Lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff

Sam the manager was charming! Great food and service

Just bought some chips and 20 nuggets there. And oh boy, that was stupid and waste of money. The chips were cold as he took them out 5 minutes before the nuggets were done. To the nuggets, that's a tough one. The nuggets were greasy and not in a good way. The oil was disgusting as the nuggets only tasted of old oil.

The food is extremely salty and the buns were stale. Ordered on deliveroo. Will not order burger king ever again.

Lovely staff, food was very quickly prepared and to a great standard.

Made an online order through just eat, said it was delivered and it wasn’t. No reply.

Admit they left items out of our order, probably having the Ben and jerrys themself! They left the drinks out also, how can you send meals out without the correct items. Absolutely shocking and shocking customer service from them also.

The driver went to a different address for me and the food is freezing cold and not edible. The chips and burger were cold and the icecream totally melted. The person on the phone didn’t understand that he was on Elburton Road and not Broadland Lane. The food is now in the bin and has wasted my money

Haven't had a BK in years, so mixed things up. Tastes great for what it is, much better than McD/KFC at least on for burgers but maybe I'm just old - I don't recall there ever being a ration on fries like this. Kilo bag of McCains is cheaper.

We were told 30 minute wait - food arrived 2 hours later. When it arrived the bag was wet and ripped, the food was falling out, stone cold and could not be eaten! We also had a cheeseburger missing from the children’s meals! Children waiting for tea, ordered at 7pm and it came gone 9pm and in a mess, with items missing. Absolutely disgusting! We would like a full refund immediately! I have photo evidence!

I was not one bit happy with my order, food came cold, barely any chips or bacon it was literally just cheese on my loaded fry’s!! Very disappointed in this I often order it from this store and it’s never ever came this bad! Also the delivery driver was being extremely rude when giving my food!

They forgot a portion of onion rings. Forgot the cheese on the burgers. The chips were very small portions and only luke warm at best.

I know it was late in the evening, my food was cold and the burgers wasn't cooked fully, they were bit pink, even my drink wasn't chilled. could have been that it was withthe delivery for couple drop offs.

Really disappointed on most recent visit. Trying to make people use the terminals to place orders instead of at the counter, full of delivery drivers (9 when we were there at 5pm on a Sunday), and some of our order was sat in the bag going cold whilst waiting for these driver orders. Will use the mall branch ongoing as drivers don't go there.

Delivery man went to the wrong address further down the door, didn’t attempt to ring me, luckily I spotted him outside a block of flats when I was waiting for him to come to the business I work at.

I enjoy a rare BK. Love the fact there are so many more options now. Like cheese and bacon topped fries etc. Just the price that puts me off eating there more regular.

After picking up rider went to another restaurant and waited for over 15 mins. By the time i finally got my order, it was cold and inedible.

The food is good, hot and fresh but not the best, family friendly. The staff is always welcoming and efficient but slow customer services! What stood out the most was the cleanliness and work ethic from the staff, the toilet was spotless, however, it’s not open, you need to take a code from the staff to use it. Unfortunately, they don’t have a self-service drinks machine which would be a good addition to this BK branch.

Delivery took too long, standard items from both meals menu were missing, Chicken Fries were dried out, and extras ordered for the burgers were not included. This is not the first time we experienced problems with Burger King Plymouth orders. Just Eat arranged an account credit quickly, but Burger King Plymouth needs to elevate its service standards. Back to McDonald’s next time, quicker, cheaper and more reliable.

Missing a whole meal, chicken royale, no fries for both meals,called in and the people said they’ve packed it and blamed it on the delivery driver and said they can’t be certain. Absolutely appalling, could not redeliver either as apparently it’s no option.

Absolute joke my order got delivered to the wrong address and I had to go and drive 15 minutes out of my way to go and get my food after the other customer called me so now I have cold food and I have no idea if the other customer has touched or tampered with my meal in any way I’m disgusted this has happened

Missing order box chicken nuggets

Restaurant staff didn't complete checks, clearly as items were missing. Wasn't even a huge order neither.

Ordered at 5.02pm arrived at 7.22pm almost 2 and a half hours. Time kept changing. My husband is type 1 diabetic and had yo eat to prevent a hypo ruining his meal

Once again a let down. Burger and fries good but I didn't get the onion rings that I ordered and paid for on Saturday that I didn't receive. This is theft, taking my money and not giving me what I paid for. I'm so angry right now. You may say it's just onion rings but that's not the point.

Tasty burger and chips, although the burger is much less impressive than the photos... I'll probably stick to Macdonald's as BK is a little expensive for what it is.
