The best milkshake I’ve ever had! Well worth it

Celebrated a birthday here, the manager James was ultra nice to us! I have asked them to bring the cake out as a surprise and he did and also offered us milkshakes on the house. Thanks a lot!

Food was incredible but very overpriced.

I genuinely can’t understand the negative reviews for Five Guys. This isn’t a restaurant you would go to for a special meal etc - it’s a fast food burger bar… We went today, two adults and 3 children. Table was clean and staff were polite. Drinks were refillable which was great for kids and adults alike. Burgers were lush, a ton of fries and we were still full up several hours later. Unlike BK or McDonald’s the burgers taste fresh and the salad etc is actually fresh and tasty. If you’re going expecting a restaurant experience you stand to be disappointed but if you want great food in a fast food venue don’t delay!

Nice quick driver food was still warm and filling

Ordered via Uber eats. The order was so poorly packaged that the whole order ended up on the pavement! Called the restaurant and they couldn’t have cared less. Awful service!!! Don’t even bother!!!!

Can customize the own burger by yr dietary,this is great 👍🏻. I even had patrons for the Hong Kong branches of five guys as well .

They got the order complete wrong, wrong sauces, onions etc all mixed up.

Utter shambles. Gave me the wrong order and did nothing to sort it, will NEVER order again.

Horrible restaurant and customer services! I orderd a delivery which costed me 78.51 and received nothing via uber eats! When I went to the restaurant they said we can’t help! They refused to give me the contact number to the delivery person either! Don’t order from them, they are not trusred

we ordered 2 burgers 2 cajun fries and a regular fries, only the burgers and regular fries came. five guys were brilliant and got the money refunded quick for us but we would still have to pay delivery again to reorder the fries.

Exactly what you want to find when you fancy a good burger! The burgers were delicious and cooked to perfection, the chips were cooked well and very tasty, the milkshakes were brilliant! So glad we found this place!

a mixed bag this time. the burger itself lived up to my expectations, but the fries were a severe let down! completely limp and lukewarm with half of them have a soft and squishy texture. considering the price of the fries and how important they are to the experience, it's safe to say I was left very disappointed.

Decent burger. Got regular chips and got given tons, gave some to the seagulls. Banana milkshake never disappoints

Well there a lot I can say but there not enough space. So short story is my order did not turn up I had someone else order where I ordered 3 burgers 2 drinks 1 hotdogs what I got was a hotdog a burger and chips. I tried to call the restaurant and no answer this is the last time I ordered because it a joke.

The best burger restaurants in Plymouth by far. Cooked on site and made to order. You can combine various drinks together through refills and they have free nuts! It can get very busy but worth the wait.

Milkshake lid hadn’t been put on properly so leaked in the bag. Some chips hadn’t been cut so were bigger and this meant they weren’t fully cooked. Burger was great quality as per usual.

Over priced chips really salt 40 pound for 2items not worth the money

Burgurs are very good but over priced, Cajun fries are very good but still overpriced and the milkshakes are the best I every tried but still overpriced. Will I be back, probably but the price is too high. I would recommend five guys (the best burgurs in the fast food chain business) but be aware of the price

So Nando’s was rammed so this was second choice and super disappointing. I wish I could find something positive to say but sadly not. The interior is clinical and unwelcoming. Whilst the table had been wiped there was ketchup on the floor. I had a milkshake - it was huge but there was no option for a smaller one. This was accompanied by a cheese dog which was a sad affair - over £7 for a single sausage and something orange described as cheese inside a soggy bread roll. The paper bag the food was served in was full of chips which I guess you are supposed to fill up on. This was my first and definitely last visit.

£11 on a burger that had tasteless patties, awful bread and was incredibly hard to get my mouth around without it falling apart and going everywhere. £6 for chips that were also a let down as most were scraggly bits. Not a pleasant experience, most of my food was left and everything was hella overpriced. If I had ordered through Uber Eats or the like I would have asked for my money back. Not worth it in my opinion.

Food is freezing cold, not wrapped up properly, contents has leaked all in bag … the worst Meal I’ve ordered!!!

Lovely food and great service. The food is almost always spot on and when I have pre-ordered and there is a small delay I have been asked to help myself to a free refillable drink. They are also generous with chip portions!

milkshakes missing from order, rang the restaurant and they made two more but informed me that I have to contact just eat to deliver them. rang the number and the automated voice tells you to use the app, the only option on the app is a refund. very disappointed and wish we just went to mcdonalds and spent half the amount. lesson learned

Food was tasty as always, quick delivery, chips were not the warmest but thats to be expected with a 15 min drive to deliver.

One of the burgers only had a half a burger in the bun?

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a normal cheese burger. Bacon was basically non existent and my partner took a bite out of her cheese burger to see it was completely pink in the middle. Yes I know you can eat beef raw however my partner doesn’t choose to eat it raw and could not stomach any more of her food and had to throw in the bin. A £15 burger wasted as it wasn’t cooked to the proper standard

I was sad to see that the food I ordered which was expensive as a treat arrived cold. The fries were completely cold and the burgers were lukewarm if that. I won't be ordering from five guys again. Really disappointing.

when we visited the place was dirty. ie food wrappers and drinks cups left on tables food dropped on the floor. we had food and a milkshake was shocked at the price of the shakes at £5.75 for one shake no bigger than a maccys shake food was that hot considering it had just been cooked. we took our food outside for cleanliness.

