Jess, our server was so patient and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Great service The food was great too!

Lovely food, great service; an all round pleasant experience. Big portions, freshly vented coffee led did. Nice ambience & Natasha was a very helpful, lovely server.

Having pre-booked a table and pre-ordered our meal choices, it was disappointing to arrive and be told that there would be a 45 minute to 1 hour delay, especially as the restaurant was barely half full. Starters were OK, steaks were good, but the Christmas dinner came with soggy not crispy roast potatoes. The Christmas pudding came with cold Creme Anglaise, sent back it reemerged only luke warm. One round of drinks ordered never arrived, and overall it was a disappointing experience. Our waitress did her best, but there were obviously staffing level issues.

Came in earlier today for my grandsons 16th birthday who loves steak. We pre booked the table and were shown were to sit promptly when we arrived but sadly that was best part of the experience. It didn't start well as we were ignored for ages and I had to go and alert staff we were ready to order. The food then took forever to arrive, the starter came with a hair in it which was sent back and replaced almost immediately- so I guess the hair was just removed. Waited nearly an hour - in which we nearly walked out ( wish we had done now ) for the mains which were disgusting and particularly inedible steaks which most of us couldn't eat. The surprising thing was that it wasn't busy at all but the service was terrible. I hate to leave bad reviews but would not reccomend this place to anybody- overall very disappointed.

Yet again, amazing food and amazing service I had chipotle chicken for starters and a 16oz ribeye for main Natasha was available every time we needed to request anything

Came in on Wednesday Great food very tasty steak cooked to perfection very juicy loved it. Cocktails were amazing to thank you Esme they were amazing and so were you. Complements to the chef Simon the steak was amazing. I love the food plenty of it don't come away hungry.

I have visited Miller and Carter many times and have always been very pleased with the food. This is the first time I have visited Banbury and unfortunately I had an issue with my meal which is why I have rated low. However, the waitress NATASHA was so apologetic and dealt with the situation with exceptional customer skills. She was interested in why we were visiting the area and gave very good recommendations on where to go Christmas shopping.

Food not great, sent back three times and still terrible, did not eat, in fact I wouldn’t have given the meat to my dog (see photo) the beef dripping was cold, the chips were not replaced after 3 attempts at cooking the steak which was poor, however NATASHA the waitress was fantastic and did what she could to make things better for us she is a credit to you.

Food was cold and steak was a bit tough for a medium done steak. Service was good though as Natasha asked how our meal.was etc. Overall a 2 maybe 3 out of 5 stars this time

First visit as we've had a voucher for.sometime that needed to be used. Wish we had come sooner. Lovely food selection, great lunchtime deals. Service from Daria was fantastic, checked on us all through our visit which I find the most important aspect of any restaurant. Thank you will come again.

Probably the worst steak ive ever had, it was supposed to be a Ribeye but tasted more like a rump. Was also very dry, not like a ribeye should be

The food tasted excellent and was well cooked, but it was barely warm when it came out. I raised the point with the server who said he would speak to the chef, and never came back to the table. As we spent £170 on the meal it would be nice to get hot food, and feedback when a concern was raised.

100% as usual, this place is fantastic

When for lunch yesterday with my girlfriend, had Eleanor as our server, she was very helpful with the menu choices and very smiley, would ask for her again.

Lovely meal and drinks to celebrate our son’s birthday. Fantastic service provided by Natasha, she checked in with us to make sure that our food was okay and that we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back again.

Food was great, steaks cooked perfectly. We got the butchers block which was for 2 people and it was fab. Only thing is it comes with a side each and a salad each, which was far too much. Unfortunately service was really poor. Our waiter was very nice, but the waiting times were ridiculous. They clearly didn't have enough staff to manage the amount of customers and some staff were definitely friendlier than others. We were there for 2 1/2hrs, and less than 1hr of that was actually eating or drinking. There were long waits before and after food, waiting for the bill etc.

Excellent experience. Our waitress Natasha was so kind to our kids and made it a brilliant experience. Food was incredible.

I recently visited Miller & Carter with my family. The food was incredibly tasty, we all ordered 3 course meals and we couldn’t fault any of them! Me and my husband both agreed our that steaks were spot on! A special shoutout to our waitress, Natasha, who was exceptionally helpful and kind throughout our visit. Her attentive service made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back!

Our family all met up at Miller and Carter to celebrate our sons birthday. Ages ranged from 2 to 65! We were really well looked after and the food was excellent. Special mention to all the staff - and especially Jane - who really looked after us. The service was 10/10!

Great Steakhouse, it can get very busy/noisy depending when you go; but the food and service has always been excellent whenever we've visited. Shout-out to Natasha for providing very welcoming and friendly service during our meal.

stopped for a quick tea, served by Natasha. very welcoming and accommodating, made the effort to find a table in the restaurant to accommodate our 2 children and buggy. Food was nicely cooked and served in a timely manner. Atmosphere on an early Sunday evening was quiet, but to be expected. it definitely feels like when busier the atmosphere would be great. all in all a pleasant experience and will definitely dine there again.
