KFC in Ashford

Food was mostly cold, quality of chips was subpar and size of chicken tenders was appalling

Can no loner order when walking in, Now have to use a Kiosk which isn't cleaned regularly. Not touching that when I'm about to eat! Yuck!!! Lazy customer service!! Walked out after that will not be going back until changed!! Chain has been lowering it's standard over the last couple of years now.

Definitely recommend boneless chicken, any day of the week. Yum

I ordered from the just eat app to get some tasty chicken thinking it would be as good as I thought. I was wrong when the food arrived I was greeted with pink undercooked chicken that I didn't see until taking a full bite from my food, I know I should check it but I thought knowing its a massive food chain my food should be atleast cooked, I left that piece and then decided to eat my popcorn chicken instead it looked fine only to find out that I was then handed a healthy dose of diarrhea and felt the worst I have felt in months. I think this is unacceptable. I will forever buy from just eat especially seeing as McDonald's burger king and subway are there and I've never had issues like this with them. But my god this is the 3rd time beaver Road KFC has screwed me over.

Absolutely disgusted with the service provided, wrong meal. When calling the restaurant they didn't answer my call. When ringing on someone else's phone they answered conveniently.

SHOCKING SERVICE! Items missing from order and the food that WAS delivered was completely wrong (zinger tower superchargers instead of normal burger) so way too spicy to eat and I had to go without food! No option for them to bring the CORRECT order only for a refund. NOT happy at all

Communication was a little hard but we got our order and it was good.

Ordered 3 hours in advance to ensure our order was delivered on time. Was almost half an hour late and cold. Kids had to wait for food while adults ate. Not good enough

Basic KFC, small inside. Never been an enjoyer of KFC as it is often is uncooked and that means food poisoning is likely.

Missing 3 wraps from the order, quite a few items to be missing leaving us disappointed

Never anywhere to park and they always forget something from your order. Avoid this one and use the town centre.

Avoid! possibly the worse kfc in Ashford food was well over a hour which Is probably how long they fried the chicken for! rock hard overcooked!! soo dry you need a litre of drink to swallow it! that's if you get the right drink!! never again

The time fie delivery kept being pushed back. It arrived luke warm. The can of cold tango was stored inthe bag with the food and arrived warm

The chicken was like a rock and the order was open I need my money back the delivery man was on a bicycle and he was very rude too

When your customer order food please send them cold drink I ordered a meal but the can of drink is cold customer service where’s you at

I ordered my food and lin around 10 minutes it arrived nice and warm! It have been a while ive had KFC and that was an amazing meal! This was also the quickest time i have ever received my dinner before on the rare occasion i order in! I was also very pleased with the hand over, the person blevering it was so polite!

Chicken was dry and the coating was very dark (not burnt, but nearly!). Wasn't the best at all!!

If you order using the app, then things usually go OK… But the app is a relatively new thing. I didn’t use the app today and we had the old, old problem. I’ve been going to this KFC on and off since 1986 and (at the risk of sounding like a reactionary old git) in all that time they’ve never employed anyone who can speak English well enough to work in a customer-facing role. If you check the receipt you’ll often find that what you order bears no relation to what they think you’ve asked for. And the receipt is completely at odds with the food you get. And there’s no point complaining because they don’t understand what you are saying. If you don’t mind taking pot luck on what you get then this doesn’t matter, but some people are rather picky about what they want.

I ordered at 4.30. Food finally arrived at 6.05pm. Even though it looked like the driver only left the store 10 minutes before arriving it was all stone cold and they’d forgotten to add the free regular popcorn. Really disappointing as we normally have a pretty good service.

B that was the best kfc I’ve had in ages, the twister wrap was crunchy and full of tasty chicken, chips were hot and delicious

I ordered my meal, took forever to get here, considering I live maybe 15 minutes away, when I got the food it was like warm, the tin of drink was warmer than the actual meal, very disappointed

Charged me for chicken and never got it joke yet again

Delivery driver did not knock or ring our door bell and left the food on the doorstep. We only found it when checking delivery time on app and said it had been delivered. I am now heating it up as it is cold. Thanks a bunch !

so food was supposed to arrive at 22.25 and arrived at 22.45. more than an hour after it was ordered. we ordered a wicked variety bucket and there were two different types of chips in the delivery. 3 lots of very skinny cold chips and one lot of normal skin on fries. the chicken was warm enough and edible but nothing to write home about. used to be a lot better but after ordering for a long time we have had too many disappointing meals in a row
