Pizza Hut in Swindon

one of the worst experiences in PIZZA HUT, ordered 2 pizzas for the deal of £10 any pizza size took 2 for £20, took these home to experience the next day awful upset stomach as the pizza they made was highly contaminated with bacteria, a whole day of upset stomach and to have a awful sore throat. Never will I i use that place, their food was late in receiving even though I ordered online. Whatever they was doing in the kitchen to handling it in the box was not right.

No wonder Pizza Huts are closing at rate of knots. No service - order on the app, no cash - doesn’t suit everyone. Extortionate costs, over £100 for four people is frankly ridiculous, it’s pricing itself out of the market. Until Pizza Hut improves the service provided and allows its charges to be more reasonable then its outlet numbers will continue to dwindle, which is a shame…

Was really disappointed to get turnt away from Pizza Hut today with my nan, my mum, brother and my baby girl. All because they did not have room for a pushchair in the restaurant. I have never been turnt away from a restaurant because there was no room. It wasn’t even that busy in the restaurant. Very disappointed.

We fancied a change for midweek lunch & decided to try this Pizza Hut restaurant. So glad we did. Having never been in one before, we knew little about the ordering system there. The lone waiter, Jacob, was superb, & politely & patiently explained the options to us. He took our order at the table (we didn’t have the buffet) & our pizzas soon arrived. I have to say they were delicious - one meat feast & one with goat’s cheese & red onion. We also had a side of fries. Everything tasted fresh & hot. We really couldn’t fault it. The cold drinks were unlimited, as was the ice cream factory dessert. I had the cookie dough dessert & can highly recommend. All in all, a most successful visit & we have to pass on our thanks to Jacob for his kindness to us two newbies.

The staff were fantastic and that's where the great experience ended.The peppers and onion are cut up chunky to hide the fact there's no cheese underneath. Over priced for the quality we received. Pizza nut are skimming on the toppings especially the cheese however there not winning there losing as the public are not stupid ,we certainly will never go back to eat at any pizza hut again.

We were put at a table and served quickly even though it was busy. The staff were polite and professional and we enjoyed our meals. I miss ordering from a person rather than having to be online, though. The food was delicious if overpriced.

Been a regular here since the summer because it’s fairly cheap, local and good food. The staff have always been nice and welcoming; never rude. We asked for a particular seat and they accommodated us, and it was very easy to order through the QR code which is the most common way to order these days in a lot of restaurants but I’ve overheard conversations before where people are not happy to order online and they then serve the customer in normal fashion. Friday’s seem to be the busiest day of the week after 5pm normally so I would recommend booking if you wish to attend on this day as it makes things a lot easier. I do feel like they can be understaffed sometimes on busier evenings and they do try their best and tell you that things may be a tad bit longer than usual but are very polite about it. So overall, a very good experience as always!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Never ever go to this restaurant. You can be sure the staff will make you regret. Totally undertrained and customer repellent, rude staff. No trace of manners at all. Everything but the staff can be accepted satisfactory. Service doesn't even deserve a single star. Plates and cutlery are dirty having bits of uncleaned food from former customers. First a waitress, then a waiter warned me rudely not to eat anything from my daughter's kids buffet plate. The first one was a total embarresment. According to me, it was a misunderstanding but I wasn't let to explain. Because; 1. I was feeding her with my own hands, 2. I wasn't even hungry, 3. My wife also ordered cheesy bite bites for us, 4. I only ate a few leftover bits. Anyhow, ok, you made your point. I got it. But the second time? Now this is absolutely harassment. Why do you repeteadly come to our table? How can you harass your customers this way? Why are you continuesly disturbing us while we are trying to enjoy the food (despite you) that we already paid for? And yet, why do you still insist on arguing?

