KFC in Manchester

Usually great but always seems to close earlier than stated on the website… been in twice before closing time and the doors have been locked. Please update closing hours on google if they aren’t correct

Going to get fast food isn’t cheap anymore so ordering the 4 piece meal and getting microscopic pieces of chicken and a portion of fries that would be a kids handful is unfair profiteering by the franchise owner. As well as feeling like I been robbed I will never go there again so they have lost out going forward. Awful branch.

it was cold and no drink came with the meal. The delivery driver didn't seem to know anything 😕

3 piece colonel meal was not ideal as you put in 2 chicken drumsticks and a chicken wing. I don't like chicken drumsticks so it was a lot of money for a chicken wing. Grrrrrr. I'm not amused.

Every time I order KFC they never send all the items every time something is missing and you can’t even call them they just end the call. Get your staff to check the orders before sending

Ive had several orders from this branch and everyone of them had spmething missing from the order. Just eat always refunded but my order was still short and i wouldnt use this branch anymore

There is a worker here, I think he is called Joe and he has an accent and long hair. He is such a friendly staff member, always smiling, friendly and polite every time I go. Staff like this makes a good difference :-)

Missed out the main part of the order. Only delivered the chips and the dip. A refund in 7 days is not going to cut it really. We will now have to get something else for tea, just not from KFC

I did not recieve my order and on this it says its delivered. After 2 hours driver called me to ask address i gave him 6 times and he still didnt arrive and my money from bank is deducted.

Same old kfc ordered my food only a small order/ was asked to go park up and wait for my food/ I had no traffic or customers behind my vehicle so I said I’ll wait as I’m in a truck / the lady persists I park up still nobody behind me and all of a sudden my food is there so my point is why was she telling me to park up / and when I got the food home same old disgusting black nasty chips / K F C chorlton rude staff and crap food

As usual never got complete order from them and when I complained they offered me 15% off from my next order like they did something very big. Rude staff

delivery no issues issue is the shop never get the order right don't see how difficult it is to check an order as its bagged

The time kept changing. Food left for delivery and took a long time to arrive. When the delivery arrived it was cold and unpleasant and the drinks were wrong.

One of the worst KFCs ever, now we all know there are no good ones but this one is bad. Ok the food is the same as everywhere else but the atmosphere is dire, service average and not a single smile from staff and customers alike.

Food is the same kfc food although there is no comparison to what kfc 5 Pakistan. That is the next level. The only thing I was disappointed about was that they did not have any options for sides except 2 options.

Amusing, chaotic, KFC at the end of the day and Alhamdulilah it’s halal but I can defo understand why the review is 3 star nothing special and nothing awful. Under staffed and not as quick as KFC hulme which is halal and much better run.

I've been here twice; both times they started preparing the chicken only when ordering , so waiting 15 minutes each time , and some of the chicken I had was tough to eat as if it had been left out to dry for a long while. Avoid this KFC.

Stopped going to this branch after I ordered 3 pieces of chicken and was given two normal sized pieces and a tiny wing, and when I pointed this out, I was told that the wing counts as a piece of chicken.

don't order, they forget your items and then won't give refunds delivery was on time though that's about it

It’s a great place to visit if your desire is to eat fast consumable food like processed products. They also do a vegan burger- bravo, but it’s a heavily processed item and after eating it you may feel a bit unwell. Quality of KFC has been in a well documented decline for decades. Recently I nearly had the urge to try it again, but I resisted and made my own pasta from scratch, including the sauce, using a mix of Jamie Oliver’s website and also BBC Good food. Pasta pressing machine was bought from John Lewis. Took around 50 minutes total. If you are going here then good luck! The quality is variable from pretty poor to severely substandard. And it’s certainly not cheap!

Had a spider crawl out of my boneless box tonight I was mortified. I go here all the time never seen anything like it and they refused a refund I don’t understand how they could let something like that happen and then do nothing about it. Never again telling you that much

Missing 4 mash as sold out, all the wraps were wrong just plain wraps no salad and mist of it was bread as the chicken was the smallest fillet ever and fatty!!

Said it would be here between 6.30-6.50, they just repeatedly changed the time and it eventually turned up at 7.30… stone cold and missing food items too 🙃

Food was unfortunately cold as the driver was only using a lidl canvas bag not food delivery bag. Restaurants should not let drivers take food if they do not have a hot food bag

Arrived and opened bags to a completely different order… even worse some of it was Vegan Burgers!!! Tried to phone but never get an answer….Please sort this mess out!!

generally happy with my order however I was expecting 1 x large gravy and 2 X mash as my preferred sides, upon deliver and opening the packaging I discovered I had 4 X small gravy. I've double checked my order and receipt and they confirm my selection. disappointed but the food was hot upon delivery and delicious

Put in a big 3 meal order costing me £40 via Uber eats!!! Sent me wrong order, when I rang and spoke to the manager Abrar, he said there was nothing he can do and to contact Uber….. not Ubers fault! Uber does not pack the food they just deliver! I’m fuming. No rice in bag, the zinger tower burger was replaced with 3 chicken strips! No medium popcorn chicken meal! No drink with the zinger wrap meal! I understand maybe 1 thing off, but the whole order was in correct!!!! I ordered the food from work ready to have it for when I get home with the kids and I’m super angry with the service received!!

popcorn bucket with beans, didn't get the pineapple that's suppose to come with it, and for the price there was no chips either, think its a ripoff for the price, the chicken burger was OK, but hardly any lettuce on it, won't be buying anything again. very disappointed.

The food was not what we ordered, my girlfriend ordered the tower fillet burger meal which should have a hash brown onit and we specifically asked for no tomato sauce, instead it was a completely different burger with a spicy chilli sauce so she was not able to eat it. The size of the piece of chicken was minuscule compared to mine which was frustrating also

Most dissappointed. Took our 5 year old grand daughter for sit in KFC dinner. ALL our 3 chicken burgers (2 Zingers and 1 Fillet Chicken Burger) were cold plus dry! Obviously NOT FRESHLY MADE FOR OUR ORDER! Our grand daughter was far too hungry and insisted eating her burger and we returned our 2 Zinger Burgers to be replaced for freshly made hot ones Only to be dissappointed with 2 further luke warm Zinger Burgers!!!! They were very busy with take away orders and bike delivery drivers BUT to disregard our request and disappoint us twice in one day and us having paid for poor cold burgers was simply crazy. It didn't seem worth wasting any more of our time complaining and simply left very very dissappointed and quids out. KFC has a lot of GREAT competitors and guess we will just have to go to them more often! MOST SAD.
