absolutely delicious definitely order again

Delivery was great, kfc missed about 4-5 of our items, wasn’t happy

food was damaged, was missing 2 bottle a drink.

Was delivered the wrong drink - asked for Pepsi and 7up and received 2 cans of orange tango.

Ordered a party bucket but had a bag of boneless chicken missing

driver was very rude and didn't wanna come into the street to look for my house, my food is now cold and don't appreciate the way he spoke to me

So ordered food at 5pm which didn’t arrive until 7:15 and when it turned up was freezing cold and had items missing

bag was handed to me unsealed. with a box meal missing. delivery driver has offered to go back and get missing items. will report if nothing is heard in 20 mins time

Side salad was just a bit of sweetcorn and a couple of leaves, the rest of the food didn’t look like it does when I get it from other KfCs either. I paid £30 for food that looks like it should cost less than a fiver

The atmosphere is just not really good as there's bees and they annoy me but the rest is pretty good.

Missing Burger from order and the chicken in bargain box was shall we say not nice, you order you look forward to the food and St Budeaux KFC only deliver part of the order and what they manage to deliver it was cold and dried up. Staff need more training.

As always excellent chicken but took over 30 minutes to arrive when I only live 5 minutes away from the restaurant

Unfortunately I was disappointed with the food, you had to wait a long time, the fries were raw, the hot wings were not fresh. Be careful if you want to eat KFC right after opening because you will get raw fries and reheated hot wings from yesterday and above all the service is not nice maybe because they have to work on Sundays!!!

Food was ok as expected from a kfc . Better than some other recent kfc food. Couldn’t do table service as no tents at self service and no table numbers . So did cause a bit of hassle trying to go back. Several tables needed clearing but wasn’t at all busy.

For the 3rd time the order was delivered without the drink. it's a lottery if you ever get a complete order.

Gave us the wrong burgers, food was cold and they didn’t even put anything in the burgers. Was just chicken in a bun. We ordered zinger burgers but we were given normal fillet burgers with no lettuce etc.

Worse KFC in Plymouth staff don't know what they doing never have a full menu food is never cooked properly KFC should shut this down

Only thing that was you didnt send me a boneless box you sent ne out two ordinary one so i had to take the chicken of bone fir my younger one witch really upsrt her as she don't like the bone she i had to cook her something eles

After waiting an incredibly long time my food has arrived and it is frozen cold! Absolutely inedible…. The cans of drink have obviously froze the food and are now warmer than the food! I’m so unhappy!!

Food was on time and fresh, this kfc has sorted me out after I came in from a long day of work. The holy grail of all KFCs

literallt had 16 chips, the gravy was like water normally its reallt thick which is amazing and the skin of the chicken was disapointingly tasteless.

I have no complaints with the delivery service, but unfortunately there were 5 items missing from the order, after phoning the st budeaux branch I was told I had to take this issue up with the delivery company which I believe is ridiculous due to the fact the order was put together and handed to delivery driver sealed by the store , so surely the incompetence to fulfill the order is the stores responsibility not the delivery company. So unfortunately will not be ordering from them again .

part of my order was missing but because I gave the delivery driver the pin that he required first instead of opening and going through the bag on the doorstep they are unwilling to look into it further, I'm out of pocket because the staff didn't check my order before sealing the bag.

Only 1 problem, the size of the portions, very small. If you can go back to the previous size, I would order again.

Absolutely abysmal Service and this isn’t the first time. You are a fast food outlet that sells chicken and chips. So why when I approached the window placed my order paid for my order was I not informed that I would have to wait in excessive 25 minutes for my chicken and chips? You have one job, serve the public chicken and chips. I visited before lunchtime the shop was closed due to a Technical issue so only drive-through was open. In the end, I just drove off without my food.

The door was broken, so they weren't letting anyone in. Waited next to drive through speaker for 2 mins then was told we couldn't be heard despite almost shouting.

Everytime I order from this store, my food never comes right, it's either cold, completely wrong or uncooked.

I recently visited St. Budeaux KFC, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! The chicken was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I ordered the classic bucket meal, and it was definitely worth it. The sides, especially the coleslaw and fries, complemented the chicken perfectly. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the ordering process smooth and quick. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive vibe. Seen a big change (for the better!) since the new manager have arrived. Better atmosphere and service has been 10x better always leaving me with a more satisfied experience. Loves a good KFC!
