Came in this weekend as a Sunday treat. Didn’t know kids eat free was an offer but the lovely waitress let us know about it. She told us what was included and how it works, absolutely recommend it for a half term treat. The food the great, the vibe in the restaurant was amazing! Highly recommend 😁

There was one particular team member who absolutely made our visit. I can’t remember her name but she had just returned to work after having as baby. Her baby was 7months old. We had our 9 month old grandson with us and even though he’s a really good boy you can get anxious eating out in the evening with a baby. This lady completely out us at ease. She interacted with our grandson as well and made sure he had finger foods he could eat. She was absolutely fantastic I just wish I could remember her name

Food nice but service was awful, wasnt told about what was unavailable on the menu until we tried to order it. My mum had a free drink for mothers day then they put it on the bill at the end, good thing i checked the receipt before paying. Waited half an hour for a drink we asked 2 waiters within this time and was told its on its way but never arrived so we asked for the bill they went off to print my receipt and was given someone elses. Wouldnt return.

My son is Autistic and there was a Brownie Sunday and because it was only on Sundays my son thought he was getting a brownie but he got Ice-cream and there were no pictures to say what you are getting so l think there should be pictures

The most expensive place to have dinner. We waited 40 minutes to get our drink, the food is like a simple supermarket food. Very small pizza, plain salad. Not again.

Very run down. The tiramisu had the texture of semi cured silicone sealant. The brownies in the sundae tasted very strong of greasy burgers… not even sure how they achieved that

Lovely meal and really great service.

We at least come once a month of 4 Adults and 3 kids. Last visit was not as good as the others. My daughter of 3 years wanted water as we sat next to the bar. After requesting 4 times was served the water with a big bank on the table. Same Bar tender served our mains without clearing the table in two walks but did not clear. We then end up clearing it out self to to the next table. Not once checked if we needed anything else I tile we were done. We felt all the food tasted different to previous times. Pasta was very dry and spaghetti was under cooked again not much sauce. Overall felt wasted the evening.

Sunday morning, only one other table occupied, yet service was still super slow. Bizarrely we were 5m away from the kitchen pass but our breakfast was some how still cold when it arrived. Coffee beans tasted old and bitter. Won't be back for breakfast.

Fantastic Meal at Frankie & Benny’s – Amazing Service and Free Drinks! I had an absolutely fantastic time at Frankie & Benny’s! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly. The service was fast, and everyone was so attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. The food was absolutely delicious—everything was cooked to perfection, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Whether it was the juicy burger, the perfectly cooked pasta, or the indulgent dessert, every bite was a treat. To top it all off, I was even given free drinks, which was such a lovely surprise and made the experience even better. It’s little gestures like this that really make a place stand out! Overall, I left feeling very happy and completely satisfied. Frankie & Benny’s truly went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely be returning soon! Highly recommend!

We were served by Elisha who was very helpful and polite, engaging in conversation which enhanced our experience. The Spaghetti Bolognese was fine. Good Gin and Tonic as well! We decided to return for brunch the next day which was very poor. Customer service was chalk and cheese. We ordered the pancake deal- pancakes were undercooked and bacon should have been crisper. I ordered extra pancakes for which we waited 50 mins and then told that there was no blueberry compote. No alternative option offered and no recompense for waiting all that time.

Had the pancakes and were AMAZING! Service was SUPERB always smiling and attentive! A couple of years back I avoided F&Bs, but it’s definitely on the up again!

Came with the family for dinner. Food was tasty with very good portion size. Servers were attentive and when my child spilt his drink they replaced it without me asking. Will come again

Even though the place was only half full the food took ages to come to the table and when it did it was cold and nothing had any flavour... bland and over priced. Restaurant was freezing cold as well.

Restaurant almost empty yet simple food took a long time to come. Then not everyone had their food served at the same time. There was unnecessary confusion around the food. The waitress apologised for the issues which was appreciated. The food I ordered was almost burnt so it was very unappealing and even though I paid extra for toppings on my pizza, they were almost microscopic. It was the most unappealing pizza I've ever had. Presentation of all food was very poor. It was disappointing to see such limited choice for vegan food when Frankie and Benny's used to be great for vegan options. No vegan pudding option was disappointing. The slowness, poor presentation, poor quality food and lack of options mean that we will not be returning. I felt robbed such a disappointing waste of money.

