Well maintained and good atmosphere.

Drink machine stinks more bad than public toilet!

This burger king is always really clean and the staff are lovely. Never had a problem with my order at this branch either and the food is always great.

I love this burger king everyone so friendly and welcoming able to have a little chat while waiting for my food very quick and well made would recommend! Seating area are nice and comfy to chill and chat with friends also :)

Following moving to this area, Burger King Gillingham was decided to be my families first meal. We were unable to finish the cold bland food - which looked miles away from the adverts that litter the windows. After finishing the meal, thinking we were through the worst of it, myself, partner and child all were sick from food poisioning. Burger king was the only meal we had eaten that day that required cooking, so we were certain where we had gotten sick from. Steer clear from this burger king at any cost.

I went for my girlfriend as she had seen this add of a double cheeseburger something or other On arriving home It was like a kiddy burger Nothing like the prime pics They get three stars because she likes the chilly cheese thingy she got Sort out your promo pics

The food is good, they even have a good price, you must try fried potatoes with bacon and cheese

my food never turned up but saying delivered on the app . But my ring doorbell does not lie. and to top it they never answer the phone. Likely to many complaints for there rubbish service no way is Gillingham booming with people.

Staff were brilliant and really friendly.

Well what an awful experience. Ordered our meals, while waiting my 4 year old daughter needed a wee. The 'manager' advised me the toilets were closed, I said she's 4 and about to wet herself and I was told ill have to wait and he will open them when he can. Had to ask again some minutes later, when another lady came and opened them for me in the end. Once our meals were ready I went to fill my drink, to find that there was barely any drinks available. It was only flavoured Fanta available, I advised the manager that I didn't like anything that was available (it was only flavoured Fanta available) and whether I could have a bottle of drink with my meal instead. £3 on top of my meal he wanted! Safe to say i paid for a meal that I didn't end up having a drink with because I was not paying an additional £3 for a small bottle of drink. Also asked for a plain cheeseburger children's meal, which wasn't plain amd came with sauce etc in.

Can't go wrong with burger King. Can't beat a whopper in my opinion. Gillingham branch has the refillable drinks machine plenty of choice unlike dockside

after entering the store YESTERDAY EVENING and approaching the main counter I go to order a meal to which I'm told by a member of staff that the only way to order is through the APP and they they no longer have the facility's to manually enter the order into the till, To which I stepped away and opened the app after 5 mins of trying to get the app to respond I asked for help from the employees, to which I was then instructed that if the app was not responding that I was to go outside to attempt to get better signal, after 20 mins of trying and asking the staff on duty to help they still said they had no way to help. SO The only way to get Burger King is to order through the app, no longer can you walk in and place an order and walk out. I guess this could work if the Burger King app actually responded and allowed you to order at the local Burger King but instead has the box greyed out so you cant order. Very disappointed

First time visiting the store today with me mam was very clean and tidy and quiet busy the food was lovely and hot and fair priced.

Lovely friendly staff , lovely food, lovely clean environment , will bring the family next time Was a tad on expensive side , but fills yiuup way more than any Macdonald's I've had

Bad experience from the staff. I ordered free burger from the app using reward points. But they refused to give free items. This is not the way to treat customers.

Seating closes far too early. We went after having a work event 15 of us. We were told takeaway only. Now gillingham highstreet is not a place to slum it eating a bk for a work event so many bought a drink and left. Toilets were clean and staff friendly. But felt as a resteraunt open you should have a dine in option during trading hours especially for large groups nor disruptive or rude. We would have easily spent 200£ plus between us all.

