McDonald's in Medway

Ordered on Uber eats, was missing all the fries, was refunded but not the point, ordering for 4 people and none of us getting fries was a pointless meal, how hard is it to put fries with the burgers, useless!!!!

Me and my partner were here around 8pm last night and I ordered myself some nuggets. Not long after I had eaten, got food poisoning and spent majority of the night in the bathroom. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this McDonalds. This has really put me off.

Litterally a scam and rip off. The £2.79 offer is charged at 2.99 Made complaint and they said thats the way it is, andy coffee with milk is charged at 2.99 as a surcharge. This is not true of any other McDonalds I have been to. Will complain to head office and also to the Advertising Standards Agency to help ensure other consumers are not ripped off by the franchise operator.

If I could give this branch, zero stars, I would. After Ordering a family feast meal to be delivered half the order was missing and the cheeseburgers with no cheese turned up with cheese Tried going through the app to no avail as they would not refund or send out any other food so I took it upon myself to drive to the store at my expense and fuel costing and time to speak to the manager The manager was a young lad who was about as much use as chocolate teacup he said he can’t replace the food because I haven’t brought it back with me. A Manager is supposed to manage situation not get in conflict with a customer. I am shocked at the way an employee of McDonald’s handled the situation. This is not the first time from this branch and order that has gone wrong. How hard is it to read no cheese to be put into a burger and account? How many items are put into a bag? I asked for head office contact details but I was told to look online. I am disgusted with McDonald’s.

This branch has gone down hill. I used to stop for breakfast regularly but the coffee was cold at least 50% of the time. Yesterday we grabbed lunch there. Both burgers were barely warm, and the toffee latte had been standing so long the cream had disappeared. It just looked like a normal coffee. I would recommend checking everything before leaving the counter. Update 27/02/2024... Been back a few times since my original review. Wait times are very long if you're eating in. Ate there on Sunday and again coffee was luke warm so had to go back and get it changed.

After a half day at school, this place is packed with RMGS pupils and sometimes it is hell but at most it's fun.

It's McDonald's, clinical feel to decor, but clearly not clinically clean anymore, and since the change to self-service, food is most often lukewarm to cold.

Constantly missing items when placing orders. Then can never get through to get a refund or replacement.

My recent orders have been correct and they have thoroughly impressed me. although, cannot order throught the drive thru, it's impossible to order a mcplant with an extra patte, even though I have tried multiple times.

The guy got a flat tyre, and traveled to Gillingham to get it fixed. had to put my meal in the microwave as it was very cold. Mcflurry had gone mushy and I paid a tip. He did reimburse me for the Mcflurry of £2.19.

Food was cold, inedible, went in the bin. Tea was also cold, had to put in the microwave.

This McDonalds has a long history of forgetting to put things in the bag. Tonight they never bothered with the chips. Just didnt bother sending them. Zero quality control and just don’t care . Burger King are good

Arrived late and food mostly cold

We arrived with 8 kids after a trampoline party. There was no seating available. Luckily a lady offered to move and we managed to seat the kids together. Ordering would have been easy on the machines if they weren't so tempemental. Food came and the young lad was awesome. Making sure we had everything and double checking with us and our manic crowd. Lad was chatty and helpful which I've never experienced with any young worker with McDonald's. He stuck close by and helped us clear the rubbish. He definitely helped the experience!

The food took an hour and a half to get here. Obviously been left on the side for that long because everything is cold. Can’t eat the chips as they are so soggy and cold. The drink is almost half empty after it was either knocked or left and made the drink bag and holder soggy. There is no straw for the drink

You delivered to the wrong place again

Good time getting pushed back further and further but because they changed the order to “preparing” I could not cancel it. When it finally arrived 45 minutes later than the original delivery time the food was freezing cold. Terrible service

We unfortunately had a main meal missing so someone went without.

the Philly burger was poor had soggy onion hanging out one side, something burnt on the other and very little sauce again on one side. drinks also getting weaker

This drivers having different food delivering apps working at the same time, doing more than one job in one go, by the time they reach their destinations the food is cold ( stone cold ).

I think it’s terrible that the time of this order shot up to an hour and kept going up and down! The order was cold when it arrived and the portion size of the small chips was a joke!

Uber driver got lost - didn't bother to phone me for directions - so food was cold. No dips for mozzarella sharebox, only 2 dips for a chicken sharebox and no straw. Couldn't get through on the phone to complain. Don't bother with a delivery

i ordered a pack up order on the app, when I show up, the stuff just said they close and there’s nothing they can do about it, and my money just been taken out of my account, and I got nothing

Always seem to have problem when I go to this McDonald's ordered on the app then the app said an error on their end when I went into store they said couldn't take the money from my account I promptly show them that the money had already been taken from my account.

Cold upon arrival (though didn't take long to arrive). Bag already unsealed. Cheeseburger had no Pickles or Onions. driver was rude.

Had a little boy and his dad knock on my door with our food asking for a pin which iv never ever had to do before when i have used just eat. Therefore I had no idea what he was going on about. Stood at the door for 5 minutes arguing his dad did not speak English at all. He was telling me he could not give me our food as they won’t get paid. Eventually they called someone who spoke English and put them on the phone to me which I had to then give them the last 4 digits of my phone number. Ridiculous.

Delivery driver was excellent, prompt and polite. Please can we have the option to tip after delivery too? I didn't tip today as when I have previously given a tip, they have arrived late and the food was cold. Today a tip was earnt, but I now cant give one.

Waited too long for delivery. Waited 1.20 for delivery. Food was cold. And the drink was carbonated.

Food was terrible and looked like it had been chucked round the floor a few times would have been better with a microwave meal would have definitely had more flavour.

Very upset my delivery turned up and it wasn't even what I ordered. Mcdonalds staff NEED to take more care in giving the drivers the correct food. Our order costs me £20.40 and I didn't see any of it.

Absolutely disgusting we ordered our food at 17:50 it arrived at 20:30!!! Food was stone cold drink’s, had spilled everywhere in the bags! We spend over £60 tonight won’t be ordering with yourself again!

We ordered food at 17.50pm and it didn’t arrive until 20.22pm (the restaurant is only 20 mins up the road). The food was stone cold and not eatable. We were missing some of the food and the drinks were flat. We spent £20 on food and this is just unacceptable. we will not be using just eat again this was just disgusting.

Food was cold and two items were missing from the order

I ordered from mcdonald’s at 17:10 today but the delivery time kept getting delayed. It didn’t come until 18:45 I so had to wait for 1hr 35mins which was very frustrating. The courier did not provide a reason for why the wait time was so long. I also did not receive the sauce I ordered. I also wanted to contact the courier but there is no option to do this on your app. It would help your customers and couriers if you allowed contact between the two.

Always seem to get order wrong and the price of McDonald’s at the moment is a lot for what u get…. Especially when they won’t give you a refund when they got it wrong!!

Excellent quality food and delivery. It's a pity I was given bottled water instead of the chocolate milkshake I ordered. It's also a pity that you don't offer to deliver the item that I ordered instead of offering me a measly £3.49 refund.

When I first placed the order it said it would be with us by 8.20. The time kept increasing after I had placed the order and my children didn't get their food until 9.21! There were also 2 small fries missing from the order. Very unimpressed!

Food was near on 3 hours late, was frozen and had to order the kids food from somewhere else. Called after an hours wait and was told it was already out on delivery. Still took another few hours to get to me.

it was ordered at approx 19.20 and arrived at 20.42 stone cold it stopped atleast 3 times on the way why are they allowed so many at a time worst ever