I have been waiting here with my mum,dad and sister. It has been 2 hours of waiting… the staff is kind but not overworked. They should have time to make 4 small dishes of food. The atmosphere is alright, happy chatting can be heard behind the calm, classical music. Just a bit annoyed. Failed Friday night.

Despite the restaurant being fairly empty, we were sat next to a huge birthday party who were very loud which made having a conversation very difficult. Only 2 servers so service was slow. My burger was tasty but the fries weren't very hot, and others were not impressed with their meals (there were 7 of us)

waiting staff over stretched but polite . Salad was nice despite waiting over 40 minutes for them to arrive at the table. The afters took over 20 mins to arrive and was cold apple and blue berry pie and custard was ambient temp and tasted out of date. the pancakes arrived cold and with limited ingredients. got the bill reduced but will avoid in the future. Was told the staff was relatively new, manager was occupied with other complaints from patrons so we paid and left an unhappy restaurant.

Went in for dinner about 5pm on a Friday. Was very quiet, shown to a seat quickly ( thankfully not one of the torn ones), and placed our order fairly quickly of a garlic bread starter, burger and lasagne and a milk shake each. The milkshakes came out quickly but were quite small for the price paid and were basic. The starter took a lot longer to come out than expected and was fine. Again a long wait for main meals and could have made better at home, the burger was the plainest I have seen in a restaurant and the lasagne again nothing special. Thankfully we received a discount for having cinema tickets but way too expensive for the food and service received. Will not make a repeat visit.

I dropped off my daughter and her two giggly friends and the waitress was fab and made sure they all had a brilliant time. The cookie jar dessert to share was a hit!

This is the worst restaurant of a chain I’ve seen. The food took over an hour to come out. For them it to literally come out cold. The pasta carbonara I had was bland and honestly cold as anything. My friend also had pasta that was cold. After around 30 mins of being given the food, the waiter finally came and asked if everything was ok. I then told them this, they then asked a manager. The manger took money off, around £17 which covered somewhat of what was spent. I mean, it was literally cold, I paid for a cold carbonara that I ate two spoonfuls of. I also got told due to the fact that most of the carbonara was gone they couldn’t give more money off. What two spoonfuls. This is the WORST F&B I’ve been to. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU DONT.

Amazing service, friendly and met our needs. Came for a first birthday celebration and they surprised us with a candle in a desert. Food was good, however was disappointed with the loaded fries.

Delivery time said 35-50 mins was 1 hour 15 mins. Food arrived freezing cold, I heated it in the microwave for 1 min but wouldn’t have made a difference because the bun was greasy and the burger was hard, dry and tasteless. The cheese was greasy where I had to heat it up. The fries went soggy after I heated them too. Just eat app only offers £5 odd refund and it cost me over £22 so not happy.

Me and the family had a lovely lunch here, been to a few Frankie and Bennies but this is one of my favourite. Lovely staff and our server Reece really pulled out all the stops.

Have not been to this restaurant for years and won’t be going again. It was so cold and draughty that I had to put my coat back on and my food was cold before finishing it. The wine I chose was out of stock too. Definitely NOT worth the money spent.

Waited nearly 90mins for our food and had to leave before it arrived due to having cinema tickets. Very disappointed.

Asked for extra chilli but the pasta was bland

There was no heating last night when we came here to eat, but we were told this when we arrived. Unfortunately the food took 50 minutes to get to us and my friend's food was so cold. We asked for it to be remade and it was done within 5 minutes but the only thing that was hot were the onion rings. The food was really flavoursome and it was such a shame. We had to ask for her meal to be removed from the bill and I was surprised that it wasn't offered. Overall, good tasting food, shame hLf of it was cold

Our server, the supervisor was a total star, he was great from the point of booking right to the end at payment. Couldn't of been better. He was absolutely fantastic. For a party of 25 it was super service.

Went out for lunch today, with my husband and daughter, the food was great came out lovely and hot, not too noisy and the staff was very friendly and helpful, the service was quick

Both pasta dishes were hot with perfectly prepared pasta. A nice creamy sauce with the carbonara and plenty of chicken in the piccante.

