Burger Boys in Ashford

Excellent value for money and a really good selection on the menu. Great for family as there is a kids menu. We were the only ones eating in when we were there and it's a nicely kitted out place, a bit of a diner style. The staff were brilliant, super friendly and helpful. This was our first visit but enjoyed the food so will certainly return.

It is all Halal! The burgers were very delicious and tasty! They were very generous and gave us free fries! Big quantity! I loved the taste of the very fresh vegetables (onions, lettuce, and tomatoes) The place and the kitchen were very clean! The facilities are all clean and family friendly! Their packaging is very good!

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with lovely customer service. Delicious burgers which were very juicy but not greasy. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and we’re extremely pleasant! Would definitely recommend and go back! 😊

Hidden gem. Very tasty burger and chicken wrap. This is our second time and it’s truly amazing. Fries were crispy , perfectly cooked. Generous portions !!

Warning: Ordering through JustEat? Beware of deceptive practices. After charging for delivery, they asked me to collect my order due to 'driver issues', then hiked the base price without refunding the delivery fee. This feels like a scam. Consumers, stay alert and demand transparency!

Worst burgers I've ever had. Taste like rustlers microwave burgers. The meat was like rubber. The chicken in the tikka mossala burger was so dry I didn't even attempt to eat this. Honestly so disappointed

Oreo milkshakes were made quite well. We Also tried two of their burgers which was very tasty. The chicken used in the burger was particularly marinated well. This made a pleasant change from the basic patties available elsewhere. Their hot wings were excellent, for those who can handle a bit of chilli. Offers/marketing They do run offers either on their website or advertised outside on their electronic display. Don't expect the staff to charge you at the offer price - you need to highlight/mention it to them. Ambience They do a lot of deliveries so it's usually easy to get a table to dine in. Overall highly recommend a visit and quality is far better than the well known burger chains

The food was bland and the service was slow and rude. Was made to feel like I was in the way and I defo will bot be coming here again.

Unfortunately had a horrible experience with the order , things got so mixed up and we got the wrong order & overall a bad experience ruining my Friday evening!! Effectively ended up paying more than for what we got.

I'm a regular customer at Burger Boys - I've tried most of the burgers and sides! Another excellent meal - today I had the chicken tikka masala burger with peri peri Friea. It was fresh and tasty as always and beautifully presented. Thank you Burger Boys!

I've been there many times since my first vist and it never dissappouintments! Absolutely delicious burgers, everyone loved them. Service were rude and obnoxious. Food was poor quality and owner has a lot to say all poor value for money.

Unfortunately BB haven't got back to me when I messaged privately regarding our visit and experience. We arrived on a Saturday for their seemingly good value lunchtime deal. All social media posts state from 12pm. We arrived 1215 to an empty locked up restaurant. Called mobile number on Fb page just after 1230, to be told some quite clear lies about servicing equipment (there was no one inside and could clearly see through to the back), and that the chef was 'at the co op getting a drink'. 15m later, chef arrives dropped off in a car, disheveled, restaurant is dirty from the night before. It's 30deg outside, the restaurant has not been prepped for service, we wanted a milkshake but all the glasses were stacked up dirty from the night before, food on the floor etc. Not appealing. Drinks didn't come until food came (literally cans out the fridge - give them when customer orders at the till?!) (And - one solitary coke left for the days service. Maybe could have grabbed a couple 'at the co op'). Burgers are certainly not homemade and slathered in ketchup. All in all, a big shame as we're local and would have liked to support. Will not be returning. Shameful to read and not reply to private message about experience as well.

I wasn't too sure about this place to start with as I had never seen anyone in it or heard of anyone that had been there. However, my wife and I decided to take our child there and I was pleasantly surprised. We both had burgers with chips and a drink as a meal deal. The Burgers were fantastic. They both had fresh salad in them, the chips were delicious and had just been cooked. The atmosphere was OK but it was empty and the background music was so low you could here the traffic outside (we had a window seat). The food was so nice that I decided to take a lamb donner kebab home. It didn't disappoint. The price for the burgers were about right but I found the kebab price a bit much for what you got. Maybe a couple of quid cheaper and I'll go back for one. That aside, I will go back as the burgers were great. The staff were friendly and very helpful too which is quite rare for a fast food place (In my opinion).

