I visited Burger King yesterday and had a great experience. The restaurant was clean, spacious, and had a relaxed vibe. My food—Spicy Double Whopper, Chicken Fries, Chilli Cheese Bites, and water—was served quickly and everything was hot and fresh. The burger had a perfect kick, and the sides were delicious. Staff were friendly and attentive, even checking in to make sure everything was okay. Quick service, tasty food, and a welcoming atmosphere—definitely worth a visit.

Came in to this Burger King for the first time in a while the other day and it was lovely! One of the staff members Jack greeted us with a smile and he was very attentive! Very pleasant visit and we will definitely be returning!

I have never been treated so badly before as I was treated at this store. After being ignored at the counter for about 5 mins, I called for assistance. Then told they would only help me when they finished serving but apparently folding napkins is more important than helping a customer. Both the staff member and the superviser were unhelpful and rude. I was also accused of taking a screen shot and trying to scam them out of getting an offer on the app. How embarrassing.

A better, cheaper alternative to the overtly priced but miserable snacks and meals at the Bicester village shopping area.

There are 5+ staffs in the store when I visited, but none of them interested in helping me when I was struggling to use the self-order machine. They don’t scan the reward QR code, and cannot print receipt. One of the drink machines wasn’t working as well. Fries were excessively salted. The good side is that the seating area was clean and tidy.

ordered dinner from here via deliveroo on Saturday, the food we recieved was good. However we did encounter an issue, not all of the order had ben packed. I complained to deliveroo and they said there was nothing they could do, when Mum then went to branch with the receipt to request the burger we were missing, staff refused to correct the mistake, and her meal had to be purchased again. Please do better next time folks.

Much better than McDonald's the staff are friendly the only issues I have is the mayonnaise is not free anymore if you eat in but it is if you go though the drive though.you pay more to eat in so it should be free.

The burger king of our choice. Usually pretty quick service, spaces in car park and usually tables free too. Very rarely we've turned up and it's been too busy to sit and we've always managed to get a parking space. There is a small bit of room outside, which you could fit a couple of tables which would be nice for summer. Starbucks across the car park have a couple in their small space and it's good to sit when the weather is nice.

Food to take out took quite a while, especially as it was a Thursday night. But staff were great

Handily located drive thru restaurant for getting a bite to eat before setting off on a motorway journey, consistent service, rarely a long wait time and food is consistently good hence I keep coming back

The app tells you it's Bicester it lets you press the heart symbol. it lets you order and pay then it tells you it's processed for collection at Crowley 15 miles away - the imanager does not want to know cannot give any numbers contacts - says drive to cowley probably 1 hour round trip - no wonder everyone goes to mcdonalds

The manager was rude and made me feel uncomfortable with her rude comments about me making an online complaint previously ! This has happened more than once! Such a poor attitude and worst customer service 👎

The majority of the 5 star reviews are fake the manager has forced staff to write. Staff testimonials describe bullying from this manager and illegal food handling practices. Please do not eat there as you could become quite unwell due to this. I hope something is done soon.

Have to use the screens to order. Staff won't serve you. Are they paying me to work for them? No so I went to Starbucks.

Awful poor service horrible staff

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS Served us with a burnt burger when complained to the manager he’s was as useless as the served argued that burger wasn’t burnt. Wasted 5 minutes arguing with no result. As a customer you have no rights at this place. Completely RIP OFF

One of the worst Burger King I have ever been to or experienced. First thing is the app, bunch of rewards and vouchers which non of them works. Secondly, flies here and there, seems like they had bit of pieces of the food hence they seem quite big. Finally, the cleanliness if the toilet is good but smells incredibly horrible.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the Burger King location on 28/07/2024 at Bicester Village . The shift manager displayed a disgusting attitude towards international customers, including myself. When we were about to pay, I showed the discount card and he told me dont flash the card on to his face This was really dismissive, rude, and unhelpful. It was clear that his behavior was not an isolated incident, as I observed him treating other international customers with the same disrespect. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and goes against the principles of customer service and inclusivity. I expect better from a global brand like Burger King and hope that immediate steps are taken to address this issue.

Probably the most disappointing meal ever! Walked in and the heating must have been on full, just like an oven Ordered the Bacon Caesar Angus which was overcooked and had some very sad looking lettuce and dressing, chips were soooo salty almost like they had been dipped in salt! We also had the Bacon Caesar CC and again very disappointing and salty chips I remember burger king beating McDonald’s hands down but that dosent seem to be the case now, over £20 for two disappointing meals Definitely won’t be going back and I couldn’t recommend any of the meals from here if this is what they serve on a regular basis

Good food, good experience, good clean store and atmosphere

Came in store. Clean, smart and smiley staff. Manger(Alex) was on the shop floor and asked if I needed help on the self checkout which was appropriated. Food came quickly and was handed to us by a smiley member of staff(Kayleighi) and sat down with our food and drink to a clean table. Food was hot and the chips had a crisp texture, but the reason I'm writing this review is because of the burger. The burger looked like the add, the taste brought me back to when I was a kid and was hot and the bun was toasted perfectly. So thank you very much Antonio. Other burger kings need to step up as my local one normally taste like cold slop.

Popped in for lunch. All was okay, the service from the staff was okay. I will say the place lacked an atmosphere, but it could have been the time of day we visited.

The service was swift and friendly with the food being hot. The area I sat in was slightly dirty with soda splashed on the floor and some table tops uncleaned but I awalys wipe down my table before using.

Have used the drive through several times do love a Burger King, staff were very pleasant, and have used the restaurant once some time ago and from what I recall was fine.

Not busy, am but the very young staff seen unable to sort out minor problems out quickly or keep the customer informed of developments. The strawberry milkshake machine had run out of mix…. And it took them approx 20 mins to decide, what looked like, who should do it and where the new mix was. The young girl serving was polite, but it seemed nobody was ultimately in control to rectify a problem quickly.

Don't like the fact that you can not order at the counter, waiting for someone who can not operate the screen ordering service was a big deal. Then when I tried it I know why they couldn't use it. Let's just make this as difficult as possible for none tec older people. Got the food in the end lol. Tried to order a slush at the counter but was told you have to go back on the screen, so just didn't bother.

Very cramped and the burgers looked like they’d been thrown together then sat on. Response to owners reply: Perhaps, rather than silly flippant replies, you should instead focus your effort on improving your restaurant for your customers.

Food comes very quick and drag as it isn’t very busy. (Also, why is the person running this account a savage, like clam down mate)
