Really good, one of the go to places.

Have eaten from here a few times, and always delicious, have tryed different burger every time and chicken 🐔 lovely both southern fried and grilled, always cooked perfectly. Beef patties are juicy and very yummy. thank you burger boys will order again soon. 😃👍

overall food was good. got the fried shrimp and that was really nice. I got the in the blue burger which was really nice. Mrs got the mac and cheese burger which she wasn't keen on. wings were nice we just got mild because she doesn't like spice maybe slightly overdone. also got free chips. would go back. food arrived on time and was still hot. would give 7 out of 10. friendly delivery driver also

Really goood as always got my order wrong on a specific utem and forgot my chips delivered 30 mins or so later no arguments and gave me some cake as a added bonus bless them them all good and tasty

As always, delicious! The delivery driver turned up dressed smart and as there was three bags he even leaned in to close my door and locked it. Never had that before. Thank you burger boys for another delicious meal the whole family enjoyed.

Went with my two boys early on a Saturday evening. Lovely friendly staff. The food came promptly and was fantastic. Nice large portions, too. My 11 year old said the "dirty" chips were the best ever.

We ordered the burger bucket. Food was overall good. Chicken burger did have too much mayo in and would have been nice with bit more salad. More options of toppings or sauces with the burgers and meal would be nice as otherwise could be bit dry. The chicken spring rolls also odd as tasted like a curry not what I wanted with a burger. All in all with it being the first time ordering we was happy just a few little bits would of made the meal

driver went to wrong address and the restaurant never got a delivery request if possible I want a refund of my order

Came in late tonight after 9, served promptly in a great atmosphere and clean restaurant. The food was served in great packaging with finesse and was delicious. Glad I got the dirty fries, very cheesy!

It was our first order and t won't be our last, my husband said it was the best burger he's ever had. That's high praise and I would agree. I had a craving for a burger and it was great to have this halal option. We had the In the Blue Burger and the photos don't do the food justice. It was a substantial size and delicious. Some may comment on price but it felt like quality and within reason, priced accordingly. We will definitely be ordering again should a craving occur again 😊👍.

Took our son and his friend here for milkshakes and fries after school today. Was a lovely experience, very clean restaurant, great food and welcoming staff. The waitress held the door open for us as we left. Will definitely return to try the shawarmas!

My children popped in here today as they walked past and saw an advert for Oreo milkshakes £3.50 on Saturday and Sunday between 1pm and 6pm. They went in at around 5.45pm (on a Saturday) and were waiting 2 minutes before anyone even appeared to take their order. They asked for 2 Oreo milkshakes and were told it would be £9.50. My son said he thought the offer was £3.50 each. The man disappeared out the back for 2 minutes then came back and said “there’s no milkshake deal”. My children told them not to bother and left without the milkshakes.

We just had a meal here and I have to say the burgers and fries and starters (wings and nachos) was absolutely delicious 😋 The staff are very welcoming and friendly too. The place itself is very clean and trendy looking. It is a hidden gem and I would highly recommend eating here.

Went in today and was going to order the buy 1 get 1 free burger. On placing an order I wanted to add chips and a drink and was told I would loose the right to have the buy 1 get 1 free offer. Customer service was very poor, bad attitude. Will not be going here again well over priced anyway

I'm giving max point, but I have had many orders from this restaurant every one was very good but with this last one order, I'm very disappointed because all the chicken, was not that tender like I was expecting from latest orders. chicken was little bit hard.

Recently got a takeaway and can only say good things. The service was really quick and the food was excellent especially the donner kebab. Great portion size too. Would definitely recommend this place.

I can’t give 1 star which is what this place deserves; unbelievably rude and unprofessional person I just dealt with. My partner and I placed an order for delivery from this place after a long day of redecorating (it was around 9pm) I had left my phone on the side to do some thing else, came back 4 minutes later to find 1 missed call and 2 messages from Just Eat saying Burger Boys has cancelled my order. I called the number back to find out why, and the man said “Because you didn’t pick up our 2 missed called, and the driver needed specific details of your location as roads round Wye are usually closed. So we just canceled it. Your refund is on its way” and I responded saying “We have really bad signal where we live so I didn’t get 2 missed calls, but I’m calling back now and can provide you with further details” to which I was rudely interrupted, repeatedly, “We can’t process it now, so the refund is on its way”. After a minute or two of back and forth, and being constantly spoken over, I told the man that this was incredibly bad service and we will never order from them again. Just before I hung up, I heard him say “Well that’s your opinion” …I feel incredibly sorry for everyone he encounters. My partner was sceptical of ordering from here again, due to his burger last time was pretty bad and they request a min order for delivery (which is normal) but then add another £4 delivery charge. I had a voucher so it didn’t overly bother me, but I would urge everyone to steer clear of this place and the man!! Might be alright if you were black out drunk and stumbled in on a night out, but not for actual food/casual dining.

