Had a Rice box. Singer fillet burger with salad and Rice....find it too much rocket . In the salad with any drink. Had a lovely latte.. I love their sweet chilli wrap.. Their chicken is Amazing love the flavour. Bargain buckets, burgers, wraps, hot as Nd cold drink.. upstairs and downstairs seating. Toilets are also disabled..

the fillet burger meal was complete except it was missing thenchips, and also the barbeque dips were missing too.

The driver come with car not with scooter shown on map. They do that not paying food insurance

We added an order note asking for No Mayo - but the order had mayo on it.

Order did not turn up , ordered at 4.40 to be delivered at 6, time kept changing until it said 2005, it was not delivered , went in Kentucky to be offered chicken that was prepared at 5pm!! They wouldn’t do fresh, not acceptable,no food,no refund .

Just eat are a joke. Driver supposed to be at the restaurant for 20mins. Then appears on the map over a mile away and stops off at 2 times before getting to me. Guess what, the food was nearly cold. Just eat don't give a f%@k. Complain and they dont even respond. pathetic company

2nd time ive ordered my meal tonight. 1st time showed delivered but never recieved my order. finally got my 2nd order. and after my meal i got a call from a house half way down my road to say they had my 1st meal !!! Someone needs to learn how to read and write !!

I didn’t receive my food but it said it’s been delivered.

Delicious food as usual, but they forgot my four cookies.

Did not receive any dip with the bucket meal nor any popcorn which I also ordered extra with the rice box.

The driver refused to deliver my food, I gave my address on the order note and gave instructions that my delivery should be given to me in person but the driver took the food to somewhere else’s mailbox I don’t know where she took my food, so I had to report the driver to kfc and kfc directed me to just eat and lodged my complaint to express how I was disappointed and left hungry. Just eat said they would refund and give me goodwill gesture. The driver acted unprofessionally and maintained that she wasn’t going to bring my food. I think she doesn’t deserve to be paid because of how she disappointed me.

The order was missing 1 x ORIGINAL 2 pieces chicken, one order of it was missing, 2 pieces instead of the expected four, not only that, it wasn't ORIGINAL chicken it is the crunchy coating!!! Not such a nice taste!!!
