2 and a half hours and three phone calls and still no pizza. Don’t need to say more really! Being told it’s in the car for delivery an hour and a half ago so I dread to think what it’ll be like when and if it ever arrives.

Speedy Pepper used to be a town favourite but recently I’ve noticed the quality of their food has plummeted beyond dismal. Twice now I have tasted mould in my food, months apart in orders. Such a shame that a once pristine takeaway has declined so fast. Won’t be ordering again.

Since we arrived in Scotland in Jul 22 we have regularly used this place as a weekend treat. The kebabs were very tasty and great portions. Over the last couple of orders there has been a significant drop in standards. They always get the salad wrong on our kebabs, a large chicken kebab came with only a few pieces of chicken, the portion sizes overall have reduced. We are now at the point of needing to find a new takeaway. This place needs a shake up to raise it's standards back up.

This place used to be our favourite to to takeaway however recently they have been poor. The portion sizes for their kebabs has halved, even when ordering a large chicken kebab you only get a few pieces of chicken. They have got the wrong salad order for all of our kebabs recently and even forgot to give us chips when ordered. They used to be so gif but think we will try Kebabish for our next order. We tried to give the benefit of having a bad week but it's just getting worse!!!

Speedy Pepper is easily of the best takeaways in Forres. It has great pizzas and very friendly delivery drivers. Will definitely order from here again in the future

Worst take away ever had in the 3 years we have lived in Scotland. Delivery driver didn’t even know the price of the order and had to ring back to the shop for a price.( how?) food was “warm” at best, and not much flavour. And what we received our food to look like was definitely not what we were expecting! Greasy boxes and flavourless food!! WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN, UNBELIEVABLY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Amazing staff and so friendly, amazing food, we actually ate from here 3 times in one week. There is such a broad menu I could have had something different everyday for a month. Highly recommended

Clarks VillageWe visited Clark’s Shopping Village today and went into Frankie & Benny’s for lunch. We had 5 adults and a 1yr old. We ordered 4 main courses and three starters to have as a main course. We were asked if we would like the starters as a main and we said yes. The starters arrived but none of the other food did. We were told they were just waiting for the chicken and the other meals would be out. We looked at the pass and could see a main meal there that was the same as one of the ones we had ordered, but we assumed that was for another table. 15mins or so passed and the main meal was still there. They then put the rest of our meals up and bought all of the meals to the table. We queried the meal that had been sat on the pass for ages. They apologised and said they would take it back. Under 2mins later they arrived with what they told us was a new meal. We queried it again and we’re assured they had done us a fresh one. The meal was for my 74 year old mum, she assured us the meal was fine, but she does not like to make a fuss so we were not sure. Mum only ate half the meal, as she was worried it was still the same meal and we have a 2 hour drive home. My hubby tried her meal and he is convinced they just gave her back the same meal, as it came out far too quickly. They reduced our bill but the looks we were getting from the staff were not good. Why did they not just bring us the meal when it was ready as we already had one meal
