Missing chicken from my order. As it was takeaway,to late to do anything. Not impressed

I've used the drive thru countless times for app orders and for usual orders and they usually get it right. Food is great. Yesterday we dined in and it was a pleasant experience - ordering with the screens, requests from the staff, other patrons... We'll continue enjoying KFC at this location.

It's a KFC and it's meeting expectation not much more to say. However the staff really keep front of house very clean hats off to them.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Terrible! Ordered using the screens, when the man called out the number we could hardly understand what he was saying. The food was all mixed up all over the trays. Had to work out what food went with which meal. Items missing from our order. Burgers had hardly any sauce in and only at one end. Food looked like it had been thrown together. Tables are sticky, floor dirty and bins are overflowing. Only good thing is the ice creams.

Was just about warm when received and the cold cans of pepsi and tango were laying on top of the food, so had luke warm food and warm drinks

ordered at 730pm collected by driver at 7.52pm delivered at 8.52pm.... restaurant wouldn't do anything driver dropped off food and walked off.

Very good and brilliant well done to the KFC staff and delivery driver's I will be differently ordered again the food is hot when you get it thank you kfc staff and the people who cooked the food has well

The chicken wasn’t cooked properly and the fries were disgusting. Greasy and cold. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Myself and my disabled daughter did drive through at about 3.30ish today. Ordered trilogy box meal, we got beans instead of corn. I should've asked for a fillet burger at time but got zinger Instead by accident, So the burger wasnt eaten either. cause don't do spicy. Took one bite and had to spit it out. Then we asked for some 2x barbecue bites and got the spicy hot ones with barbecue sauce on , couldn't eat them either cause they were spicy hot . Not a happy household.

We have a really early day tomorrow and we had to wait up to get food we didn’t even want in the end as it was so late and took so long to get here. We have ordered from this kfc plenty of times and this is the worst time yet

Forgot all of our chips very dissatisfied and disappointed, totally ruined our meal as ordered gravy to dip chips in but no chips were delivered!

I recently picked up an order from the counter, which included four pieces of chicken, chips, and a drink. I didn't check the bag's contents until I arrived home. Inside, I found two thighs and two drumsticks. Unfortunately, one of the drumsticks appeared to be broken or had extra sets of bones and emitted a foul odor, leading me to dispose of it. The remaining chicken pieces also had an off smell but were consumable. I've decided not to patronise that establishment again. The chips and drink were satisfactory.

Chips was very cold & and chicken was to oily. I'm regular customer its not normal food.😤🤔😢

The delivery notes specifically said don’t ring bell and to leave food outside door which was completely ignored and as I’ve ordered late at night this has awoken others in the house I am annoyed with this

Went for a zinger rice box but it was off the menu for a few weeks not sure why? I ended up with a zinger burger it was ok I would have preferred the rice box

Love this KFC. Its the best one in Ashford. Fresh, hot chicken served quickly. What more could you ask for from a KFC.

Delivery driver was absolutely fantastic but KFC staff never EVER get the order right. I normally go though and drive through for this reason but couldnt today

Ww didn't get the chicken boneless but got everything else right and they delivered 3 hot wings instead tonight and they was late being delivered

Probably one of the best KFC restaurant/drive through in the area. Very clean restaurant, well organised and efficient and the food was fresh and properly cooked. Service is very quick indeed and the staff are friendly and helpful. They are also very responsible with regards to following the current Covid 19 guidelines, they do not require you to wear a face mask even though all the staff were wearing them, very responsible indeed. Even though most Covid restrictions have been relaxed or lifted completely in most restaurants, the staff are still wearing face masks, highly commendable. It is also good to see that KFC are finally starting to get the eco friendly packaging on most of their food, long gone are the plastic forks, spoons and straw's, well done KFC👍 Still by far the best KFC, visited a further 6 times since my initial review, although Covid 19 restrictions have been now lifted, this remains one of the highest places for overall cleanliness. Food is still exceptional compared to a couple of other KFC restaurants I have visited. If you want a KFC then this is the one you should go to. Highly recommended!

