Lamb Shish was the worst I have ever had, it was all fat and inedible, I coukd nit tell if it was actually Lamb, sych was the steange taste. Absolutey terrible. I will never go there again.

Popped in when it was shortly after the opening times. I was by myself, staff very pleasant and reactive to me When I entered the shop. Easy to order, reasonable time from ordering and eating food. Ordered wings, these were breaded, taste was not overly impressive but it was not the worst. I don’t particularly like the chosen chicken wing but the combination of flavour was good.

Ordered online wasted £30 as closed for refurbishment No answer on the telephone or email or Facebook What a joke If you are shut take you website down

Ordered and paid online only to find a hand written sign on the door saying they were closed for refurbishment. Sent email to query refund and the response said the email address wasn’t found. Very unimpressed.

Ordered meat and chips. It took over twenty mins and I was the only one in there. And if that wasn’t bad enough if I hadn’t of been watching they would have forgot the chips !!!

Good food, plenty of salad with meat. Maybe one of the few kebab where I don't feel like I need more sauce to fully enjoy my food.

The kebabs have always been excellent. Small lamb dinner and small chicken shish and small chips £19 very big portions and the food was amazing. Friendly staff

At last, a good quality kebab, cooked perfectly with staff that are happy to engage. Worth going across town for and very reasonably priced.

Amazing experience. Brother gave us giant portions, delivered food to chair and even packed up the leftovers for me. Food was 10/10 for taste and quality. Provided restaurant level service for takeaway prices. Will return.

Ordered £50 worth of food on JustEat, they accepted the order, called me and said they couldn’t fulfil my order. They said I had to cancel through JustEat, but when I tried to I was told it would still cost me full price (£50) even if I cancel. I called them back and explained they had to cancel it their end, and they said they couldn’t cancel the order. They said the boss would be informed and cancel my order the following day but instead they decided to mark the entire order as delivered and charged me £50 for nothing. Horrible service. First time experience and I won’t ever be returning, or any of my friends either (big bulk order)

We stumble along this shop a few months ago and have enjoyed some good food from here so expected the same today. Our kebabs and chips turned up. All were cold. The salads were soggy and full of water. The pitta breads were soggy. We had one small chicken kebab and small is the word with a few bits of chicken in it. I had the large chicken kebab, which in size only just out did the small. The cheesy chips we ordered were a large. If I was a 5 year old child they may pass as a large portion. They few that were in there were also cold and the melted cheese was now very set and rubbery. Have to say not worth the money so will be looking at going back to the Kebab shop we used to use. My advice do the same and order elsewhere

Ordered chicken kebab meal, forgot the drink, no pitta bread and meat just squashed in same box on top of chips. To top it off food was luke warm. Not happy will not buy from them ever again, nor would I recommend to anyone.

Ordered a extra large chicken shish turned up cold no garlic sauce which I asked for and the cabbage was awful phoned them up and was informed the manager would be informed not much help when your hungry ended up putting it in the bin pudding was nice though

I've been going to this excellent takeaway for six years, and have never had a bad meal. Great food, very wide choice and excellent service.

I asked for an extra portion of meat. I offered to pay for it. An extra portion (for which I was willing to pay) was far beyond their understanding. Go over the road to the KFC...

Positives: arrived on time, a lot of food. Negatives: very disappointed. Having seen some really great reviews, we thought we’d give this place a try. When we opened the bag, literally everything was separate. When we’ve had a kebab before, no matter what size, the meat, salad and sauce are are all in the pitta and inside the box. However, not with this one! My chicken shish was in the pitta, but with no onions or peppers. Loads of it, but barely warm. In a separate container was the salad and in another container was the sauce?! My partners was worse! He ordered the mixed meat, and the pitta wasn’t even inside the box! It was slapped on top of the box wrapped in the paper?! How unhygienic! To top it all off, the wrapping paper of both the kebabs was so filled with grease, that as I moved the paper from the table to my bin, the grease dripped all over my chair. The curly fries were soggy too. Overall, considering the really high rating, I definitely wouldn’t order from here again, sadly.

Another Friday night treat - the food is freshly cooked in front of you, great food. Good portion sizes never had a bad meal yet. For a good fairly cheap takeaway I would highly recommend.

Came so quickly, it was so delicious! Suitable meals for a variety of people including a vegetarian. Wide selection on the menu. I’d recommend the hummus!

we hadn’t eaten from here before and I’d say it was one of the best kebabs we’ve had in a long time , I had the chicken Shish and it was so Nice ! We all said how lovely the chips were as well . We will definitely be returning !

So have tried a few of the kebab shops around Ashford and this one seems to come out on top for me. The quality of the food is good and the portion size is excellent, there is a good menu selection and the pricing is reasonable considering the quality of the food. The only main issue I find is the delivery time can be some what lagging at times and the chips tend to go soggy, but that’s more an issue with any take away delivery. I would recommend this place, staff are good and the food always turns up hot and fresh

Well I used to use these a lot and will never ever order again. I ordered through just eat and I had to ring the restaurant because I had forgot something. He explained to ring him direct as its cheaper for them I said yes ok next time I will. Well we waited 50 minutes for nothing, had a call from just eat to say they had cancelled our food as they tried to deliver it and someone answered and said it wasn't for them! Well they obviously had the wrong address!!!!! Which is why you order through just eat to get the security of them ringing you, I order online a lot and do get calls to say they can't find me but to not even try to ring me!!!! When I rang the restaurant so they would have had my number (and through just eat) so really disappointed in this place and it would never have happened with the owners before!! Let downs! This was now half 10 at night and we had to get a mac Donald's.

Not happy, taken over an hour and to send a message through just eat to get through to them because I've tried over 16 times to get through to an engaged line each time. finally gets delivered, the driver says something about the drivers are lost and now my food is frigging cold!!!!! Will not be ordering from here again and I want my money back!!

Orders last night 24/6/16 our order came but forgot one item of sauce. Rang back to complain and they said they was to busy to do anything but I have paid for it. Customer service was rubbish. They said leave a review and that will do something for us next time. Let's see if that actually happens. Rachel Kennington

Absolutely rubbish. Placed an order through just eat and promised delivery within 50mns . I rang to make sure they had received the order as i didnt get an email confirmation yet they still took money off our account , anyhow i was promised a call back and they NEVER did phone us. I received an email from just eat cancelling our order 1 hour after ordering with no explanation and yet no refund . RUDE , LAZY bunch who clearly couldnt be bothered to deliver to kennington or giving proper customer service . We will NEVER place an order there again

Absolutely awful food and service. Would not recommend. Chips were stale and the cod was overdone. Rang up to complain and ask for money back as I could not eat it and they point blank refused telling me that my opinion is wrong.

Clearly can read an order. Twice I've ordered and they sent wrong items. People have allergy's you know!!!

No es un buen llevar. Varias veces los artículos que se hayan perdido. La entrega es inconsistente. Todo el personal es inútil, excepto 1 de ellos. La comida nunca es coherente y en general frío, quemado o poco hecha. Por estas razones no le recomendaría ni volver.
