McDonald's in Plymouth

Took my grandson on a mcflurry run, he loved it staff were super friendly despite being manic busy.

Took grand child for his birthday, he like ,I thought the food was crappie.

Pretty standard McDonald’s but just want to say thanks to the girl walking the floor with the glasses who is a great at helping the kids and getting the crayons for them etc.

It took almost two hours to arrive because a driver stole our food!! Then when it came out order was wrong and we were missing half of it. Thanks for the random chicken selects that WE DIDNT ORDER

we ordered food through the app and first off the driver took our food and ate it for THEMSELVES but we rang them and they said they were remaking it so after an 1 and a half of waiting when it’s only a five min drive away, they gave us a wrong order and forgot a happy meal and replaced it with something we didn’t order. this service has been like this every time and it’s not good. so thanks for ruining my aura, fix your issue

Bs wasn't given what we ordered and when we complained they said next time we came in we would be given what we ordered but when we came back they told us to f off wouldn't ammend mistake would not recommend AVOID

Ordered a takeaway online through McDonald’s app. It took over 1h to arrive despite the restaurant being only 20 mins walk away. The whole order was very cold to the point of being bin-worthy, and it was missing one of the main items (the most expensive burger). Customer service was absolutely horrendous basically non-existent with agents constantly closing the online chat if they hadn’t heard from you within about 30 seconds. So basically they took my order and my money but failed to deliver the goods. Basically that amounts to theft. Avoid this place at all costs.

Good Afternoon Tatiana Lets make something very clear on this dispute I moved my vehicle back to the car park to confirm to my bank on ringing them they stated that the bank cards had not been blocked in case of fraud they confirmed straight away its nothing to do with them and if you check your banks apps there all working fine because they checked there systems and nothing is blocked with your banks they stated that its the McDonald's restaurant on the McDonald's app, they confirmed as clear as the daylight this is the restaurants issue to there Wi-Fi we all agreed that these managers of Tavistock road McDonald's was telling lies and making excuses completely in a un-professional behaviours from there male and females staff to the all the Managers I was in a complete calm way in my Behaviour at all time. I was not even asked to turn of the Hazards off and park the car in the car park to enter the Tavistock McDonald's and to even enter the restaurant so every aspect of this whole situation for a start is on CCTV ? if there is Audio or not the UK courts Judges will see this for themselves, any one can see the Customer MR Richard Kerslake was in a complete calm way until he was challenged by abusive and aggressive females and one male thinking he could makes threats to assault myself other drivers making threats to assault myself and swearing constantly at him it was stated to them Mr Richard Kerslake has been Previous MOD Police to Military Police in his Life and they are committing the crimes sounding horns to Breaking the Law to the Breach of the Government to Courts acts of the Public order act 1986 there car Registrations was taken down by the Victim Mr R kerslake that any courts Judges to Lords to there worships can see for themselves who to prosecute and enforce courts Fines on to the People committing the Crimes also it is to carry's three Months in Prison to the Person making threats to assault with being able to hearing the Audio of those people committing that offence. And also your Managers of that restaurant was acting so un-professional that is a breach of the work code to not give the proper support and was laughing at myself the Victim before he drove away before I was forced to pay with out receiving no points and no apologies to the whole situation so I am telling you I will never go back to this McDonald's Tavistock road and I have completed a Witness defence statement to my official solicitor and Lawyers, They now hold this in place to Prosecute you all at the HM Courts will also have the authority to obtain the other Criminals of there names to the registered keepers of the cars I hold all there Registrations and makes of cars that any HM Courts will obtain all of this to them From The DVLA Agency, this has been already provided to the official solicitor and my lawyers to have them summoned to the courts as much as your chief officer to explain themselves before being prosecuted, I will never ever again in My life and my family friends are going to stay away from this McDonald's restaurant on Tavistock road and agree with me to any one can see the feedback of there comments your employee staff males and females who are acting in this way of insulting behaviour's what a disgrace of service to the Public People. Tight parking but food is good!