Excellent value for money and a really good selection on the menu. Great for family as there is a kids menu. We were the only ones eating in when we were there and it's a nicely kitted out place, a bit of a diner style. The staff were brilliant, super friendly and helpful. This was our first visit but enjoyed the food so will certainly return.

It is all Halal! The burgers were very delicious and tasty! They were very generous and gave us free fries! Big quantity! I loved the taste of the very fresh vegetables (onions, lettuce, and tomatoes) The place and the kitchen were very clean! The facilities are all clean and family friendly! Their packaging is very good!

Delivery time changed by 15 minutes, but that was ok. The burger was nice enough but not as nice as last time. Worst burgers I've ever had. Taste like rustlers microwave burgers. The meat was like rubber. The chicken in the tikka mossala burger was so dry I didn't even attempt to eat this. Honestly so disappointed

Warning: Ordering through JustEat? Beware of deceptive practices. After charging for delivery, they asked me to collect my order due to 'driver issues', then hiked the base price without refunding the delivery fee. This feels like a scam. Consumers, stay alert and demand transparency!

Oreo milkshakes were made quite well. We Also tried two of their burgers which was very tasty. The chicken used in the burger was particularly marinated well. This made a pleasant change from the basic patties available elsewhere. Their hot wings were excellent, for those who can handle a bit of chilli. Offers/marketing They do run offers either on their website or advertised outside on their electronic display. Don't expect the staff to charge you at the offer price - you need to highlight/mention it to them. Ambience They do a lot of deliveries so it's usually easy to get a table to dine in. Overall highly recommend a visit and quality is far better than the well known burger chains

Unfortunately BB haven't got back to me when I messaged privately regarding our visit and experience. We arrived on a Saturday for their seemingly good value lunchtime deal. All social media posts state from 12pm. We arrived 1215 to an empty locked up restaurant. Called mobile number on Fb page just after 1230, to be told some quite clear lies about servicing equipment (there was no one inside and could clearly see through to the back), and that the chef was 'at the co op getting a drink'. 15m later, chef arrives dropped off in a car, disheveled, restaurant is dirty from the night before. It's 30deg outside, the restaurant has not been prepped for service, we wanted a milkshake but all the glasses were stacked up dirty from the night before, food on the floor etc. Not appealing. Drinks didn't come until food came (literally cans out the fridge - give them when customer orders at the till?!) (And - one solitary coke left for the days service. Maybe could have grabbed a couple 'at the co op'). Burgers are certainly not homemade and slathered in ketchup. All in all, a big shame as we're local and would have liked to support. Will not be returning. Shameful to read and not reply to private message about experience as well.

Good packaging and food was tasty

I wasn't too sure about this place to start with as I had never seen anyone in it or heard of anyone that had been there. However, my wife and I decided to take our child there and I was pleasantly surprised. We both had burgers with chips and a drink as a meal deal. The Burgers were fantastic. They both had fresh salad in them, the chips were delicious and had just been cooked. The atmosphere was OK but it was empty and the background music was so low you could here the traffic outside (we had a window seat). The food was so nice that I decided to take a lamb donner kebab home. It didn't disappoint. The price for the burgers were about right but I found the kebab price a bit much for what you got. Maybe a couple of quid cheaper and I'll go back for one. That aside, I will go back as the burgers were great. The staff were friendly and very helpful too which is quite rare for a fast food place (In my opinion).

I recently came to ashford outlet. and drove through Kennington. and found this place called burger boy .the food is amazing. Probably one of the best burger I had ..my children..think its the best..staff are very friendly. Definitely worth a visit ☺️ 😊

Absolutely amazing packaging was better then any 5 guys or McDonald’s the food was hot and tasty we had the onion bhaji and combo burger who ever cooks these burgers know there spices perfection!!!!
