A load of rubbish. Complete waste of money. Paid £8 for a meal which was 'half-inedible' - the chips tasted awful so didn't eat them. The chicken was only slightly better. The coke was 'watery'. After I threw most of the meal away I asked the young guy who was tidying the tables if KFC give refunds if customers don't like what they get served, he was polite and friendly and I have put some feedback online, but asking for a refund might not be realistic. I was going to eat in Wetherspoons tonight and wish I had gone there instead, but KFC was closer and I do remember that KFC used to be really good as myself and the family ate there regularly. It seems that they have gone 'downhill' so I won't bother coming back.

Minimal mayo on burger, minimal sauce in sweet chilli bites. Drive through order spent 5 mins at the window with no communication. No fork supplied for the bites. Poor

Food was packed upside down, beans and rice all over the bag which collapsed when delivered leaving the delivery driver covered in food . six pieces of chicken consisted of 5 legs, extremely disappointing !

My order has said it has been delivered and it has not, I phoned kfc and was told there is nothing we can do about it.

Due to dietary restrictions, I asked for new Mayonnaise on the burger but yet Mayonnaise was placed on the burger and there was no cheese which I had also requested.

There is an expression where people say as useful as a wet paper bag because wet paper bags are not useful at all and this is what happens when you put cold wet cans in a paper bag the bag end up wet and splits the bag making all the cans fall out onto my bare foot then onto the floor damaging the cans and unable to open when for a good while because the drink will go everywhere. However the good was really good and was hot

Very Good For What It Is. Prices Are Viable and Decent. Food Is Good Tasting And Comes Fairly Hot. Drive Through Also Easily Accesible. Overall Would Rate At An 8/10.

Just wanted to get a quick lunch, food was good don’t normally eat kfc but wow the chips have changed since the last time I ate there and I’m so glad they have because they were delicious!!! Went through the drive through service was quick and the food was hot no complaints

Had zinger burgers not spicy more like a mini fillet half a roll with nothing in it and dry, absolutely rubbish total waste of money won't be having it again

Ordering system broken, says go to next window. Sit at next window like a lemon, no one serving. Go to next window to be greeted by the most miserable girl taking orders, who really shouldn’t be in customer service. No smile, no greeting, nothing. The food is served cold after they’ve made you park up for 15 minutes to wait for your order. In short, a horrible place, that I can’t recommend.

The delivery time was good as i tracked it on the app, but the food was awful, we ordered 2 Zinger burgers and chips, it was cold, the burgers were not cooked properly, there was no lettuce etc in the burgers and the chips were cold with black bits

No lettuce in burger. Wrong drink included Order placed at 16:00 for delivery at 17:45. Delivered at 18:48 Disgusting delivery delay, driver drove past the street and took another 10 minutes to come back to find the address.

Food was hot but no drink delivered.

The order wasnt correct, instead of beans we were given two portions of corn on the cob and a small pot of gravy. The fries were barely warm and was 30mins later than originally expected. The bag was split down the side so no wonder it wasnt hot anymore. Very disappointing won't order using JustEat again.

Arrived late and missing items.

We didn't receive what we ordered. We order baked beans and corn on the cob but got 2 gravy pots instead.

Hot. And flavourful. I thought kfc here was better than Mutley branch. They also followed food request that I asked for (seasoned zinger fries)

Great place for a drive through

Been here a couple of times. Unfortunately when we’ve had burgers we’ve noticed they’re pretty cold because of how cold the mayonnaise is. In a way I guess it can’t be helped due to warmer weather and having to keep the mayo in the fridge. Just a shame as the rest of the meal is hot. For me, personally, KFC seems to have lost its appeal over the years.

Drinks missing yet again, dry.

I am fed up with asking for something that is not delivered. Ask for drink doesn’t turn up. Ask for beans doesn’t turn up How can KFC have no beans EVER order more will ya !!!!!!!!

I ordered Pepsi Max but tango orange was delivered. The meal was ok but no chicken breasts. Three leg and something with ribs in it . The legs were tasty and very different from what I’ve had before.

The completely wrong order was delivered. The bag was labelled correctly but wrong order inside, thought this would be easy to resolve so rang restaurant who said they can’t do anything and to go through just eat… just eat said that possibly get a refund in 7 days. This means we have been left with someone else’s order of a rice box and kids meal instead of a huge box of chicken. It’s frustrating that there’s no way to get this immediately rectified so we could have the meal we wanted tonight

ordered children's meal recieved mini chicken filet and about 8 chips no drink or pineapple stick told driver who hardly spoke English muttered just eat messaged them and heard nothing back so that mini filet and few chips cost nearly £10 and a grandchild who didn't get what she expected

The final kept going up and up so it didn't look like it was late. The food was freezing. The driver was sat at crownhill for ages according to the map..I did take regular screen shots to prove. Will happily send them. I don't understand why it took so long when KFC is 5 mins down the road. Not only that all the food had toppled out inside the bag

