They're alright down there you know. Gets a bad rap but I've always got what I ordered in a timely manner too. Been to worse.

Chicken in chicken burgar was too spicy bar from that enjoy it

Jenna & Milly are amazing. What fantastic customer service. I had a really long day and went through drive-thru and both went out of their way to smile and go the extra mile. It turned a bad day into a great day, and the food was nice as well.

We are two 82 year olds who were in need of a quick inexpensive meal and drink. It was 5.30 and the clans were gathering. We’ve never previously used the computerised ordering system and suddenly there was “Sam” to help us complete our order, nothing was too much trouble for him. He later cleared all our recyclables. Thank you Sam, McDonald’s are lucky to have you. (We enjoyed the food too.) Iain and Ann Carter, PL74DN. (Not related to Sam!)

Was Very very rude went to the wrong place and blamed us food was greasy and the cheese tasted radioactive the food took longer than necessary and again the disrespect we were received by our driver is totally unacceptable We also didn't get the right order.

delivery was good but I didn't get my garlic mayo which was fine but I payed 70p for it which has now been wasted.

Disappointing, I have ordered delivery from this place 3 times. 1) asked for a bacon Burger with no tomatoes (I’m allergic) I received a a bun with tomatoes and bacon, no meat patty. Due to the tomatoes, I couldn’t eat the very little I did get. My families meals where there 2) I asked for a chicken wrap, it didn’t even turn up, just a half empty thing of soggy chips. My families meals where all there 3) asked for a cheese burger, no alterations, it didn’t turn up, but I did get soggy chips and a drink one size too small. My families meals were all there I’m beginning to think they have a vendetta against me.

frys was cold they went in the binburger was luke warm, im sure the food as to be a certain temperature when delivered & not cold won't be ordering from there again

i arrive to mcdonald at about 9:50 this morning , i was ready to jump start my day with my trusty sausage and egg mcmuffin and a lovely tropicana , i unfortunately discovered when i opened my food that mcdonald’s had forgotten my sausage in my burger , to say i was distraught was an understatement , i was incredibly disappointed with this , i had some important meetings to get to so i couldn’t go back and get another one but i definitely don’t recommend coming here this has ruined my day in the most possible way and i won’t be coming here again , i will go to the saltash one

Nothing against the food but Why do I even bother choosing a dip, specifically asked for Sweet and Sour, got Ketchup and BBQ, twice now, pointless!!

As usual the burger in this case the triple top hat was nothing like the illustration. Was flat and nothing lime it looked on the picture. Very dissapointed, another reason I do not have McDonald's often as so falsely advertised.

I never had my order delivered despite the website saying so

I had ice cream in the Coke everything spilt over everything. The food was cold. I had to go out in a wheelchair to the gate and find the delivery driver. I don’t think this is on this is the first time it’s happened with me and the food has had to go in the bin, you cannot reheat it and the ice cream is melted

when i order mcdonald’s from other delivery places it’s normally cold but this was still very hot! and the price was ridiculously good for how much i got!

Chips in all meals were freezing cold and soggy, all 3 meals burgers were cold, the m flurry's we ordered were more like milk than ice-cream.

Drive thru was a bit busy. Could do with a few more waiting order bays. But staff were helpful and happy.

I’ve never eaten such cold food before, bin seen most. Tried to eat some as starving , order kept being put back. Rang restaurant they didn’t have record of my order so said it must be on way . Not sure if restaurant gave cold food or driver decided to have hour break . Evan the mozzarella balls were freezing. I hope someone contacts for refund as they havnt made it easy to sort out. Food was stone cold took the driver 40 minutes to deliver my food when the drive is only 10 minutes then to only get back £13.67 on a £32 order and no food after being told by a manager that a full refund and replacement food should be given as it was the drivers fault and not mine. I shall be telling alot of others about this disgraceful treatment and that the diver will still get paid his wage whilst i am out of pocket and a son with special needs aswell not happy at all

simple mcdonalds but slow drivethrough It's.mcdonalds you can't go wrong. Food was warm and edable and the order was correct which is rare for a McDonald's. It's simple warm food that doesn't break the bank when you want something quick and easy. Advice use the app for easy ordering and saving up those points

Food was stone cold, not in a heated bag that I could see. ( taken from car, no bag at door). Inedible contents completely.

Disappointed. Food ok but service very slow, they seem more interest in doing just eat orders than waiting customers. I used to mystery shop McDonald's and the service is now much slower.

The drive thru was seamless. The drinks were perfectly iced and we were out in 2 minutes. Super stuff.

Worst maccies always forget dips and always miss items from delivery. How hard is it to read an order and put those items in a bag. And inside source tells me this is the place they send the less abled staff to work

Standard McDonalds fare, there is little to differentiate between different restaurants. However some are better than others … this one was clean and well presented. A popular MacD, pretty full when we eat on a Friday lunchtime. Good atmosphere for a MacD. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Would Give a 0 if I could. I ordered a few breakfast things at about 10 ish, an hour before breakfast ended. They kept increasing the time of delivery, and it said COURIER AT RESTAURANT. Then, they cancelled the order at 11 ish. Its said it was cancelled by McDonald's, but when I phoned they said otherwise. I asked why it was cancelled, and they said the driver didn't show up and said it's too bad, and cut me off. Do not order delivery from here
