McDonald's in Dudley

Awful. They can never get an order right, and they take a very long time to make it even if it’s 1 or 2 items. Whoever is in charge of this branch needs sacking. It is renowned for being the worst for a reason. If I could give it zero I would.

My burger was really cold it was all mushed up burger patty wasn't cooked enough food poisoning for 1 day. Inside was an absolute tip there was ketchup on the floor and trays everywhere disgusting place (Kent Street)

This is the worst mcdonalds in the area by far! Waited 5 mins to get my order taken, then parked up for 20 minutes. Went in to find out where my order was and it was sat under the heat lamp, no apologies from the manager, even forgot the sauces.

Place was a packed Saturday lunchtime , service initially good as ordered at paypoint. However when time came to collect i could see my food on the table and kept having to ask if i could have it it took 5 mins for someone to acknowledge and hand me my food. As with McDs the temp.of the food is always an issue and I've always have to pop itnin a microwave to give it a heat up this is what ive come to expect. Not just this branch. I will also say value for money has gone right down portion size is fast becoming a joke. By the time I grab another one i daresay a kids size portion will be all you get. Average at best.

Ordered online waited 15 mins for food, poor service.

sat in the drive through for 5 mins waiting for our order to be taken just for us to sit there for 10 minutes waiting for the food, my dad went inside to complain because at this point his coffee is getting cold. the worker he spoke to said she’d make him a fresh coffee, she’s come and brought 2 coffees nearly 10 mins later without the food when my dad asked about the food she told us we’d already had our food? which was obviously not the case. got our food in the end after waiting over 20 minutes

Would rate no stars if that was an option. Food was cold bun was like it was from the fridge. Terrible McDonald's. Previous visits have resulted in incorrect orders incomplete orders. Lack of receipts being provided makes it difficult to complain and use of the drivethrough means you don't discover the error until you are at home. What's the point of ordering ahead on the app and checking in when you arrive for it to still take nearly 30 mins for 'fast' food. Also can't follow typed instructions ice in drinks when no ice selected in app. No sauces. Parked opposite door and dosey staff still walk your order around the carpark

The service here is terrible! How does it take over 13 minutes to do 2 breakfast muffin meals?! To top it off the sausage was burnt and the latte half full and bitter.

Milkshake was made with out of date milk, tasted really sour, gone straight in the bin you should be proud of yourselves for giving a pregnant woman a bad milkshake 🤢 made me sick

As I picked my food from drive through I noticed fries was missing asked the guy that was serving me for fries to which I was told I didn’t order them however I showed him my receipt and he was in wrong as he pass my the fries he then threw ketchup at me which then spill all over my car Of course the manager Emrah didn’t help at all I’m now going to report this to police as it’s not behaviour I will tolerate at all

Worst McDonalds in UK for a reason. Only interested in Deliveroo orders. Drive thru or walk in always long wait while delivery drivers park as they please, blocking all areas. Quickest option is to park up and order for delivery

The queue for the drive thru was spilling onto the main road. The queue inside was equally as bad. The problem is the orders online, which they obviously couldn't manage, which meant the problem was that some people who were eating in were waiting nearly 25 mins for food!!!.... Ridiculous....

Reliably good service from the staff. Quick as you'd expect and always clean. 80% of orders come out missing something... So always check before leaving with your food (or most of it 😂) as this can be very upsetting for whoever gets missed out! Family and all the kids friends do love this maccys though. Nothing is too much trouble and they do happily customise burgers etc so it's a nice easy place for a quick meal. Living the breakfast wrap... Though 2 eggs?! Not necessary maccys! The mini hash browns are nice!

Whilst staying at the Premier Inn next door, we made two visits to McDo. First for ice cream and apple pie, with coffee, and our second visit for burgers and chips, coffee and apple pies. Not our normal restaurant, but this outlet is pleasantly decorated and set out and has classical music playing on a loop.

We came in at 23:10 when we walked in the shop was empty so we thought our orders would be quick (we were wrong) we waited 30 mins they put drive through orders over the store orders so when we eventually got our order we were left with cold nuggets and a room temp burger. Only one member of staff was on and they kept ignoring our burgers in the side hence why our food was cold. To make matters worse someone in the kitchen shouted and we were greeted with a nugget at our feet which they threw at their work mate

Piss poor service, had multiple times where orders were wrong and poor assistance in resolution, and talking to them on the phone is pointless. Need to get them staff trained properly and be able to handle busy times.

Disabled spaces all taken up by delivery drivers! If you do get to park you'll wait a while, priority given to deliveries, then drive thru then people inside!

Very empty but was served quickly food was ok.

Basically stating the same as all the other negative reviews about this place (of which there are many) it's the first time we've used this branch as we usually use our local on Penn road, this has to be the worst run mcdonalds in the midlands if not the country I would imagine. 35 minutes in a drive through I kid you not, it appeared from what I could see to be run by kids all around the age of about 17, not one of them seemed to have any idea what they should or should not be doing. Fast food ? I think not.. Guy's do yourselves a favour & use either Merry hill or Penn road which are both ten minutes from this circus.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They do not care about any customers other than uber collections. The security guard is also racist as allows the uber drivers to abuse the normal customers. Shame on you McDonald's.

