Daughter pulled into carpark, flat tyre. I went to the rescue.

Couldn’t find where we were and the food was cold had to be heated up.

Arrived 2 hours late and stone cold

After my last experience with KFC Chestfield, this was a world apart. Good food, friendly staff all-round a great experience. Chestfield needs to poach some of their staff!!

Wasn’t happy that I had to go to the road to the delivery driver rather than him coming to my door !!

food arrived cold. drinks were put in the same bag as the food and so the drinks were warm and food was cold. we waited a while for this food and saw the time change on estimated delivery 3 times. :(

The food today was really good not watery or greasy cooked properly first time in ages it’s been that good.

Driver was friendly and polite

It's probably one of the best KFC restaurants/drive-throughs in the area. The restaurant was spotless, well-organised, and efficient, and the food was fresh and properly cooked. The service is speedy, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is also good to see that KFC is finally starting to get eco-friendly packaging on most of their food; long gone are the plastic forks, spoons and straws; well done KFC. Still, it is by far the best KFC. I have visited 6 times since my initial review; although COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted, this remains one of the highest places for overall cleanliness. The food is still exceptional compared to other KFC restaurants I have visited. If you want a KFC, then this is the one you should go to. Highly recommended!

my driver was extremely rude to me and threw my food on my doorstep because i didn’t answer in time

I ordered 2x bottles of Pepsi Max which didn't get delivered, I don't know what is going on with this restaurant but this is the 2nd time this has happened to me, delivery driver didn't seem to bothered about it, just said they didn't give it to him, if he had checked the receipt it shows that there should be 2 bottles of pepsi max with the meal 👎👎👎👎

We ate in recently on a busy Saturday night and everything was excellent, the food was just as it should be, the service was quick and the place was spotless, I was quite surprised when I sat down about how clean the table was as usually in most fast food places we have been to (usually McDonald's), the tables are usually in need of a clean, this KFC was quite busy when we visited and yet the staff still made time to clean the tables which was impressive. Keep up the good work! The app is also dead easy to use with no issues.

Rubbish delivery time, ordered at 18.30pm received at 19.50pm. no way of contacting a human to find out why they kept changing the time of delivery. Just Eat rubbish service

Coustomer service really fast and fantastic

Delivery time was changed about 10 time in the end I went and collected the order myself to be told that the order had already been collected even know the app was saying still waiting for collection

Our favourite KFC. Always a good welcome from staff and food is great. Restaurant is pretty clean as are toilets.

Chips weren’t cooked, portion small

The delivery driver went to the wrong address and we was explaining to him but he kept going to the wrong area and food was absolutely cold when it got here. The driver wasn't very good either and shouldn't be working with you people if doesn't know where to go. He was driving a blue corsa registration of his car was CU58 BDZ.

I've used the drive thru countless times for app orders and for usual orders and they usually get it right. Food is great. Yesterday we dined in and it was a pleasant experience - ordering with the screens, requests from the staff, other patrons... We'll continue enjoying KFC at this location.

It's a KFC and it's meeting expectation not much more to say. However the staff really keep front of house very clean hats off to them.

Terrible! Ordered using the screens, when the man called out the number we could hardly understand what he was saying. The food was all mixed up all over the trays. Had to work out what food went with which meal. Items missing from our order. Burgers had hardly any sauce in and only at one end. Food looked like it had been thrown together. Tables are sticky, floor dirty and bins are overflowing. Only good thing is the ice creams.

Was just about warm when received and the cold cans of pepsi and tango were laying on top of the food, so had luke warm food and warm drinks

ordered at 730pm collected by driver at 7.52pm delivered at 8.52pm.... restaurant wouldn't do anything driver dropped off food and walked off.

The chicken wasn’t cooked properly and the fries were disgusting. Greasy and cold. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Myself and my disabled daughter did drive through at about 3.30ish today. Ordered trilogy box meal, we got beans instead of corn. I should've asked for a fillet burger at time but got zinger Instead by accident, So the burger wasnt eaten either. cause don't do spicy. Took one bite and had to spit it out. Then we asked for some 2x barbecue bites and got the spicy hot ones with barbecue sauce on , couldn't eat them either cause they were spicy hot . Not a happy household.

We have a really early day tomorrow and we had to wait up to get food we didn’t even want in the end as it was so late and took so long to get here. We have ordered from this kfc plenty of times and this is the worst time yet

Forgot all of our chips very dissatisfied and disappointed, totally ruined our meal as ordered gravy to dip chips in but no chips were delivered!

Every one loves finger licking chicken

I recently picked up an order from the counter, which included four pieces of chicken, chips, and a drink. I didn't check the bag's contents until I arrived home. Inside, I found two thighs and two drumsticks. Unfortunately, one of the drumsticks appeared to be broken or had extra sets of bones and emitted a foul odor, leading me to dispose of it. The remaining chicken pieces also had an off smell but were consumable. I've decided not to patronise that establishment again. The chips and drink were satisfactory.

Chips was very cold & and chicken was to oily. I'm regular customer its not normal food.😤🤔😢

The delivery notes specifically said don’t ring bell and to leave food outside door which was completely ignored and as I’ve ordered late at night this has awoken others in the house I am annoyed with this

Went for a zinger rice box but it was off the menu for a few weeks not sure why? I ended up with a zinger burger it was ok I would have preferred the rice box

You order via touchscreens but when collecting food, ensure you have everything you need at that time, as you will be completely ignored if you go back to the counter for anything. We were not given any cups for the bottle of drink, no spoons for the beans. How are we supposed to eat it? I understand they are busy, but you need to look after all of your customers.

The pot of mash was so tiny. There was literally about 3 tea spoons of mash. The majority of the food was cold.

Yet again ! Got my order wrong do I have to check the bag every singe time ? Does a leg look like a breast ? Or sound same ? No !! Gave it to the dog don’t eat leg try Awnsering ya phone too ???? If you want damage ya car wheels or body try driving through the drive though what was made for dinky cars !

I had my zest for life crushed by the abysmal excuse for a Crushum this place sold me. Watery ice flavoured with chocolate powder. Just crushed me KFC. Ashamed.

I got a wrong order last night...so tonight I tried again....my orders ripped to pieces and soaking wet the courier blamed his bike, dumped my order and left as I took pictures of it

Very good customer service food was served on time and fresh as expected, myself and family really enjoyed the food , we were served by BUDDI he was very friendly and seems highly professional and well trained staff, we as a costumer always expect to serve food by like him, he is truly assets of kfc.
