McDonald's in Plymouth

Very nice lady, came with the food nice and hot, delivered on time, and called when she arrived at my location. Very good service!

Drink was meant to be milkshake, came as half fun Fanta pouring out of the bag, delivery driver completely ignored this and handed me soaking wet bag, also did not revive straw or sauce. DISGRACEFUL

Food was cold, late and the driver needs to learn how to smile. Manners are free!! Fed up with deliver drivers who act like you owe them something and delivering your food is an inconvenience

we placed an order with a just eat drive which he went to the wrong address we tried 5 times to contact the driver to stop him going there as we were tracting him before he got the order we phoned McDonald's and they told us when his got the food order to phone him. To stop him from going there.but he would not answer his phone and was rude and would not deliver it too us when we finally got through to him we contacted the same night time complain you but have not had a response from you.

Complete wrong order delivered. I ordered a 2meals for me and my partner before work and got 1. I ordered an extra drink and 2 hash browns. The receipt didn’t even have the correct information on it. I am very unhappy!

The best driver there is very helpful extremely good at his job.

No straws for the drinks. All 3 drinks were spilt in the bag. No stickers on the top as we usually have to stop spillage. Had to clean up the floor after opening. Worst we have recieved from McDonalds.

Ordered for delivery. Never turned up, said there was no delivery drivers available. Kept being told to wait 15 minutes, never came. Waited well over an hour. Should have told us from the start that we were going to have massive delays. Shocking.

Probably the cleanest one I’ve been to, young lady was cleaning the tables as soon as they were empty and that’s on a Saturday evening at 8 o’clock ish.

3 weeks in a row the straws and ketchup dip have not been in our orders, let it go for 2 weeks but is annoying now.

Delivery etc was all good, McDonalds couldn’t be assed to get my order right & also no free chicken nuggets which was suppose to either. Just can’t be bothered at all can they.

Our ordee did not turn up at all, i had to take my daughter to macdonalds myself after waitong over an hour, hungry daughter n not happy mum!! Would not use again, said it was delivered but not yo our address!

food was lukewarm, miserable delivery driver. as he handed over the food, the emergency alert went off and that slowed things down and the driver barley spoke English. I left a tip and he was still abysmal.

Our driver turned up with just our drinks and refused to go back to McDonalds to get our food and said there was no food on the order when it quite clearly stated on the receipt there was 5 meals. We then had to drive down to McDonald’s to collect the food ourselves and wait for the food to be remade. Very unhappy and will be wanting a full refund.

For over an hour it kept getting delayed then told me it was delivered when it wasn’t i left a complaint and then it arrived fairly quickly i ordered around 5pm and it has arrived at almost 8pm i understand if busy or weather is bad i used to work in fast food but this is ridiculous

Ordered at 15:48, lost track of how many times the delivery time changed, eventually got it at 18:21, minus the dips and straws! Food was cold, not impressed.

The four burgers and chips were all cold, two out of the three drinks were only half full as they had spilt. Definitely will not be ordering McDonalds thought here again as the food was ready and sat waiting long than it should have been.

Every time I come to this drive through they make you park and wait for your food. That's not a drive through isit? That's a park and wait.

Food was pretty Quick, same old story with the food, chips cold, ordered apple pie but didn’t get one. As always there seems to be a problem when ordering Mcdelivery as they always seem to mess up the order, COMPLETELY USELESS.

Hits the standard, however check your order, if drive through, had a couple of missed items. I always check and they honour it.

There is a serious problem regarding this restaurant and McDelivery. We have ordered on many, many occasions and every time there are missing items. Missing dips, missing burgers, missing fries, incorrect orders. Even when we have removed Mayo in customise ingredients due to an allergy, the mayo is still put into the burger. In fact, on the last order, no mayo was specified but the order arrived with no patty and mayo, so was just a bread roll with mayo in it. In addition, you have to chase Uber Eats and they just will not redeliver.

It's a small place so when it's busy the carparks are full and you move nowhere fast. Visited on a wet evening and the floors just become super slippy - that said service was great and the tables where clean
