KFC in Ashford

Drinks were missing but least we got the food.

Over half the chicken pieces were really dry and inedible the chips were already cold when it got here

very good delivery and the courier was very nice !

It was good food but delivery driver want to the wrong building and they keep going to the wrong building too

We find the food outside the house without any door bell ring

Chicken was extremely dry and shrivelled and chips were soggy with a spice on them when I was expecting the usual chips. All in all it seemed like the chicken had not been freshly cooked and left in the cabinet for far too long.

just eat states spend over £21 and get a free reg pop chicken, didn't recieve

Clean ambience. Friendly staffs but they do tend to forget to put orders in the bag. They have missed mine 3 times so far. Need to pay more attention regarding this but otherwise nice staffs.

Chicken salad box was the most pathetic thing I’ve ever seen, 8 tiny pieces of chicken and some chopped lettuce - literally nothing else for £6.50 - disgusting

Food arrived very late, cold and missing food

no corn on the cob. and it was all cold

didn't appreciate the food being dumped on the metre box and the driving having already got in the car and was driving off. added a tip to the order too, which may not have been a lot but we opened the door really quickly. first time I've been really unimpressed with the delivery.

Awful delivery service. Won’t be using you again! Delivery didn’t arrive after the advised delivery time repeatedly changing due to ‘assigning a driver’ over an hour and a half this went on for- had to pick up the order instead and paid for delivery!

KFC is a great option for a quick bite or for those with a hearty appetite.

the hash brown was inedible it was so overcooked and dried up there was no potato left in it The chicken was overcooked and the burger was so badly put together the buns were barely on top of each other

I didn’t get what I ordered, it supposed to be two meals but received just one . Bad service .very disappointed

My friend loved the bbq burger and the baked beans and they don't have the drink she likes and chicken was a bit hot for her and the bbq sauce had a little spice to it as well and she doesn't like them chips at all

Food and driver arrived on time... However food itself was warm at best.. Appreciate it's a fast food restaurant but should make the effort for deliverys to leave the shop hot and fresh rather than what's been racked kept warm ready to sell to in house customers.

The driver just left our food outside on our front step, we couldn't even get our food without pushing open our front door and the food falling over. he didn't knock or ring the bell. In all of our just eat orders this has never happened before. we were lucky it wasn't stolen off of our front step. He definitely doesn't deserve the job

Worst ever food. They don't know the word hygiene and food safety. Recently found a long hair in their chicken they served and when i asked about this to the manager he was telling me that " This happens sometimes" and never even apologized for this that's the saddest thing. They are not really care about the food or the customers. Everytime we dined in KFC Ashford each time the taste of food was different. Always there chicken will always be oily and don't even know how to cook. They are serving like it's not there duty we are here for some money broh like that kinda attitude. This is not the way to handle a good franchise. Worst ever.

I have been delivered with wrong order and left the food on the outside the front door. He didnt even call or knock the door. Very poor service from Just eat. Didn't even expect this!!

Annoying teens made atmosphere horrible. Anyone not buying food must be kicked out of the store

Late and cold and no response from Just Eat regarding my complaint. Nearly a week since I submitted a complaint and there has been no response.

Order arrived 2.5hrs after ordering and so refused food as it was too late

Just received someone else’s order. Sorry for the delivery guy but this is not acceptable. My child received the order without checking.

Delivered 20 mins after I ordered. It’s a 15 min drive to the restaurant. Great service

As per normal the food was just warm this seams to be because the food is sent out 🚲 bicycle when you pay a lot of money for your food it should be hot

The food is superior to MacDonalds ( which isn't saying much ! ) but the KFC vegan burger is very tasty with a diet Pepsi for £6.99.

Meal was almost cold and tracker wasn't working said driver was still waiting to pick up order when he knocked on our door with the delivery

Didn’t take any notice of the NO TOMATOES note I left! Left out part of ingredients too.

Took approximately 50 minutes from time of order to arrival.

Chicken as of late tastes really disgusting. Like sodium filled rat carcasses. Even the pop corn chicken is like it’s been dried for space food.

Zinger burger was overcooked yet cold when it arrived "on time".

I caught the delivery person drinking my drink! He claimed it to be his but my drink was missing, even though it was the same drink I had ordered in a KFC branded cup!

They just missed one item out the coleslaw with the Fillet Tower Box Meal with 2 Hot Wings

Unusually for here the chicken was a bit tastless.

Total waste of money. Food was barely edible and cold. Disgusting fries and pitiful portion. Will be avoiding in the future.