We have long been visitors to Pizza Hut and regularly visit. On arrival to the Swindon Pizza Hut we was greeted by a young girl. We are regulars so understand that they offer military discount and tend to order through the waitress rather than using the QR code. It was apparent that the waitress wasn’t happy to take our order and continue to try and push the ordering through the QR code. We however managed to order through her and it was ok. I then went to the salad bar area and there was no salsa which is the primary reason I go to Pizza Hut as my 6 year old will not eat anything without the Pizza Hut salsa. I asked the waitress if it was possible to top it up, she replied she would get someone to do it. 10 minutes later I asked another waitress if she could top it up. It took a further 10 minutes before this happened. We was looking over throughout this time and the staff where all stood by the food hot plate chatting. Our pizza arrived which was half and half, one half was vegi supreme and the other Texas bbq. When the pizza arrived we informed the young waitress that my wife is vegetarian and the order is wrong. Picture attached of the pizza, it was some kind of meat feast with olives. She was very apologetic and offered us a solution as she knew she had got the order wrong. She offered to give my wife an individual vegi supreme. As my wife went to the toilet the waitress come over and informed me she couldn’t give us stuffed crust on the “free”’ pizza. I informed the young lady it wasn’t “free” it was them correcting a mistake they had made. She then continued to inform me we can’t get stuffed crust on the “free” pizza. Once again I informed the young lady it wasn’t “free” it was a correction of error. I then offered that if this was the case then just take away the wrong pizza and bring us a new one, however due to the fact I had took one slice of pizza as we was expecting a new vegetarian supreme pizza, that because I had touched the pizza they couldn’t offer us a replacement. At this point my wife returned with my son, he accidentally split a coke on top my lap and the waitress proceeded to laugh in my face. This rudeness is something I have never seen or experienced before. Not only that but to continually explain that it was a “free” pizza when it was them correcting their mistake added to extremely irritating experience. When I returned I asked for the bill and the waitress brought over the receipt And had charged us full price. I advised her we would not be paying full price and she told me there was nothing she could do. At this point we requested the manager and he charged me £16 roughly for the half of my pizza. On departing the other waitress informed my wife they had made the vegetarian supreme so we could take it away or it would go into the bin. I have attached a photo of what I can only describe as absolutely horrific attempt at a pizza

I ordered a 50/50 pizza and it all looked good until I find myself munching on a disgusting pice of pepper on the margarita side shocking absolutely shocking I will never come again ( service was good tho )

Haven’t been to a Pizza Hut for a few years, hoped they’d improved with all the competition out there. They haven’t, it’s just bloody awful 😞

There were no staff to help us when we arrived. After a 5 min wait we saw someone. This poor man was greeting/serving/taking orders/clearing everything except cook. A second male came out to help but it was the first man who was doing the bulk of the work. He gave everyone time and didn't look stressed although he must have been. I almost cleared some tables myself to try and help him. The food was good and my grandson and I enjoyed our meal.

Large pizza arrived hot and the sides were nice how my sons chips were served in a crayon pot! It wasn't until he'd finished that we saw the various different colours of crayon in the bottom! Spoke to a manager who shrugged her shoulders said she give us a discount which she didn't and said it was OK as the crayons are non toxic!!!

Food is rank and under cooked, the kids brownie was hard it nearly broke the spoon, the salad was gross apart from the tortilla chips

Arrived today , Thursday 29th December and although the restaurant was maybe half full we were turned away as there were no tables free!!!!! After a quick scan around and then giving the waitress a bemused look she then said they were under staffed and turned away! And another couple who walked in when we walked out!! Now that’s a first !!! Poor poor poor!

When we arrived the sullen 'waitress' pointed to the QR code on the table and mumbled that we have to order through the app. When I asked if we could just order with her she said "we'd rather you used the app". So that's what we did. We waited about 20 minutes for the food to arrive, which was nice enough. But we then waited another 20 odd minutes for someone to clear away our table. It reached a point when I had to go and find someone to ask if we could box up the leftovers, and if could they bring the desserts. I was just handed a box and she walked away. It was another 30 mins before the desserts arrived. I had finished my drink but couldn't catch anyone's eye to get another. But tbh I probably would've died of old age before it arrived. The service was shocking - tables left uncleared, food taking an age. The table next to us had to leave before their desserts as they had tickets for the cinema. The staff clearly couldn't care less about the customers, no one checked if we were ok, or needed drinks, and we even had to ask for cutlery to a retreating back. If we go back it will be to get take-away, as the food was fine, but sitting in was awful. Pizza Hut have really hit a new low.

£27 for a shared pizza and two drinks is an outrageous price to pay plus the pizza was mediocre at best a total rip off and never again

Strange start as we got a table for 5 but were told we were lucky as the restaurant had a lot of Festive reservations, yet the restaurant was half empty…. The salad bar was ok, but the sauces were a bit depleted. Refill drinks do taste like a water with a hint of fizz. Main meal was disappointing but mainly because they had run out of all bases expect deep pan (poor stock management). We went because my children wanted to, but for the cost Pizza hut is in fast decline and needs to do something to save itself. It no longer feels like good value for money, and with plenty of independent pizza joints opening across the UK, I won’t be rushing back. But I have to be fair, we all eat, and no one needed the toilet urgently afterwards.