I've ordered a sharer box, steakhouse angus burger, cheesy bacon loaded fries. Food was little bit out of warm hence it took bit of time to arrive. But it means that their packaging is not suitable to keep the warmth of the food. Cheesy bacon loaded fries is NOT RECOMMENDED!!! It's not worth to try. Just little nacho cheese sauce and very little amount of bacon pieces on top. Not tasty at all and waste of money. New burger is not eye catching as they display it over the social media and website but it had a smoky taste. Patties were made from frozen as it tasted but it was worth for the money. Items in the sharer box were truly good. Crispiness was not there since the time it took them to deliver but overall the taste is something reasonable. I must say that the cheese balls are really really good. I have no idea about the customer service in the store and it's upto you to decide 😊

Food is nice and it's burger King so not as manic as maky d's, and as a bonus you get more than you would there too, they allow alot more add ons aswell (extra burgers) so you can turn your double whopper into a quadruple if you want 😋👍

Since this establishment has been under new management it has improved significantly my food was lovely and fresh hot and amazing I truly cannot wait for a new burger to come out so I can return. 10/10 service

Food is pretty good staff are quite efficient, no complaints really.

Order chicken royal with cheese and it come and had bacon inside I don’t eat pork and I’m not impressed at all I check the receipt and it doesn’t say bacon and I have tried to call numerous times no answer will be coming to the store not happy at all and feel physically sick!!!!!

So reading it from the note I know I got it right. When I got home the order was wrong and it contained 2 double bacon cheeseburgers and 2 kids meals so no XL meal. I returned as I had to go to work and stated that the order was wrong. She looked at the receipt and then told me that i had asked for 2 small cheeseburgers which is untrue. The manager or shift supervisor didnt seem to be bothered and the girl went over to the supervisor and obviously told him what she thought had happened and then the supervisor came over and asked what I wanted and informed him that I wanted a bacon double cheeseburger xl as I had ordered originally. He asked if I had the other burger which I didn't as I rushed out as was now late for work and was not going to drive back to get it. He then said I would gave to pay which I had no choice. He didn't even ask me what had happened and didn't even say sorry, disgusting treatment. I have had macdonalds and when they have done the same I get an apology and replacement and sometimes extra. I don't appreciate being called a liar and being treated by staff and management in such a way. I will not be going back to the gollingham store and will only go to others if this is resolved. On top of that there was an elderly woman complaining at the counter that her order was wrong and the same girl told the customer not to shout at her which she was not at all. Just goes to show that it was not just me they were getting wrong orders with. I complained to customer services who were in agreement but could not do much as stores most stores are franchises.

The slowest service ever. Nearly 20 mins whilst on a lunch break and a Uber eat drivers can just in the queue. KFC up the road and the whole service took a few minutes like a fast food restaurant should.

Food and service deserve less than a star. Food was cold and thrown together. Staff were very rude, was more interested in chatting to each other than helping guests. One lad even refused to help an elderly woman with carrying her food to the table while she used her aids to go to her seat. Completely poor performance from bk.

Placed an order and realised I did it on with the wrong address my mistake.. however I have been trying to call them for the last 20 minutes I'm successfully getting through every single time I finally get through they time I'll say it's a manager switch over the phone was downstairs it doesn't take 20 minutes to change over managers and just say one second I've got to get this... What takes them 20 minutes to answer phone in the first place

First visit was very impressed. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff and food cooked too order couldn't complain.

I got served cold food and I ate half of it and then I sent it back then the manager came through saying to me he couldn't do anything bout it coz I already eaten half of it already I'm sorry but isn't the customer is always right???

Very friendly staff, clean place. The only issue was the burger was handled with bare hands. I would have thought they should use gloves.

Really nice branch here in Gillingham. Was passing through and popped in for a bite to eat. Was served by Anton who politely helped me use my app when i asked to help me find my offers. So polite and sweet. Restaurant is clean and tidy. Big thanks to Callum and Milly Absolutely amazing team. Thanks guys xx

Shocking service, ordered at 16:40, was told the delivery will be within 20 to 40 mins. Delivery driver was there and waiting 10 mins into the order, thinking brilliant, it will be on its way soon. Food still hasn't arrived its now 1830 and I can't even cancel my order on just eat No way the delivery driver is still there waiting. What is going on burger King?

