Don’t bother ordering online from these cowboys. Twice orders accepted then turns out they’re closed! A previous time i ordered and food was cold.

Delicious! Best kebab shop in plymouth by far. Just had their doner kebab & spicy spuds & can honestly say without a doubt the best I've ever tasted. Highly recommend!☆☆☆☆☆

delivery driver messed up my order 3 times. food is decent though. takes ages to get there and arrives cold they replaced mine but wiht the wrong order and never came to replace it

the first kabab i had from here was one of the best ive ever had. the delivery driver didnt offer me change and helped himself to a tip even though he was late and got lost on a straight road and with a sat nav. I liked the kabab that much i let it go. but the second time i ordered the same thing happened and the food was cold, so i sent it back and they gave me no salad or dips that i ordered and just gave me a load of kabab meat. i told the delivery driver it was the wrong order but he wasnt bothered and left anyway.

The best kebab place in Plymouth! They use proper and healthy meat - 5% fat. The owner makes everything from scratch, all locally source and fresh ingredients. Triple cooked chips are golden brown, crispy and lush! Chicken taste like KFC. Burger is one of the best I ever ate. Buns and kebab breads are stone baked and made fresh to perfection! Reasonably priced and very friendly service. Must give this place a try. This is for the real foodie and have good taste with home-made fresh food. Yummy, yummy, yummy!!!

Nuestra primera experiencia de MosBah. El menú en línea y las imágenes necesitan algunos ajustes, aunque los tableros de anuncios en la tienda fueron un poco más fáciles de seguir. Recogimos, a media tarde de un sábado. MosBah's y la empresa hermana adyacente Aroma Woodfired Pizzas, ambos estamos muy ocupados. Vimos al menos un repartidor enviado con muchas comidas empaquetadas. Por alrededor de 15 en total comimos un kebab de ternera grande y pollo en rodajas por separado, ambos con una gran cantidad de papas fritas, numerosos extras, algunos trozos de papa que no esperábamos y una serie de salsas. Todavía hacía bastante calor cuando llegamos a casa. Es interesante que el kebab cortado del asador fuera carne de res en lugar de cordero, pero curiosamente condimentado y muy tierno. La harissa no encajó bien para mí; de hecho, estaba un poco seca y no era realmente complementaria. El pollo no tuvo sorpresas, buena relación calidad-precio pero rutina. Había muchas patatas fritas, quizás un poco cocidas. Dado que todavía estamos encerrados parcialmente y salir a comer en restaurantes es complicado, difícil de reservar y no está completamente libre de riesgos, todo lo que quería de MosBah's era una comida en casa para beber mientras veíamos un drama tipo tsunami en francés particularmente extraño. , nuestra comida para llevar cumplió su propósito. Ordered a meal through foodhub , we waited over 2 hours so contacted the takeaway and was told to call back in 20 mins , which i did and to be told once again to call back in 10 mins , so after waiting 3 hours i called and then managed to speak to the manager who informed me that Foodhub were told there were no deliverys that evening as they had no drivers .I had paid online to foodhub , i contacted foodhub and they told me my refund would be made in 3 to 4 days !!! Now after 10 days i am still fighting them for my refund . Will never use them again !! So upsetting !!

Ordered food and the said 40 minutes. I phoned after 40 and they said they are very sorry another 30 minutes. I phoned again and they said the driver is 2 minutes away, I said please tell me the truth because I can come and pick it up ( it was late and I was 5 minutes away) 10 minutes later I called again and they said we are really sorry it's going to be 20 minutes, I had already paid on just eat so they had my money and I couldn't do anything, absolutely gobsmacked, will never use again.

Absolutely abhorrent service. If you use the self service screens you will get your food after quite a delay. That's the best part. If you try to order anything-even get the attention of the people who work there woe betide you! No eye contact nothing, they will try their damdest to keep talking whilst looking at the holes in the wall waiting for the food to come through. This was my second attempt and I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt but I have never ever witnessed anything like it the sheer arrogance of the staff that work there. If they spoke, made eye contact or at least attempted to at least serve a human instead of treating them with contempt then at least I'd have something to review. I've given 3 stars for the atmosphere though as their atmosphere was awesome- i think, mine was terrible and I'll never go back. You could take a leaf out of marsh mills book. They are awesome and I'll use them from now on.

We’ve been here a few times for a “quick coffee” and it’s always a bad experience. Usually I wouldn’t write a review but today we visited and the same bad service happened again. Loads of staff working & chatting behind tills, took no notice of us when we were waiting to be served. It was pretty empty at this point. It seems they’ve hired copious amounts of staff, so we couldn’t quite understand why the service was so slow. we ordered a croissant to go and waiting 5 minutes for someone to grab the croissant out of the front container. We asked two times for the croissant and rather than the staff going to get it, they would speak into their headsets… waiting for someone else to get it. Staff were miserable and slammed a plate down with it once they could be bothered to serve. Honestly worst Starbucks I’ve been to (a judgement I’ve made after multiple visits).

I ordered for delivery. When my food came it was all cold. The chips were hard and inedible even after being warmed in the oven. The onion rings were soggy. The meat on the burger was ok although cold. The bun was soggy. It was all very sad. I thought eating in might be better but after seeing other reviews I will pass.

I know that we are on 2024 and everything is on computer , we ordered two menus and number it was 001 and they arrived on 20 and nothing! I supposed to eat in but on the end I takeaway, no choice ! We are in 2024 not in 1980 , please guys
