Order wrong yet again. Coffee machine apparently not working.

Reliably good service from the staff. Quick as you'd expect and always clean. 80% of orders come out missing something... So always check before leaving with your food (or most of it 😂) as this can be very upsetting for whoever gets missed out! Family and all the kids friends do love this maccys though. Nothing is too much trouble and they do happily customise burgers etc so it's a nice easy place for a quick meal. Living the breakfast wrap... Though 2 eggs?! Not necessary maccys! The mini hash browns are nice!

Whilst staying at the Premier Inn next door, we made two visits to McDo. First for ice cream and apple pie, with coffee, and our second visit for burgers and chips, coffee and apple pies. Not our normal restaurant, but this outlet is pleasantly decorated and set out and has classical music playing on a loop.

Piss poor service, had multiple times where orders were wrong and poor assistance in resolution, and talking to them on the phone is pointless. Need to get them staff trained properly and be able to handle busy times.

Disabled spaces all taken up by delivery drivers! If you do get to park you'll wait a while, priority given to deliveries, then drive thru then people inside!

Absolutely terrible service will never come to this McDonalds again cold food hardly any chips, McFlurrys had melted by the time we had waited for our food (25mins)

The media was correct in calling this McDonald's the worst in the country. Both managers are arrogant and refuse to resolve any complaints. Definitely worth that extra 5 minute drive to Merry Hill - order will be incorrect and food frozen.

Very empty but was served quickly food was ok.

Basically stating the same as all the other negative reviews about this place (of which there are many) it's the first time we've used this branch as we usually use our local on Penn road, this has to be the worst run mcdonalds in the midlands if not the country I would imagine. 35 minutes in a drive through I kid you not, it appeared from what I could see to be run by kids all around the age of about 17, not one of them seemed to have any idea what they should or should not be doing. Fast food ? I think not.. Guy's do yourselves a favour & use either Merry hill or Penn road which are both ten minutes from this circus.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They do not care about any customers other than uber collections. The security guard is also racist as allows the uber drivers to abuse the normal customers. Shame on you McDonald's.

Slow service and badly made burgers (and usually cold) almost every time. Over a period of 10 years or more, this particular McDonald’s has been consistently poor. Pretty impressive tbh as I can imagine the staff turnover is fairly high. Just ordered a plain burger for my daughter. Sticker on it said plain, got home to find sauce and cheese, nice work McDonald’s Kingswinford

I don't understand how you guys can get worse as time goes on... I ordered a double cheeseburger and requested extra pickles through the app and picked up via the drive-thru (the wait in the drive-thru is also ridiculous) The burger had the extra pickles sticker on the wrapper, so please tell me how I ended up with 0 pickles in my burger???

It’s a drive though and eat in. Drive through not the fastest as they are preparing for late night MacDeliveries. When we got our food no apologies for the wait. Ps food was cold and as normal tasteless until you put some type of sauce on to make up for the food. Why are most foods unlike the photos!

We had a delivery through Uber Eats. The order arrived cold and only 7 out of the 10 items we ordered arrived. I called McDonald's in Kingswinford to ask for the 3 missing items to be delivered to us. My call was answered by an arrogant male member of staff. He couldn't understand that the staff were at fault for leaving 3 food items from our order. I asked for his name but he started getting irate and shouting at me saying "you are not having my name". I told him calmly that he was out of order that I have recorded the call so I can recognise his voice when I visit and report him to his manager. How can some idiot member of McDonald's staff not understand that the food was in a folded over bag and sealed closed with a McDonald's sticker, it had no way of being opened. The 3 missing items were down to him and the other incompetent members of staff who cannot count to 10. I wouldn't normally leave a poor review but this is the third time we have had an incomplete order from McDonald's at Kingswinford. It is the last time I order anything from them. . I have since read on the Internet that the McDonald's in Kingswinford is considered to be the WORST McDonald's in the UK. As for me saying that "I RECORD MY CALLS", I actually do. I use a mobile phone app called CUBE ACR. It records all incoming and outgoing calls including those from WhatsApp etc. I think there's a free trial period but after that it's £1.99 a week but for 12 months it is just £13.99 I can honestly recommend using the CUBE ACR app.