Visited as a couple, service was very hit and miss. Several different waiting staff trying to serve us so nobody really knew what was going in, waited 30 minutes for the food and another 25 for desert to come out.

I had a goat cheese pizza it was nice ,I like salad and macaroni pasta definitely will go again. I like their ice cream too

Well, at least that they should serve you. Their website said open until 22:00, but I was told at 19:20 this evening, after driving 4 miles on the strength of their website, that they'd stopped serving for the night. Thanks, guys; never again shall I darken your doors..

We have experienced meals here where the staff have been under pressure ie no heating in winter and generally short staffed but always left feeling valued and looked after but this evening was the worst we waited 20 minutes at least to order and then a further 40 minutes later the tables that ordered after us had there meals and we were still sat there food less, when our mains finally arrived I wondered where our starters where! Staff made no attempt throughout to acknowledge us or the situation until we were leaving! Too little too late

Visited Pizza Hit with my sons and a number of their friends after the cinema and had a great experience. Food was quick and pleasant and the staff were efficient and polite.

Got seated very quickly as they only had two tables occupied, rest of the restaurant was empty, we sat waiting for our drinks order to be taken & after 20 minutes of waiting and staff walking passed us, we stood up and walked out, telling a member of staff on the way out they need to stop talking to one another and look after the customers. We won't be back, So if you're hungry go to Frankie and Bennies opposite,

Went for the lunchtime buffet. Seated by a very friendly lady who found us a spacious table for our pram and highchair. Drinks order taken and received quickly. Buffet was well topped up, always fresh pizzas coming out. Salad bar was nice and tidy. Could have had a larger selection of pizza toppings but you get what you pay for.

Great selection from here as it’s a different menu to the normal delivery menu. Really good quality and tasty food that was piping hot when I collected it.

Stopped for lunch.Must have been first in when it opened. Buffet wasn't out yet. server asked which pizza's we'd like being the first in. We went for salad, and chap behind counter said pizzas were ready, think they were waiting for more customers before putting pizzas out. Good value for money, in pizza, pasta and salad to choose from. Drinks are expensive as all establishments seem to make them nowadays. Had Cheesy triangles to try, not something i'd race back to have though. Reminded me of dairylea cheese in breadcrumbs. Had two buffets, a water (free) a refillable for like 2.60,cheese triangle and a icecream. bill was decent considering it would be much more expensive for this order on a non buffet deal.

Polite staff is the positive but the service is so slow and the restaurant was hugely understaffed. We got seated straight away but after waiting 20 minutes we had to ask a waiter to take our order. Then another 40 minutes wait to get our starter (after we yet again had to find a waiter to ask for it) and the starter then turned up with our mains. The starters were cold. Dips were missing. My husbands pizza was burnt on one side. My kids shared a cheesy bites pizza and the dough balls round the outside were not cooked properly. The meal was supposed to be a treat out for my son and he was desperate to have a cookie dough desert - which took another half an hour! The ice cream factory had 4 virtually empty bottle of sauce, and the shakers with the sweets to go on top were filthy. In the women's toilet only had toilet paper in one out of the 3 cubicles. We really felt for the waiters as people were complaining quite a lot. Really poor restaurant we will not be going back!

We were out shopping in Greenbridge Retail Park and decided to stop for lunch at Pizza Hut.

Went here with granddaughter my son and his partner,we don’t live in Swindon.

Visited with friends on a really busy lunchtime. Even though the restaurant was very busy the staff were friendly and we were served quickly. Food was good - flat breads were especially good and the salad bar was refilled regularly. Good place to take the kids.

At 22:11 we ordered... 2 x Pizza 1 x Wedges At 23:10 we received... 2 x Cold Pizza 1/4 Box Cold Wedges. The employee on the phone (Daniel) was unhelpful.

Walked in for a lunchtime buffet, with my partner and shown to a seat in which we asked to sit at, as the lady tried to sit us next to 2 family’s with children laying and rolling about on the floor ! Why waitresses think a childless couples want to sit and be stared at an to listen to parents squawking at their unruly children is beyond me..