Slow service and badly made burgers (and usually cold) almost every time. Over a period of 10 years or more, this particular McDonald’s has been consistently poor. Pretty impressive tbh as I can imagine the staff turnover is fairly high. Just ordered a plain burger for my daughter. I don't understand how you guys can get worse as time goes on... I ordered a double cheeseburger and requested extra pickles through the app and picked up via the drive-thru (the wait in the drive-thru is also ridiculous) The burger had the extra pickles sticker on the wrapper, so please tell me how I ended up with 0 pickles in my burger???

It’s a drive though and eat in. Drive through not the fastest as they are preparing for late night MacDeliveries. When we got our food no apologies for the wait. Ps food was cold and as normal tasteless until you put some type of sauce on to make up for the food. Why are most foods unlike the photos!

We had a delivery through Uber Eats. The order arrived cold and only 7 out of the 10 items we ordered arrived. I called McDonald's in Kingswinford to ask for the 3 missing items to be delivered to us. My call was answered by an arrogant male member of staff. He couldn't understand that the staff were at fault for leaving 3 food items from our order. I asked for his name but he started getting irate and shouting at me saying "you are not having my name". I told him calmly that he was out of order that I have recorded the call so I can recognise his voice when I visit and report him to his manager. How can some idiot member of McDonald's staff not understand that the food was in a folded over bag and sealed closed with a McDonald's sticker, it had no way of being opened. The 3 missing items were down to him and the other incompetent members of staff who cannot count to 10. I wouldn't normally leave a poor review but this is the third time we have had an incomplete order from McDonald's at Kingswinford. It is the last time I order anything from them. . I have since read on the Internet that the McDonald's in Kingswinford is considered to be the WORST McDonald's in the UK. As for me saying that "I RECORD MY CALLS", I actually do. I use a mobile phone app called CUBE ACR. It records all incoming and outgoing calls including those from WhatsApp etc. I think there's a free trial period but after that it's £1.99 a week but for 12 months it is just £13.99 I can honestly recommend using the CUBE ACR app.

Keep getting the orders wrong, can’t speak to any one as they don’t answer the phones, write a complaint still nothing, you pay for food and don’t get the order right, this is the second time, nothing worse than paying for something and not getting it Then the kids crying as the orders wrong 😡

Spend 20 minutes waiting for food to come out while there isn't much of a queue. The store prioritises customers ordering from Uber and other apps. Not apologising for the wait. It's always russian roulette if the food is hot or cold. I understand the staff are young adults but there doesn't seem like there's any management trying to improve the issues that have been happening for years. It's quicker now for me as a kingswinford resident to travel to Stourbridge or merry hill to get food and return home with hot food and quicker collection of the food. Something needs to improve.

This has to be one of the worst McDonalds there is, food was barely warm and the burger looked like it died a few times before being delivered. The fries was almost cold, no onions on the burger and when you ask for extra there is a few chopped pieces and I mean maybe five little pieces if you are lucky. The gherkin has definitely seen better days like when it was just sliced and not one piece that had been there since last week. One source provide for three people all delivered by on of the worst delivery food service, almost always disappointing with the cold food from McDonalds. There is no care in remembering this is going to people who are choosing to spend their money with McDonalds. If I wasn't poorly all the time, I would make my own burgers, they are fresher, bigger, served very warm, fresh chips and a delicious drink unlike McDonalds. Terrible food and this is not the first time, we do give these food places the benefit of the doubt - it has now run it's course, McDonalds in Kingswinford need good staff and major improvements because this is just not anywhere near good enough!!!

Maintains its title as the worst McDonald's in the UK. Think of something simple to order and they mess it up, keep you waiting for 20 minutes, then find out what they've given you is wrong and/or cold. Complaints are met by a confused, stressed out teenager who's trying their best. Even getting to the counter in the filthy restaurant is a challenge when you have to navigate an army of boisterous delivery drivers who've taken their mates and kid brother for the ride. Do do do do doo, not lovin' it!

Thought I would try again... ordered a BBQ & Bacon Chicken One... Obviously still have the same drug fuelled idiots that screwed up my order 2 months ago... It was missing the bacon, lettuce, mayo, bbq sauce and tomato... This left me with 2 chicken selects, a tortilla wrap and mayo... Will never be using this mcdonalds again and hope whoever reads this review won't either... (Also don't order the GRIMace shake...)

