McDonald's in Medway

After waiting an hour for a couple burgers and nuggets I just gave up and cancelled my order .

Food was missing and most of it cold

The food took 57 mins to arrive! It was cold and sorry looking, we where missing two burgers, a drink, straws, napkins. The cheesy garlic bread bites where hard. Its a real sjame, mcdonalds used to be a cheap meal but at £40 spend it was shocking.

Ordered at 9.38 pm and the delivery arrived at 10.30 pm. We were told a delivery time of 10-25 minutes and this kept changing, when keeping an eye on the process.When it arrived, due to the additional time it took, you’d expect it to be fresh! The chips were cold, not even lukewarm warm and tasted as if they had been cooked hours ago. The burgers were dry and not even warm to the touch! Thought we’d order here for a change as be quicker, but won’t be doing that again anytime soon,

Our food arrived hot. The delivery driver Ricardo was friendly and polite.

I’m not sure if it was an issue with the app but I changed the adress to my house and it still got delivered elsewhere, I have had to re order to feed people and I did not get this same issue the second time I’m not sure what the issue was but it has cost me money.

Super service and food was still hot even though it came from Gillingham. Really pleased 😀

food arrived stone cold complained and they would only give me a refund £3 of £20 unacceptable in my opinion. i get mistakes happen but fix them properly

Every time I order from this branch they mess up the order, they completely forgot to put a quarter pounder and a big mac in the bag. This is 3 times in a row. Now I have to re-order and wait for a refund (up to 15 days) and get charged again for delivery. BS lazy staff is costing people time and money. The company needs to raise the standards at this branch. The staff are just there for a easy monthly pay. Most of them are lazy and do not follow thought. How hard is it to follow a order and make sure all the items actually make it into the bag. I'm extremely frustrated and also very hungry after dealing with this branch.

There was only half of the bigac in the box and the chips were freezing and cold not eadable to eat

staff can not read orders properly if they emwere to concentrate more on what they were doing and also look when preparing the order they might manage to get it right 4 a change. absolutely useless

The breakfast wrap had been forced into the packaging tearing it in half making it difficult to eat. The hot chocolate had spilt leaving less than half in the cup as the lid hadn’t been secured fully.

Food arrived late. Was cold. No warmth to it.

Unlike KFC, they actually delivered everything on the order! No complaints because they can read instructions. Nice job, McDonald's, keep it up!

The food was extremely disappointing. None if the food was fresh and for such a prompt delivery, very poor. The chips were all cold, soft and chewy. The burgers were all luke-warm. Not the family meal you'd want following a death in the family.

I'm trying something new, and I've not been surprised as to the great quality of the food. McDonald's delivers quality food every time.

Came in at 5.15am. 30 minute wait for a breakfast wrap. Staff were rude when asked why it was taking so long given there was no one in there. Drive thru being serviced...why open the restaurant if you can't cater for it? 7 members of staff and they can't throw together a breakfast wrap in under 30 minutes....?

Gillingham is fantastic, Food is always piping hot and well cooked/presented.

Food took 30 mins to get here (5min drive) but was stone cold when arrived. There were multiple items from both ppls meals missing. Very disappointing . How hard is it to get an order hot or even warm and right.

Everything else in the order was great but the McFlurry does not look like it has been filled correctly it’s very small compared to normal so disappointed (yes we know they are not filled right to the top, my son orders these regularly). Also the delivery driver only knocked the door and did not ring the bell so we didn’t hear the door at first but he did ring my phone to say he was there. Just a polite observation that the delivery drivers should try both the bell and knocking.

My order shows delivered and it has not been delivered to my workplace. Terrible service

only issue was delivery guy needed a pin? no idea about i couldn't find it on my order. ended up giving the driver the last 4 digits of my phone number. very stressful as I was out and ordered delivery at home for my daughter. had to try and sort all this out through my ring doorbell

All the food we received were very cold and one of the drinks from the happy meal was only half full. When my daughter received the food bag,it was dripping water and as she went to put it over the sink all the drink fell out the bag as the bag broke. I am not happy with this order.

Never really had much to Cookson about these meals apart from usually turning up a bit on the cold side. But this time the burger smelt bad. Pungent. Like the oil hadn’t been changed.

Everyone behind the counter laughing and having fun, all great till you realise the rubbish portions they are giving you clearly not paying attention. Oh and the burgers looked like they had been flat pressed, really not good!

this is ridiculous. I waited 2 hours for an order. The website said 15-30 min. The food was cold.
