KFC in South Kesteven

Such a badly run place , waited 35 minutes and still no sign of our meal , we got a refund and went next door to Burger King where we received our food in 5 mins , kfc are more interested in packing uber and just eat orders , totally ignoring walk in customer's orders , we will never come here again!

Take away meal and drove home to find 4 missing pieces of chicken!!!!!!

Cancelled my delivery order, without reason?

Don't go if you want any ice cream or milkshake as they don't do them

I went inside and the service was alright sadly they didn't hear me correctly and when we received the food was burnt some of the chicken was fine but the boneless and drumsticks including the spicy ones were burnt luckily the popcorn was fine

they were only taking cash and pin payments however they incorrectly took our order to begin with, followed by the fact when we went to order the missing items the machine wouldn’t take our card. instead of politely telling us the wifi was down they came across quite rude and unsympathetic to the situation. customer service do better.

Food not so great and not up to usual KFC standards, Chicken obviously sat around for sometime and was dry and over cooked, chips were soggy, service was poor, served as if they didn’t want to be there and just wanted to make sure everyone knew it, “If I can’t be happy then neither can you” attitude.

Called inwanting coffee and cookies. Used disabled facilities - very helpfulmember of staff making sure I could get in (had my own key as it happens) however only tea available which neither my husband or myself wanted so left

My self and my partner visited this KFC branch today.. the staff member serving had a face with a negative attitude ..it seemed like we had inconvenienced her by being there asking to be served... Common courtesy and politeness cost nothing..it spoiled our family launch.

Kfc was good , smelt like poo outside in the car park

I called in to get a take away lunch. The chap on the till told me how to get the best value for what we wanted. The service was good and the food was all very tasty

If you stay more than an hour you get £100 parking charge. I'll never go there again

Bags of rubbish stacked up just inside door,lots of pushbikes rushing around car park nipping between cars

Food was great, the service was great too friendly and with a smile. I couldn't find the straws so I asked the cleaner who was next to me she was very approachable and very happy to help.

Thank you, 1st time in years you have served us a crispy crumb coated chicken and not the greasy chicken you usually serve. Fries tasted like they had a salt and pepper coating. May well go back more than once a year now.

The food was prompt and hot, nothing special. 3 members of staff just behind the counter with no orders on the board yet the restaurant was still disgusting - dirty tables, food on the floor, and the toilets smell like sewage. At least the kitchen staff sounded like they were having fun playing pat-a-cake loudly in the back. I know it's not fine dining but hygiene shouldn't be a lot to ask for.

Did a detour off the a1 because the kfc at the services always seem to be shut when we go! Glad we did, staff were friendly, had a little wait but for fresh cooked food it was definitely worth it, best kfc I think I've ever had. 😊

Nothing worse than ordering a meal through the drive through and getting home to find half of it missing!! Manager did sort it out for us and gave us the full order, which did make amends.

We ordered on the App to collect and even after 30 mins it wasn't available when we arrived so we had to wait another 10mins in the carpark. The App is difficult to navigate and doesn't give you a time to collect either. The food was hot and fresh so that made up for the wait

Food was terrible, food stone cold, ran out of beans!!! The tower burgers was like a old granny's dried up fanny, gravy was like a old mans wrinkled up skin in a plastic tub, chips was like bullets On the plus side the cans of pepsi was cold but not as cold as the food

If you want to order a KFC wait literal HOURS and then your food never come but still get charged then order from here but if you expect to get the food you pay for and not have to wait hours I'd order from literally anywhere else

Good here was a good standard. It is easy to find and very accessible. Parking was limited and we had to wait for a space to become free. We ordered using a digital screen, it was very quick and easy. The service here was one of the quickest I have received from a KFC store and it tasted perfect. There was plenty of seating and it wasn't too busy. Plenty of space. The tables were clean and so was the store. The toilets were clean and tidy as well. There was a wheelchair accessible entrance here as well as wheelchair parking and toilets.

Just disappointing, can't even be bothered to go in to detail, have messaged them directly. The food was yummy but take out if you can- check you have everything though.

The deliveroo riders get priority over me who has actually made the effort to get here! Waited ages even though I used the APP! Won't be coming back! Local chippy next time!

We were the only people waiting for food but still took half hour to get it..when we finally did receive our order we had approx 14 fries each...we certainly won't be going back...

One of the best KFCs I’ve visited for food quality, and always a good service.

Awful service and experience - twice I've ordered 5 years ago and tonight - every time I've ordered. I used Just Eat, driver was knocking on the garage door, no lights on or anyone inside it, the family buck literally fell apart in the delivery bag and items were missing from the order. Better flavour than most other kfcs I've visited in the country. Fries are amazing. Wings and chickens are also good. Stuff was very friendly. This is a Friday evening 9pm ish. Not busy at all.

Worst customer service possible - I think I offended them by going in to order something! Toilets were disgustingly dirty as were all the tables, despite there being no other customers in there. Food was alright though!

Zinger didn't have any zig. Chips supposed to be a large!!!! Mmm ok🤔 not had KFC for still very salty thought by now KFC would have eased up on the salt.

