Such a lovely environment, staff are lovely and friendly. Food was great such as drinks . DJ was brilliant hand a lovely night .

Like the title of the review says, Boujee Billy is the person you want to get served by in this lovely pink establishment! He's everything this bar stands for, Boujee, great, decadent and lovely! The drinks are great too btw! Haha A++++ for everything!

A group a friends and I came in on a whim as we were walking past and we are so glad we did! From the moment we walked in the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The pink colada and frozen cocktails were delicious and I will definitely be coming back to eat those prawns again!

The only reason this place got 5* is because of Ale.. she was brilliant. Looked after us and made us feel so welcome. (When entering a lady pointed out she didn’t want to seat us because we were only a group of three, but Ale took us upon herself to make us feel so welcome). She helped us with what drinks to order ect. If it wasn’t for this lady I wouldn’t of stayed! Thank you Ale! ❤️

Terrible. No service. Food is absolutely nothing special. I can’t express how little service there was. Had to wave down a waitress, there was 14 of them, they didn’t come over. Only about 10 tables in the whole building. No check back on the food. Embarrassing, I work in hospitality and I’m embarrassed for these people. You are not part of this industry yet, trust me. Could’ve walked out, nobody would’ve batted an eyelid. Paid and left without even so much as a thank you. If you want to go for a picture, go and then leave. Quickly. Little tip, pay people who know what they are doing to run your gaff a decent wage and maybe they’ll do a good job. Shocking, truly shocking.

I am writing this review on behalf of three young girls who were in the restaurant on Friday night. They behaved perfectly well throughout the night but as I and other diners observed they were treated appallingly by the 'waiting staff'. The girls ordered their meal including a starter but had to wait 50 minutes for the starter to arrive. One of the girls asked when they would be served and the attitude of the waitress was rude and disrespectful. A few minutes later their meals arrived including the starters and mains all together and were plonked down on the table in front of them. I felt so sorry for the girls and I must admit I was fuming on their behalf. What a disgrace! this restaurant badly needs a manager who can organise a full table service course. Needless to say I won't be recommending this restaurant.

We waited over an hour for drinks. The waiter benji was extremely apologetic and hurried our order. Even after our drinks arrived he kept coming over to see if we were ok. We love you benji!! Ps get some air con

Went auite early between 6-8 and it was quite quiet as was a thursday. Had a really nice time and walk in was fine as we hadnt booked. Staff were friendly although there wasnt many about and you do kind of have to pin them down. We ordered the tapas and the dishes were amazing- and big! Really tasty. Cocktails were yummy too. Price was fair! Gorgeous setting and the bathrooms are lovely lol Did see a mouse tho but the restaurant is outside and i didnt find the mouse particularly offensive. However if you dont like mice this might be a bit concerning for you :/ Dont hurt the mouse let him live!!!! Xx

Staff were VERY unwelcoming & unhelpful (especially the woman on the front door who ‘welcomes’ you and takes you to your table, awful attitude). It felt as if they didn’t want to be there at all! It made our experience awful we were so so disappointed as we were really looking forward to it! Extremely unsatisfactory & will not be returning

Loved the terrace. I came here for lunch and the food was really nice, alongside the cocktails. Our waitress Carmen was a delight and extremely kind. I ordered the vegan humous pitta and it was delicious. My parents loved their food too. Boujee is cool and the idea is nice, but perhaps maybe the chairs could be changed so they’re comfier and look less cheap.

Wonderful service by ayleen!!!! Very attentive and friendly, will be coming back. Out for friends 21st and staff made it feel special for my friend. Very fast service. Very happy x

We had this booked for a while and we’re quite excited for our first time out since pre Covid times. The 4 of us arrived promptly and were seated at what looked like a tiny cheap children’s table. Our friends had been seated before us and already had drinks, it took us about 20 minutes to flag someone down to order our drinks and we asked to move next door inside as the heaters didn’t work near our table. We were told the inside is a totally separate restaurant which seems unlikely as they all share the same web page for booking. Anyway we had wrapped up warm and eventually collared a waitress to order food and drinks. Whilst ordering we noticed the table next to us struggle to fit their food and drinks on the table and there was only three of them so I suggested we may need a bigger table. The waitress didn’t seem to have much understanding of English and laughed this off. We ordered our food and whilst ordering we were advised by the waitress not to order the pork as it wasn’t very nice. At this point we should of realised the standards being offered when your own staff advise you against something on the menu. We waited around 20 minutes for drinks which was after our tortillas and dip had arrived. These were obviously kept ready as the tortillas under the guacamole were a big soggy mess, overall no taste to anything. Then arrived the main event, the waiter looked at the tray of food and the table and realised himself it wasn’t going to fit, whilst wondering around the restaurant with what now was our cold food to find us elsewhere to sit. Eventually we were placed on what looks like a picnic bench with worn out seats. Our order was wrong, we had two items we hadn’t ordered and were missing a further two. We informed the waiter and never saw him again. We called the maitre de over which asked what we were missing, with any apology, it didn’t seem like she tried to rectify this as it took a further 15 minutes for one dish to arrive. The food was freezing and didn’t even live up to kebab shop standards! The steak was like rubber and the salad and dressing tasteless. Our other side still nowhere in sight and all dry mouthed from the lack of drink offerings, we eventually called down another waitress to take a drinks order. We waited a further 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive and by this point we had given up on the atrocious food we did have and explained we no longer wanted the side that hadn’t arrived. We asked for the bill which still had this on plus something else we hadn’t ordered plus the service charge of which we’d had very little service! The waitress seemed to agree on our options of the place as she asked how it had been and said the kitchen had gone downhill as she no longer worked in there. We paid £150 for 4 of us and we were probably in here an hour. The decor is nothing like any of the photos, it is very shabby and cheaply put together. DO NOT WASTE your money!

Had a table booked for midnight, turned up at midnight to be told we couldn’t have a table. When clearly we seemed upset the girl walked away and then another girl appeared to tell us we couldn’t have our table as we were late (this was at ten past midnight). We arrived on time and had been waiting to speak to someone. When asked to speak with the manager as I had paid a deposit!!!!! We were soon ushered to a table. And what looked like a lot of tables free to me. Not as instagrammable as you may think, was a few benches in what felt like a canteen hall. We didn’t even finish our first drink when we wanted to leave. Would NOT recommend. Was no effort to apologise at all, very quick to put the blame on the customer?? A laughable establishment.

My friends and I booked a table here for drinks last night. We literally had to fight our way through the unorganised mass of screeching 18 yr olds to get through the door and even though we had a reservation we still had to queue and wait. When we were eventually sat down it took over 45 minutes to get our overpriced drinks which massively ate into the 2 hour slot we had. The decor was pretty tacky and the clientele the same to be honest.. Wannabe “influencer” paradise.. If you like that sort of thing.. The doormen.. if you can call them that were so unprofessional and ignorant and one of them almost knocked us over by barging us out of the way. Definitely wouldn’t recommend going here.. Not if you prefer something a little more elegant and stylish.
