Was a great afternoon the service was bang on and the food was great

It has become my favourite place to go to for the past 4yrs. For their warmth welcome, friendliness and lovely food.

Came in for lunch and had a great meal with great service and quality food as always.

Went out to eat and the staff were friendly, the food came out fast and was really nice, maija checked in with us to make sure everything was okay with our meal. Drinks w came out fast and the cherry cocktail was really nice

Staff were very friendly and attentive. Maija was helpful and polite throughout the service. 10/10

Very very over priced for the food it serves. Poor quality food that tastes like its just been put in a microwave. My partners burger was just pure grease. Could go wetherspoons for better food at a much lower price. No wonder it's always empty

Food was great and piping hot. The staff were lovely and attentive even though it was busy and they gave us plenty of time to go through the menu to decide what we wanted and bought our drinks really quickly.

Visited for my Mum’s birthday and we had a great meal here! Service was attentive and friendly throughout. Good selection of drinks, including some lovely mocktails. The pretzel and mozzarella stick starters were very nice; I would have found it better value for money if the mozzarella stick had been cheaper or larger though. No problem to swap one dip for a different one. Main courses were delicious - it was great to see a vegetarian calzone on a menu for once! My Mum and husband both had calzones and commented on how lovely they tasted. My mac & cheese and garlic bread side were also very tasty. Portion sizes were bigger than expected and we were able to box up some leftovers to take away. Good variety of desserts. I was tempted by the Biscoff doughnut sundae, which did not disappoint! We were especially pleased at being able to redeem a Blue Light discount here, which made our meal even better value for money. Toilets were decent, although one of the cubicles was smaller than the others and pretty tight to get in & out of. Overall, we were very impressed with the food & drinks at this Frankie & Benny’s and would like to return!

Staff were all friendly and service was quick, but not to the point of feeling rushed. Food, tasty, never had a bad meal. We had the BBQ Chicken, Spag bol and kids burger.

Went for lunch! It wa so amazing! My partner ordered pretzels to start, and said they were really nice! I ordered a giant mozzarella stick and it was so good! Wished I got a cheese pull to show you guys! 9/10. I then ordered a margarita pizza for my main and it was good, wish it was a little crispier but very nice 6.2/10. #goodfood #goodeats #goodvibes

Really pleased with my visit to Frankies and Bennies today. Despite the lack of staff, Zoe really put her best self forward and couldn’t help us enough. She had to deal with some pretty rude customers who couldn’t have the empathy to understand the situation in the store but she really showed her professionalism and kindness despite the abuse she received from them. The food was great and the atmosphere was welcoming. Would go back again :)

Attempted to go in F & B Dudley this evening, we were told they weren’t taking walk-in’s only bookings, the place was empty, only about 8 tables were in use, I asked why we couldn’t use one of the empty tables we were told they weren’t using them !!! So off we went to Bella Italia, lovely food, friendly service, no need to book and no rude and unhelpful staff to greet us !!

Great food and great service. I was really impressed and will definitely be back again. We were served by Sue and she is fantastic! She was kind, funny and made my daughter’s birthday really special and memorable. She is the perfect representative for your company, the best service we’ve had in years! Thank you

Frankie and bennies used to be such a brilliant food restaurant, our visit last night was dreadful! The waitress service was the only good thing so we have to give credit to the lady! But the food was horrendous! We ordered a chicken burger and a chicken and bbq stack. The chicken was a frozen piece of grey meat out the freezer. The chips wasn’t cooked they was still defrosting! It was dreadful! We didn’t touch it.

Really really nice! I was surprised at how quickly the food arrived, it was a pleasant surprise. The food itself was delicious, the only downside being we all were full before we could finish! Thank goodness for being able to take leftovers home with us. The atmosphere and ambience were lovely too, I liked the chill music and it helped that there were no screaming kids. Fingers crossed I can come here more often!

The food was amazing! We had Sue look after us and she was so lovely and cheerful which really made the experience better .

Sue at Castlegate, Dudley is always so friendly and attentive and we've been customers for a few years now because of her friendly service, as well as, the quality of food. We travel a far distance now to go to this Frankie & Benny's in particular, as it's a friendly atmosphere and we enjoy the food and Sue's attentiveness and friendly smile. :) Thanks Sue :)

Lovely service and tasty food would recommend to others and would definitely come again

I was a very regular customer (weekly orders). Yet, my most recent order came with gravel and stones mixed into it! I bit into one on the first mouthful and felt sick and then after tipping the rest onto the plate I found more. Literally like the gravel off the pavement. Clearly, the food was dropped on their kitchen floor and put back into the bowl and sent to me. The hygiene seal was still on the item when it arrived so I know it didnt happen on route to me. Really disappointed. I rang the restaurant and let the manager know and he had no explanation but did apologise. Unfortunately, me and my family who also dine there, won't be returning.

