Was served by Roxie tonight, she was an excellent server, very polite and cheerful, which made us the same. Had a good meal out with my mom, thank you!

Very welcoming on arrival. Sue seated us and made us feel right at home. Food and drinks order taken promptly. Food is good but for some of the meals I do think they are overpriced for the size. Will definitely return. Keep up the good work guys

I can’t help but feel you don’t take allergies seriously if they’re aren’t one of the 14… my daughter has allergies that aren’t part of the 14 & we were told I’ll let them know but probably won’t be able to do anything as it’s not one of the 14 allergens As a parent & someone who also works in hospitality I know you can’t 100% help some cross contamination however the attitude of your staff needs improving when it’s something so serious as allergies!

Booked for an anniversary meal with a very large family group, from toddlers to retirees present. Nothing was too much of an ask for our server Cara. She is an excellent member of the team and definitely deserves recognition for her dedication to her role. Customer service at its finest!

The pizza was the worst I’ve ever had, it was warm at most, I ordered a drink that took 10 minutes to come, overall I will never be going back.

Popped in at lunchtime after the cinema, busier than expected, but got seated straight away. Staff were very polite, friendly and professional. Food was great.i had spaghetti Carbonara with chicken,portion size was good, struggled to finish Reasonably priced meal, only had 2 soft drinks & 2 mains, roughly £14 per head.

Great service from Zoe today, she was patient, attentive and tended to 3 children's constant asks. Zoe is an asset to Frankie and Benny's.

Me and my girlfriend were served by Amdi yesterday and on our previous visit. He is such a nice guy who is welcoming, kind, caring and has fantastic customer service. Best customer service in frankie and bennys in the UK. The food was lovely as always 😋

My friend and I went to Frankie & Benny’s Dudley for lunch today and had a great time! I ordered the chicken Parmesan and my friend ordered a chicken and halloumi burger. Since she is vegetarian, they kindly let her swap the chicken for extra halloumi, which was great. We had a wonderful experience, but we noticed there were only two members of staff working. It was a bit confusing since it was a Saturday lunchtime, and the restaurant was certainly starting to pick up. There must have been about 12 tables at once between the two ladies. Despite this, both Roxy and Sue delivered excellent service. I did feel bad for them being by themselves, though. I think more staff should be working to ensure everybody has a great time. Overall, we had a fantastic lunch and would definitely recommend this place. Thanks again to Roxy and Sue for their hard work!

Visited today for an early lunch after visiting dudley canals, big family of 7, service was amazing, food was fast and delicious, drinks, mains and pudding, for a very reasonable price, definitely be back soon

Unfortunately myself and my partner are very disappointed following our visit today. It’s date night and we figured we’d try something different for food, having not visited Frankie and benny’s for many years and always having fond memories of the place we thought we’d give it a go for the evening…grave mistake. The serving staff and host were lovely and could not be faulted. However when we were seated and saw the prices on the menu for the food they had to offer that should have been our queue to leave from there. Spending so much of your hard earnt cash, you do not expect microwaved and quite frankly revolting food to be served to you. Not wanting to complain having worked in hospitality myself we tried to eat as much as we could and not make a scene but if I’m honest we’re both feeling pretty nauseous after what we have eaten and the shocking prices too! I’m surprised more people don’t complain, seriously… We will not be returning here again and honestly I give this place months….

My experience at Frankie & Benny's was wonderful. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The staff was very polite, very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant it was was beautiful, and really enjoyed the the retro style theme. The menu was very informative, easy to follow and prices was cheap and cheerful to see and the food was just gorgeous, very delicious. I can't wait to return to this wonderful restaurant again. 10/10

Lovely meal to celebrate my partners birthday. Food was excellent and came very quickly. The waitress, Cara I think her name was, was attentive and really lovely, and the manager Jack was also really welcoming. Thank you guys 🙂

We visited Frankie & Benny's one evening during the week - the waitress was nice, friendly and made us feel welcome. It's nice to be able to have a bit of banter! Not many people were there (we usually go when it's packed so was a nice change). There were so many kids that were unsettled so that didn't stop us having a nice time as a family. The food was delicious, dessert was so good too. Loved the music 🤩

Dropped in on the off chance and was surprised to find the place almost empty. Quickly greeted and seated. Staff were great and very attentive which was not surprising due to the lack of customers. Ordered and food came quickly. It was ok but I wouldn't rush back in an hurry.

