Delicious! Quickly prepared and looked just like the picture!

Place needs closing down ,it's nasty ,the toilets are the pits ,I've never seen a sink so small you turn tap on and get covered in water ,guys be aware people might think you soiled you pants lol ,the smell kinda puts you off eating ,and boy a handful of chips in my apinion 1 spud , cheese from a tube ,and some bacon bits £4.59 , be careful your pay out your A--

Atmosphere a little flat, but half 3 on a Wednesday. Good fadt service and burgers tasty, chips hot. Lovely 🙂

Cold, more messy than the local tip. No atmosphere, no wonder McDonald's next door is full and it's empty here. Mayonnaise 30p extra.

Well Done👏 burger king for recovering the seats they look so much better as do the sinks in the ladies loo. Please take a look at tiles under the hand dryer. These could do with a scrub. Food nice and service swift.

Using the app you can now order remotely for click and collect on arrival. This also saves you from needing to use the communal touch screen in the restaurant which is unlikely to be regularly cleaned. Located in the popular entertainment complex in Ashford.

Shame the drive through was closed

Never enough staff which means when it gets busy the wait can be long. The drinks machine always has many drinks not available.

Chairs were torn and dirty. Food fine, although my burger had no toppings or trimmings. Really expensive considering.

I've been to much better BK restaurants. This BK was a bit of a letdown in the taste & service department. *Also hardly any drink was in the machine, and it also tasted like watered-down water.

Having been at another BK in the last week, this open compares very unfavourably. The staff member I dealt with appeared to have trouble dealing with any questions at all, and got my order wrong. She asked me if I wanted a classic or bbq burger with my melt meal, and even though I asked for classic, it came out as bbq. Also lots of menu items not available here that are available elsewhere, like the basic burgers/cheeseburgers and milkshakes. The food that I did eat was fine, tbf. Despite that, poor excuse of a branch.

I visit regularly with my kids, and they love it. The food has always been spot on. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Its never very busy which i don't find to be a problem as i can always get a table and served quickly. The parking area is good too, never struggled to get a space. The building and fittings could do with a little TLC as its a bit tired in places.

It's still burger king, what do you expect?

Most unclean hovel ever! Two other tables with customers, nobody else there and nine tables were so unclean it would have been healthier to eat from the gutter. Amazing how the staff did not notice or did not care about the grime. The food was just average for a BK, the staff were sullen, sloppy and only there for a wage. If I could take the staff a bag of manners I would.

Looking a bit tired and Freestyle machines lacking beverage choice. Service was quick though for 6pm on a Saturday.

I ordered 2 Steakhouse Angus’; it’s replaced my favourite burger for last summer, the Big Tasty. It was well sized, it even had a moist medium rare burger, beautiful crispy onions with a crunch to it and the SAUCE - don’t even get me started!

Furnishings are rough, needs a good makeover

'Grilled to perfection' you really need to work on your logo! Nothing like that! Cold meat; cooked - who knows when.. and couldn't taste the difference between your premium steakhouse burger and 1/3 of the price McDonald's cheeseburger! Waste of money and food!

Burger king is pretty much a safe go to eat place, the menu's are always large and easy to read and there is plenty of choices no matter how hungry you may be. Food generally is consistently good from restaurant to restaurant and for the most part it is only let down by the staff running it. Today they lost one star as there was a long waiting time and unfortunately the food was almost cold when it arrived. Burger king is a brand name that you can trust.

Women at the till is on her phone, doesnt even realise a guest is standing infront of her. Fries needed more cooking time, bacon isnt crispy. The staff rather stands around on the phone instead of cleaning tables in a not busy time. Chairs are broken. Worst burger king ive seen.

Modern spacious restaurant with ample parking and easy to get to. Use to have brilliant self-service ice drinks machines that offer a huge range of soft drinks, although over time they no longer offer the selection. They could be brilliant again but more often than not, at least 60-80% of syrup selctions are regularly not available. On several visits they only had Fanta and Diet Pepsi :( Would give it more stars if they sorted their drinks out. Would prefer more standard tables inside, and of course, prices are on the higher side compared to other similar establishments, although using their app on your phone provides some real bargains. It has a drive-through, and you can order ahead.

