Great food and service. Love it there. Good for family's and couples.

What has happened to frankie and Bennys. Used to be the place to go. Went here tonight after previous booked table elsewhere was a dud. No fifties theme screaming kids dance music. Felt more like a crèche crossed with a bingo hall. Terrible service terrible food walked out never again

Lovely festive catch up with friends, the team were great and the food choices great and what we had really impressive

We had bad experience with the staff. lack of professionalism A new girl she doesn’t know how to manage the order and also they made mistakes with the order. At the end to leave my friends pay for jelly and don’t receive any and a man was very rude with them . they kicked them out of the restaurant refusing to give them what they actually paid for.

Loved the food, and drink. Restaurant very clean, and tidy. Staff very friendly.

Poor customer service, Entered and the place was quite busy, due to having autism and struggling with the noise level on one side of the restaurant that was full, I asked to sit somewhere quieter (half of the restaurant was empty) and the lady serving told me it would be too difficult to deliver the food to a quieter part of the restaurant. Unfortunately decided not eat there due to the ladies attitude and inability to provide inclusivity.

Excellent service. Went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. Definitely be back. The nice lady who serviced us was so kind and chatty. Thank you

Wonderful! Went on a Wednesday in half term although the restaurant was busy our server Samantha was amazing and made sure we were served in a timely manner and her service was fantastic. The food was incredible. I had chicken wings and a bbq pizza and I’m already booking to come back as it was so good! Would give 10 ⭐️ if I could 🤍

We stopped in for dinner as an alternative to Tesco. Our shelves were empty. The food was good, service was excellent. The place was quiet, we had it to ourselves. ( it was close to closing time)

Had the pleasure of dining at Frankie & Benny's this week with my friend to celebrate his birthday, and it was a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles, and the restaurant was immaculately clean. Our waitress, Mya, went above and beyond to make the evening special. She was polite, courteous, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Service like hers really adds a personal touch and made us feel incredibly well taken care of. The atmosphere was a little quiet, but considering the smaller crowd that evening, it wasn’t surprising. Even so, the friendly staff made up for it with their upbeat attitude and attentiveness. As for the food—delicious! We started with the Meatballs, which were packed with flavour. Though a side of bread would have made it perfect, the dish still set the tone for a promising meal. For the main course, we both had the BBQ Chicken and Ribs, and they were absolutely scrumptious! Tender, smoky, and perfectly seasoned—every bite was a treat. A big shout out to the entire waiting staff, who were attentive and ensured that my friend's birthday celebration was a memorable one. Awful food not nice at all tastes like frozen food felt very disappointed will not return never been. Before but will never return £60 for 2 meals that was not cooked properly

Came for quick bite to eat, friendly clean and speedy service. Jack looked after us.

On arrival to our table there was no cutlery or napkins and we had to ask for them. The food was over cooked and fries were dry and hard. We were not asked by the waitress if we wanted any sauces etc she quickly dashed off before we could ask for anything else. The overall quality of the food has gone down since we visited last.

Very welcoming on arrival. Sue seated us and made us feel right at home. Food and drinks order taken promptly. Food is good but for some of the meals I do think they are overpriced for the size. Will definitely return. Keep up the good work guys

Booked for an anniversary meal with a very large family group, from toddlers to retirees present. Nothing was too much of an ask for our server Cara. She is an excellent member of the team and definitely deserves recognition for her dedication to her role. Customer service at its finest!

I can’t help but feel you don’t take allergies seriously if they’re aren’t one of the 14… my daughter has allergies that aren’t part of the 14 & we were told I’ll let them know but probably won’t be able to do anything as it’s not one of the 14 allergens As a parent & someone who also works in hospitality I know you can’t 100% help some cross contamination however the attitude of your staff needs improving when it’s something so serious as allergies!

This is a delicious restaurant with wonder full staff.

Cara was AMAZING! She made us laugh, made sure our requests were met, and overall made our experience so good! The food was really tasty too and was just enough to fill us up. Lovely cheap date night!

The pizza was the worst I’ve ever had, it was warm at most, I ordered a drink that took 10 minutes to come, overall I will never be going back.

