KFC in Plymouth

Absolutely abhorrent service. If you use the self service screens you will get your food after quite a delay. That's the best part. If you try to order anything-even get the attention of the people who work there woe betide you! No eye contact nothing, they will try their damdest to keep talking whilst looking at the holes in the wall waiting for the food to come through. This was my second attempt and I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt but I have never ever witnessed anything like it the sheer arrogance of the staff that work there. If they spoke, made eye contact or at least attempted to at least serve a human instead of treating them with contempt then at least I'd have something to review. I've given 3 stars for the atmosphere though as their atmosphere was awesome- i think, mine was terrible and I'll never go back. You could take a leaf out of marsh mills book. They are awesome and I'll use them from now on.

I'd rather have KFC than MCDONALD'S . I'm not keen on fast food 😒.

Did the drive through, granddaughter had the flaming wrap snack buckets .no flavour to the fries,no colouring of spices on them either .have you stopped seasoning them or did they just forgot .bit disappointed granddaughter was .

I've always had great service and the food is always hot and fresh, what more can you ask, and ten mini fillets are a perfect snack when you are on the go 😁

Absolute joke , I ordered at 19:30 and the estimated time just kept getting worst and worst I live two minutes away and it took about 45 minutes to find a driver alone. Food was sound as a pound but an hour is a joke

Very overcooked, practically burnt, dry tasteless chicken. Inedible. Am shocked how bad it was and how it was allowed to leave the restaurant in the state we received it in. I wont order from there again. Wasn't a cheap order either. Very annoyed.

Missing food from order when called kfc store they said they cant do anything about it. All the order wasnt there so no wonder why it was here so fast

didn't get full order tried to ring and they refused to help us my ADHD son had to go with out his food and he doesn't eat anything else we ordered so I had to cook him something else which also ruined our special take out night so thanks KFC hope your proud of your selfs

Food was delivered relatively quickly, but the thing that let it down was the fact the chips were cold and soggy, as was the chicken, and the gravy was congealed

Great food although missing my bottle of tango and no Gravy but apart from that it was amazing.

Was really quiet when we went, so it was perfect for lunch. I think because of how quiet it was, they didn't have many customers, so some of the chicken was made but ended up being dry. Can't mark them down as when we told them they gave us more (fresh) chicken.

A popcorn chicken is missing from my order. I’m not happy as this was for my daughter.

Ordered a rice box with double chicken filet, I don’t know how someone can make a RICE box and not put a single grain of rice in it. Ordered in store got all the way home for a box with a couple of bits of chicken and leaves. Went into store later and complained and nothing was corrected and they continued to take my order and buggered that one up too.

The Signature Fries were missing, I might get a refund but I wanted the fries!!! How hard is it to look through an order to check everything is there????? This is the third time something like this is happened from this KFC. Not ordering again!

The drive thru ordering system never works and the windows are never manned until the last window. Saturday evening we waited 35 mins in the drive thru. As the only one open in plymouth it should be better manned. Can not say under staffed as there was 5 members of staff stood around at the counter and on 2 people waiting to be served in the shop.

Order was correct and delivered quickly. it's nice to see the notes were actually read this time. Good job I love the taste of KFC mayo, because the word "plenty" in my notes was taken quite literally. Gave me a giggle. Part of the fillet in the tower burger burger was a little tough, but overall lovely meal

A load of rubbish. Complete waste of money. Paid £8 for a meal which was 'half-inedible' - the chips tasted awful so didn't eat them. The chicken was only slightly better. The coke was 'watery'. After I threw most of the meal away I asked the young guy who was tidying the tables if KFC give refunds if customers don't like what they get served, he was polite and friendly and I have put some feedback online, but asking for a refund might not be realistic. I was going to eat in Wetherspoons tonight and wish I had gone there instead, but KFC was closer and I do remember that KFC used to be really good as myself and the family ate there regularly. It seems that they have gone 'downhill' so I won't bother coming back.

my food was delivered to the wrong house and leave on the neighbour step and I don't want it so you can come and collect and I need a refund ASAP

Food is ok, staff are lazy. Can't even be bothered to stir the hot chocolate so tastes like dish water. Staff are not very professional. Inability to complete a food order. Laughing, joking around and hugging while they should actually be concentrating on giving correct food to the customers.