This is an old fashioned Burger King outlet in need of updating. Food came quickly but was not as hot as it should have been. The drinks dispensers told you to scan bar codes but the staff said this wasn’t necessary but getting the machine to work was not self evident and I like to think I’m tech savvy. Come on BK you can do better than this no wonder you’re losing market share.

Usually pretty good but tonight we ordered the box of 9 chilli cheese bites and upon dishing 'em out we find there's only 8. How could I complain? Not a major issue but you really should get what you pay for...

Always a good burger from here. Only thing that usually lets them down is that their milkshake machine normally has a fault 🤔

I prefer burger King to McDonald's you can taste the difference in the meat it also has a flame grill cook giving it that authentic taste faster than McDonald's too. We found it clean and tidy.

Cold wooper burger today 24/03/2023 around 14:00. I ate this at your car park and got really ill when I got home. Fries are now similar to McDonald’s. God l won’t be going back there again. Fries used to be good at Burger King but not anymore. I would give you zero stars today with that cold burger l had.

Early Thursday evening and not at all busy and the service was very slow, fries needed more cooking time. Seeing as the burger is the main product then I would expect a burger bun that doesn’t fall to bits in this day and age. Both Whopper buns tops fell apart and I ate it carefully with both hands. 20p more for a meal deal (burger, fries & drink) than just burger & fries. Great flame tasting meat though and the guy who served us was pleasant as well.

Like most food nowadays, it seems to have got a fair bit smaller. It's still an enjoyable meal, though.

Pretty good BK with nice friendly staff. And very close to a McDonalds and KFC if you use it as an M20 pit stop for food.

Very unhelpful staff and offer not help to customers at all. Food was fine just such a shame the staff are so rude and abrupt.

What a shame, absoulety no atmosphere at all. Ripped chairs with foam coming through. Drink machine not working. The list goes on, I can honestly say I have never been somewhere so depressing.

As always the food was hot, great flavour. Loaded fries were so good. Drinks machine need new cartridges as many of the drinks were unavailable. The restaurant had Two people eating at 1 table. Counted 5 staff and every table was dirty and sticky. The cobwebs in the corners especially by the emergency exit were an added touch, 🤢🤢

Good place to meet and eat with friends and family. Give it a try. Food l found tasty but the cold drinks were very flat.

Can't be bothered to post accurate opening times on Google, hence low rating. This is the 21st century; there is nowhere else I'm going to look to research this information, so it's vital you keep it up to date. What use is it having the opening times in the store window? By the time I've driven across Ashford and discovered that you actually closed am hour earlier than advertised it's too late.

It’s a BK so you know you’re going to get a reasonably consistent standard of food but the guy who served me here just looked completely confused throughout the whole transaction and ended up getting the order wrong.

As with most Burger Kings I go in to it feels like staff don't want to be there.

Good size with plenty of indoor seating (albeit very basic and almost feels like a canteen). This location also has a drive-thru. Staff were friendly. As others have pointed out, definitely make use of the BK app - lots of decent offers.

Very helpful staff who ensured we paid the lowest on offer prices. Great customer service. I wish my own local Burger King operated to the same high service as the one in Ashford Kent. Well done.

Love their chips and cheese chilli bites

Food good, app rubbish and whilst staff are doing what they can when I asked if I could scan a loyalty code I just got a shake of the head. I prefer BK to others but the app plus customer service are nowhere near as good as other fast food burger providers, especially when it's so much more expensive. It's not big things and easy to sort out but work is needed.

Used this place a few times while working in the area. It's pretty clean, including the toilets, and the staff are usually very good. I will say the soft drinks machine often has a very limited selection. Download the app! You will usually save a lot of money by ordering on the app, rather than paying in store.

Have used this restaurant a few times now and it's ok

Food was decent as it mostly is...... I think they'd been busy before I came here with my Niece as was a mess! Also there was easily 20 wasps dead on the window ledge inside and some sort of insect turf war still going on....... Again inside the restaurant! Staff are super cool and a good laugh too!

Food is always hot and drive through is quick. Staff are lovely. Never had a complaint. One thing that's a little annoying is it's card only unless that's changed now? But overall a great burger king

A nice little gem of a place to have something to eat in a quiet place.

Always seems busy but clean. Being cashless is a real pain in the backside!