I ate here with friends and the service was poor from start to finish which was a shame as the food was tasty. All the staff were very young and didn't seem to know what they were doing. The salad bar was poorly stocked and full of dirty bowls. I wouldn't recommend this pizza hut and i certainly wouldn't go back.

I'm currently sat in pizza hut writing this and the member of staff has just brought out my "individual" pizza....its the same size as the bloody kids!! Never coming here again what a rip off goodfellas all day!

This is the perfect location to eat either before or after going to the cinema (which is what we did).

We eat here before a movie but haven't been in a while so disappointed with the new look, its too open for my liking and could see right into the kitchen sink area. My pizza was a huge disappointment, it looked nothing like the picture, very sparse sprinkling of topping the base didn't look fresh made although it may well have it resembled a supermarket box pizza. We wont eat here again sorry. I had the American base meat pizza.

We come to this Pizza Hut regularly after watching a film and I always a great place to stop! The food is well priced and good.

My wife and I visited as hadn't had a pizza Hut for a while and fancied one. The Hut wasn't too busy and there was a young family with one child in front waiting to be tabled. After 5 minutes of staff walking past and all ignoring them and us we agreed this was pretty poor service. A member of staff was stopped and asked if we would all be seen to and were told someone would be along. Still staff walked by, not collecting other food or anything, just walking by. Another few minutes later and we were all seated. The menus given to us were sticky and I asked if I could get a drink straight away as I was really thirsty & was told by the same person someone would be along shortly. The young family were clearly thirsty too and went and got their own drinks without asking. Finally someone came along and asked for our order and by that point we'd decided to leave so did so. Not too busy and plenty of staff walking about but everything ran very slowly. I told my friend about this and he said 'I had the same experience last week mate, it wasn't good'

We went in for a meal when shoppong in swindon. We stood for an age waiting to be seated whilst being ignored. The salad bar was lacking and no where near what I remember it. The food came promptly but the pizza was heavy and dry which resulted in me and my girlfriend leaving slices with no desire for a doggy bag. I will not be venturing in again.

Out shopping with the little ones and thought for a change would visit Pizza Hut for a quick lunch. Quick it wasn't. Pleasant it wasn't. Service very slow and some of the items ordered never turned up! Other tables served before us and no apologies from the lacklustre staff.

I took two of my grandsons for a pizza after watching a film. We were shown to a table which was not particularly clean but okay. The young man omitted to give me the usual bits and pieces to keep the boys happy, crayons and puzzle book. The waitress came almost immediately and wanted to take our order, luckily the boys knew what they wanted and I asked for a pizza which I couldn't find on the menu. Sadly the young lady couldn't find it either. When I went to get salad from the bar I had to look through two piles of dishes before I could find a clean one. Another lady had the same problem, so out of approximately 10 piles at least 4 had dirty dishes throughout. I mentioned this to another waitress and she apologised but did nothing about it. I then told a young waiter and he too looked at me like I was crazy, No cutlery was on our table so I had to take it from the next table and tell the waitress what I had done. It didn't look that busy and yet the staff appeared to be run off their feet, staff shortages again I guess. The food was passable no better nor worse than I have had before but there does seem to be staffing issues. Dirty plates, dirty table, no cutlery, lack of menu knowledge and disregard for issues means I won't be back in a hurry. Having said all that the waitress who served us was pleasant and cheerful and probably in the wrong job.

Seriously understaffed. This meant queues whilst people waited for the buffet to be refilled, food on the floor, dirty tables etc.

Llegamos a las 8 de la tarde y recibieron después de esperar un rato, me dijeron que lo sentían, que no tienen ningún personal de cocina esta noche pero no te, podemos asiento no hay problema, pero no nos aclararon las mesas todavía y habrá una espera de 45 minutos para cualquier comida. Es una pena, ya que realmente me apetecía pizza pero muy defraudado y decepcionado ya que era a mediados de semana y ni siquiera tan lleno

Decidí tratar a mi pareja a una comida tanto de acuerdo en Pizza Hut así que el trayecto de 10 minutos. Nos recibió una señorita y ser una pareja gay pedimos una zona tranquila nos mostró a nuestra mesa en la esquina muy armario. Nuestro camarero Josh D vino y tomó nuestra orden pedimos 2 pizzas individuales y a los lados y 2 batidos josh era un camarero encantador, muy educado y alegre justo lo que necesitábamos después de un largo día de trabajo. La comida era magnífica ensalada gratis y camarero encantador ¿qué más podría querer 2 chicos gay. Sin duda bien a visitarlo.

