time initially given, driver sat there for over 5mins on phone, only realised was my order when finally got out of car

Driver was odd want me to wait by the door so he could go to his car to put the delivery code in his phone it only 4 numbers and he should have his phone with him

unfortunately I put the wrong house number on my order,my fault but obviously it went to number 12 instead of 21.They have obviously taken it in even though they know it's not theirs.Do I have to re order it or did they maybe return it.Thank you

Food was ordered accepted at 00:47 and only delivered at 2:50. When the restaurant estimated delivery time was 25-35 minutes. And the food is cold!

I understand money & cutbacks but now they are using cardboard lids on the tea. This is cheap & very nasty. Ruins the hot drink experience. Go back to plastic..

my food was cold!!! not alot of bacon when I asked for more. and the delivery man clearly went to other houses first which made my food go cold, I wasn't able to eat it. I would like a refund please other I will not be using just eat anymore

took 50 from order and was stone cold when arrived. Bet that wasn't the fault of the delivery person either. The app still said waiting to be prepared.

It’s McDonald’s you know what you’re getting. Everything tonight was the right Temperature hot was hot n cold was cold.

Worst hot chocolates I’ve had in my life. Never once has this McDonald’s produced a some chips that are above room temperature

Good location next to Tesco but can get buzy with difficulty finding a parking place.

If your going to to this location, you’ll be fine. Do not order online. Every single time ive ordered and had the misfortune of getting it from this location, something has been missing. And its almost always a sharebox. Really not sure whats so difficult about counting how many items are on the receipt vs in the bag but apparently thats all too much to ask of this location.

Absolutely atrocious customer service was rude and left my kids without no food and took the payment and I can’t get back. All I got was sorry I can’t do nothing. I I have to go without very unhelpful and no social skills didn’t want to help.

Almost an hour late, missing literally all of the fries, all of the drinks and what arrived was an hour late and Cold and came in a ripped bag so it spilled out of the larger bag when extracted. I don't know how this place gets worse every week and yet here we are. Literally rarer than stardust to get all your items, and at this price point, what's the point?

Park you in the full up car park and then wait for 20 mins while they try and find you. Ridiculous service.

It still hasn’t arrived, ordered 2 hours ago, the time just keeps going up. The option to cancel has been taken away.

I would not give McDonald's any stars because they do not or just eat because I do not know how to get the delivery drivers this is the third time I've had McDonald's food and it's come back
