McDonald's in Plymouth

I know that we are on 2024 and everything is on computer , we ordered two menus and number it was 001 and they arrived on 20 and nothing! I supposed to eat in but on the end I takeaway, no choice ! We are in 2024 not in 1980 , please guys

Dropped my fries and got a fresh set for free and without asking

Amazing food and service, but no champagne or bar, which me and my family missed, as we needed to lighten the mood. Add a bar next time please. I want to get pissed.

I hate McDonalds. Teens seem to like the stodge they serve. The only good thing is their coffee. Otherwise keep it. My opinion only.

I came here after a long time and I was happy with the new set ups. Everywhere looks clean and the Porter Guy upstairs was nice in checking me in and also help with the packing for recycling.

Ice cream was really watery ( waiter explained it as ice-cream melted and frozen again) We had 3 McFlurry, it were the worst ice cream.

As shoddy a McDonald's as I've ever been to. Food all over the floor, tables clearly uncleaned for some time. Just a grotty experience.

Loads of items missing and what did arrive was stone cold. Very disappointed. Won’t order again

when my order came he split all my latte whitch was empy almost not happy as just paid for that will be phoning management not happy at all

delivery driver let my dog onto a busy road after I told him not to drink was spilt over food

Literally HALF my order missing. Fuming

I have ordered 1 burger, 1 fries, 1 drink. I have received 1 drink. Missing 2/3 of the order not very professional. I ordered again, they have miss the fries.

Good food as always but did not get an item on our list of food that was the Medium 5 Chicken Selects Meal

Food was tasteless and didn’t provide any straw with the drinks. This is not the first time. Every time we order something from this brunch, something goes missing.

chilly cheese stack litrelly in a soggy bath of cheese sauce, filled up the box above the bottom burger bun line. I don't ever moan but this was horrific

Delivery was on time but missing all our drinks and only thing that was hot was the apple pie everything else was cold to the touch

As far Macdonalds goes, this one was especially disgusting. Chicken strips were over cooked the batter fell off so was just eating rubbery tasteless plain chicken strips. The Big Mac bun was burnt and the chips tasted like chemicals and cardboard.

Never turned up, disgusting. Waited 2 hours for it to say delivered when it hasn’t arrived

The driver was really nice deserve 5 star rating and the food was nice

food tasted nice. mozzarella dippers were very fresh. mcplant was put together badly, very messy but tasted good and was hot. no salsa dip for dippers, no napkins, no straws. overall tasty meal but a few let downs.

Food was cold and forgot some of my order not happy

Had a cheese and bacon flatbread thing and it made me sick I think it was the strange fake cheese however the bacon sandwich was very tasty so can recommend the bacon sandwich and but the flatbread bread is a no go or at least for me but McDonald’s is normally a great option for a quick bite. It was free from their promotion at the moment.

Items missing … when I called to tell them… attitude from staff was rude and didn’t careless… a shrug of the shoulders saying nothing he could do ( staff policy)!!! So when items are missing how do you enjoy the food ?????? Absolute joke

The delivery was late had the audacity to phone me twice to say he was outside and wasn’t and so I phoned and he put the phone down and then I phoned again and he said he was outside again and told me I was lying saying I wasn’t in my own street, I had to then walk to the top of the road to collect my order than I asked to be delivered I may as well have just walked to McDonald’s myself, appalling. Also, missing dips and straw for drink and food was cold because of the lateness

Don’t know didn’t actually get most of my food, I got the triple cheese burger but the Philly Cheese Stack and the 20 chicken nuggets I didn’t get. I submitted a request for the money back but haven’t gotten anything back

I had to construct my burger myself - all the components were just thrown in the box. It's not the first time, either.

they gave me the chicken lettuce and mayonnaise in a box to replace the mayo chicken I ordered 🚫 terrible service

delivery was completely incorrect but the driver was very helpful and apologetic. did all he could to fix the problem and kept us informed of the situation as he looked into what had gone wrong. restaurant had listed the wrong number on the order and our food was delivered to the previous customer who ate it all before the problem was fixed.

food was about 30 minutes later than when ordered - which I can understand on a Friday night but my chips are anemic with no salt, no cheese in the big Mac and the food is all cold. Seems to be a regular thing whenever we order from here 😕

chips were GREAT as usual but my extra melon chunks are no where to be seen. but it's okay because it is okay because the melons are not very good recently anyway 😤😪

ordered 2 times once for me and the other for my younger brother fries were cold and stale for both orders asked for no gurkin in burger it was still there ordered 3 banana large milkshakes across both orders received 1 coke not a single milkshake I understand late delivery due to the time I've ordered and am happy to accept that but spending 30 pound for 1 burger 9 nuggets and 2 fries 3 milkshakes and the food being cold I can't understand the worst part being not a single milkshake came

Friendly delivery driver and lovely food but the coke must have been low on syru because it was bitter and watered down. I got a refund though so satisfied i suppose

This place can be a hit and miss. Sometimes the products are warm and tasty and sometimes they can be cold and disappointing.

the only problem was they put pickles in my burger. all round good.