On visiting the staff were friendly and the meals acceptable however the visit was ruined by unruly screaming children with mothers who were more interested with their phones and talking to each other than the children. It would possibly be better if the staff had located mothers with young screaming children a little further away from adults only who were trying to have a catch up over lunch - there were loads of empty tables and booths so this could have been done quite easily.

Regalo de cumpleaños de mis hijos. No me decepcionó. El personal era amable y eficiente. Nosotros volver a insertar en una cabina más grande tamaño aunque era sólo 4. Comida (no estaba lleno) era sabroso y caliente. Lo recomiendo. Volveré después de la reforma.

Regalo de cumpleaños y nos encanta pizza Hut y allí pizzas sabor tan bueno. Pero qué servicio alwfall teníamos y casi no había nadie allí. Los baños estaban sucios y el bar de ensaladas era un desastre. mal servicio del personal y no había cucharas para niños, así que podían comer allí helado y fue la misión de encontrar a un miembro del personal. ery decepcionante.

A la izquierda el cine y entramos a Pizza Hut, un martes por la noche (Febrero 7th), llegamos 8:50 pm. Éramos 4 personas y nos queríamos sentar en la mesa redonda, el camarero no permiten porque la mesa era para 5, a pesar de que el restaurante estaba vacío.

Staff had no idea about the pizzas they sold. And could not advise on the deals they had. Manager could not stand still to deal with questions appropriately.

The food was perfectly fine, the service was of an ok standard but the salad bar was filthy and the table we were sat at was really quite poor and weathered down. Stains on it, the chair's did not feel entirely stable and my partner lost one of her rings in the tear in the seat, not a great standard for an established place like pizza hut.

I ordered on line last night one pizza pasta and a bottle of Pepsi maxWhen it was delievered I got two pizzas one I did not order and the one I ordered was not cooked totally I phoned the shop and was told by the manager called regan to throw the pizzas awayAnd then I asked for my money back and I was told to contact customer service when I did I was told it would take two weeks for my money to come backAll I got offered last night was a gift card which is no help Worst customer service

So the food was mediocre but when we went to get a drink the glasses were revolting! More than a couple still had lip marks on them, it was disgusting. The tables were sticky and grubby too. When my meal came, my cousins was fine but mine was totally wrong. As we was on a time limit to get to our film, I didn't have time to wait for another one. So a lovely girl (I think Ella M?) said I could eat the one I'd received and then she's get the one I requested made to takeaway free of charge. She seemed lovely and very rushed off her feet. No one checked once that everything was ok with our meals after that. I don't think I'll be going back.

Really good service. Kids really enjoyed. Around 19 children was in the party. They made there own pizza was really good fun for kids. Staff was really helpful.

First time I have been to Pizza Hut for a while. Won't return to this one I'm afraid.Service not exactly enthusiastic. Decided on the lunch buffet so we were told to get our own drinks - the glasses were filthy so I had to use a straw. There was an awful smell of damp around the drinks machine as well.Tables were sticky and the entire restaurant looked as though it could do with a good clean. Only one out of three toilets in the ladies was in working order and the lock on that door was completely broken!Pizza ok although a little greasy. Had to go up a few times though, waiting for fresh pizzas to come out because plates were often empty.Girls then went for the ice cream factory but were left standing at the machine for ages while a waitress reluctantly found somebody to replenish it!! Won't be back!

A good meal out before a film visit. Well worth a visit. The thin crusted pizza are the best. The beef ones really are the business.

No problem getting a table after the cinema on a Saturday evening. My husband and I both went for pizzas. I did have to send mine back as it was cold. It was ok. Salad was fine but did need filling up. Did get a takeaway from there a couple of weeks ago which was very good. I do think it depends which chef is on duty.

To be fair, the Pizza is OK. I have never been disappointed by the Pizza. The service is painfully slow and the salad bar is always half empty and very old. Maybe this one works best as a takeaway?

Been here a few times as its close to where I work, so it's easy to get to for a quick lunch. I usually have the lunch time buffet, theres a good selection of pizzas but I do find them quite greasy & i tend to avoid the salad bar as it doesn't always look that fresh.Staff are always ok.Not bad for a quick lunch though.