Spend 20 minutes waiting for food to come out while there isn't much of a queue. The store prioritises customers ordering from Uber and other apps. Not apologising for the wait. It's always russian roulette if the food is hot or cold. I understand the staff are young adults but there doesn't seem like there's any management trying to improve the issues that have been happening for years. It's quicker now for me as a kingswinford resident to travel to Stourbridge or merry hill to get food and return home with hot food and quicker collection of the food. Something needs to improve.

Keep getting the orders wrong, can’t speak to any one as they don’t answer the phones, write a complaint still nothing, you pay for food and don’t get the order right, this is the second time, nothing worse than paying for something and not getting it Then the kids crying as the orders wrong 😡

Ordered online, had it delivered and the quarter pounders were so in edible it’s a joke….. so much seasoning on it that we spat the burgers out instantly yet Uber won’t give us our money back….. absolute joke

Now you'd think working at place that's serves thousands of burgers a day they would be able to make one that didn't look like someone had sat on and garnished it with all the lettuce they had in store.But no to my surprise they really do employ bafoons who can't put things on a bun And please stop the cardboard straws id like to be able to finish a drink

Would rate no stars if that was an option. Food was cold bun was like it was from the fridge. Terrible McDonald's. Previous visits have resulted in incorrect orders incomplete orders. Lack of receipts being provided makes it difficult to complain and use of the drivethrough means you don't discover the error until you are at home. Rudest staff I've ever experienced at any McDonald's. Drive thru agent grunted "what do you want" He then took my payment and then just left me hanging without thanking me. He just scuttled back to his booth like a dirty little spider. No hello or thank you. Avoid if possible

This has to be one of the worst McDonalds there is, food was barely warm and the burger looked like it died a few times before being delivered. The fries was almost cold, no onions on the burger and when you ask for extra there is a few chopped pieces and I mean maybe five little pieces if you are lucky. The gherkin has definitely seen better days like when it was just sliced and not one piece that had been there since last week. One source provide for three people all delivered by on of the worst delivery food service, almost always disappointing with the cold food from McDonalds. There is no care in remembering this is going to people who are choosing to spend their money with McDonalds. If I wasn't poorly all the time, I would make my own burgers, they are fresher, bigger, served very warm, fresh chips and a delicious drink unlike McDonalds. Terrible food and this is not the first time, we do give these food places the benefit of the doubt - it has now run it's course, McDonalds in Kingswinford need good staff and major improvements because this is just not anywhere near good enough!!!

Maintains its title as the worst McDonald's in the UK. Think of something simple to order and they mess it up, keep you waiting for 20 minutes, then find out what they've given you is wrong and/or cold. Complaints are met by a confused, stressed out teenager who's trying their best. Even getting to the counter in the filthy restaurant is a challenge when you have to navigate an army of boisterous delivery drivers who've taken their mates and kid brother for the ride. Do do do do doo, not lovin' it!

absolute joke of a place. me and my sister came up for food and it took almost an hour for someone to finally serve her AT THE TILL. and another fifteen minutes for them to actually come and when they did they got our order wrong and the food was cold. staff were to busy talking and not working. can’t even do what they’re paid to do. disappointing and unprofessional .

Thought I would try again... ordered a BBQ & Bacon Chicken One... Obviously still have the same drug fuelled idiots that screwed up my order 2 months ago... It was missing the bacon, lettuce, mayo, bbq sauce and tomato... This left me with 2 chicken selects, a tortilla wrap and mayo... Will never be using this mcdonalds again and hope whoever reads this review won't either... (Also don't order the GRIMace shake...)

