absolutely amazing shop, workers are so polite and friendly, always fast to be brought out and they are very easy to have a conversation with, overall GREAT store would highly recommend!

I'm tired of this place getting orders wrong. Paid for a double whopper and when I got home it was a regular. Ordered two whopper meals at the drive through and no fries arrived. Talked to the manager and he said he can't help me, I should have driven back to the store. If I had, then I'd have been given the missing items. But I used the drive through because I was going somewhere. Do your job properly, mistakes happen but this place gets it wrong more often than it gets it right. There's issues that require correction.

Modern spacious restaurant with ample parking and easy to get to. Use to have brilliant self-service ice drinks machines that offer a huge range of soft drinks, although over time they no longer offer the selection. They could be brilliant again but more often than not, at least 40-60% of syrup selctions are regularly not available. On several visits they only had Fanta and Diet Pepsi :( Would give it more stars if they sorted their drinks out. Prices are on the higher side compared to other similar establishments, although using their app on your phone provides some real bargains. It has a drive-through, and you can order ahead. There is also table service. You can't order at the counter, only at kiosks (3 of them) or via the app. Free (slow) WiFi. No sockets for laptops.

This guy called CHANDRA is brilliant with the customer service he approaches with smile and respect, which actually makes u go there again and again so if u haven’t been there just pup up there u will find out what I’m on about Thank you so much ☺️

Restaurant was empty but took ages from ordering food to it arriving almost 25 minutes for a whopper, not exactly fast food

Hadn't been to a burger King for about 2 years due to total disappointment after Covid had purchased my go to XL bacon double cheese burger meal and finding size had been cut in half and price increased, but really fancied a proper burger so had to be Burger King was pleased to find that size of the burger had been increased and the fantastic flavor was there only thing that would make it the best meal ever would be to have McDonald's fries with the meal .

The burger was dripping in grease. No option to have it without the bread. A very loud group with lots of young kids happened to visit at the same time .the kinds were climbing over the walls, and seats, very loud and not family friendly language either. Restaurant was dirty And the order was wrong, but corrected after challenged

Completely and utterly rude staff, the food was subpar and I mean subpar for a fast food place, McDonald’s looks like a fine dining restaurant compared to here. Was gonna spend £15-£30 in here, saw that they only want customers to use the kiosk even though the restaurant was empty, empty. The rude staff and service made me only spend £3 - £5 due to it. Tried everything on the kiosk to find their advertised bbq king burger meal, it was nowhere on the kiosk, tried to ask and they weren’t helpful at all. Pointed towards a completely unrelated burger so had that instead. One of the people I was with got a chicken burger and it tasted like lemon dish soap. Atmosphere was okay, I guess.

For the short review, - do not support this blatantly racist establishment. For the long review, read on... I visited here yesterday with a friend, and three children between us after a long day at the beach to get some food, before our long drive home. We struggled to place an order at the kiosk with us having an issue with the system, so tried to get help from the staff behind the counter. They tried to brush us off saying 'use the kiosk', despite us trying to communicate we were having an issue with it. Eventually a lady came and stated that our order had to be to take away as they were shutting (it was approximately 21:30 then) which we said was fine as we knew they were closing shortly. A family of four came in after us to place an order as well (this information will become relevant). The employee took our order, with an attitude, but we ignored this and just went to sit down with our children. Eventually I was beckoned by the employee, so I went to collect the food, and my friend had to enquire about hers, which the employee then promptly put together infront of us. We stepped aside and my friend noticed she was missing a part of her order and went to query this, and was again met with an unfriendly attitude. As we were sorting this matter, the children had sat down as they were famished, but once we noticed, we urged them to gather their things and that we would have to eat in the car as they were 'closing'. Meanwhile, the family that came in after us had taken a seat in one of the booths, and were what we thought, just waiting there till their order was ready. We were almost hushed out of the restaurant, then I realised I was missing all the drinks from my order once we got to the car. I went back the entrance door, which was locked by this point, and tried to gain the attention of the employee sweeping, and seemingly trying to ignore me. She eventually couldn't ignore anymore without it being too blatant, and kept gesturing that she could not hear me. I somehow signed that my drinks were missing, so she said to come to the door at the back of the restaurant. What was interesting here was that I could hear her clearly, yet I could not be heard. I was let in and told them the issue and was then given my drinks, no apology or anything. I went back to the car, then we noticed that the family had received their order, and were comfortably eating in the restaurant. We were shocked by this, as we had been told that we could not eat inside as they were closing, which is why we were eating in the car. The employee continued to clean as they ate, and they did not seem to be in an hurry at all, with them staying till beyond 22:00 and getting drink top ups around 22:20. It is important to note, our party consisted only of people of colour, whereas the family that entered after us, was not, shall we say. I am aware of some parts of Asian communities feeling 'superior' to people of colour, but this demonstration of blatant racism and discrimination whilst living in a country that 'prides' itself in being 'forward' and 'inclusive', is disappointing to say the least. Permanently boycotted.