I recently came to ashford outlet. and drove through Kennington. and found this place called burger boy .the food is amazing. Probably one of the best burger I had ..my children..think its the best..staff are very friendly. Definitely worth a visit ☺️ 😊

The restaurant is close to Eastwell Manor, the food was great, we got the Texas Fried Burger (chicken) and Low and Slow Burger (beef) which tasted great. The service from the host was great, the food was served in a good time, he made to check if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this place anyone nearby, will be coming back next time I’m in the area.

Ordered a big meal last night totalling to around £50 special milkshakes weren’t that special, no cream nothing like the pictures just simple & meals where the same sharing nachos is tiny, no rice with mixed grill. A high price for the amount of food we had, I wouldn’t order again.

Staff very helpful and friendly, but found one meal missing when we got home, and disappointed with the meals we did have.

Out of business within a year . Gone passed the place a few times and totally dead . Thought I would give it ago . 10 pounds for combo burger which was rock hard really overcooked. Don’t bother people Mac Donald’s Is better, much better .

Today was a special day indeed after a long day in the scorching sun me and my brother decided to go to Burger boys happened upon it by chance and I'm so grateful we did! Soon as we entered the establishment we were gifted great customer service, our main meal was absolutely divine, succulent, mouthwatering bhaji burger the combinations were astonishing the sides were on point!. The overall experience would recommend to friends and foe.

We decided to try Burger Boys as a family treat - we ordered an Into The Blue burger and 3 nuggets and chips as well as few side bits. The nuggets and chips were great the kids were happy and it was hot. The burger was presented beautifully and looked lovely - oh how wrong! The bun ruined the entire thing it was rock solid as if been sat in the sun all day. When I phoned to tell them about the burger they offered to give me a fresh burger but only if I collected it - firstly I wasn’t going out anymore tonight hence the delivery and secondly I don’t accept more food from somewhere I’ve complain to (I don’t trust them not to spit in my food). When I explained this to them I was passed to somebody else, I asked for my money back and they refused. Again I was passed to someone else and told the same thing before being hung up on. They then refused to speak to me or answer the phone to me. Absolutely disgusted!

Orderd online on thier website. Get confirmation. 1 hour later call them they said didn't get any order. No apologies or measures to rectify thier error. So much for good customer service, can't comment on food because i never got it did I.

Had an "into the blue" burger and i have to say what a mighty burger and cooked to perfection. what an explosion of flavour. I sat in to eat the burger the staff are so friendly.. i can honestly say one of the best burgers ive ever had

Fries were undercooked and cold. The ‘oumph’ pieces in the vegan burger were over cooked and like chewing an old boot. Very disappointed, shan’t order again.

Fanstastic service accomadating me and 7 others for my brothers 30th. Food was all cooked fresh and tasty. Good prices and the waiters and waitresses were wonderful. They joined in with our celebrations playing happy birthday on the speakers and bringing the cake out, cannot thank you enough. Highly reccomend.

We tried burger boys for the first time last night with our boys and it was amazing. The portion sizes were really good and they even brought out some extras for us to try! Will definitely be back again. Thank you :-)

Food is great nice flavour, fresh and well presented. The biggest let down is the sense of care from staff and the facility they are willing to provide for example.. you can’t get a meal deal and eat in !?! Additionally if you take away they are not willing to provide cutlery or sauces. But I must point out again the food is good, presented well and the environment seemed clean.

Just order to collect and was the best burger and Nacho's ever would recommend to all.well done

Myself and my daughter went for a meal. Thought we'd help support our local businesses. I'm not a great burger lover, but these were lush. Juicy, tasty, fresh. The only bad thing is so many delicious burgers too coffee from i didn't know what one to have lol. Great value for what we got. Will definitely come again