Don't waste your monney food it way over priced for the average consumer it was cold missing condiments and taste like cardboard go McDonald's

Service was VERY slow.... rips in chairs was taped up ..... so many justceat type drivers in and out, no-one queuing in right place made for a frustrating experience. Then as we left, one of the staff was being shouted at by a colleague..... very unprofessional and embarrassing for everyone.

I tried to order through deliveroo, waited over an hour for my order that kept getting delayed. Restaurant didn’t answer the phone. terrible customer service.

Went here with a couple of friends, didn't buy anything but it is still a good place that has a major convience on the highstreet making it such a wonderability for it being here as the service is quick and quite cheap.

Place was closed before nine says 10 , interesting idea how about changing the opening and closing times

Every time I order on just eat the restaurant misses items off getting fed up of trying and hoping it will be different.

Passed by on the way back from museum. The Staff where pretty grumpy but got the order done fast. Nothing special and nothing good just meh all around. Easy food though if you need something on the way back!

Slow, incompetent, chaos. I had to wait 20 minutes just to make an order. While waiting, I saw them give the wrong order out to someone else that was waiting. The guy had asked to keep his order in the heated area, as his bus wasn’t due for 10 minutes. They handed him a delivery bag, instead of his takeaway bag. I pointed that out, but they ignored me. It did slowly dawn on them later. Finally, when I got to make order, I asked if I could get a bottle drink instead of the cup (seeing as i'd been waiting so long). To this I got a robotic response of, “they’re for delivery, it’s corporate policy”. At this point I'd had enough, so I asked for a refund. This took them another 5 minutes to get through that arduous task. I did point out it would be faster to just give me a bottle, but they stuck to their corporate policy guns. Refund took two attempts to go through. Then when it finally did, the supervisor offered me a bottle. I just walked away.

The more I go to Gillingham BK, the more I feel this must be a clever tax write off, as the staff dont seem to care about customer satusfaction and thus far I have never "had it my way at BK"

30mins to place an order with only 2 people in front of me in the queue. 3 people sorting out a customer query, noone serving. Absolutely terrible.

Been to this place several times iver the past few weeks but never managed to get to the point of ordering as they seem to prioritise the onkine orders, fair enough. Today was the last straw though as the staff were swearing and arguing with each other, I had my daughter with me and just walked out.

The automatic hand sanitiser was not working, when went in there were two peolle infront of me who said they had been waiting ages just to be served. The person serving was doing paperwork with her back turned to the counter. Only because a customer made a comment did she turn around and serve the two customers in front of me. She then went back to her paperwork. More staff are needed and the as it is supposed to be fast food that certainly was not the case. It was my first time visiting the Gillingham store and I will not go there again.

They take sooo long to prepare food for walk in customers I'm always waiting at least 20 mins for just one burger !

Even though we had a bit of a wait, the food was absolutely delicious and held it's temperature. But the staff deserve so much more !! Only 2 of them on a busy Saturday and some of the rudest uber eat drivers kicking off, the girl serving kept her cool the whole time and dealt with it all very well.

Good food but Service is desperately slow

Tried the new Vegan Royale and it was great, not too much mayo and the chips finally have salt on them, making them taste even after than before. Only downside is it opens at 2pm, who is that helping for lunchtime? Most others are open at 10/11am, 2pm is just ridiculous.

What a waste of time Made and order had been confirmed then they decided they couldn't cope with a the orders they had taken and didn't bother with mine and also didn't bother telling me this Didn't answer the phone even though I called more than 10 times !!! Absolute shambles had better service from a two bit burger joint that's over run with drunks on a Saturday night don't waste your time or money get ya self a greasy burger from a kebab shop instead at least it will turn up

Foods always good but very under staffed everytime I've gone there. Staff was polite and apologized for the wait. 2 people working evening shifts is crazy. Was 10 delivery drivers waiting and a couple walk ins. I waited half hour to recieve my order and watched 3 delivery drivers council the orders and leave. If worried about being over staffed when it goes quiet, you need to have people on call to come if becomes a busy evening.