French fries not fully cooked and had so much salt on them they were inedible!

unfortunately paid extra for added bacon but this was not done. other than that food was normal McDonald's.

Absolutely awful service and a very long wait for so called fast food which eventually ended when i asked for a refund. Staff very rude and shift manager on duty not much help either.

The staff at this McDonald’s continue to disappoint with their lack of attention to detail. I drove 15 minutes to pick up my order and another 15 minutes home at 01:10 in the morning, only to discover that my burger was missing. I had to make the trip back to get a fresh meal, but unfortunately, the staff refused to prepare a new dessert and wouldn’t even make fresh chips, despite the inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this location, as the staff seem incapable of handling basic orders properly.

I didn't receive the items i ordered instead of a breakfast wrap a bap was delivered and 1x hash brown missing

Really awkward car situation. The carpark is too small; too small to manoeuvre around people parked/ cars waiting/ cars queuing. Awkward when someone is parked in the corner trapped by the queue, waiting to be able to leave and more cars come to join that queue, forcing a team effort to work around as long as people are paying attention, or being courteous

make us come down to bottom of my block just ti collect my food in future I'll drive get it my self as no point ordering something if doesn't come to are door

Driver was rude, the drinks had tipped out everywhere so had no drink

Waited an hour but you certainly need to work on delivering hot food to the public not cold

The drinks were spilt everywhere and so were half empty. There were no sauces even though 7 were ordered. There were no Stormzy stickers or branding. The chips were cold and soggy. Very disappointing.

Couldn’t find my house, food came cold. When he did arrive, he banged extremely hard on my window making my children terrified and in tears, Very rude man. Wouldn’t not ever order again.

Wrong mc muffin for breakfast,cold hash browns,sent it back,waited 15 minutes and had to leave with it in a bag to takeaway and the bacon/egg mc muffin was cold,short staffed the excuse was,won’t be going back and was nearly late for my hospital appointment!!

Just have to say that although all the staff were efficient & friendly - the 2 women working out on the restaurant floor on the 28th feb between 4 and 6pm were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, really kind, fab with the kids. Quite a small & busy store compared to some of the stores but this did not faze them one bit, tables were cleared quickly so that it wasn't overwhelming. It is sadly quite unusual to get good customer service anymore but these staff members were really up there with the best of the best. These are the kinds of people that keep customers coming back & lift people's spirits unknowingly :)

Very pleased didn’t want to have to drag two tired children to a McDonald’s we didn’t know for breakfast so ordered to the travellodge worked really well. Food lovely and hot no issues.

The expression service with a smile doesn't exist often here, couple staff make up for the poor attitude, but most are rude and can tell by expression they don't want to be there

First time using and it was great! Completely hassle free and a very lovely delivery driver

Having to wait an hour for a McDonald’s that is less than 5 minute drive from the house. I could obviously collect this myself but I am using and paying for a service. The delivery time pre order said 15-20 minutes. Food was warm as McDonald’s did not make it until there was a courier available, and the food was good, it is a shame about the delivery times at the moment.

Food was delivered freezing cold and packages were open after waiting 90 minutes for the delivery. Tried to ring numerous times but no one answered the phone so decided to drive up to the store. Assistant manager stated she couldn’t do anything as it was a delivery by Ubereats, explained we had tried to get in touch with them but no help, asked if the food £30, could be replaced as a matter of a goodwill gesture but told no ! Appalling treatment with Macdonalds shirking their responsibility and hiding behind Ubereats

Very poor service, when food came, the Mac flurry was split all over the food. Delivery driver took it back to McDonald’s. I’m still waiting on a full refund

After giving my sister food poisoning with a gone off mouldy, fizzing milkshake the manager gave me attitude said there was nothing she can do and ended the call🤦🏻‍♀️

Nothing better rhan the classics. Who needs a ranch burger or whatever macdonalds think of next. Basic is best.

Got delivery after 2.5hour.unhappy with just eat delivery.

I was told that McDonald’s won’t refund either as food was delivered on time regardless of the fact it was delivered stone cold. So much for customer service!