Ordered and paid via the app for collection, a frozen Fanta with my meal. When collecting in store, bearing in mind I paid £1 extra for the Fanta, I was informed the machine was broken. The staff member who served me should have known I paid extra and therefore offered a refund, not too sure if your staff know the menu and additional prices but I should have been offered and issued a refund. Massively disappointed with your service and level of awareness to your products and services.

Nicely refurbished, clean, and quick service. Food arrived piping hot. There is plenty of seating.

Service was very slow, although I blame the restaurant for understaffing than the staff. When the food was ready, it was cold. Also shocked at how expensive BK has become.

Got screens now to order food since we last went. Service was quick but we did go at a quite time. Food was fine, nice and hot. Staff quite helpful and friendly. Clean inside, toilets adequate. Plenty of parking.

Had a lovely meal and the staff were super friendly. I would recommend this Burgerking to friends and family. The restaurant was nice and clean as well as having an amazing atmosphere.

I visited this burgerking whilst in a rush with my children and Chandra the manager was absolutely amazing .. he ensured my meal was correct and spoke to me and my children in a perfect manor. Probably the best fast food visit and best staff member I have had this year

Went last Friday. Food was good as always . Sadly the staff are not great . I asked about why the machines were not allowing us to redeem the rewards . She said you need to do it at desk in an abrupt manner. We eat here on a regular basis never had any issues . In the past always bern able to redeem point on machine . Please get you machines working correctly .

Slow service and toilets closed due to electrical problems

Gone a bit down hill lately. Got our orders wrong on our last two visit despite ordering on the machines (which only 2 of 3 accept the app for some reason) Wife ordered a burger with extra cheese and got bacon instead. Luckily she wasn't halal or kosher! They seem to have trouble with alterations. Drinks machines are regularly empty of nearly all drinks.

We had just visited Ashford and the queues for food there were out the door so we decided to go here and it was quiet and everything was hot and delicious! I had the new chicken Caesar burger and it was lovely

I attempted to order a Bean Burger and was told. "We don't do that. We do Vegan Royale". It took several attempts to make myself understood that that would be fine. At the window, the card machine was presented to me. I tapped. A few seconds later, your employee said "No". I gathered that meant the transaction was not approved. I took the greasy, dirty card machine and inserted my card. The transaction was approved. Your employee is rude and does not speak sufficient English to hold his position. I recommend customer service training and a language course.

Clean and always served fresh food

This was disgusting. The food was not great. The place was not clean in any way, and the service was terrible.

Meal came to £25.07, gave the staff member £30.07 to which he gave me no change. When confronted about this he got very rude and defensive saying I'd given him the exact money and calling me a liar. Called the manager who checked the till and it was indeed £5 over, the manager apologised, the member of staff refused. I think he could do with some customer service training.

Very nice food and drink and always clean

The food was excellent, bacon double cheeseburger, and it wasn't busy. Only issue was with touch screens. Went through the order process only to be told it couldn't complete the order and to go to the till. Enjoyed the meal though.

