I often come to Tim Hortons to sit on my computer working whilst having a cheap drink. What I noticed today was how exceptionally clean it was. I am often happy that I can work somewhere that is quiet during the day and where the food is cheap but what stood out to me more than that was the cleanliness. As I worked, I noticed a young woman going around cleaning. She was so thorough as if she took her job seriously. Rarely do you see anyone in any restaurant taking such care. She cleaned every part of the restaurant barely being noticed by anyone and I was so inspired by her work ethic and dedication to her job! She should get a pay rise! I saw her name was Rebecca and so think she should be honoured for the hard work she does. I want to say thank you to her!

Used the pay station to order my food. I ordered a double with no cheese or onions but double gherkin. Lattice fries Lemonade cooler. Burger bun was soggy. The patties were incredibly thin and still a little pink. Total of one slice of gherkin in total. Lattice fries were cool and soggy Lemonade cooler had the colour of lemonade but the taste was almost totally absent! What a spectacular waste of money!

Place was like a furnace… secondly nearly every table was full of rubbish… bins overflowing… really grubby. Visited the toilet and was met with the biggest poo id ever seen in my life… stinking the whole place out. Clearly no toilet checks in place. No staff clearing tables/floors. Despite clicking eat in was handed food in bag by staff member on a telephone… food luke warm and not great…. Shame its aesthetically a nice store… but whoever is managing it not doing a great job… to add… wasnt even busy. Just 5 tables of people…. Shame. A missed opportunity….i wont be returning…

The restaurant is dirty - bins overflowing - it was on a Monday so not so busy they could not empty the bins. Doughnuts not given with order - uninterested member of staff handed them to me on request with not even one word. The staff look so miserable. Food was ok although the burger meat is a little strange. Best part was the lattice fries which were nice, hot and crispy. I would not rush back!

First and last visit for us. The lattice fries were cold and unpleasant, the texture was odd and not at all crispy. I had a double cheeseburger, again the food was barely luke warm, the patties did not taste as if they were 100% beef and had an artificial flavour. My daughter had the hot dog, (not hot) the sausage was ok but the bun was poor quality, friend had chicken burger which was just ok, again cold. The frappes were flavourless and somehow the pink lemonade was warm even though there was ice in it! The doughnuts were the best thing that we had from there, but a long way from a good donut. Despite ordering on the in store screen the order was wrong and we had to go back. All in all very disappointing and a waste of 46 quid! Not cheap fast food.

Whilst the restaurant itself was pleasant and clean, the burgers were really disappointing. I ordered the triple cheeseburger and as soon I unwrapped it, I knew we’d made a mistake coming here. It smelled and tasted like the school dinner burgers I had in the eighties… cheap, lacking texture and flavour of a comparable burger from Five Guys, and dare I even say McDonalds! The lattice fries were okay, but the Chipotle dipping sauce that I selected with them had a really strong vinegar flavour and was also horrible. Overall, a big disappointment and if this is the best Canada has to offer for fast food, I feel sorry for them!

Perfect breakfast, quick service and kind staff. Alam was very approachable and he checked on us if we needed anything. He was smiling and you can see him going around the other tables to make sure everyone is happy

Great experience. Coffee and food were both wonderful. All staff are attentive and very quick to clean the tables once you are finished. Highly rated.

Have been here a few times and seen the incredible standards during the opening weeks gradually slip. The food is acceptable, the service less so. Bought a box of six doughnuts to take to my parents only to find that there were only four when we arrived. Virtually had to serve myself at the counter with the uninterested guy ignoring me when the final part of my order arrived.

Lovely breakfast first time here for breakfast and lot to choose from Good service. Will come back again for breakfast or lunch.

Coffees are amazing, very tasty burgers. Chipotle mayonnaise is so nice and lattice fries are definitely worth a try. Also has lovely staff

Visited to buy Tim Hortons yesterday. I live quite a drive but its my fav donuts so didn't mind. I bought Timbits, 2 boxes of 50 and 2 boxes of 20. At first, I waited for longer time at the till, staff are busy and finally after calling their attention, i got served. When I received the 2 boxes of 50 at the counter, i have noticed significant difference on boxes weight. I am a kitchen person so i can easily recognise weight difference in a way. One box is obviously heavier than the other. Out of curiosity, i have opened the light weight box and started counting it visually , approximately found around 30 Timbits rather than 50. Massively underfilled!! After visually counting it at the counter, I have handed it over to the staff and told them the numbers dont tally up to 50, they need to count it again. Few minutes later they then filled it up and given me extra 5. That's me sorted for the 2 boxes of 50 purchased, i thought ! Then on the way home, i have opened up the box of 20 and decided to eat theTimbits. Having to experience underfilled box earlier on, this made me count it and found only 18 rather than 20. I felt deceived at this time as its 2 events now. I thought i will let it pass as they have topped up the right numbers for the other box of 50 earlier on and have given me extra 5 so its kind of levelled out even if my box of 20 has 2 missing. When I have arrived home, i was really unhappy of my experience and doubted if the other box of 50 and 20 i have ordered were correct. I have started counting them manually and again found only 46 Timbits rather than 50 . Thats 4 Timbits missing! The other box of 20 has also 18 in it!!! I am so annoyed that all boxes did not contain the right figures and ??appeared to have a pattern. Is this how its meant to be???? the timbits menu says different figures. Is it human error that they failed to count it properly or do they deliberately underfill it???? Well evidently, all 4 boxes i have ordered did not contain the right numbers of Timbits. Imagine if i did not spot the difference of the weight of the box, i could have gone home with 30 donuts rather 50. I live about 1 hour drive!!! Another 2 boxes of 20 ordered, contained only 18 Timbits on each and the other box of 50 contained only 46!!! I am disgusted with this dishonesty. Imagine that is 8 timbits missing on 3 boxes ordered or would have been 28 for all 4 boxes if i did not check the other box while instore. I find is so deceitful having to underfill all the 4 boxes of Timbits ordered. I know all the cost has gone up, perhaps it would be better to adjust the price or the menu figures, be transparent, rather than ???deliberately put less items on the boxes ordered. This is disgusting as it appears a pattern on all. Beware to all buying huge amounts of Timbits as might not get the same numbers as it should be. Hopefully not in the future as they will be cautious now having someone shouting at the error noticed.

Beef patties pale, undercooked and cheap. Think I’ve had better from a burger van. Lattice fries were nice and fancy milkshakes were great. Timbits we’re good. Staff were friendly.

We’ve missed Tim Horton’s and we’re happy to see it open in this location. The veggie burger was delicious. The Tim Bits were so good! And the steeped tea just like I remembered. Great customer service too, very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to return.