Will not be going back to this McDonalds. Very disappointed. Waited 15 minutes for our drive thru order to come out to the car. No apology for the wait. Opened up my bacon double Big Mac and my 5 year old nephew could have done a better job putting it together plus they missed off part of the bacon. Husband had to go in to get correct order and that’s another 10 minute wait!! Very poor McDonalds - do better!!

Staff of this branch is always half asleep during their night shifts whenever i order from this branch theres always something missing or wrong with my order. i always order through the app and they never bother to read it through what’s written very poor service and unprofessional. 👎

Kinda annoying that my hot food was sat on a tray waiting for the chips and drink to be poured. It seems sensible that the drink is ready and the fries are added last minute. Not a whole 180 seconds sat on a tray unattended. After all, it's not as if the drink would go cold. Why doesn't McDonald's do what Burger King at Gallagher Park Junction 9 of the M6 (and Castlegate Dudley) do and have a self service drinks machine for customers to pour their own drinks. Each medium drink costs less than a penny; so even if they lose an extra 2 pence per meal sold, they would be able to have a faster service and maybe even save costs on salary. The self-serve is one of the reasons I prefer BK. That, the chips and fact that Dr Pepper is available in several flavours.

Really is of a shocking standard, ordered a simple double cheeseburger got told to park up but didn’t see the logic as there was nobody in the drive thru, burger married and it was absolutely disgusting the sauce was all over the burger it looked like it was assembled by a 2 year old went into the restaurant no apology or nothing got me another burger and it was exactly the same! The upper management for that particular chain need to do a serious review of the standards at the place when they aren’t expecting it and putting on a show for them because the standards are shocking.

The milkshakes were solidified, but it was heavenly, you can't beat a banana milkshake. It's good, like McFlurrys, they're solid! The Stourbridge one never works.

Made a order online been 2 hours still haven't received the food driver is at the restaurant and can't find out why. Tried calling multiple times no answer. Really agitating when you order food late because you want something quick before bed and can't even get an explanation why absolute jokers

I went to McDonald's today and bought a happy meal, but when I opened the burger for my son to eat, I was really surprised that their packaging was really horrible.

Your standard Mac Donald’s, ordered a coffee and was told to wait in bay. I waited around 10mins and it came out. Not sure why I was waiting so long

Can't belive that the drive thru never gets it's right bbq sauce can't be that difficult Service inside realy shunt take 35 minutes it's supposed to be fast food . Just lately it's more like a taxi rank and it's nor exactly child friendly with with delivery drivers F in and Geff in at the counter can be quite intimidating So come into the 21st century and try delivery can't belive still missed one third of the order the big mac was the main course but cudnt even get that right So disappointing Tried calling the shop but of course no one nos how to answer that Come on guys you can do better every one else does

Absolutely sick of this McDonald’s. Every time I come here the food is wrong. They made us the new hatrick burger with no sauce or onions? And gave my wrap with just lettuce? Drinks always half full and staff too unbothered to do anything about it. I’ll just drive 20 mins to my next McDonald’s next time

Normal for macdonalds, it was rammed, it was so noisy with kids filling the seats, I sat in my car for 2 hours eating my lunch and drinking my cold drink, probably one of my better lunch times. Food was as normal, good! The drink was deliciously cold, it was just what I needed after a long drive in horrendous traffic jams.

Absolutely shocking….Kingswinford mc Donald’s…….the order came a long time after the order was placed……only half of the order came…shocking service …had to get out of car in the drive by area to see where the rest of my meal was…..which was very embarrassing….no apology….and when I got back this is what I was given …

I came through the driv thru this evening, ordered a hat trick burger and to my surprise when I got home there were only 2 patties instead of the advertised 3. While waiting for 5 minutes to pay there were team members swearing so customers can hear, then waited another 5 minutes at the delivery window to be given a wrong product. When calling the store to try and get it rectified no help was given. Very poor service for a global business

Very long wait to be served (15-20mins) even though we were near the front. Once served another wait to pay, then it was normal quick efficiency. Whether there was a problem not sure but it defo wasn't fast food !!

