Quite possibly the worst service I've ever encountered def worst KFC. Staff just shouting at each other like some sort of market place slowest service ended up walking out . Never go there again. Anyone else find the nearest other KFC if want it from them just don't go there. Loads of other reviews say the same looks like no one can be bothered to sort the place out ... Add on . Before the management just reply to this like all others with " sorry to hear this ill pass this on to our team" do singing about it. You really deserve to lose your franchise contract . Can't imagine the higher ups would like this one bit

I requested drumsticks and thigh due to choking complications with breast meat - unfortunately they included breast meat which i couldn't eat. The other items were ok. Fries were cold.

Great tasty chicken and amazing service all round! Lovely clean restaurant and enjoyable atmosphere. I will be returning again soon !

Spent 30 minutes queued in drive through. Only 4 cars ahead of me. Really slow service. Ordered a family feast bucket and was missing all the chips and the sides. Was not noticed till i got home 10 miles later. Just so bad a discredit to KFC

This was the second time I placed an order with yourselves. At first I thought It was a mistake and someone was in a hurry. Anyway I place another order as I was home from work tired and hungry. I had the same request.” Please may I have the rib of the chicken only. This was completely ignored , it even says it right there on the order receipt. I am not happy with this service and there was not even an apology of any kind. I ate the meal because as I said was extremely tired from work.

Delivery time kept changing. Food was freezing cold and fell out in bag. Driver drove to another area 1st when mine was closer. Makes absolutely no sense.

Went in this kfc for a quick bite to eat on our way back from holiday. Went in the toilets first and were greeted by one toilet filled with vomit and the other had poo on the floor. Informed staff who told us the toilets had been checked that morning (went in at 5pm) and that they’d have a look. They were in and out in a couple of minutes and agreed they were a mess and would clean them later on. Completely put us off ordering food and we ended up just leaving.

Got served by a younger lad with a hair net covering his beard, he needs to learn better customer service. When he gave my food he looked like he was someplace else, no eye contact nothing and i was polite to him.

Just pick a different KFC if youre craving it that much. The service here has always let me down. It's always missing items and the most recent time had my bucket with two wings instead of pieces. And I've been here a handful of times hoping it was just a bad day but I think it's just a stretch of bad practice.

Service is very very very poor, we asked for leg and thigh for our sharing bucket, that staff said he can only give us mixture, at the end we get all the breast meat, they purposely gave us what we don’t want. We are 3 person, only 2 paper plate given, been standing in front of the counter for ages, asking for extra paper plate, but that staff just ignore me, if he can’t hear me, he can actually ask me what would I like as I’m still standing there. He just chat with another customer, and whatever that customer asked for, he said ok, so sarcastic, when I asked he said no, but that customer change so many thing like cookies change to large gravy or drink 😡😡😡 too bad, don’t go!!!!!!

I was really pleased that they found, retained and returned my daughter's comb when they'd cleared our table while we were in the loo. Food was fine. Service was quick and friendly.

went through the drive through last Saturday 6/7/24. small simple order and should have got £2.22 change but it was a quid short, streight away he said i owe you a pound i'll give it you in a minute then closed the window. 3 minutes later the window opened and the bag of food was past out, i asked about the pound and he said it was in the bag and like a compete idiot i believed him. it's the last time ill go there again, I HATE THIEVES.

I had the most fantastic experience here today ! As i drove from the city center i poped in to use the toilet and get my daughter an ice cream. I was greeted on my way in by michelle i hope thats corect. I was amazed ! She went behind the counter after emptying all the bins on the lobby area. Usualy overflowing and why i would avoid this branch. Michelle went behind the counter and help other team members and passed out my drinks/dessert out as soon as she could ! Although awaiting on the food item i had ordered and the manager who said she was doing great for helping the rest of the team. I was amazed i only so abillity nothing else. As an operations manager for a food chain i will now regularly call in here after my experience today thank you to your service staff !

My order was delivered completely wrong none of the burgers were delivered and none of the other items. I have spend more than £90 to get 4 pieces of chicken the wrong drink and 4 hot wings. I will never use just eat again

Its one of the worst kfc restaurants that i have ever been in to i go there a least one week the manger can come across very rude at times when you order your food you can wait up to 14 minutes stay a way go somewhere else for your food .i ordered some ice cream for ny child had no spoons only forks not very friendly or helpful.
