food cold don't understand why it wasn't hot

Food. Was very nice but again a bit of a let down because it was cold a takeaway these days is not cheap so you do not expect to receive it cold

Arrived cold and as though it was standing around for hours. Never ordering from here again

I ordered large Ben and Jerry's ice cream and I was missing from ordered

Sent wrong meal. can’t get in contact with anyone. Would eat what was delivered, but the orders ice cold and half hour late. Awful.

I odered a strawberry milkshake and u got viniala

placed an order for lunch at 12:50. finally turns up 16:48, everything was cold and the buns were hard, like they had been sat waiting to be collected for 4 hours. not the del drivers fault, he told me he got a pick up request 10 min before he turned up. Not impressed doesn't even come close to how I rate this experience, its has been utterly apauling.

Polite delivery and didn't moan about flat steps.

They not taken order at the kiosks today only at the self checkout but still taking cash but the staff are willing to help you out as someone came in and dint know how to use it

The worst burger from a BK that I have ever had. The bread was flat and full of running fat from the burger. The fries and Sprite were as expected.

This is a good place to eat, we normally go in the week so it is usually plenty of downstairs seating features a massive seating area upstairs. The staff are very nice but there can be a wait for food in the early evening onwards as the restaurant receives online delivery orders. The restraunt has always been clean when we visit. The only downside is that there is no downstairs toilets.

Half of my meals didn’t arrive paid extra for 2 lots of loaded fries and neither them or my hallumi fries were in the bag

All the food was stone cold. Just Eat did kindly give us a fiver back. The double cheeseburgers are tiny.

No problem with Just Eat service, delivered on time, but the hot food was cold and the ice cream was melted and contained chunks of ice which meant that it had been defrosted and refrozen so completely inedible

Order was more like a double cheese burger with the tiniest amount of bbq sauce chips was only half full definitely not worth £7.99 that was paid for the meal absolutely tiny as well as the loaded fries had tiny bit of cheese will not order from here again

Delivery got later and later with no option to cancel unless you paid for the order. Emailed just eat and the respnse time was 2 days. Food arrived luke warm. Just eat are a complete waste of time. they dont care about their customers

The delivery was fine but the order was wrong, inedible. Burgers looked green, stone cold rubber but the fries were hot. Weren't expecting gourmet but edible food would have been acceptable

Absolutely awful. Over 1 hour wait only to receive a large order of stone cold food. Followed the courier on map and they took a tour of Plymouth before delivering order. Worst order I have ever had. No answer in the store either by phone.

The meal was acceptable and not overly expensive. The loaded fries were nice and so was the milkshake.

missing item from order courier English was bad he was at wrong address and I tried explaining to him the road names to get to address and he was able to understand or tell me what road he was in we gave him £2 tip as well!!!

I ordered a bundle to share with my partner. my burger was a whopper extra meat, my partner ordered a bacon double cheeseburger. The bundle also came with chilli cheese bites a small cheeseburger and fries for all burgers. my whopper did not have the extra meat I paid for and the bacon double did not turn up. The app was no help because when you complain about a missing item the bundle counts as one item. I called the restaurant, no help. cheers then!

Fries where cold and stale but our cold drinks where warm

Food was just inedible garbage. Got a double bacon cheeseburger which is usually good, this was dreadful. So chewy, so bland and just wrong. Got a free whopper with my burger which was better somehow BUT STILL TERRIBLE. It had far too much mayo and lettuce plus was just all around flavourless. Both burgers looked like they had been punched. Bear in mind this was 10 in the morning, there was no other customers. The half a dozen staff had plenty of time to make my food edible, I wouldn’t be surprised if I ate left overs. Cheesy chips were the other things I bought and MY GOD THEY WERE BAD. How does someone mess up cheesy chips? It was clearly just a single slice of American cheese melted on top of these fries. They were absolutely foul, not enough cheese and should use cheddar or mozzarella in the future. The place was somewhat clean but there was a napkin on the middle of the floor, at 10qm with no other customers. It’s not like the staff were running around doing work. The one positive was that the food took about two minutes. Overall, waste of £11. DO NOT COME HERE.
