KFC in Plymouth

Delivery was on time but it was stone cold.

Food ordered and delivered in 10mins. SO WHY IS THE FOOD NEARLY COLD?????

Cold soggy chips lukewarm chicken in really dry batter

I ordered pieces of chicken and said I didn’t care what pieces they were aside from drumsticks as I really don’t like them. They gave me drumsticks ONLY and I had to give my chicken to my friend and make cereal for dinner

The food, although turning up ahead of schedule, was cold when arrived. The fries were luke warm however the chicken was not. I did select a promotional offer - I believe the burgers were not made fresh.

The original recipe chicken on this occasion was incredibly greasy and didn’t taste like it usually does. No way of reporting bad food taste on the app.

You have said that the order is delivered but we have not received. It is an hour and a half late and has ruined Xmas Eve for our two young boys. Very poor and the phone kept on cutting out when my husband rang 6/7 times

delivery time kept getting pushed back and the food was cold! we had to warm it in the microwave before we could eat it.

Food was cold and the delivery courier was clearly waiting for a bigger order to be cooked as I could see in her bag. Disappointed in a refund of 3.50 when my food was stone cold and very late. SHOULD BE A FULL REFUND!!!

Second order on the trot messed up from this branch, it's the last time I'll order KFC. Basic order of a bargain bucket (10 pieces chicken and 4 chips), simple order, arrives with no chips. Restaurant not interested in re-delivery, informed that I could come and collect the missing chips if I still wanted them!? Told to contact the helpline in the App for a refund, gave up after 2 attempts and over 30 mins of listening to "music"......all in all, a garbage transaction.

One item - regular popcorn chicken was missed in the order. Never happened with other KFCs. I would not recommend KFC Mutley plain.

Had 3 piece meal, don't know whether it was because it was later than I usually order but wasn't up to usual standard. Chips were soft and cold; and chicken coating was really dark and hard - like it had been fried more than once.

Food got sent to the wrong address. It should of been sent to 8 valiant Avenue but it went 36A Duncombe Avenue so I want this refunded

Painfully slow service. Over 20 people waiting and the woman serving was on her phone. The place needed cleaning.

Best food from any KFC I've been to, the chips and chicken are usually cooked perfectly. The atmosphere isn't great, but it is on Mutley Plain after all.

Delivery time was changed from 30 minutes to 1 hour seconds after order was placed.

entire meal for one person was missing and the only option you get is a refund in 7 days, so one person misses out, shocking bad service!!!!

I didn't get anything, so how can I comment. The money came out of my account, but I got no food. I got in touch with watchdog, because this is not the first time this has happened.

The chicken is so cold and isnt very tasty at all there is no taste to it. The beans are also cold .

the food was cold items were missing will not be ordering again when you talk to the restaurant they are useless and tell you it's just eats fault. I don't see how it's just eats fault they only deliver it they don't send it out or check the orders

Order not delivered at all. We have an intercom, express instruction was given but today im told the food was left outside in the rain. I went downstairs when " delivery" was stated - no food to be found.

the order was delivered early but it was the wrong order. KFC refused to deal with the mistake. then the just eat driver came back asked for the incorrect order back and gave us ours. he said he had to go back to swap them over. we didn't eat our food as the receipt for ours was inside with our food. it had been torn off and put in the bag so clearly our food had been opened. I have no idea what could have been done with the food so we didn't chance it at all. the food was stone cold and soggy

The hot wings were tasteless. Someone probably forgot the seasoning. The salad bowls were filled halfway only and we received 5 pieces of chicken instead of 6.

Our order didnt even arrive at all

The delivery guy asked us for a PIN number but we didn’t know what he was talking about.He refused to give us the food for ages and it was getting cold.We showed him our order number and the fact that payment had been taken from our account and after about ten minutes he gave us the order.I rang the shop and they had no idea what he wanted either.
