KFC in Plymouth

Missing an item on order. Food is cold, not even warm enough to eat. And pink chicken 👎

Need to stop putting ice cans in with hot food - otherwise nice food

2 house yo get my food then spoke to a manger and was really rude

Shocking! Only half the order has turned up so someone's not getting fed and what did turn up was cold and overcooked , not what you expect from KFC !!

Food was delivered quickly and nice and hot. No complaints

Hot wings were either overcooked so the coating was very crunchy very dark and was probably on the shelf for too long And I'm afraid the chips are terrible

Delivered late but delivered hot,some of my order was missing ( 1.5lt pepsi max,1 bag of signature chips,1 piece of corn on the cob,tried to contact KFC but would not get any answer .

Seen a big change (for the better!) since the new manager have arrived. Better atmosphere and service has been 10x better always leaving me with a more satisfied experience. Loves a good KFC!

Ohhh that was crazy I’ve never actually experienced that sort of atmosphere at a kfc before it was absolutely electric, the passion everything we’ve seen from the workers to the management was phenomenal. Well done KFC St. budeaux!!!

I recently visited St. Budeaux KFC, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! The chicken was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I ordered the classic bucket meal, and it was definitely worth it. The sides, especially the coleslaw and fries, complemented the chicken perfectly. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the ordering process smooth and quick. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive vibe. If you're in the mood for some delicious fried chicken, I highly recommend checking out St. Budeaux KFC. You won't be disappointed!

Ordered online via KFC website yet when it arrived the restaurant had messed up the order: got wrong bucket, no sides and the cookies were burnt. Portions were tiny too. Wasnt enough to even feed 2 kids especially with all the missing items. Cant fault delivery company.. they just delivered what they were given. Requested refund yet will take 3-5 working days to reach my account.

As a Christmas treat for the inlaws we said we would pick up tea on the way on our visit. We ordered on line for collection and went through the drive thru to collect our almost 50 quid order. We were at a stand still for around 20 minutes. We were trapped in the queue so I couldn't even turn around and get out. When we finally made the window, we were told there was no gravy! To us the gravy is as important as the chicken. I pulled over so we could go in and sort it and use their loos. I set foot in the door and went head over heels across the deck. The counter staff were neither quick nor helpful. Needless to say I won't offer to take KFC for my Plymouth family again. Worst KFC experience to date. I sincerely hope they were all just having an off day.

Why advertise a gravy meal when you have no gravy

Rubbish bin in car park was overflowing, tables needed clearing and cleaning, and litter on the floor. Almost didn't stay to eat. The place was quiet, so theres no excuses. Food and service were good .

This place offers great service,eat in or drive through, plenty of parking.

This was booked for 3-40pm..my mum couldnt eat it at that time of night it was delivered as it would play her up..shes 94 can you explain why such a long gap in the time please as that was money wasted!

Not great service each time we go unfortunately, hardly get a portion of chips in the takeaway. I counted 11 chips in the bag. That's ridiculous. Staff don't use manners. No straws, forks or serviettes given with takeaway so you will have to ask for them. This isn't a one of, it's happened before but I like to think everyone has an off day but this occurred a number of times so give up with KFC St. Budeaux now. Always quick service though. Never have to wait long.

The food was cold, burnt and had parts of the ordered missing. The oil definitely needs changing in that store and more attention to preparing the order

I was waiting over an hour for my order when I ordered my food i then then had to go to store to collect it after waiting an hour for my food to be delivered. I was not notified that any of this was happening I had to phone up kfc in order to question where my food was.No one had gone to get me my food to deliver it to me. Once I had gotten there i collected my food which was then cold and wasn’t even able to eat. I am very disappointed and angry.

originally said arriving at 4:50 order placed at 4:18 arrived at 5:30 not worth money about 10 chips in each packet and tasted weirdly sweet,four drumsticks and only two tiny bony chicken pieces,and had to substitute drink as didn't have one we ordered very poor wouldn't serve four people

We had to wait sometime to be served. We did not want to use the touch screen. The staff looked and sounded rushed and said they were understaffed for the shift. In the end, we did not make a purchase. My adult special needs daughter was getting very agitated. We drove to the Union St KFC, and found the staff really supportive and helpful. This could have been an odd day for the shop. But, bad management/staffing/shifts patterns should not a affect the customer. Thank you.

requested one burger without cheese and mayo, this didn't happen and the can were put in next to the burgers, so we had warm soda and cold burgers in a bag that split due to condensation

Wrong items, missing items, cold food.. the only good thing was the delivery driver and that has nothing to do with KFC

thought I would pop in there for dinner as I missed my bus to Cornwall, so had time to kill in St Budeaux. Last time I went in there I did not have a good experience (did not feel the food was very good value for money) so said I would not go back again. But changed my mind and decided to give the place another try, better experience this time. Rice box was good, liked it. Will probably go back some time soon.

Order placed for delivery. The tracking says the driver has been on our street for 40 minutes and still no food! Tried to call the restaurant to ask where our order is and no answer. Never again KFC, never again! Shocking service and it's not cheap either.

Yet again I have ordered a meal from Kentucky and it’s been missing several items . This time we were missing 3 mini fillets burgers and 3 mini fillets from our bucket meal