You order via touchscreens but when collecting food, ensure you have everything you need at that time, as you will be completely ignored if you go back to the counter for anything. We were not given any cups for the bottle of drink, no spoons for the beans. How are we supposed to eat it? I understand they are busy, but you need to look after all of your customers.

The pot of mash was so tiny. There was literally about 3 tea spoons of mash. The majority of the food was cold.

Yet again ! Got my order wrong do I have to check the bag every singe time ? Does a leg look like a breast ? Or sound same ? No !! Gave it to the dog don’t eat leg try Awnsering ya phone too ???? If you want damage ya car wheels or body try driving through the drive though what was made for dinky cars !

I have no choice on stars so 1 it is what an absolutely disgusting place, they most definitely need tips on cleaning and serving hot food as for my order all of it was bloody cold just shut the place down and I will never step foot into this place again

My wife is a big KFC fan, whilst I am very much indifferent to it, whilst being largely scathing about the sort of people that go to KFC. However, my wife convinced me that we should have KFC in our hotel room once our daughter was asleep, and as she agreed to run across Eureka Way to go and collect it, I reluctantly acquiesced. We had the larger pieces of chicken and some popcorn chicken, plus some creamy mash (we got two portions instead of the one that we paid for, so that was a bonus) and gravy. To my eternal surprise, it was actually really nice! Maybe my tiredness and hunger blurred my judgement, or maybe I have been wrong about KFC for all this time. The chicken was really good, the coating was tasty, the mash was very good, and the gravy was an inspired addition. It was so enjoyable that I might even be convinced to have it again - though it will be a cold day in Hell before I step foot in one of their actual stores.

Was delivered to the wrong address. When we actually got the food it had all been opened and we were missing bits. Dont know if the had been taken or just missed but either way it was quite disappointing

I had my zest for life crushed by the abysmal excuse for a Crushum this place sold me. Watery ice flavoured with chocolate powder. Just crushed me KFC. Ashamed.

I got a wrong order last night...so tonight I tried again....my orders ripped to pieces and soaking wet the courier blamed his bike, dumped my order and left as I took pictures of it

food was delivered by courier on a bicycle completely cold.

It's KFC. They now have vegetarian options.

Very good customer service food was served on time and fresh as expected, myself and family really enjoyed the food , we were served by BUDDI he was very friendly and seems highly professional and well trained staff, we as a costumer always expect to serve food by like him, he is truly assets of kfc.

So I ordered a party bucket from Eureka park Ashford, as we was eating through the bucket we found that a couple off piece off chicken weren’t even cooked proper disgusting. When I phoned the restaurant they were dismissive about the situation and then hung up the phone poor customer service and bad food will never go again.

Called up the store and they told me that most the staff had gone home and to cancel my order, that was well over an hour later from my order being placed. To then be updated that my order was being delivered, messing the delivery driver around as he showed me they had a late ash cancelled my order prior to me receiving it.

One of the busiest KFC in the Ashford and All the Staffs were very kind and helpful. I love to visit again.

Took just short of 2 hours to deliver one bucket of chicken. It was all stone cold when it finally arrive, tried to microwave some but chips became like cardboard and chicken soggy so binned it all.

As fast food establishments go, this one is quite civilised, clean, tidy, great staff, and well-behaved customers. It is still in Ashford though, and so there is the obligatory pile of junk with an exhaust the size of the channel tunnel, a sound system that dims the headlights as the volume increases and naturally parked in the disabled bay next to the door, isnt it amazing what vehicles are available on motability these days.

3 drinks ordered only 2 turned up and one of them was wrong

Time kept updating then I called because it hadn’t updated and got told it’s not kfc’s fault it’s just eats fault and itll take as long as it takes