Opened up my bacon double Big Mac and my 5 year old nephew could have done a better job putting it together plus they missed off part of the bacon. Staff of this branch is always half asleep during their night shifts whenever i order from this branch theres always something missing or wrong with my order. i always order through the app and they never bother to read it through what’s written very poor service and unprofessional. 👎

Kinda annoying that my hot food was sat on a tray waiting for the chips and drink to be poured. It seems sensible that the drink is ready and the fries are added last minute. Not a whole 180 seconds sat on a tray unattended. After all, it's not as if the drink would go cold. Why doesn't McDonald's do what Burger King at Gallagher Park Junction 9 of the M6 (and Castlegate Dudley) do and have a self service drinks machine for customers to pour their own drinks. Each medium drink costs less than a penny; so even if they lose an extra 2 pence per meal sold, they would be able to have a faster service and maybe even save costs on salary. The self-serve is one of the reasons I prefer BK. That, the chips and fact that Dr Pepper is available in several flavours.

Really is of a shocking standard, ordered a simple double cheeseburger got told to park up but didn’t see the logic as there was nobody in the drive thru, burger married and it was absolutely disgusting the sauce was all over the burger it looked like it was assembled by a 2 year old went into the restaurant no apology or nothing got me another burger and it was exactly the same! The upper management for that particular chain need to do a serious review of the standards at the place when they aren’t expecting it and putting on a show for them because the standards are shocking.

Absolutely sick of this McDonald’s. Every time I come here the food is wrong. They made us the new hatrick burger with no sauce or onions? And gave my wrap with just lettuce? Normal for macdonalds, it was rammed, it was so noisy with kids filling the seats, I sat in my car for 2 hours eating my lunch and drinking my cold drink, probably one of my better lunch times. Food was as normal, good! The drink was deliciously cold, it was just what I needed after a long drive in horrendous traffic jams.

I came through the driv thru this evening, ordered a hat trick burger and to my surprise when I got home there were only 2 patties instead of the advertised 3. While waiting for 5 minutes to pay there were team members swearing so customers can hear, then waited another 5 minutes at the delivery window to be given a wrong product. When calling the store to try and get it rectified no help was given. Very poor service for a global business

Very long wait to be served (15-20mins) even though we were near the front. Once served another wait to pay, then it was normal quick efficiency. Whether there was a problem not sure but it defo wasn't fast food !!

Same old story ordering from McDonald’s via the app. Ordered for delivery as did not want to drive to the restaurant & Uber delivered our order later than expected (food cold) only to find items missing AGAIN !! Telephone for the restaurant ringing off the hook so had to drive to the store to complain and get the missing items but no chance of getting the delivery charge or handling fee back as McDonald’s told us to contact Uber and Uber denied it was them and told us to contact McDonald’s. How can they get away with it. £5 to fetch your own food. Complete joke. AVOID.

absolutely poor customer service. 1st time my order is wrong. 2nd time my food never shown up!!!! So i drove down there to explain my situation and they were nothing but useless. I will never ever visit or buy anything from this restaurant again. I dont recommend anyone to come here. Unless you want the enjoyment hassle with getting your full money back. The atleast this restaurant could've done to apologise on their behalf to re make my food and to never let that driver deliver for them again.

One milkskake and 6 nuggets, ordered inside because of the drive thru que, Took 20mins!!! And its a regular occurance thanks to the swarm of delivery drivers, get your priorities sorted.

Not enough staff to cope with the amount of customers.

Food on the floor caused my foot to slip when standing as I stood my leg/knee gave way and twisted , causing me to go to A&E not being able to weight bear, to having X-rays for me to have fractured knee and 2 months off work, physio sessions also . When I did this I passed out twice on my friend and then again on the long chair we was sat on! I think this needs to be made aware , if I can have my knee fractured what would happen if this was the elderly , it would cause death to them! Always food on floor when visiting the restraunt I should be owed something for this . And do have proof of physio sessions , sick notes and fracture clinic appointments

Had food delivered that was stone cold, contacted them as it was late it had been sat there an hour I asked them to replace the food but they still sent it forcing me to take it back, then they didn’t want to replace it

Dislike for two reasons. First is it’s too busy Uber eats drivers everywhere and super slow service, this is not the staffs fault as most staff are pleasant. It’s just too busy . That’s my second point ! The council should close this site as it leaves to very bad traffic on the road . The drive Thu is not big enough for the demand and clogged up the road . The council tax they pay is not enough to warrant such a burden on the surrounding area

For two drive-thru visits in a row, I've had to wait for approx 15 minutes in a waiting bay and both times there have been errors with my order. The first time, I got that fed up of waiting I ended up going into the restaurant only to see my order sat waiting. By the time I got someone's attention (approx 4 mins) later staff lied to me and said, "It was just been put there." I thought I would give them a second chance, but clearly this restaurant has gone downhill, and the customer service is shocking.

cold burgers served on squashed buns, over toasted to the point of being burnt. Service was slow, but the coffee was good.

Excellent customer service from a member of staff named "Pete". Very polite when bringing my food to the waiting bay and resolved an issue with a missed order straight away, with a smile and a brilliant personality. It would have been 5 stars if the fella taking the payments had the same attitude. He grunted at me to confirm my order on the screen, I said it's not on there and then he snapped saying " look at the screen, is that your order?" I repeated myself again and instead of an apology he rolled his eyes and read my order. I think he needs to take a few leaves out of Petes book.