Popped in at lunchtime after the cinema, busier than expected, but got seated straight away. Staff were very polite, friendly and professional. Food was great.i had spaghetti Carbonara with chicken,portion size was good, struggled to finish Reasonably priced meal, only had 2 soft drinks & 2 mains, roughly £14 per head.

Great service from Zoe today, she was patient, attentive and tended to 3 children's constant asks. Zoe is an asset to Frankie and Benny's.

Unfortunately myself and my partner are very disappointed following our visit today. It’s date night and we figured we’d try something different for food, having not visited Frankie and benny’s for many years and always having fond memories of the place we thought we’d give it a go for the evening…grave mistake. The serving staff and host were lovely and could not be faulted. However when we were seated and saw the prices on the menu for the food they had to offer that should have been our queue to leave from there. Spending so much of your hard earnt cash, you do not expect microwaved and quite frankly revolting food to be served to you. Not wanting to complain having worked in hospitality myself we tried to eat as much as we could and not make a scene but if I’m honest we’re both feeling pretty nauseous after what we have eaten and the shocking prices too! I’m surprised more people don’t complain, seriously… We will not be returning here again and honestly I give this place months….

Visited today for an early lunch after visiting dudley canals, big family of 7, service was amazing, food was fast and delicious, drinks, mains and pudding, for a very reasonable price, definitely be back soon

My friend and I went to Frankie & Benny’s Dudley for lunch today and had a great time! I ordered the chicken Parmesan and my friend ordered a chicken and halloumi burger. Since she is vegetarian, they kindly let her swap the chicken for extra halloumi, which was great. We had a wonderful experience, but we noticed there were only two members of staff working. It was a bit confusing since it was a Saturday lunchtime, and the restaurant was certainly starting to pick up. There must have been about 12 tables at once between the two ladies. Despite this, both Roxy and Sue delivered excellent service. I did feel bad for them being by themselves, though. I think more staff should be working to ensure everybody has a great time. Overall, we had a fantastic lunch and would definitely recommend this place. Thanks again to Roxy and Sue for their hard work!

My experience at Frankie & Benny's was wonderful. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The staff was very polite, very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant it was was beautiful, and really enjoyed the the retro style theme. The menu was very informative, easy to follow and prices was cheap and cheerful to see and the food was just gorgeous, very delicious. I can't wait to return to this wonderful restaurant again. 10/10

We visited Frankie & Benny's one evening during the week - the waitress was nice, friendly and made us feel welcome. It's nice to be able to have a bit of banter! Not many people were there (we usually go when it's packed so was a nice change). There were so many kids that were unsettled so that didn't stop us having a nice time as a family. The food was delicious, dessert was so good too. Loved the music 🤩

Dropped in on the off chance and was surprised to find the place almost empty. Quickly greeted and seated. Staff were great and very attentive which was not surprising due to the lack of customers. Ordered and food came quickly. It was ok but I wouldn't rush back in an hurry.

On a family visit to Dudley we decide to go for breakfast at Frankie and Bennys and it was 100% the best decision. Sue our server was very attentive and made visit more enjoyable by looking after us so well.The food was great value and plentiful. The music creates a nice atmosphere . Will definetely be back .

We always love going to F&Bs. This was the first time in Dudley and it was awesome as expected. Ambi was particularly helpful and fun! with great service and quality food as expected.

What the bejesus has happened to this place? Stunned at the lack of quality control, I ordered the signature butter milk chicken priced at £18 …… gosh when it came out I was genuinely shocked with the quality. I felt sorry for the waitress I give this place months before it shuts they have lost the plot on the outside competition, presentation of the food was 0, my fries were 3 different colours and thanks for serving me up all the scrap ends of the frozen chip butts. Stay at home peps and I recommend Icelands luxury buttermilk chicken 8 minutes in the air fryer instead, sorry to say I didn’t eat my meal it was returned to the kitchen on principle. Sorry guys but everyone works hard for their money and when you go out you want quality and value for money !!!!!

Went as a large group for dinner. Served by Syrian who was very helpful and patient with a large group. Very accommodating even when we were running late.

Food was poor. Cheap and tasteless. Frankie and bennys used to be really good but I paid £20 for something I could have bought from Wetherspoons. Majorly gone down hill, only saving grace is we had 241 so it wasn’t as bad.