Same old story ordering from McDonald’s via the app. Ordered for delivery as did not want to drive to the restaurant & Uber delivered our order later than expected (food cold) only to find items missing AGAIN !! Telephone for the restaurant ringing off the hook so had to drive to the store to complain and get the missing items but no chance of getting the delivery charge or handling fee back as McDonald’s told us to contact Uber and Uber denied it was them and told us to contact McDonald’s. How can they get away with it. £5 to fetch your own food. Complete joke. AVOID.

absolutely poor customer service. 1st time my order is wrong. 2nd time my food never shown up!!!! So i drove down there to explain my situation and they were nothing but useless. I will never ever visit or buy anything from this restaurant again. I dont recommend anyone to come here. Unless you want the enjoyment hassle with getting your full money back. The atleast this restaurant could've done to apologise on their behalf to re make my food and to never let that driver deliver for them again.

One milkskake and 6 nuggets, ordered inside because of the drive thru que, Took 20mins!!! And its a regular occurance thanks to the swarm of delivery drivers, get your priorities sorted.

Not enough staff to cope with the amount of customers.

Food on the floor caused my foot to slip when standing as I stood my leg/knee gave way and twisted , causing me to go to A&E not being able to weight bear, to having X-rays for me to have fractured knee and 2 months off work, physio sessions also . When I did this I passed out twice on my friend and then again on the long chair we was sat on! I think this needs to be made aware , if I can have my knee fractured what would happen if this was the elderly , it would cause death to them! Always food on floor when visiting the restraunt I should be owed something for this . And do have proof of physio sessions , sick notes and fracture clinic appointments

Had food delivered that was stone cold, contacted them as it was late it had been sat there an hour I asked them to replace the food but they still sent it forcing me to take it back, then they didn’t want to replace it

Dislike for two reasons. First is it’s too busy Uber eats drivers everywhere and super slow service, this is not the staffs fault as most staff are pleasant. It’s just too busy . That’s my second point ! The council should close this site as it leaves to very bad traffic on the road . The drive Thu is not big enough for the demand and clogged up the road . The council tax they pay is not enough to warrant such a burden on the surrounding area

For two drive-thru visits in a row, I've had to wait for approx 15 minutes in a waiting bay and both times there have been errors with my order. The first time, I got that fed up of waiting I ended up going into the restaurant only to see my order sat waiting. By the time I got someone's attention (approx 4 mins) later staff lied to me and said, "It was just been put there." I thought I would give them a second chance, but clearly this restaurant has gone downhill, and the customer service is shocking.

cold burgers served on squashed buns, over toasted to the point of being burnt. Service was slow, but the coffee was good.

Excellent customer service from a member of staff named "Pete". Very polite when bringing my food to the waiting bay and resolved an issue with a missed order straight away, with a smile and a brilliant personality. It would have been 5 stars if the fella taking the payments had the same attitude. He grunted at me to confirm my order on the screen, I said it's not on there and then he snapped saying " look at the screen, is that your order?" I repeated myself again and instead of an apology he rolled his eyes and read my order. I think he needs to take a few leaves out of Petes book.

Awful waited in bay 25 mins, i decided to go in find out where my order was its a joke, they deal with delivery orders first, big mistake need to sort out walk ins and drive through fast food i think not it was cold awell wont be going back disgusting needs sorting every time you go there you have to wait in a bay

Ordered online for delivery. Wrong order sent out rang store to complain and had phone put down on me. Abysmal customer service. Ordered 2 deluxe double quarter pounder meals and got 2 double cheese burgers and chicken mayo. Took hour and half to arrive and was freezing when it arrived.

Missing food again! I asked for a breakfast sausage to be put in a box and when I got back home it wasn’t in there. Ridiculous

The food was good, but no balloons for the small children,no crayons or coulouring sheets, and Internet for the computer child games switched off very disappointing,will not use kingswinford again,will go to merry hill .

