KFC in Ashford

rang them up and a random women answered, also payed £31 for large popcorn chicken and 4 fillets and gravy such a scam mate dont ever buy and it came so cold

Food was cold, soggy chips and not pleasant at all. I ended up throwing it away. Very disappointing and clear that the delivery person obviously made a few stops elsewhere first. I regularly order from KFC using Just Eat so very disappointing

Lovely and hot. Just drink could be paled seperate as now it’s warm so can’t drink with meal need fridgorating.

Just collected from this KFC, paid for 10 pc variety bucket but got only 6 pcs, rang no answer, last time the gravy was missing. Also the chicken is salty. Disappointed!!!

Food arrived in ok time but was stone cold. Couldn’t eat the chips as cold and stodgy!

previously ordered and food was missing, I called the restaurant and the manager said he would add free dood next order, we ordered and sent the message to the shop, they completely ignored the message , not only that the food was far to overcooked and the crispy chicken was soaked in oil that smelled old. thr chicken was Rubery to put it blunt , hence we binned the food.

Terrible got salmonella/food poisoning and have been feeling awfull and constantly throwing up.

The block of flat is not hard to find as it faces the main road, the main entrance is on the main road but delivery driver decided to go the side road, and we had to go and find them, and it was just an awful experience. There wouldn’t have been an issue if they had just stayed on the main road and looked at the names from there.

Delivery was good however the food was disappointing this time . The fillets were chewy , almost rubbery and my son chose not to eat them in the end . The hot wings were also not very nice . Not sure what happened but normally it is okay but this order not

Spent 37 on food for them to “forget” the mini fillets.

Food was hot not cold and you could tell the chicken was fresh and had not been sitting there for ages if only just eat was actually like this all the time it would be great

This order took 3 hours to get to me and was cold by the time it got to me. We were so disappointed with this, the children were upset that our 'treat" had not been a nice treat that they deserved. I would definitely think twice about ordering again.

The order was delivered really quickly. Unfortunately the chicken was almost cold and while usually I would pop it in the air Fryer to get back to temperature, it was so overcooked that any further cooking would have charcoal the coating which was a really dark brown rather than the light coating it usually is. I tried to call the restaurant but was unable to get through. Won't return to this branch

Can no loner order when walking in, Now have to use a Kiosk which isn't cleaned regularly. Not touching that when I'm about to eat! Yuck!!! Lazy customer service!! Walked out after that will not be going back until changed!! Chain has been lowering it's standard over the last couple of years now.

Definitely recommend boneless chicken, any day of the week. Yum

I ordered from the just eat app to get some tasty chicken thinking it would be as good as I thought. I was wrong when the food arrived I was greeted with pink undercooked chicken that I didn't see until taking a full bite from my food, I know I should check it but I thought knowing its a massive food chain my food should be atleast cooked, I left that piece and then decided to eat my popcorn chicken instead it looked fine only to find out that I was then handed a healthy dose of diarrhea and felt the worst I have felt in months. I think this is unacceptable. I will forever buy from just eat especially seeing as McDonald's burger king and subway are there and I've never had issues like this with them. But my god this is the 3rd time beaver Road KFC has screwed me over.

SHOCKING SERVICE! Items missing from order and the food that WAS delivered was completely wrong (zinger tower superchargers instead of normal burger) so way too spicy to eat and I had to go without food! No option for them to bring the CORRECT order only for a refund. NOT happy at all

Ordered 3 hours in advance to ensure our order was delivered on time. Was almost half an hour late and cold. Kids had to wait for food while adults ate. Not good enough

Basic KFC, small inside. Never been an enjoyer of KFC as it is often is uncooked and that means food poisoning is likely.

Missing 3 wraps from the order, quite a few items to be missing leaving us disappointed

Never anywhere to park and they always forget something from your order. Avoid this one and use the town centre.

Avoid! possibly the worse kfc in Ashford food was well over a hour which Is probably how long they fried the chicken for! rock hard overcooked!! soo dry you need a litre of drink to swallow it! that's if you get the right drink!! never again

The time fie delivery kept being pushed back. It arrived luke warm. The can of cold tango was stored inthe bag with the food and arrived warm

I ordered my food and lin around 10 minutes it arrived nice and warm! It have been a while ive had KFC and that was an amazing meal! This was also the quickest time i have ever received my dinner before on the rare occasion i order in! I was also very pleased with the hand over, the person blevering it was so polite!
