Avoid union street KFC, it's a rip off. Ordered 2 mighty buckets for 1 and got two small drumsticks per box, tiny bits of chicken and told because it was delivered there's nothing they can do and put the phone down on us. Disgraceful management.

It's OK. Not the same without Big Daddy burger :) Not always helpful, dony always take the salad out :( People seem but sas waiting

Got my order wrong again, it's kinda common at the union street branch. Also last two orders, when I get chicken it's strictly just tiny little chicken drum sticks, no decent sizes anymore or my bad luck? (6 in a row)

I did not receive my order last night so I had to go and get it myself and pay out more money.

Lady at the counter was rude, rushed us in ordering when ther was no one else in the shop.

My delivery driver has called twice I gave clear instructions. I even went out looking for the driver and have tried calling asking where he is so I can go to him. Yet he has taken 45min so far and is still wandering around and still I am waiting for my food which will be stone cold!!!

every time I order from this restaurant my order is missing items not very professional of them not happy this has happened the last 5 orders sort it out kfc

Haven’t ordered KFC in a long time and today I was reminded of why. I can’t even be bothered to explain why it was soo BAD. My advice to you…. Do yourself a favour and order from somewhere else.

Ngl it was shocking if I was in store I would take back and get money back came cold really cold and I chucked one of the burgers away

the gravy leaked all in the bag and the Pepsi was leaking due to it falling on the floor as the driver pulled the bag away before I got hold of the bottle

Missing items, cold when it arrived, 2nd time I have experienced this, missing an entire part of the meal which meant one person didn't have their food, couldn't get it delivered so it ruined the evening, got a couple of £ back to use off my next order, likely won't bother. I'd give KFC a miss unless you want cold food and half the food you've paid for!

Burger was awful, flat as a pancake literally, thinnest piece of chicken I have ever seen, barely any lettuce and the bun was like it'd had been ran over multiple times! barely any chips as well. Very Disappointing never had such a poor burger from KFC before

Food wasn’t great! Pretty much all of the sides were missing from the order as well. Including the dip I paid extra for. Won’t be using this branch again. Polite and quick driver though. Shame about the rest 😩

Kept changing the delivery time. Took about an hour and a quarter for food to arrive. Had to go out 15 minutes later so spoilt the occasion! Not happy.

The music is a bit too loud for my taste but apart from that the staff are friendly. It usually takes 10 to 15 minutes to get my order. But the taste is as always spot on

No cookies so pineapple pops instead. This would have been OK if the frozen/defrosting product hadn't been placed on top of my chips and burger box which are all soggy and essence of pineapple and cold. Over kill on bbq sauce too so completely sloppy. Really a disappointing experience in comparison to previous orders. Next time this replacement happens for ANYBODY just box the pops like you would the cookies and all will be OK.

The rolls that mini fillet were in was burnt so not very tasty the girls that serve are very helpful