Terrible food every thing was all stone cold our burgers where thrown on half hanging off and yet they still wrapped them, cheese was stuck to wrapping awful! Chips where not cooked and where all in the bottom of the bag put in upside down! Milkshakes was pure syrup and warm, Food is not to legal temperatures management need to be doing spot checks on quality and temperatures which they obviously are not doing! all staff need retraining on food practices, and hot holding procedures, food should not be sent out cold, this resturant really needs to look at its food procedures ASAP!!

Had the worst experience here! Drive thru queue was absolutely ridiculous; you couldn’t access the car park. Finally got in and ordered my food on a screen which was a good job bc there were 3 people waiting to order at the tills and it took over 10 minutes for someone to serve them and even acknowledge them. Staff were rude, didn’t acknowledge customers whatsoever and walked past them like they weren’t there. Waited over 20 minutes for my food, people who ordered after me got their order first. Even a bloke who had ordered a milkshake and apple pie waited over 12 minutes. Whilst waiting 2 people eating in had to complain that their food was freezing cold and then again had to wait over 10/15 minutes for a fresh one. Finally got my food, drove 15 minutes to realise that HALF my order was missing and the food that was in there was freezing cold. Drove back, couldn’t access the car park again for nearly 10 minutes and had to go in and complain. Man behind till didn’t say much, just a heartless “sorry” and proceeded to get my missing items within seconds. The food was par at best. If your waiting for longer periods of time, you expect the food to be amazing.. not here. The worst McDonald I’ve been to! I will not be using this one again and I do not recommend.

Dreadful. Longest wait for mcdonalds food, globally. 35min for a double quarter pounder meal. Been served faster in Spain, Holland and USA. Poor staff attitude "not my problem" kinda vibe. Went for a breakfast and found the night shift worker's and the day shift manager outside on the carpark smoking not just cigarettes but the members of the shift smoking weed will never use this McDonald's or there restaurant's again if I could give less than half I would absolutely disgraceful let's all have weed flavoured food and get high by having a mcdy

Sat ages at drive thru without being served, other queue was being served so drove up to window, they did take our order at the window, gave us the drinks and Mc flurries first and hot food came 10 mins later, ice cream was melted. I realise now why it is rated one of the worst Mc Donald's ever

Shocking service, ordered an Uber eats order and came completely wrong. No drinks, wrong food in the bags. Rang McDonald's Kingswinford and they didn't want to know. I just got the generic 'can't do anything, just contact Uber Eats for a refund. Probably the worst McDonald's I have ever used. Also stay away if you require disabled parking. The delivery drivers use them. And are not challenged by the staff.

Waited 40 minutes for a breakfast order. Interesting watching the dozen or so delivery drivers milling around the counter waiting for orders. Might be worth considering having a separate area for customers as it feels less of somewhere to eat and more of taxi rank. Overall, a dismal experience.

Firstly, deliveroo and just eat drivers we’re parked in the collection bays. My advice don’t order from either - the one in our pick up bay had filthy collection bags and had another person smoking in the car. Secondly, we ordered Big Macs and something bad has happened to them. They were smaller, tasted more of the sauce then anything and had horrid shiny chewy buns. I’ve always loved a Big Mac but not after tonight it’s put me off them. Staff were nice to be fair.

the delivery driver drove of with my food as i shouted out the window were she needed to go , instead she got into her car and drove away when all she needed to do was got up the stairs infront of her. She one blind and stupid women . I want my money back and my food delivered. YOU need some NEW delivery drivers this women looked drugged and gone of her head . Hit and miss really. Sometimes very decent service that you can't say anything bad about, but more often than not, extremely long waiting times, missed/wrong items on the order, cold food due to waiting so long. Last time I went here through drive thru it took them 35 minutes to get my food on the evening. Made me doubt its a "fast" food chain, with that waiting time might as well gone to a proper restaurant.