Place needs closing down ,it's nasty ,the toilets are the pits ,I've never seen a sink so small you turn tap on and get covered in water ,guys be aware people might think you soiled you pants lol ,the smell kinda puts you off eating ,and boy a handful of chips in my apinion 1 spud , cheese from a tube ,and some bacon bits £4.59 , be careful your pay out your A--

Well Done👏 burger king for recovering the seats they look so much better as do the sinks in the ladies loo. Please take a look at tiles under the hand dryer. These could do with a scrub. Food nice and service swift.

Using the app you can now order remotely for click and collect on arrival. This also saves you from needing to use the communal touch screen in the restaurant which is unlikely to be regularly cleaned. Located in the popular entertainment complex in Ashford.

Never enough staff which means when it gets busy the wait can be long. The drinks machine always has many drinks not available.

Chairs were torn and dirty. Food fine, although my burger had no toppings or trimmings. Really expensive considering.

I've been to much better BK restaurants. This BK was a bit of a letdown in the taste & service department. *Also hardly any drink was in the machine, and it also tasted like watered-down water.

Having been at another BK in the last week, this open compares very unfavourably. The staff member I dealt with appeared to have trouble dealing with any questions at all, and got my order wrong. She asked me if I wanted a classic or bbq burger with my melt meal, and even though I asked for classic, it came out as bbq. Also lots of menu items not available here that are available elsewhere, like the basic burgers/cheeseburgers and milkshakes. The food that I did eat was fine, tbf. Despite that, poor excuse of a branch.

I visit regularly with my kids, and they love it. The food has always been spot on. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Its never very busy which i don't find to be a problem as i can always get a table and served quickly. The parking area is good too, never struggled to get a space. The building and fittings could do with a little TLC as its a bit tired in places.

Most unclean hovel ever! Two other tables with customers, nobody else there and nine tables were so unclean it would have been healthier to eat from the gutter. Amazing how the staff did not notice or did not care about the grime. The food was just average for a BK, the staff were sullen, sloppy and only there for a wage. If I could take the staff a bag of manners I would.

Looking a bit tired and Freestyle machines lacking beverage choice. Service was quick though for 6pm on a Saturday.

I ordered 2 Steakhouse Angus’; it’s replaced my favourite burger for last summer, the Big Tasty. It was well sized, it even had a moist medium rare burger, beautiful crispy onions with a crunch to it and the SAUCE - don’t even get me started!

Furnishings are rough, needs a good makeover

'Grilled to perfection' you really need to work on your logo! Nothing like that! Cold meat; cooked - who knows when.. and couldn't taste the difference between your premium steakhouse burger and 1/3 of the price McDonald's cheeseburger! Waste of money and food!

Burger king is pretty much a safe go to eat place, the menu's are always large and easy to read and there is plenty of choices no matter how hungry you may be. Food generally is consistently good from restaurant to restaurant and for the most part it is only let down by the staff running it. Today they lost one star as there was a long waiting time and unfortunately the food was almost cold when it arrived. Burger king is a brand name that you can trust.

Women at the till is on her phone, doesnt even realise a guest is standing infront of her. Fries needed more cooking time, bacon isnt crispy. The staff rather stands around on the phone instead of cleaning tables in a not busy time. Chairs are broken. Worst burger king ive seen.

This is an old fashioned Burger King outlet in need of updating. Food came quickly but was not as hot as it should have been. The drinks dispensers told you to scan bar codes but the staff said this wasn’t necessary but getting the machine to work was not self evident and I like to think I’m tech savvy. Come on BK you can do better than this no wonder you’re losing market share.

Usually pretty good but tonight we ordered the box of 9 chilli cheese bites and upon dishing 'em out we find there's only 8. How could I complain? Not a major issue but you really should get what you pay for...

Always a good burger from here. Only thing that usually lets them down is that their milkshake machine normally has a fault 🤔