Minimal mayo on burger, minimal sauce in sweet chilli bites. Drive through order spent 5 mins at the window with no communication. No fork supplied for the bites. Poor

Food was packed upside down, beans and rice all over the bag which collapsed when delivered leaving the delivery driver covered in food . six pieces of chicken consisted of 5 legs, extremely disappointing !

My order has said it has been delivered and it has not, I phoned kfc and was told there is nothing we can do about it.

Due to dietary restrictions, I asked for new Mayonnaise on the burger but yet Mayonnaise was placed on the burger and there was no cheese which I had also requested.

There is an expression where people say as useful as a wet paper bag because wet paper bags are not useful at all and this is what happens when you put cold wet cans in a paper bag the bag end up wet and splits the bag making all the cans fall out onto my bare foot then onto the floor damaging the cans and unable to open when for a good while because the drink will go everywhere. However the good was really good and was hot

Very Good For What It Is. Prices Are Viable and Decent. Food Is Good Tasting And Comes Fairly Hot. Drive Through Also Easily Accesible. Overall Would Rate At An 8/10.

Just wanted to get a quick lunch, food was good don’t normally eat kfc but wow the chips have changed since the last time I ate there and I’m so glad they have because they were delicious!!! Went through the drive through service was quick and the food was hot no complaints

Had zinger burgers not spicy more like a mini fillet half a roll with nothing in it and dry, absolutely rubbish total waste of money won't be having it again

Ordering system broken, says go to next window. Sit at next window like a lemon, no one serving. Go to next window to be greeted by the most miserable girl taking orders, who really shouldn’t be in customer service. No smile, no greeting, nothing. The food is served cold after they’ve made you park up for 15 minutes to wait for your order. In short, a horrible place, that I can’t recommend.

The delivery time was good as i tracked it on the app, but the food was awful, we ordered 2 Zinger burgers and chips, it was cold, the burgers were not cooked properly, there was no lettuce etc in the burgers and the chips were cold with black bits

No lettuce in burger. Wrong drink included Order placed at 16:00 for delivery at 17:45. Delivered at 18:48 Disgusting delivery delay, driver drove past the street and took another 10 minutes to come back to find the address.

Hot. And flavourful. I thought kfc here was better than Mutley branch. They also followed food request that I asked for (seasoned zinger fries)

Food was hot but no drink delivered.

We didn't receive what we ordered. We order baked beans and corn on the cob but got 2 gravy pots instead.

The order wasnt correct, instead of beans we were given two portions of corn on the cob and a small pot of gravy. The fries were barely warm and was 30mins later than originally expected. The bag was split down the side so no wonder it wasnt hot anymore. Very disappointing won't order using JustEat again.

Been here a couple of times. Unfortunately when we’ve had burgers we’ve noticed they’re pretty cold because of how cold the mayonnaise is. In a way I guess it can’t be helped due to warmer weather and having to keep the mayo in the fridge. Just a shame as the rest of the meal is hot. For me, personally, KFC seems to have lost its appeal over the years.

I am fed up with asking for something that is not delivered. Ask for drink doesn’t turn up. Ask for beans doesn’t turn up How can KFC have no beans EVER order more will ya !!!!!!!!

Drinks missing yet again, dry.

I ordered Pepsi Max but tango orange was delivered. The meal was ok but no chicken breasts. Three leg and something with ribs in it . The legs were tasty and very different from what I’ve had before.

The completely wrong order was delivered. The bag was labelled correctly but wrong order inside, thought this would be easy to resolve so rang restaurant who said they can’t do anything and to go through just eat… just eat said that possibly get a refund in 7 days. This means we have been left with someone else’s order of a rice box and kids meal instead of a huge box of chicken. It’s frustrating that there’s no way to get this immediately rectified so we could have the meal we wanted tonight

Asked for no tomatoes as allergic and they still put them in the ricebox
