Our lasagna was warm around the outside and cold in middle. Taste was OK but disappointed it wasn't heated properly

Would be zero stars tonight if option!! Usually great food but tonight got my kebab and it’s literally fat!! Every bite taken spat out!! Just glad my child’s burger was ok.

We ordered 2 lamb kebabs and cheesy chips the food arrived it was stone cold the kebab was a right mess the chips looked like they were a week old it's degusting we paid twenty four quid for rubbish don't go near them then they give you five pounds back then take the full price they are con merchants don't ever order from them there awful

Hands down the worst kebab I've ever eaten. Dry and hard meat. Chilli sauce was horrible and obviously put of a bottle. Stick to pizzas. Kebabs are so bad, take it from someone who loves a good doner kebab.

Asked for crispy chips Got given reheated chips that were staleish inside not fresh. Asked for burnt meat well done done meat got given Sloppy greecy donner meat Asked for wrap to be separate to and my salad separate and still got ignored Even tho I asked very politely and vividly clearly . It’s not what u want from a place All i want is to spend my money on food Desiree how I would like it cooked and presented witch is in my right of every right. I’m paying for the food and I just get unconsciously ignored. Food clearly cooked Unconsciously with no heart or love at all Typical fast food style the energy has an effect on the food. Very not satisfied I’m not a Karen at all I stayed very clear how I wanted my food and they did every opposite. Will never be buying from here again. PURE VIOLATION

Fresh food, great taste. Staff are always so nice, polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend trying them. :))

It's my first time ordering here and didn't know what to expect, but I can honestly say for the price it's well worth it, the pizza is one of the best I have had from a takeaway in a very long time, they even arrived 15 minutes early and delivered to the hospital while me and my wife were staying there overnight, thank you so much and we look forward to ordering again.

The shops just been refurbished. The kebab tasted really fresh so did the salad, the best kebab iv had, I really enjoyed it

I used this place a lot it had great food especially recommend the burgers and shish kebabs however my last order through yo-yo didn’t arrive I called 8 times and waited 2hrs before ordering somewhere else, as they didn’t answer the phone at all. They did however take my money !! The next day I tried to call again- no answer. I went to the shop to discover it was a building site inside yet that night still available on all the food apps for orders! Not sure where they are cooking it from though. A shame as food is good

We always use Topkapi for our kebab takeaway and we recommend to others, a few weeks ago this place got even better because they started using different chips that were absolutely delicious in fact so nice that we were ordering even more often. However last night got a takeaway and they have gone back to the usual fries that most takeaways use which is a shame! Only writing this hoping they change back! Recommend doner kebab and chicken fillet burger and they always do the meat well done as my husband likes it! Very reliable service not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and some cheaper places locally serve very cheap meat! Wish they did warm home made chilli sauce though that would be perfect!

Ordered 2 lamb doner with chips. Arrived a little late, no update on the deliveroo app. Opened, barely lukewarm, meat was slightly soggy. Never ordering again.

Ordered takeaway Chicken shish and cheesey chips. It's the best chicken shish I've had from a takeaway full of flavour. Plus the chips had so much cheese 😋 I will definitely been having this again.

Walked, some of the guys where eating there food. There was someone in the kitchen, I think the guy behind the counter was meant to take our order but one of the guys eating took it instead. There was prices advertised on the window but he charged us differently. He didn’t explain why that was but carried on to order. The guy wasn’t happy about something by his facial expressions. My doner kebab meat was compressed with the chips & salad in a small container and made it hard to eat, due to over flow. The taste was ok to be honest as the flavours weren’t clearly defined

This restaurant has the most kind- hearted staff. My husband and son were stuck on the side of the road for over 6 hours, somewhere in Charing and the lovely people at the Ashford Pizza & Kebab House went out of their way to find them. Other surrounding take away companies would not even entertain the idea of finding them. But these guys were patient and listened to us, and were with them in less than 20 minutes! Such a life saver as the guys were starving... and the food was absolutely delicious 😋 Thank you so much for saving my family last night 😊

Great local Kebab place. All cooked to order

Best Kebab and Pizza should be renamed Underwhelming Kebab and Pizza. They accepted our delivery, called us to say they were having issues finding us, then when we confirmed our address said they didn't have a driver (despite saying they'd typed us into their satnav). They then told us it was too far to come so we had to go pick it up, as 'it would be too hard' to get the money back from justeat. Hungry, we let our stomachs get the better of us, and ventured on the 40 minute round trip to Ashford. They did kindly give us a free box of cheesey chips after some negotiating. All in all, the pizza was underwhelming, the chips weren't great, but I have to say - for £3.60, the chicken burger was banging. Very McDonalds vibes, but in a good way. Thanks for the memories x

I have ordered from here 3 times (more fool me), order has been wrong every single time. 1st order we ordered something which they didn’t have so they gave us a box of doner meat as a substitute?! They also forgot our pitta breads, chips and a sauce. When I called, they apologised and said they’d give us extra on our next order. 2nd order, our replacement food came but as a box of doner meat covered in garlic sauce (not what I wanted). 3rd order, missed the kids pizza. Won’t be ordering from them again, can’t get the order right ever. Rated 2 stars as food is ok.

The food is okay but I was missing a whole meal from my order- tried to call to get through for 40 mins for the line to be busy the whole time and had to refund in the end - missed out on my food while I sat and watched my boyfriend eat his. :(

Good for take away meal n delivery

Food delivered over 90 minutes after ordering. It was cold and inedible when delivered. As we had already phoned the restaurant to find out when it would be delivered and agreed that if it was cold we would send it back, that’s what we did. The manager was extremely offensive; swore violently, sexually and obscenely at us. Totally unacceptable. We are honest decent people and didn’t deserve this treatment.

Probably the best kebab shop in Ashford in mine and my boyfriends opinion, always on time or early and we order frequently. Always hot food and friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

Delivered in 20minutes, food was hot and delicious. I asked for a receipt and the driver pointed it out for me. Great service all round.

We always order from here, customer service is ok, bit rude sometimes and hang up on you And on the rare occasion they leave you waiting for two hours and when you phone they say a slight delay but when you phone half hour later say they aint delivering has turned up cold a few times too

Food came an hour late, just warm enough to say it was acceptable, impossible to get through to ring up, after over an hour of tryning to get through got through once, said driver was on his was, 40 mins later still not arrived. 2 stars because the food isn't to actually that bad if you dont mind an hour and half weight
