Took ages to get served as only 1 member of staff was serving while the other 2 just stood talking. As soon as the 4th member of staff appeared ,who I presume was a supervisor. As if by magic the other 2 start working

I was asked for my donut order twice. Krispy kreme is a real treat for us so when I bit into it I didn’t know it wasn’t the actual donut I ordered. My drink was made with cold milk not hot Supposed to be a treat. Lots of money for poor service

The young tall guy who works here should be fired. Saw him giving racist abuse to a mother and a young child who had accidentally sat for a rest in the customers only seating area. He shouted at them to leave, said, “You don’t belong here” and stood over them menacingly until they were gone. The mother and daughter were really scared. This guy is a bully, a racist and should be completely ashamed of himself. Definitely should not be in a customer facing role. Put me off Krispy Kreme for life if this is the kind of people you employ.

Often walk past and it looks lovely. Great location. Visited for the first time on Sunday afternoon. The two girls on the counter were utterly miserable to say the least! The doughnuts were lovely! The tea!! Well it was a cup of milk!! Utterly horrid! The tables weren't the cleanest and had to wipe my bag down after picking it up from near my chair. Staff need retraining on customer service, tea making and Cleaning at least.