On a family visit to Dudley we decide to go for breakfast at Frankie and Bennys and it was 100% the best decision. Sue our server was very attentive and made visit more enjoyable by looking after us so well.The food was great value and plentiful. The music creates a nice atmosphere . Will definetely be back .

We always love going to F&Bs. This was the first time in Dudley and it was awesome as expected. Ambi was particularly helpful and fun! with great service and quality food as expected.

What the bejesus has happened to this place? Stunned at the lack of quality control, I ordered the signature butter milk chicken priced at £18 …… gosh when it came out I was genuinely shocked with the quality. I felt sorry for the waitress I give this place months before it shuts they have lost the plot on the outside competition, presentation of the food was 0, my fries were 3 different colours and thanks for serving me up all the scrap ends of the frozen chip butts. Stay at home peps and I recommend Icelands luxury buttermilk chicken 8 minutes in the air fryer instead, sorry to say I didn’t eat my meal it was returned to the kitchen on principle. Sorry guys but everyone works hard for their money and when you go out you want quality and value for money !!!!!

Went as a large group for dinner. Served by Syrian who was very helpful and patient with a large group. Very accommodating even when we were running late.

Food was poor. Cheap and tasteless. Frankie and bennys used to be really good but I paid £20 for something I could have bought from Wetherspoons. Majorly gone down hill, only saving grace is we had 241 so it wasn’t as bad.

Horror at its best. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. Very expensive for low quality , lukewarm food. With staff recommendations about eating salad in a restaurant charging close to 20 GBP per head for ribs, I fail to find words to qualify this establishment. I will never go again to a Frankie's and Benny's, this was the first and last time. I also suspect the ribs were frozen, how can food that has just been cooked be lukewarm, the bbq sauce was also frozen. Once more, horror at it's best, the decor doesn't save anything when the food is horrible.

Great family place for a treat day out. If money is tight then I would choose another option.

Overall what expected from the food chain which has gone rapidly downhill sadly the food and service was poor, very over priced and very slow to come to the table. Couple that with getting the order incorrect, it was definitely not worth the money paid at all - and very quiet which demonstrates point

Lovely food and great service, jay our waiter was really nice and we got our food really quick. We had the £5 burger and Hot Dog and it was delicious, great vegan option for my vegan friend.

I ordered through just eat. Spent over 25£ and the driver took it to the wrong adress. Didnt recieve my food or a refund both just eat and stacks refused me a refund. Not happy at all.

Went to Frankie and Bennies Castle Gate, the Margherita pizza and garlic bread was hard and completed burnt unable to eat. When reported to the waiter Jay. His response was don't come back. Due to this experience my family and myself will not be visiting again.

Went for my dad’s birthday tonight and absolutely did not disappoint. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us, even putting a candle in the dessert and playing the birthday song! It really made his night, so thank you to the lovely staff and kitchen team

What a great welcome and a great atmosphere in here really felt warm and welcoming, nice with all the lights around for Christmas, I went for the creamy chicken and nduja pasta with garlic bread the pasta was very tasty and filling plenty of chicken and pasta portion size was excellent garlic bread was ok could have been cooked a bit longer otherwise excellent main meal went foe dessert I went for the lemon meringue which was also very nice, staff was very helpful friendly and a quick service overall great experience

Visited the branch in Dudley. Christmas lights were lovely around the entire restaurant and there was really lovely atmosphere. Staff were lovely but did forget to bring me side of fries! Totally recommend the lemon meringue dessert was delish!!! Only fault is that possible the music is a tad too loud at times feels like you're shouting at your family/friends!!