St budeaux drive through order point out of order, second window unmanned. Drove to the third window and waited ages to be served then eventually we were offered someone else's order. We politely informed the staff member that we had yet to order any food when a young girl TOLD us we would have to drive around and queue up again to order. By this time there were numerous cars behind us at the drive through. I asked if we were able to order at this third window and were again TOLD to join the rear of the queue. The girl serving us said we should have ordered at the second window. When I informed her the position was unmanned she told me it WAS manned and that she had CCTV evidence to prove it. This effectively insinuated I was lying. Why would I drive past a manned kiosk window and not order? Both myself and my partner saw there was no one at the second window. When I told the girl I took exception to being called a liar by KFC staff she said "I have CCTV evidence" I asked to see this evidence and she refused to let me see it. I asked her to identify herself for complaint purposes and she said she didn't have to give me her name. She effectively hid behind GDPR ruling allegedly. I told her I needed to identify her and she refused. I lifted my phone and she assumed I was about to take her picture and said "you're not taking my picture" and ran off. We were left waiting until another member of staff attended. I asked to speak to a manager and Sam Connell appeared and I asked if he was the manager. He confirmed he was. I began by asking him to identify the girl with no customer service skills that we had the misfortune to encounter. Sam told me he could not identify his colleague under GDPR ruling. When I said there was no harm in identifying the staff member by Christian name only for the purposes of a complaint he refused citing GDPR ruling although when questioned he admitted he himself had his Christian name on the side of his company cap. Very strange behaviour. To Sam's credit he remained calm and professional but defended his colleague hiding her identity. Sam admitted the member of staff manning the second window may have stepped away briefly and accepted that it was indeed possible there was no one at the window when we arrived. Sam refused to take our order at first but then conceded to take our order if we parked in a waiting bay to alleviate the now lengthy drive through queue. He took our order and I paid cash and asked for a receipt. I received no receipt but our food was promptly delivered to us in a waiting bay. Upon inspection there was an item missing from the order and no receipt. We drove around the drive through AGAIN and asked for Sam at the second window. I asked for a receipt, checked it and saw that the missing item has not been part of the order. I asked for the now cold food to be replaced and asked for the additional item to be included. We drove to the third window and I insisted I pay for the extra item. In conclusion, what appalling customer services and Sam admitted he held the same position within the company as the extremely poor server. He said she was the duty manager and he was in the same position to support his colleague in her role. No store manager was available. All this took place on wednesday the 12th June 2024 at 19.30 hrs I am appalled at the level of customer service in KFC and would hope following my complaint the staff member involved be severely disciplined and given a purely behind the scenes position and Sam suitably trained to not support other staff members who are clearly rude, offensive and unprofessional

Burger thrown together, scattered in box and the only thing that was warm was the corn.

chicken was very poor,looked and tasted like it was probably old food that had been sat there for a while... understand its late on a sunday night when ordered but for £22+ it was not worth the money!...il know to never order from there again,mutley plain is much better ....the chips were pretty tasty and hot but whoever packed the order put the chips in upside down! who does that??

Paid for food on app did not get delivered then had to go down and pay again to get my food .a complete shambles I ordered directly from KFC they told me that I had to get the money back from uber eats .

I had order two 7up but on received 1

ordered a family bucket after a funeral. meal tuned up in good time but delivery man refused to hand over meal without a 4 digit code which we did not have. we only had a long code which he would not accept. a really bad end to a sad day.

The courier couldn't speak English or find my address so when he rang me I was unable to direct him as he couldn't understand me.

Was missing several items from my order I can understand a item not almost £19 pounds worth of items missing. Not happy at all

The delivery was quick and the driver very polite, but the order was wrong and the chips were cold and soggy, stopped using KFC for three years because this was a regular occurrence with deliveries but thought we would try again, However we did had a good delivery but it was followed by this poor one.

I am very unhappy as some of my food is missing (1 x chips and 2 pieces of chicken). Food was cold when delivered. Unacceptable when you are paying so much.

Absolutely disgusting the food. Mighty bucket for one. Well overcooked and rock hard . The chips on both are portions very small and also overcooked. The 2 BBQ bite tubs were disgusting for the price . 4 little nuggets and thick BBQ sauce that appeared to be glued on them. Outside you had idiots pulling wheelies up to the entrance door on push bikes , yet no attempt to stop them from staff was made . We have visited this place on many occasions and this has to be the worse experience ever. Sadly we will never return this place. Nore will we ever recommend it to anyone. Totally gone down hill

Just horrendous. Ordered for delivery and when it arrived, half the order was wrong and none of the extras ordered were there. Chicken was so greasy that it was completely inedible. How you can mess up one order so badly, is beyond me. Complete waste of nearly £60.

If your hungry and want to feel full don’t order from here , if you want all your items that is listed on the menu then don’t order from here , if you want terrible meals that are heavily overpriced that won’t even fill you up and will want you wanting more then go here , this is the worst kfc in Plymouth maybe even the uk , no care making the food it’s just slapped in , the staff here are clearly useless , came in time but been cooked for hours so no surprise there .

Kfc got the side wrong got beans instead of mash.

Items missing and one of the fillet burgers was completely outside of the closed box, strewn across the bottom of the bag. Fries were all out of the bags and the food was cold. Not a good experience at all.

Food was hot and the driver was pleasant

The boneless box meal didn't come with the bottle of drink as expected and the rice box didn't come with the bean salsa as advertised. But other than that the food was lovely.
