One Star - Horrible Experience! I rarely write reviews, but after dining at Arabian Nites, I felt compelled to warn others about this awful place. From start to finish, everything was a disappointment. First off, the chef clearly has no idea what they’re doing. The food was tasteless, bland, and nothing like the rich flavors you’d expect from any good Middle Eastern restaurant. The meat was dry, the rice was undercooked, and the spices were completely off. It was honestly one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. I could’ve gotten better food from a frozen dinner. Then, the environment—let's just say it's less “Arabian charm” and more “dungeon-like.” The atmosphere was uncomfortable, with poor lighting and tacky decor that didn’t give any authentic vibe. It felt like they slapped together a theme without putting any effort into it. It was also way too loud for a dining experience, making it hard to have a conversation. And don’t even get me started on the smell. The place reeked of stale grease and something musty. It was so off-putting, I almost couldn’t stay for the entire meal. Lastly, the service was downright unprofessional. Our waiter seemed like he couldn’t care less about providing a good dining experience. He was rude, inattentive, and didn’t even apologize when he got our order wrong. It took forever to get anything, and when we did, it was cold. The staff just seemed completely untrained and unprepared for basic customer service. I will never be returning to Arabian Nites. If you’re looking for an enjoyable, authentic dining experience, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. This place is an absolute disaster.

Visited Arabian Nights with a few mates. We ordered two shishas, but both were dead within 10 minutes. Complained to the manager, who kindly replaced them, but unfortunately, the replacements were just as bad. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place for shisha. That said, the music, vibes, and belly dancing were spot on – clearly what you’re paying for, not the sheesha

Horrible. Writing this review while sat here, trying to finish drinks and leave ASAP. Got put upstairs and it was just awful upstairs, full of males being the only female I requested to sit downstairs where there was more of a mix. Asked several times to move regardless of me booking and specifically requesting seating downstairs. Horrible atmosphere. Felt soo uncomfortable and out of place. The lighting upstairs didn’t help. Bright as anything upstairs and nice and dark downstairs. Avoid this place. Customer service not it and not accommodating at all.

Since it’s called ARABIAN nites we expected to hear Arabic music, rather than just Indian music all night. A mix of Arabic, Indian, and English songs would have been more enjoyable for everyone. At times, it felt like I was at an Indian wedding! + they are super busy on weekends, and they keep bringing people in and squashing everyone which makes the place super hot!!

Me and my partner we thought to try this place out as we go to Sheesha regularly. we ended up waiting half an hour for 1 Sheesha, 1 cold drink and a tea. When we asked them can you check how long it will as we were told by a staff member he will check he then didn't come back to let us know what was going on. We then saw a big group come and within a few minutes they were served tea. At this point we decided to leave and ask for a refund as we had been waiting so long and they were serving others before us. When we asked for a refund we got told they were short staffed. This is a poor service and has put us off to come there again. They were not short staffed as they seemed fine to serve others that had come after us. This was not a good service and we don't recommend coming here.

Not impressed. Would definitely not consider thins place as 'first option' to enjoy your evening. The music/dj is way too loud. Make sure you bring earplugs. Also overpriced. Service is dismissive.

I visited this lounge for the second time and left disappointed. I ended up walking out after just 30 minutes. The shisha we ordered didn’t taste like the flavor we expected, so we had to return it. Additionally, the toilets were flooded, almost as if someone had been showering in there. I don’t plan on coming back.

Way too loud and warm inside. The shisha was poor quality and was burnt very quickly. When we complained the staff member rude comment and was dismissive. My friends had ordered me a birthday treat which didn't come after a 50 minute wait. They eventually refunded the cake and we left shortly after. Poor service, weird atmosphere and didn't even get to try the food.

Staff so unhelpful even after paying £80 and tips on top our Coffee about an hour late they guy was saying is busy but they are there to charge you but not to give service This our 3th time there and last

Great atmosphere and good place to go if you arrive with a booking. Gets busy at times so always good idea to book if going in a big group.

We went on event of Pakistani singer Nooran lal ..i enjoy singing..she sang of hers popular songs ..its event only for ladies which is good..tickets price 20 £ and 30 £ ..ambience is good..basically its a sheesha bar restaurant..we sit upper floor..hall is not so big..tea coffee available here..overall nice experience for me

Visited Arabian nights last Saturday and ordered 2 Shishas, both had no flavour, we tood the staff and nothing was done about it. Considering they charge a premium price for the Shisha’s they are awful. If you want a good shisha do not go Arabian nights waste of money and time

Best Sheesha & Great atmosphere

Very bad customer service. We drove all the way from London and booked table. They asked us to sit upstairs where full hall was empty. They literally have 2 empty tables downstairs but give to other people who don’t have reservation. Very bad customer experience. Paid in advance and we left all food as it is. Please if you open a place better teach your staff some manners and customer service. They even didn’t apologise when we left.

