Burger King in Medway

Everything was good as usual unfortunately was just missing a burger which is very disappointing

Missing items again. How hard is it to get it right

drink was shook quite a bit at spilled on my clothes

food was cold drinks were hot doesnt make sence

My order was not delivered and shows as delivered.

Everything was fine apart from missing item

Sorry, but This Burger King in Gillingham is a joke, all the time when I order I revive not what I actually order… avoid, as long as you want suprise

My food was hot, hash browns were perfectly cooked, no picture of sausage bap, I enjoyed it to much to put it down. Toilet is immaculate and smells fresh

Fast and fresh food restaurant lovely and clean the staff could not do enough to help would highly recommend will be back again soon there is a toilet you ask for the key it is for customers only

Waited just over 20 minutes from ordering my food to finally receiving it. Staff were slow and, at times, seemed to be uncoordinated. One member of Staff was rude to a deliveroo driver who only asked if his order was ready.

Specifically asked for no rocket in the notes which was reprinted on the receipt but rocket was included. Food was lukewarm.

Great food, always very fresh as its made when order is placed unlike McDonald's. Food is of good quality and reasonably prices when compared to other fast food outlets. No parking nearby which is a downfall and even though the restaurant is fairly new the restaurant could do with some further decorating. Great for take aways

I ordered a burger with nuggets and fries. Fries and nuggets were hot and tasty. But the whopper was cold. That’s what I wanted more.

even with the new delivery code system I still managed to get the wrong order delivered have emailed just eat and sent them the photos of the food and receipt that they asked for and have heard nothing back don't understand how it's so hard to deliver food in 2024 maybe I will just go back to doing what I always have and go get it myself.

The order took over two hours to be delivered!!!

Our food was cold, our time got put back. The driver left his car door open and rushed to shut my gate and it didnt shut properly as i live on a busy road and someone had to wait while he shut his car door.

Absolutly awful I will not be using just eat again. It would have been quicker if I had gone and caught the animal myself and prepared the meal

what is the point of leaving a note about delivery if they don't read them. He also didn't shut my gate when he left, he opened it to get to my door so why not shut it as he left

I love this burger king everyone so friendly and welcoming able to have a little chat while waiting for my food very quick and well made would recommend! Seating area are nice and comfy to chill and chat with friends also :) I have to say the delivery is great i haven't had any bad experience with food missing or anything!

food was cold and had a drink missing. Driver picked up food 17.19 and delivered the food 17.54.

They delayed the estimated arrival time, 4 or 5 times making it 30 mins over the original estimated arrival time. Even when it did arrive, I still wasn’t able to eat the food i ordered because I got my self a Burger King and a kfc turned up. So despite being 30 mins late it was completely wrong so I’ve had to wait even longer for my food. Shocking

So I got punched in the face by a motorist behind my delivery driver. The delivery driver drove off leaving me on the ground, so I didn’t get my food.

not delivered, time moved 4 times, called restaurant, never picked up. stated it was delivered at 20.50 at 20.34. never delivered!

Food delivered over hour after ordering. Fries not crisp soggy n limp and certainly not large that was ordered not the firt time ive been disappointed with the ordering and delivery will not do on a friday evening again as very dissapointing

My son was eating the bbq Melt 4.99 box meal when he chocked on a triangle bit of bone that has now scared him to eat anything thanks Burger King for a free burger and the 5er back could of lost my sons life .. the bird that was working the teal then threw the evidence in the bin … Won’t be going back there again

the food was being prepared for 40 minutes before out for delivery (i expect driver waiting for further orders), £16 for cold food. I'm a good customer and don't expect this aulful service.

Outside radiation is 10x nothing. When you enter you will immediately be surprised. Nice staff, neat place and delicious food. Highly recommended. Renovating the outside is a must.

Placed an order on the app and went to collect no order in the shop I’m out off pocket £65 and tried email and no help in store that have taken the money from my bank and they can not help

The ice cream was missing from the order and after 4 calls, ringing for 2 minutes each call, Burger King will not answer the phone.

Staff polite and helpful the food was hot and fresh and made me fell welcome, I will definitely go back again

Fantastic food as always, friendly staff. Manager was a massive help and made sure I could connect to the wifi and watch rainbow on my sons tablet.

Worst ever experience of Burger King. Cold burger, cold refried chips. Coke tasted funny. Had to change the drink to Fanta which was just about OK. Requested to replace the chips, got warmed up refried ones. Took a bite of the burger, it was cold with a dried out patty. At this point, I just gave up, ate part of the meal and binned the rest. This branch is bringing bad name for the Franchise, which should take action against them!
