McDonald's in Plymouth

Delivery was okay, but McDonalds left out all my sauce and half my chicken nuggets and no straw

Some missing food and the food I got was cold, good delivery time and fast service just the restaurant didn’t pack things properly

paid items missing for a second occasion no napkins or straws again need a full refund please. is this the quality of service provided by one of the world's biggest organisations

I was trying to help the guy to my house he was shouting at me saying I wasn’t helping when I was and when I was trying to help he was talking over me

Mayo chicken missing from my order.. Thai has happened a few times recently where I’ve missed an item.

Wrong order missing everything I ordered and I got a Big Mac when I didn’t even order it

No butter no jam and no cutlery

Condiments we're missing and so we're the straws. Bit annoying ordering chicken nuggets when you get no sauce for it or the sauce I paid for. That's the downfall with online delivery if you don't get what you ordered then it's tough and nothing you can do about it

I haven't been to this McDonalds for a long time. They put a code in the toilet to enter - that's great. Please explain why even with the code there is no toilet paper in the entire toilet??? Thank you

McDonalds didn’t forget anything this time which was a first

amazing service, was fast and food was hot with fresh fries very helpful managers that gave me my employee discount and lovely security guard gave me the toilet access code after i threw my receipt away, would 100% visit again

service and atmosphere completely standards, however fries were completely not being served, and a side salad was the only option. Not best pleased. Wasn't provided with fork for my salad, which burger king would have. To clarify I would have much rather have gone to burger king if the option was avaliable. The salad I received, the onions were cut massively, and there was no traces of balsamic vinegar which I paid for. Overall not a nice experience.

Third time now I have had something missing from my order, I will not be ordering again from McDonald's, and my double cheeseburger were single and not double which is part of the sharer menu. So disappointed and not what I would have expected!

I ordered a medium filet o fish meal for delivery, the fries carton was only 1/3 full and when i opened my filet o fish it looked like it had been thrown together and had a hair inside!! I couldn't eat it. The milkshake was ok tho! 😊

really disappointed, this took over an hour and a half to arrive , the delivery time changed 3 times later and later. this meant I had 5 minutes to eat before I had to go for work. when the food arrived it was barely warm, the nuggets were rubbery and the chips were soggy. really not impressed

The food was delicious. The restaurants atmosphere was amazing but busy. The toliets were super clean. The staff were kind and child friendly.

Would be better if they would get there tills working so you could get a receipt, also rude ill trained staff and cold food

The delivery guy sat outside in his car and rang me to tell me to come get it. I went out and couldn't find him. Looked around for a minute and then he finally shouted from his car and asked my name and code. The whole point of delivery is to bring it to my door not make me walk around outside looking for my food. It wasn't warm when I took it out the bag either.

Food needed to be hotter & my plant burger looked like it had been thrown against a wall 🧱! More care needed. Disappointed 😞

Food was cold. Burger just tasted like mush, didn't have enough sauce. Gave the nuggets and chicken selects to the cats as the wet cold and no one wanted them. Everything was wet as it was raining and driver was just on a scooter and bag obviously wasn't kept dry. So disappointed, wanted a treat but will not order again!

Delivery driver accused me at my door of not coming down in time. He called me at 10.51 and I got to the door 1minute later as I live at the very top of my building. He was rude and damanded that he called me loads of times. Intimidatingly aggrivated

Once the delivery person did arrive (I had to find him as he was trying to deliver to the wrong address) he was dripping liquid all over the path and entry way and the packaging was soaked and disintegrated. Not the usual standard. Disappointing.

The food was very cold by the time it arrived as the delivery driver took about 5 wrong turns and did not know where he was going, even though there was specific instructions. It was prepared very quickly but arrived very late.