Hadn’t been here for such a long time and was expecting much but it was a great experience. The young lady that looked after us was a diamond. My phone battery was dead and she offered to charge it for me, she was attentive and sat us in the round booth as requested. Her level of service was brilliant (sorry I don’t know her name, young and petite) the food came out really hot and quick too. Everything was tasty and the atmosphere was lovely in here today. Thank you!

I placed an order through Uber for a Calzone. Received the Calzone at home, stone cold and not cooked. The dough was raw. I have tried phoning the restaurant but have had no reply. This is disgusting. It's one to be cold but to be RAW, NOT COOKED. THIS IS MORE THAN AN OVERSIGHT.

What has happened to frankie and Bennys. Used to be the place to go. Went here tonight after previous booked table elsewhere was a dud. No fifties theme screaming kids dance music. Felt more like a crèche crossed with a bingo hall. Terrible service terrible food walked out never again

Lovely festive catch up with friends, the team were great and the food choices great and what we had really impressive

We had bad experience with the staff. lack of professionalism A new girl she doesn’t know how to manage the order and also they made mistakes with the order. At the end to leave my friends pay for jelly and don’t receive any and a man was very rude with them . they kicked them out of the restaurant refusing to give them what they actually paid for.

Poor customer service, Entered and the place was quite busy, due to having autism and struggling with the noise level on one side of the restaurant that was full, I asked to sit somewhere quieter (half of the restaurant was empty) and the lady serving told me it would be too difficult to deliver the food to a quieter part of the restaurant. Unfortunately decided not eat there due to the ladies attitude and inability to provide inclusivity.

I ordered BBQ chicken but recieved Crispy BBQ chicken which I don't like. Ended up hungry and out of pocket as Just Eat haven't processed my refund despite me sending photographic evidence. Poor service is becoming a regular thing with Just Eat.

Wonderful! Went on a Wednesday in half term although the restaurant was busy our server Samantha was amazing and made sure we were served in a timely manner and her service was fantastic. The food was incredible. I had chicken wings and a bbq pizza and I’m already booking to come back as it was so good! Would give 10 ⭐️ if I could 🤍

We stopped in for dinner as an alternative to Tesco. Our shelves were empty. The food was good, service was excellent. The place was quiet, we had it to ourselves. ( it was close to closing time)

Had the pleasure of dining at Frankie & Benny's this week with my friend to celebrate his birthday, and it was a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles, and the restaurant was immaculately clean. Our waitress, Mya, went above and beyond to make the evening special. She was polite, courteous, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Service like hers really adds a personal touch and made us feel incredibly well taken care of. The atmosphere was a little quiet, but considering the smaller crowd that evening, it wasn’t surprising. Even so, the friendly staff made up for it with their upbeat attitude and attentiveness. As for the food—delicious! We started with the Meatballs, which were packed with flavour. Though a side of bread would have made it perfect, the dish still set the tone for a promising meal. For the main course, we both had the BBQ Chicken and Ribs, and they were absolutely scrumptious! Tender, smoky, and perfectly seasoned—every bite was a treat. A big shout out to the entire waiting staff, who were attentive and ensured that my friend's birthday celebration was a memorable one. Awful food not nice at all tastes like frozen food felt very disappointed will not return never been. Before but will never return £60 for 2 meals that was not cooked properly

Wasn’t nice to be honest. Pasta was dry, mince was gristly and the garlic bread was hard and greasy. Disappointed is an understatement.

Very friendly & helpful waitress particularly with my young grandson. Able to help when we wanted to modify something & recommended items we might like. Beautiful food without exception

On arrival to our table there was no cutlery or napkins and we had to ask for them. The food was over cooked and fries were dry and hard. We were not asked by the waitress if we wanted any sauces etc she quickly dashed off before we could ask for anything else. The overall quality of the food has gone down since we visited last.

I can’t help but feel you don’t take allergies seriously if they’re aren’t one of the 14… my daughter has allergies that aren’t part of the 14 & we were told I’ll let them know but probably won’t be able to do anything as it’s not one of the 14 allergens As a parent & someone who also works in hospitality I know you can’t 100% help some cross contamination however the attitude of your staff needs improving when it’s something so serious as allergies!

This is a delicious restaurant with wonder full staff.

Booked for an anniversary meal with a very large family group, from toddlers to retirees present. Nothing was too much of an ask for our server Cara. She is an excellent member of the team and definitely deserves recognition for her dedication to her role. Customer service at its finest!

The pizza was the worst I’ve ever had, it was warm at most, I ordered a drink that took 10 minutes to come, overall I will never be going back.
