McDonald's in Plymouth - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

I don't really leave reviews but I wasn't happy at all with the triple cheeseburger I got on a Sunday evening.look at the picture that mcdonalds use to promote the item and compare it to what we got. Now I know how Michael Douglas felt in the movie falling down! It looked like somebody had sat on the thing!

Very poor don’t want to give any star, got wrong orders pay £51 for my order and got two burgers that wasn’t even mine, I sent you the photo of my order and items I have order I will never ordered from you again

What can you say? It was McDonald's, nothing exceptional and not too expensive.

Was really impressed with the pancakes at this place, cooked perfectly. Really the whole breakfast experience was good. The service from the staff was really good and they have got a good attention to detail and customer focused.

I had a minor issue at McDonald’s today, but the manager handled it quickly and politely. He sorted it out perfectly :) Great service! Always come here late night and will continue to 👍🏼

The delivery was very late, and the food arrived cold

My car boiled over and an amazing employee called Kirsty came to the rescue with fresh water when we parked and again when we left. Thus lady deserves a promotion as she could have not been more caring and helpful which was going out of her way. Our 3 young children are also grateful for getting us home without more overheating. Thank you Kirsty and you are a true star.

This restaurant needs a big shakeup…..a simple order placed on the McDonalds app is missing on my delivery…..Have to wait 15 days for a refund. Absolutely appalling service!!

What makes this the best McDonald's is the manager pat it's spotless clean professional and all the staff are friendly the will bring your meal to the car and they can't do enough my double mac and cheese meal was fantastic 👌 😀

The delivery driver clearly had many (too many deliveries) too make he made the decision to deliver first to someone 3 times the distance away from us.. it takes 7 mins to get to our house from the Tavistock branch and it took over 40 mins to get our delivery. Watching him on the tracking app was painful he even drove past our address to go to a petrol station only then to double back to make the delivery. The food was cold so had to be reheated… the worst experience I’ve ever had.

This mcdonalds restaurant is shockingly terrible!! Every single order made through uber eats items are forgotten!

Always forgetting things. Not small things, they actually forget full meals. When you ring to complain they just tell you to ring uber eats. Uber eats refund you for the meal BUT if you want to order again to actually get what you wanted, you are charged again for delivery. Absolute waste of time. This is aDELIVERY ONLY review. Where possible we shall just do drive through as the service then is fab.

There was a big Mac and a quater pointer missing from the squad meal everything else was there

Good food, but no point of booking a delivery time if it's 45 minutes late. Ordered for a lunch break and arrived when lunch was over.

Without a doubt the worst place in the city to pick up food as a delivery driver. Staff ignore you despite there being a designated door for drivers and when they don't ignore you the foods never ready,

Great McDonalds, staff were excellent in helping when my little boy got very upset. They also brought out lots of treats for thr kids - ballons, flags etc. Colouring sheets and crayons also provided. The food was fresh and toilets were clean. Definitely recommend.

I had places my order by 0805 and live about a mile from the restaurant. The food arrived at 0915.

food was great but the delivery time was absolutley appauling. Over an hour and abit wait...

Delivery was 45 mins, not great but not too bad. I ordered a double sausage egg mcmuffin but got a bacon egg mcmuffin!

Said no ice in drink and it arrived with ice in.

Contacted the resteraunt who were really helpful and explained they were awaiting a driver when the delivery times kept changing. However, when the delivery arrived the food and hot Chocolate were really cold. Also the extra hash brown ordered was not provided.

Never thought to ever review a Mcdonalds quite honestly , but credit where credit it due this particular one set the bar high for service , better than many real restaurants. The most extremely polite people I've ever met in a Maccy Ds. Far friendlier than some of the real restaurant places I've eaten in too. So aside the meal well done to the staff here . The quality of service outdid the food.

Only 1 star because I couldn’t submit without it - wrong order sent rang McDonalds they say to get hold of Just Eat - no way of getting hold of them no telephone number to speak to anyone had to use the app and all you get is something that say whether your happy with your order

I called in after my Shift with South West Blood Bikes for food 28/6/24. I was met personally by a lovely lady which I can only assume was the supervisor. She personally took care of my order and seated me as it was very busy. She was extremely grateful 🙏 for the Blood Biking community and what we do. I would like to extend my personal gratitude for ypur service this evening. A big thank you from all at South West Blood Bikes 🏍

Delivery was late and because of this it was also cold.

It came so cold and i couldnt eat any of it, never again

took an hour to receive it, the time just kept being extended. the driver spoke so quietly I couldn't hear what they said and pretty much ran off after handing me the bag! you need an option of tipping AFTER receiving deliveries, so it can actually reflect the service received

absolutely abysmal, delivery time got extended at least 15 times, with no explanation as to why, but from viewing the driver map I think she went on six different deliveries before delivering my kids food. Was stone cold and went straight in the bin, ended up cooking my daughters tea instead which is extra disappointing seeing as they wanted there favourite takeaway for tea nd obviously never got it in the end.

If its not to bissy it can b quick service. If u sit in to eat u can c everyone having good time, laughing and chatting witch is good to c as most ppl r not on there phone and enjoying the atmosphere.

The place was clean. The tables and chairs were clean. The toliets was clean. The food was amazing. The view from the table window 🪟 was spectacular. The staff were lovely. Its child friendly. Nice happy meal toys and books 📚.

Through the tracker I was able to see that the driver had my meal over 30 minutes before delivered seen him stop 3 other places before coming to me food was soggy and cold

It's a standard maccyd,s. Plenty of staff, always somewhere to sit, and clean toilets,free parking if somewhat a bit tight.

Quick with orders (understandably a bit slower when it's very busy) but current staff in there are doing well. Friendly and asked if I wanted sauces, included plenty of napkins. Food was hot and scratched an itch.
