The sub wasn't toasted as detailed in the order and the potato waffles were overdone.

Absolutely disgusting only half my order turned up subway blamed just eat no contact numbers available was told to ring and get refund or collect from shop spent over £36 on 3 items rang them for them to renew and we will arrange collection an hour later food picked up they had not done new gave old one cold soggy and falling apart you should be ashamed subway

Rude male staff member with black hair. Always miserable everytime people go in. Needs sacking. Always prioritise delivery’s over people actually walking in. Same as McDonald’s.

The sandwich was great but they’d forgotten my drink and I was given the wrong cookie. They were really stingy on the waffle fries and the churro was rock solid!!

missing a meal phoned them 6 times on the trot, no one bothered answering so put in for refund on missing meal 😕

Food came cold there was no cheese in my row so really dry and no sauce in the naturals not happy

Terrible customer service! I have never experienced such extreme rudeness, aggression, and unfriendliness from staff in any establishment. This will be my last visit to this unpleasant place. If you’re in the mood for a day-ruining encounter with rudeness, feel free to order food from the guy at the counter in this Subway location.

Food arrived 2 hours late, multiple attempts at cancelling the order, both by myself and subway as the driver never turned up, even though they marked themselves as at the restaurant,as it had been sat on a hotplate in subway for 1.5hrs. It has salad and tuna mayo in it. It's absolutely rancid and ruined.

Ordered at 19.07. expected time kept moving. At 19.50 ish I called subway themselves and they confirmed driver was still showing as "due at 19.29" their end and food had been prepared at 19.20ish (in time for our original estimated delivery. I began screenshotting and watching carefully as order had been "driver assigned" since 19.20. Subway called me to confirm driver had collected at 20.35 ish, just as driver tracker became available. Subway also confirmed the driver had taken the hour old food. We received food at 20.51. just eat driver was amicable and tried to get response from just eat to help us resolve any refund/complaint. He left us at 21.20ish as he still had no response and other orders assigned for pick up. I will no longer use just eat, and if they refund me in credit to use only on just eat then I will take further action!

Awful! Ordered 2 salads and a 6 inch sub. The sub was dry no sauce. The salad wasn’t as it normally is. Hardly any sauce. Definitely wasn’t double meat and cheese like I’ve paid for. Will not be ordering from this one again, is the second time I’ve had issues with this branch.

Apart from the delivery time being quick, its a 1 star. Spent £16 on a cold subway, that was missing half the fillings and the side (which it charged me extra for). When I called I was told nothing could be done and to follow the process of complaint on the app. No offer to send out what they'd missed. And a very quick hang up of the phone. Will not be using subway again for delivery.

Seemed quite dingy, but one of the best Subways I've had!

I had ordered this early so I could be nice and ahead of my work day, and it arrived 15 minutes before my shift was due to start, which was an hour after I'd ordered it. Really inconvenient.

Arrived 90 minutes after ordering and food was cold.

Driver was really good! But the food I ordered wasn’t what I ordered, came stacked with salad which I didn’t add, and sweetcorn and peppers which I did add didn’t come with. Had to scrape the salad and sauces out

Wasn’t much salad at all in the salad at all had the whole salad bowl hardly filled half the container so not worth the money. In store it is always fine but poor amount for the price.

Unfortunately we had a cookie missing and one of the subs didn't have the sauce requested.

My order was missing an item that was paid for. Just Eat give you no way to state a single item is missing if you purchase a Meal deal. The only option is to state the whole meal deal was missing and ask for a total refund. The crisps I ordered were missing, but I can not state that due to the limited complaints service on the app.

Everything was awesome. Only thing I would say is the delivery person 100% needs to read the note on the receipts... asked them to ring bell and they didn't. Living on a top floor flat I don't hear the knocking on main door just my front door so I almost missed it. But Everything else was great

Good points, Food was good and hot, with prompt delivery. Bad points not fault of store. Online ordering not very clear, we ended up no salad in subs, no cheese on meatballs. We will not be ordering this way again!

The bread was stale and falling apart. After a fews mouthfuls I had to remove the filling from the sandwich and eat it with my doritos. Faor to say I was very dissapointed with my lunch. Any chance of some money back?

I’m currently munching on my sub now and it’s absolutely delicious. It’s been put together with pride. Warm neat and scrumptious. Definitely be ordering again. Highly recommended :)

When we ask you to pre-spread the mayo and cut the sandwich, It would be nice of you, if you actually did. We should get the same experience as if we went into the shop. This is now the second time from this store. I think i'll pick other stores from now

Only thing was that they put jalapeños instead of olives in my roll. I can’t take any spice so had to fish them out which was a bit annoying