Watched Anthony Joshua fight here. Very hostile front door staff - forcing policy of ordering every 90 min. Mix of ages - Pakistani staff (don’t be fooled by the ‘arab’ name) Otherwise good sofas and tea.

Absolutely divine experience upon entering in. Really enjoyed the shisha, desserts and mojitos. A great atmosphere, beautiful interior. The customer service was exceptional, the manger went above and beyond.

The name “Arabian" has nothing to do with this place. The music is pakistani/indian 98% of the time.

Savacco Shisha with a clay head what a joke! We travelled over an hour to an eid party held here to receive no service never mind a poor service. We were made to wait half an hour to sit down and a further half an hour for a savacco pipe that never arrived. Once a pipe arrived it had the incorrect head. Beverages were also ordered which also took an age to arrive. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone who would like a good night out in Manchester!

Nice building. Lots of place to sit. But sitting is tight. Should have more space and more comfortable chairs. Also the policy of having to purchase a sheesha is very poor. Some of us don't smoke because it is not good for one.

Awful customer service. Arrived with a few friends early evening, weren't made to feel comfortable or welcome. We were not shown to a seat or asked to sit and look at the menus. They told us we should order straight away at the bar, which felt awkward as we asked for recommendations for shisha flavour.. The milkshakes were ok, but we're half pint size for an extortionate price £6.50 and tasted as though they had only used syrups rather than the two chocolate bars we had ordered. The shisha itself was not prepped and ready as it was placed at our table( we had to get up and ask for their help)..only positive they did regularly come round with fresh coals. The flavours were so indistinct and tasted of poor quality. Met up to watch the football , however loud Bollywood music was being played and there was no atmosphere whatsoever. The 'stream' of the game kept lagging and cutting out....certainly not usuall of a legitimate broadcasting...

Don’t waste your time coming here staff are seriously rude, the shisha tastes like burning coal. You rather invest your money in another place, me and my wife traveled for 2 hours and we were sat around waiting for shisha approx 50min. Poor management and lazy staff they are only interested in giving dirty looks and dancing around like little school girls. 2023 honest review don’t waste your money on this place.

The best Shisha cafe I have visited so far in the UK . They have wide range of food items and Desserts. Music is amazing I am giving 4 stars because the brownie with icecream we ordered was hard to chew .. Brownies/ cakes are always suppose to be soft specially when it is with ice cream .

it was good experience. very expensive drinks.I got a strawberry mojito and a lime mojito. they were £6 pound each with no refills. only about 300ml. good vibes tho. would go again.

Visited for the experience and a change of scenery. The energy good in there. Initially we were seated upstairs which was disappointing but before I got the opportunity to ask was given the option by a worker which was great. The dance off really was a sight to see. Highlight - The one white boy that schooled all the brown folk with his moves.

Don’t know how to make a shisha, order paan & peach. Asked for 50/50 personal preference. But given a shisha that just tastes like full paan. Asked for it to be changed. Given the same one back. Within 2 minutes it was brought back to us😂 . £20+ for a shisha they don’t know how to make is a joke.

Shisha was good. Customer service was great and staff were very accommodating.

Good music & vibes. Shisha was good but then they ruined it by constant coal change when not required so we had to ask them to change it. After that it was fine.

shisha was average, if the place is busy you will receive bad service, if its abandoned then you will play hide and seek with the servers. Chose blue mist and watermelon as well as frozen raspberry and spearmint.

Bad things: Unfortunately I didn't enjoy even though the location seemed nice but the service was not as expected(besides some of attitudes from some workers) Some of th staff there need to be replaced. Unfortunately they were kind of weired and with attitudes. I did not feel comfortable to stay long. Definitely it is a one time visit. Went on a Thursday, was pretty quiet so you'd expect staff to be happy and polite when greeting. Was the complete opposite, the two guys that were om the shift had absolutely 0 people skills. Owners should either teach them a few people skills or replace them. Shisha was decent and the place looks nice. Solid 2 stars just solely based on the choice of staff this establishment has working for them.

if u can't make it to wilmslow Road on eid u don't want to get stuck in traffic a further 5 mins drive upstairs is quite perfect for couples downstairs is loud student galore liked it.