Lovely and welcoming place,great staff and food .menu was great and everything was cooked perfectly.would highly recommend it to everyone.

We went to Pizza Hut after my illustrious wife had an injection that made her Radioactive ( I know, I live with Spiderwoman, how awesome am I!). The buffet was delicious as always and the bottomless Pepsi is fantastic. The only thing I can knock about our trip was that we told the lad at the entrance that my wife with radioactive and we should probably be seated away from other people, and he placed us in an area that filled out around us. But my Radioactive pizza was delicious

Went into the Shaw ridge branch with my mum and brother. Not many people in there. Shocking service. We were in there for at least 10 minutes with no service and not even the offer of drinks. Staff were just bimbling around too. Not impressed at all

I know pizza hut should be the same wherever you go but trust me they are not...the food and service can vary massively.The one we visited in Swindon was what I would like to call a Pizza Hut Plus Site...clean and tidy with very attentive staff and excellent food quality looking good and tasting fresh.Would highly recommend a visit here

We have been disappointed with this restaurant on several occasions but decided to give it one last try. We arrived around 4.30 on a Sunday afternoon and it was very quiet, however the waitress that finally greeted us was clearly on a go slow and she slopped over to,offer us a table. We then had to call another waitress over to take our order as we waited quite a long time, there certainly was no enthusiasm to serve their guests. The salad bar was messy and quite off putting and the floor was disgusting. We were seated near the door which led into the toilets and they had a problem with the drainage as a an had come with a drain rod disappeared in to the loos and when he came out kindly placed the rod directly onto the floor just behind us not pleasant and not the greatest in hygiene control. Waiting to get someone's attention to,pay our bill was hopeless and we ended up chasing one of them around. At this time there were only four tables in use so I dread to think what happens when they are busy, sad to say we will not be returning.

My friend and I visited this Pizza Hut this evening, before heading to catch a film at 18.45 at the cinema 100 yards away. We got to Pizza Hut at 17.00. The food was fine, the chips were slightly cold but still enjoyable. We then ordered desert and were told there was no vanilla ice cream, which we were fine with, so we chose to have chocolate instead and got served strawberry- not quite sure how that got mixed up? The biggest problem was when we came to pay the bill! First, we got given the wrong bill; this was corrected quickly. However, it then took 25 minutes to pay the actual bill and leave. I gave a £20 note to a girl who then disappeared for 15 minutes! I asked another member of staff her whereabouts and he simply replied 'oh she's new'. To be honest, I'm not too bothered she was new, I just wanted my change and to go and watch my film! She then finally returned with my £8 change in 50 and 20ps! We were there for so long due to the slowest service I've ever encountered, we actually MISSED the film! May I just suggest, before you let your staff loose on the shop floor, make sure they actually know what they are doing.

We visited on Saturday 16th January for my twins 15th birthday. There were no queues but we could see that the restaurant was busy and were more than happy to wait as we were in no hurry. We were told that it could be a 15-20 minute wait for a table for 4 but were offered the menus to have a look through while we waited. We were actually seated within 10 minutes and as we had already made our decisions on what we wanted, were able to order straight away.The drinks came quickly, and we then went to the salad bar which had just been restocked. We did experience a fairly long wait for the starters, but the waiter came over and said that because of the delay we would not be charged for them, and that he had instructed the kitchen staff to cook the pizzas instead of us having to wait even longer. Our starters and pizzas then arrived together, and we had a really enjoyable meal. The restaurant was full to the brim during the hour and a half that we were there but all the staff were attentive and updating customers on any delays.When we had finished, our waiter boxed up our remaining slices of pizza and we were presented with the bill. We were very pleasantly surprised to see that we had been given a reduction of £15 which was nearly double the value of the starters, due to the delays. I really felt sorry for the staff that night as the tills in the main restaurant were playing up aswell as they were unable to open them to give other customers their change and were having to go to the takeaway section to use their tills instead. We just rounded ours up and gave the money to the waiter and said that we didn't need any change, and thanked him for his service.We have never had a bad meal or service when we have visited this restaurant, and always expect that it will be busy because it is opposite the local cinema, so will always have cinema goers before or after their movies. If you go with an open mind and allow yourself an extra 1/2 an hour or so, instead of expecting immediate attention all the time like some people seem to, you will be seen and served within plenty of time. I prefer this restaurant to the other two main ones in the town, as we have always had good service here

Pizza Hut is nicely layed out. Staff are friendly and helpful. Quick service and food was hot. Toilets were clean had no problems here at all.