This was the first time visiting in person, I'd previously ordered for delivery but fancied a change from the usual fast food restaurants. What can I say... The burger was amazing, so tasty and even going for a small burger it was very filling. The chips were pretty good when fresh and I think the best part had to be the milkshake... Reminds me of the old Wimpy shakes. Was more expensive than McDonald's but for a treat it was well worth it. I can't wait to go back for another burger and shake.

Terrible! The burgers were burnt and somehow cold, the chips were soggy and too salty and it was the best part of £50 for 3 of us to just have burger and chips. Disgrace.

Gave us the complete wrong order

Typical top notch Five Guys situated in the Barcode building with great views over the city to the sea...we are just after lunchtime on Boxing Day, it was very quiet and spotlessly clean, the service was as usual with this chain excellent. We ordered the bacon double and a topped hot dog along with fries, chocolate and biscoff milkshakes which were all top quality and delicious. As usual free peanuts on hand for everyone, not the cheapest meal out but great value for the quality of the food.

Tasteless. I only eat fast food occasionally as a treat but being Christmas I had a cheeseburger for a quick lunch. I had a McDonald's a month ago and reckon it was tastier than five guys. For a gourmet burger it does not deliver and is not worth the price which could buy lunches for a week. I had a five guys a few years ago and was wowed by it but has gone right down. I won't be getting another

Four of us went today for burgers 1st time we had been the first order for 2people cost 35 pounds 2burgers 1 fries 2 cokes. I asked where the beef came from I was told its from Germany, I did not place an order neither did my daughter. We then asked for a tea and a coffee but you don't serve hot drinks.I think your customers should be informed that you use foreign suppliers for the meat products that you serve the potatoes came from Britain were fried in peanut oil but no information about the meat. Why foreign meats and not British Beef? We did wait until the other people we were with ate their food.they had already placed their order and paid

A little more expensive than other burger places... but wow! The burger was incredible and the chips were not only amazing... I had enough to choke a donkey 😀 Also... I'd highly recommend thier mistakes. Great food

Visited 23/10/23 in the evening. Really dissapointed with the food. Over £23.00 for 2 burgers and 1 portion of chips. I asked if they did vegetarian burgers, and they said they did so i ordered that. I was presented with a burger bap that contained a lettuce leaf, some peppers, fried onions and fried mushrooms. Not even a burger and as an ption for vegetarians, really poor effort. Very poor effort.

Fries were cold and almost empty container. Burgers were cold too. I requested refund 5 days ago and no action has been taken.

The hot dogs are amazing, definitely underrated as everyone talks about the burgers.

Absolutely awesome place...Best one I've ever been too.... Big shout out to Rhi. We asked for a taster of one of the milkshakes. And we were expecting it to be a tiny cup with a little bit in. But no she came out with 3 full size milkshakes for FREE. Absolute legend Rhi. Thanks...deffo recommend. (Apologies if i spelt the name wrong)

Their burgers are delicious with a choice of up to 15 free toppings. Their skin on French fries are also top drawer. Restrooms nice and clean. Looked like a well run place.

Can't go wrong with 5 guys. It's the best fast food chain burger and well worth the price increase over some of its rivals. Burgers hit the spot every time, staff always seem lovely, free pump sauces and the portion size of the fries is insane!

Not the fastest of burger service at a Five Guys but the quality is consistently high. Very helpful staff and clean interior. What's not to love, it's Five Guys!

"Best burger of my life", yeah? My local kebab shop does better. Its overpriced for what it is and doesn't live up to the expectations. The staff were nice and the design gave me a nostalgic vibe, tho. It was somewhere to eat but I'm not coming back.

The food was late but traffic was awful that evening so not unexpected, and it was only 15 minutes late. The burgers were lovely but the chips were cold.

I'm not kidding, this is the best burger I have had in a long long time. I don't know why, but the fizzy pop from the machine is just pure heaven! I wake up at night thinking about that coke I had there. FYI, I was sober at the time.

Amazing! My son now has a new favourite burger! And the hot dog was just as good.

Best fast food place in Plymouth

Great food and service! Cannot fault the food or the service, both are great. The only issue is the size and layout of this restaurant... it is an awkward wait for the food, crammed over by the drinks machine.

I have been to multiple Five Guys locations (London, Paris, Barcelona) but none of them compare to the one in Plymouth. I guess the staff is the difference maker. Areti was so lovely & kind, she brought light to my face when I wasn't feeling that great. Thank you! I will definitely be coming back 🙌. P.S.: Food was great as usual, everything fresh - no freezers.

Brought my daughter here today for her birthday as it’s her favourite place to go for food.. The staff were amazing and accommodated the fact it was her birthday, they all sang happy birthday with us from behind the counter and really put a smile on her face.. 5* and the food was amazing as always :)

Was my burger good . It was fine ….did I enjoy my BK yesterday more … I think I did . Music again a bit weird in back ground . Also having to hear staff shout out numbers all the time couldn’t they get a board or screen may be . It’s very echoing in hear tiles that bounce sound. It’s a bit like being at the aquarium. Video attached so you can appreciate noise and it’s not busy. Not terrible but yes over hyped and priced milkshake was ok . Not £5.50 worth.