Remember when KFC used to be finger licking good, crispy skin with a hint of spices and a treat. Not anymore, Grantham KFC has broken the mould with chicken that was better treated in battery cages than in the deep friars of this place. The batter now half missing and soggy with no hint of the old colonels recipe and chips with Green bruising and half the skin left on served in a pool of grease by kids with less get up and go than a catatonic schizophrenic and costing more than the average roadside takeaway. The problem with corporates that rely on branding whilst they choose cheaper ingredients and quicker processes to make more money - the colonel would be ashamed of what his legacy is today

Waited 45 mins for food then had the food inside and 2 weeks later get a fine for parking more than an hour,didn't expect to be scammed by KFC

Absolute joke food to over 30 mins and only had a small order staff standing around talking and not taking orders next time I will go to McDonald's or BUGERKING

1st time I have been to this KFC and it was appalling service 30 minute wait for a simple small order in future I will go to McDonalds and get a better meal and service absolute joke

It was my first time buying KFC in since I arrived in the United Kingdom. The lady who was taking my order was so patient with me as some of the things that are on the menu here aren't on the menu in South Africa. The place was clean and tidy. The food was delicious. I recommend 👌🏽

We have tried here several times as we are local. They always get the order wrong, delivery drivers hold up the orders and fill the carpark.

Hello, I am also making a report because the chef is not nice to take care of the Uber drivers who deliver what he recommends and takes care of them and you don't know how to deliver on time because of you because the cook speaks badly to the Uber drivers and it's not nice of you Please take a little Attention to this gentleman who works in the kitchen please Thank you very much

Place was totally empty so very quiet

KFC is KFC, it's hard to get wrong. These guys do decent portion sizes compared to other KFC's plus, we went through the drive through and the guy brought it out to the car in no time. Top lad!

Quick service and freshly cooked chicken.

I ordered food for delivery , it never arrived ! We waited an hour and then rang deliveroo , but was told they didn't have a driver available! Why didn't they just message or email me? Everywhere was closed by this point ! They said they would refund me , but they haven't!! I will have to contact my bank to try and get money back . Shockingly BAD service.. AVOID !!

Food was undercooked (not for the first time). My time with this KFC has come to an end. Avoid like covid.

This place needs a good clean up. It's so dirty inside and staff don't seem to care really. Such a shame. I don't think it's suitable for wheelchair users either as spaces aren't wide enough.

Paid £10.98 for a meal for one, the portion of fries you get is ridiculous, tiny portion, third of the size of a medium mcdonalds fries

Used the self serve till choose to eat in no table marker and no receipt in the till. didnt get any table service just shouted at my number was ready while seating waiting another customer commented as they were walking out not very friendly in here the staff.there werent very many people in store only 4.The place was tidy.The disabled toilet was locked i dont no why disabled people have to ask to go to the loo.The food was good only reason you got 2 stars otherwise it was a very poor visit.

There was no table numbers to eat in, staff were refusing to take orders at the counter, I had to ask for my food which sat under a lamp for ages and the staff were clueless. Manager did her best to sort out orders but her staff ignore her when she asks them to do something

Disgusted with this place. Received 4 drumsticks in my order plus the drumsticks looked 2 hours old and were dry. Expected a mixture of meat not all drumsticks and from now will use Popeyes Fried Chicken much better and tastier. Come on K F C what you're doing, not good.

There's not usually much to review between outlets of a Fast food chain, however, there is in this instance. It seemed as though it was understaffed. Had to wait a long time for the girl to come to the ordering microphone, then asked to wait, then ordered and paid and had to then park and wait 15 mins almost for food. Food was great, but just a bit slow on the service.

Like all fast food places if its busy food is not always the best but you don't have wait long. If its not too busy the food is more cooked to order but is better

Restraunt is dirty. No one seems to clear the tables. Bins overflowing. Food was ok. Orders ice cream on the touch screens only to wait 15mins to be told there was no ice cream as the machine was broken and has been for 3 days but yet still able to order on the touch screens. Got a refund and went to McDonald's instead

Unfriendly staff who are not at all knowledgeable. Chicken skin was crispy rather than soft. Place was dirty even though there were plenty of staff that could have been cleaning. 3rd time of going in and you have to ask for salt, face wipes, even for cutlery to eat beans and gravy. Thankfully there is a burger king in the same carpark so I have started to go there a lot more, they also have an app that has great offers.

Called in tonight in between a couple of jobs. Ordered 3 piece Colonel meal at 20.50 and was told at 21.15 the chicken would be another twenty minutes! Staff more interested in fraternising with the Uber delivery blokes. Took refund and left! Never again!

Unlike my local KFC in Spalding this one serves beans as a side, cos lets be honest who wants mashed potato as a side when you already have fries.

Food was good but pleased we were taking the food out due to the volume of the children in there.

My delivery never got delivered, even when it said delivered it wasn't to my address, I rang them to speak to them about it, the lady wasn't interested and said wasn't her problem and I was to ring just eat... After no contact number for just eat I tried to ring KFC back only for the phone to be answered by a bloke who sarcastically sang down the phone them hung up. I have then tried many times to phone again only for them not to answer

Delivery can be delayed sometimes

You don't go to KFC to expect a fine dining experience! It is what it is. But service was quick, location was clean and we got a good table in the corner by the windows. The cookies were surprisingly, amazing!

Like every KFC, the food is good but the service is terrible. Staff couldn’t be any more miserable if they tried. No please or thank you, they push your tray at you and move on to the next person. Restaurant absolutely filthy as well. About time KFC got a grip!

Decent parking & clean inside A bit like all takeaways, since the food delivery apps appeared service is struggling to keep on top of quick turnaround.

It was a terrible choice to order from here,here's why. 1. The bbq chicken rap was salty. 2. There was a missing rap in the order when it was a simple order and it wasn't busy. 3. Had to go all the way back to restaurant to get the wrap.

I visited this KFC for the first time. Car Parking 🅿️ is available shared between Burger King. Toilets were stinking. I ordered my food using an KFC App, I just had to collect my food. Staffs were just standing, I asked for tomato ketchup and they all started looking each other. One is telling other to pass it on.