Nearly £45 for a Pizza to share 2 sides, 2 cokes and a kids meal, not best value in the world is it? Salad bar had some items missing and for the whole time we were there about 1.5 hrs no dressings! Good value for kids but parents pay the price. Stick to independents and avoid the chains.

Second time I have been to this Pizza hut and its the last. Asked for a table and the waitress went off to ask someone if there was room, the room was almost empty. When she came back she said ten mins when I asked her why the wait she told me that she had to clean and make up a table, rubbish and then I had to go and find someone 10 mins later to take our order not good.

Having not been to a pizza hut in ages after a bad experience we decided to give it a second chance but all it did was reinforce why we stopped going. It was relatively quiet with only 3 or 4 tables occupied yet we has to wait for a table to be wiped down and set up. Despite how quiet it was our waitress was constantly breathless like she was covering 20 tables and when our pizza arrived it was dry as if it had been sat under the heating lamps for ages.

the whole family went there for lunch ,it was not too packed so we found seats with no trouble. Ordered our pizzas and went to the salad bar while we were waiting. to be honest i could just fill up on the different foods in there which i love,i am not as mad on pizza as the rest of the family,i think we had quite a long wait but i was more shocked at the cost. But the family were not,so mabe it is just me.the pizzas went down well even mine,and yes i would go again.i dont have any complaints

A short wait before being led to our table. Waitress was very polite and jolly. Food was mediocre. Wobbly table was beyond a joke.

Staff were friendly and the food is always pretty good but this is a small Pizza Hut with very poor lighting and seemingly the design of a 1960s Motorway Services. The table to our right had two people. One had the light shining straight down on to her and her partner was totally in the dark. Music was way too loud and things were not helped by San Miguel not being available. Why? Sorry but much prefer the PH at Shaw Ridge, Swindon.

Great pizzas had befor cinema trip ...lots of topping choices and, as we told them we were short on time, they served us brilliantly quickly.

Waited to be seated then had to find staff.. The waiter had no clue about some of the items on the menu. They brought out 1 garlic bread (table of 5 people) then waited another 15minutes for the pizzas.Finally the pizzas arrived but 2 veggie pizzas had a topping missing. When we questioned this we were told they didnt have it in, and forgot to say! I would have ordered something else had i had known this!The staff seemed clueless on pretty much everything! Wont be going back!!

A great late night venue for a pizza on the Bank Holiday. The American style thin crust pizza was cooked to perfection and the vege versions just as good. Service was polite, prompt and thoughtful. Very well done.

Went to this pizza hut for lunch 2day there was 8 of us and was served well food was yummy will happly come again :)

I moved to the area three years ago and have now been to this restaurant over 40 times. The staff are always very friendly and are the main reason myself and my partner keep coming back. If you have been to a Pizza Hut before you know what to expect food wise but the staff always make the extra effort which is why we've been so many times. They always make sure you get your food quickly and are very accommodating to our particular needs. We could afford to go to more expensive place but we always get looked after better at this restaurant. I have been to other Pizza Hut restaurants all over the world but the staff at Greenbridge make the difference. Thank you for a great service.

The Deep Pan Pepperoni pizza lacked taste and definitely lacked cheese! What's happened? There appeared to be a couple of 1cm splodges of cheese and that was it! It was as though because I'd asked for Pepperoni - this was all I got. Come on Pizza Hut - put some cheese on your pizzas. Place wasn't that clean - tables seemed tacky/sticky. However having said all this - the White, Raspberry Cookie Dough was yummy. Service good.

when we arrived we waited a few minutes before someone came and seated us.After we ordered we had to go and ask where our drinks and bowls where for our salad bar and they said it was self service so we said why wasn't we told when we ordered and they didn't answer.When our food arrived only 5 of us got our food so we complained and they said they will sort it out which they did and they knocked it of the bill.But I wouldn't go back there again.

Good service, nice tasty pizza. Pricey but worth it. friendly staff. Not much choice on the menu compared to what there used to be. Free salad bar which is nice.

Didn't have to wait long for a table either time we went in Feb. Staff very helpful and took the order quickly. Pizzas all very hot and delicious.

