Didn't receive any of ordered drinks. Waiting for refund but it destroyed whole pleasure of ordering.

Unsatisfied with the hot wings after waiting for 15 minutes, it was too dark in colour, very small pieces, overcooked, was not properly marinated.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They have really upped their game as the restaurant is much cleaner than a year ago. Very clean well kept toilets too. Food is usually freshly cooked.

Wanted to cancel as it was heavily delayed but told I would still have to pay.

The delivery driver, went to the wrong side of a locked compound then refused to drive around to the correct location and argued saying he would take the food away if I didn't come, after I ran across to the other gate to collect my food he argued insisting that I take his phone to the correct gate to input the delivery code then come back to collect my food, eventually he gave me the food and left. Awful service

Used the drive thru tonight asked for a fillet tower meal added a chicken fillet for the pooch ….. 3 times he asked if I wanted zinger 3 times no thank you fillet tower please …. And still wrong order ! Useless foreign workers can not clearly speak English nor understand it either ! When I complained blankly looked at. Tired of keep supporting waste of space workers.

Nothing hits quite like the colonel’s 11 secret herbs and spices on a Friday night. If you think all KFC’s are made equal you’re wrong, in my experience the staff were friendly, the food was received super quick and the chicken was delicious, a little taste of Tennessee 👌🏼

I ordered a 6-piece hot wings meal and a large popcorn for takeaway. However, when we got home, I was disappointed to find that the popcorn box was only half full, which is completely unacceptable.

Delivery driver was brilliant. Poor service from KFC who missed 1 Pepsi max can and popcorn chicken!

Burnt chicken pieces and chips stale and cold

Ordered at 18:56 and the food eventually arrived at 21:20 food was cold and barely edible.

This is probably one of the area's best KFC restaurants and drive-throughs. The restaurant is spotless, well-organized, and efficient, with fresh and properly cooked food. The service is quick, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's excellent that KFC is beginning to use eco-friendly packaging for most of its food, as the days of plastic forks, spoons, and straws are long gone. Well done, KFC! I've visited this location six times since my initial review, and even after lifting COVID-19 restrictions, it remains one of the cleanest places I've been to. The food continues to be exceptional compared to other KFC restaurants I've visited. If you're craving KFC, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Couldn’t find where we were and the food was cold had to be heated up.

After my last experience with KFC Chestfield, this was a world apart. Good food, friendly staff all-round a great experience. Chestfield needs to poach some of their staff!!

I ordered 2x bottles of Pepsi Max which didn't get delivered, I don't know what is going on with this restaurant but this is the 2nd time this has happened to me, delivery driver didn't seem to bothered about it, just said they didn't give it to him, if he had checked the receipt it shows that there should be 2 bottles of pepsi max with the meal 👎👎👎👎

We ate in recently on a busy Saturday night and everything was excellent, the food was just as it should be, the service was quick and the place was spotless, I was quite surprised when I sat down about how clean the table was as usually in most fast food places we have been to (usually McDonald's), the tables are usually in need of a clean, this KFC was quite busy when we visited and yet the staff still made time to clean the tables which was impressive. Keep up the good work! The app is also dead easy to use with no issues.

Chips weren’t cooked, portion small

The delivery driver went to the wrong address and we was explaining to him but he kept going to the wrong area and food was absolutely cold when it got here. The driver wasn't very good either and shouldn't be working with you people if doesn't know where to go. He was driving a blue corsa registration of his car was CU58 BDZ.

I've used the drive thru countless times for app orders and for usual orders and they usually get it right. Food is great. Yesterday we dined in and it was a pleasant experience - ordering with the screens, requests from the staff, other patrons... We'll continue enjoying KFC at this location.

It's a KFC and it's meeting expectation not much more to say. However the staff really keep front of house very clean hats off to them.

Terrible! Ordered using the screens, when the man called out the number we could hardly understand what he was saying. The food was all mixed up all over the trays. Had to work out what food went with which meal. Items missing from our order. Burgers had hardly any sauce in and only at one end. Food looked like it had been thrown together. Tables are sticky, floor dirty and bins are overflowing. Only good thing is the ice creams.

Was just about warm when received and the cold cans of pepsi and tango were laying on top of the food, so had luke warm food and warm drinks

ordered at 730pm collected by driver at 7.52pm delivered at 8.52pm.... restaurant wouldn't do anything driver dropped off food and walked off.

The chicken wasn’t cooked properly and the fries were disgusting. Greasy and cold. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Myself and my disabled daughter did drive through at about 3.30ish today. Ordered trilogy box meal, we got beans instead of corn. I should've asked for a fillet burger at time but got zinger Instead by accident, So the burger wasnt eaten either. cause don't do spicy. Took one bite and had to spit it out. Then we asked for some 2x barbecue bites and got the spicy hot ones with barbecue sauce on , couldn't eat them either cause they were spicy hot . Not a happy household.

We have a really early day tomorrow and we had to wait up to get food we didn’t even want in the end as it was so late and took so long to get here. We have ordered from this kfc plenty of times and this is the worst time yet

Forgot all of our chips very dissatisfied and disappointed, totally ruined our meal as ordered gravy to dip chips in but no chips were delivered!

Every one loves finger licking chicken

I recently picked up an order from the counter, which included four pieces of chicken, chips, and a drink. I didn't check the bag's contents until I arrived home. Inside, I found two thighs and two drumsticks. Unfortunately, one of the drumsticks appeared to be broken or had extra sets of bones and emitted a foul odor, leading me to dispose of it. The remaining chicken pieces also had an off smell but were consumable. I've decided not to patronise that establishment again. The chips and drink were satisfactory.

Went for a zinger rice box but it was off the menu for a few weeks not sure why? I ended up with a zinger burger it was ok I would have preferred the rice box

Love this KFC. Its the best one in Ashford. Fresh, hot chicken served quickly. What more could you ask for from a KFC.

Ww didn't get the chicken boneless but got everything else right and they delivered 3 hot wings instead tonight and they was late being delivered

You order via touchscreens but when collecting food, ensure you have everything you need at that time, as you will be completely ignored if you go back to the counter for anything. We were not given any cups for the bottle of drink, no spoons for the beans. How are we supposed to eat it? I understand they are busy, but you need to look after all of your customers.