Was our first experience with Frankie Benny's. We are really enjoyed the food manager on duty was really helpful.

Food quality was poor for the kids meals. The manager was not accommodating to limited diets and would not offer a larger portion of chicken nuggets for an older child. We were disgusted to hear that BBQ sauce cost extra to have. Although the waitress was very nice and pleasant.

It would be better if they had more servers during holidays period at lunchtimes. I felt sorry server expect server more 40 customers by herself I work in restaurant always 2 waitress even less than number mentioned above. The food was delicious.

We were seated quickly despite not having a reservation. Our Server was polite and very helpful. The food was excellent and thoroughly enjoyable.

Got a just eat delivery from here this evening 2 x spaghetti bolognese, 1 x cheesy garlic bread and 1x onion rings. The spaghetti bolognese portion was kid sized and very bland and oily, the garlic bread was stone cold, tough like rubber, the onion rings looked anemic (undercooked) and soggy, we used to love their food but unfortunately won’t be eating here again

Won't be going again anytime soon had to wait an hour between starter and mains even though the place was realy quiet awful experience.

What can I say stuff is really good for the few?They have food really, really slow coming from kitchen as they are under stuff either need to pull their act together.Or close down as they are away under stuff would be going back

Came in when there wasn’t many tables. It was myself, my partner and our baby in a pram. The gentleman that served us was Elden he was very kind, efficient, well mannered and handled running around when it was busy really well. Food was really nice we had a meat feast pizza with a side of sweet potato fries, steak house sirloin cooked to perfection (medium rare) and a side of calamari and 2x cookie dough. All food was lovely. And would definitely visit again for the food and atmosphere and staff.

We always have a great meal when we come here, and we are always welcomed and looked after so well.

They have such a large menu now. Lots of options for Gluten Free too. The service was great and very quick.

Pretty empty on a Saturday night. But yet service is ln the slowe side. Good thing is, plenty seats to be seated.

got chips sent them back because they were raw, even when the new ones came back they were cold and hard in the middle. steak came cold and undercooked, we were told you cant have a hot medium rare steak (which makes no sense), overall majority of food was undercooked and cold, never again.

When I visit family in Kent, we always make a point of a meal at Frankie and Benny's. We came on Saturday 2nd November and I think that will be our last visit. The children's menu has changed so one of our children had to have an adult meal. All three adult meals were skimpy, cold and unappetising. Staff were dull and uninterested. Whatever happened to the warm buzzy, busy American dinner vibe. Very poor

Booked a table for this evening to celebrate our Sons 5th Birthday. Arrived for our table booking at 5pm. 1 member of our party had already arrived so we made our way to the table to meet him. Menus were provided but no offer of a drinks order being taken. I realised that we had not been given a children’s menu and tried to get the attention of a couple of members of staff to ask for one, but was either avoided or ignored on each occasion. There appeared to be only 1 waitress but there was a young man seating people and 2 members of staff making drinks at the bar area. We sat at the table for 20 minutes with still no offer of a drink and staff extremely difficult to get the attention of. At one point my father in law politely called out to a member of staff passing our table but was again completely ignored. My husband then did manage to get the attention of a member of staff who came to the table, he immediately gave the impression of having a seriously bad attitude but I politely asked for a children’s menu, I was given no verbal response at all, but instead the member of staff stomped off, I assume, to find a children’s menu, there obviously wasn’t one at front of house where he went to look first, so he had to then retrace his steps back past our table (still no communication) to go towards the kitchen to get one. He came back to the table and again, without speaking, put the menu on the table and walked off. It was at this point my husband decided to question and challenge his poor behaviour stating that we had been waiting for well over 20 minutes and had not yet been spoken to by anyone or even offered so much as a drink. The member of staff became immediately hostile, stating that we had arrived for our booking late (this was absolutely untrue!) and then simply said to us “bye!” And walked off…..at this point we decided to leave the restaurant as we were under the distinct impression that we would not be receiving any further “service” A very unpleasant and disappointing experience, especially as this was for a 5 year olds birthday! Disgusting service and behaviour from the member of staff in question, I am only sorry I did not get his name. I have never known anything like it quite frankly.