Went to this pizza hut on a Saturday about 3 o'clock, although it was busy, we were seated straight away and very well looked after, food was out within 15 minutes and was very tasty, reasonably priced. Service was excellent.

Went with my brother and two friends as I am home from university, food was nice but not as good as it once was, the staff were a bit grumpy but service was quite quick, would go back as its value for money really

This restaurant was a disappointment from start to finish. We were kept waiting in reception in a small space along with about six other people all looking at menus. Would not have minded but there were lots of free tables! We were told we had to to wait while the tables were being prepared but the preparation only involved shoving a knife and fork and paper serviette on the table so we could have all sat down to look at the menus! To be fair, the waitress was very attentive but the food was average when it came and very overpriced. The place looked shabby really and not very inviting. Reminded me of a school canteen.

Came here for a bite with the kids before the cinema, buffet lunch so not expecting anything amazing. Bit of a wait for the table, due to having only 2 waitresses running around after everyone. Pizza was ok , varied choice, and didn't have to wait long when it ran out and needed replenishing. Salad was fresh and filled up. Overall it isn't the worst place I've visited and prefer it to the last time we went to pizza express, which was diabolical.

Long wait for a table, rude staff and cold greasy food. The restaurant has no atmosphere and I have only ever eaten here once as I can never get past the wait for a table before. This used to be a great place to eat with the kids but has gone down hill! Which is a shame as I do often have take aways for the gluten free range and they are lovely. Is it just this restaurant? As the takeaway seems to be doing better than you! Won't be coming back.

The service is slow and the place always seems so noisy. It'd be fine if it wasn't for the overpriced, greasy food - when you lift it off the pan it is slathered in oozing lard. This is all pizza huts, not just Swindon's to be fair.

as usual, Pizza Hut give a high standard of food and service to costumer. i like the restaurant and found friendly service.

Only got back into Pizza Hut a year or so ago, after they started doing the gluten free pizza base. Continue to be impressed by the freshness of the pizza, the well stocked and now free salad bar, and especially by how keen the staff are to serve!

We've visited this restaurant several times lately and I have to say although we go at 4pm as we have a toddler, the service and food is great, it's freezing, to the point I and many others are wearing their coats in the restaurnat - not ideal :(

Today myself and 11 other friends went to Pizza Hut Swindon Orbital.My Wife decided to phone a couple of hours before we arrived and she was told that they were glad she had phoned because they prefer bookings 24 hrs in advance Why? So they could make sure they had enough staff and enough food on.This is Pizza Hut not some tin pot company. However it gets worse. When we arrived we were offered drinks some of the group wanted hot drinks because after all this is the UK and it is November and today it was very cold.A simple request you might think. How wrong you would be. We were told they had run out of both milk and tea. I asked them why they couldn't pop over to Asda and buy some apparently they were not allowed to. So my mother inlaw went over and bought some her self. The reason for running out of tea and milk was the weather had been cold and lots of people had come in for hot drinks.Is this a joke! This is a billion pound plus company . The whole experience was laughable! The food was ok and the staff I can't blame it must be extremely embarrassing to tell customers that you don't have milk or tea. But I do blame the management who are totally incompetent. My advice would be to buy a pizza from Asda, the quality will be better anyway and eat it at home and by the way don't forget to get a pint of milk while you're in there!

Visted last week in the daytime buffet offer.At the time the resturant was very quiet (suits me) and we were seated quickly by a kind waiter who went out of his way to make us feel welcome.The buffet food was fresh and tasty with a wide selection of salad/ pasta and pizza, which i may may add was warm (hate cold pizza!)The drinks were refilled promptly as the resturant got busier so again no complaints on service :)I really enjoyed the experience and loved the selection of music as bizarre as it is .. The bill theme?, anyway who cares when the food is cheap and tasty.Go there, but it is smaller then the other pizza hut so bear this in mind if you think it will be busy etc.The resturant was clean, tables cleared promptly and food areas spotless... I mean whi wants bits if tomato mixed with colesaw etc lol.

this review was actually for the pizza hut in the orbital shopping centre swindon as i thought there service was amazing.i first ordered a large deep pan margerita pizza but they made it with thin crust , that was fine with me but they insisted that they would make me a deep pan pizza free of charge. the staff were friendly,and the food was delicious. i also got to box the other pizza.

The pizza was not bad, I just think the the topping per portion is getting less and less, would be nice if the was a fare portion on each pizza, staff was friendly and pleasant,
