McDonald's in Plymouth

Disappointed, Burger was dry (had obviously been left under heat lamps too long), hot chocolate was watery and bitter, tables not cleaned. Has actually managed to put me off having a McDonald's again.

Driver marked it as delivered but wasnt. Said he tried to contact me but never. Lost out on my sons birthday treat and now down £31

Wrong order. Can you please send me the money. I'm not happy.

Forgot to pack condiments and straws for the drinks. Food quality was good

I am really in happy with my order my driver was an hour late and had to stop as his bike chain came of could I please get a full refund as I’m not happy at all.

Guy delivered wrong order, hasn’t got anything in. Just one meal when we ordered four and not even a correct item.

Delivery guy was lovely & polite

Food was appalling. All has fallen out and gone everywhere & the burgers weren’t even put together properly so the sauce and lettuce was all over the wrapper and not even inside the bun. Instructions left for the Big Mac were not followed. Meaning I had to scrape out the inside - leaving me with no cheese or sauce. Extremely dissatisfied. McDonald’s - take a bit more care in the packaging process.

courier didn't even acknowledge anyone didn't speak just dropped and left food was all squashed ?

Beyond stupid in the mornings. If your in a rush are dont have 3½ hrs to stand around and wait for your coffee & pancakes in the morning then I would advise you to skip this McDonald's for the breakfast rush. The que was ridiculous. I waited over 25 mins for a Porridge, I had to speak up in the end because I w as literally watching people who ordered well after me getting serve. When I finally spoke to someone they went away cale back with my porridge in hand it was lukewarm if that very disappointing

you forgot the mcflurry. You forgot a straw for the milkshake and the fries are stone cold.

Ordered mcdonalds breakfast today 26/1/25 waited over a hour for delivery which I do understand it gets busy. Ordered arrived and was missing double sausage and egg muffin .been trying to phone mcdonalds but they never answer the phone. So I have one hash brown and hot chocolate from the breakfast meal I ordered .

Didn’t get my other drink that I ordered

Driver tried delivering me a poxy meal when mine consisted of 4 meals for my kids so told him to send it back. Overall think your drivers and staffs at restaurants need to use their eyeballs and give correct orders to customers especially when customers spend a lot of money

the lady that delivered the food was very aggressive. who knew I needed id to get some burgers? if she is correct that should be asked for. To top it off there was a chap shouting from the car. not a good experience

Ordered 5 burgers - 2 different ones - and 3 portions of chips All arrived cold and some of the burgers looked as if they had been thrown around. Do not expect to pay for food and get this lack of quality with hard earned money.

I was quite disappointed with my order. It was late and the driver rang me multiple times stating the pin on the map was wrong. ( never had an issue before) o then had to wait outside on the car park for the driver which isn’t that close to my property and direct him there. The food was then cold and disappointing.

Found a thin quite big piece of paper in my burger which I noticed when I couldn’t chew

Extremely disappointed. Upon arrival only my latte arrived spilled all over the bag, half empty when I ordered over £29 worth of stuff, food was missing. Courier asked us to provide him with the delivery code to confirm the delivery but he could see all the items from our order was missing so he told us he was going back to McDonald’s to find out but he never got in contact with us again. Got in touch with justeat and they are refusing to provide me a refund even though I provided proof

I got everything I ordered.. food was hot and delicious

no dips and no straw. BBQ sauce was a little too heavy in the MC crispy.

ordered big tasty meal with bbq sauce only the sauce was delivered. now they want to refund me £12 when the order was £14.50 absoloute joke I will never use just eat again

Ordered my food on Deliveroo food came stone cold drinks where spilt everywhere ask for no sale on any of my burgers gave me salad on all my burgers items was missing. Went down to the store in person had it all Re made just for them to mess up my order again would not recommend

Apart from the drinks, my entire food order was incorrect. The order was clearly bagged wrong at source but I still had to go through just eat website after making two other calls which were of no use.

Ordered via Deliveroo, for the second time multiple items missing and the food we received was also cold. The time on the burgers were 21.26 but delivered at 22.05. It took the delivery driver less than 10 mins to get to us. Called to advise and was told there was nothing they could do because it was Deliveroo. The person on the phone was incredibly rude. Appreciate they’re busy but a little bit of customer service would be nice, you can’t blame the restaurants mistake on the person delivering.

Cold food , chips tasted like cardboard and burgers warm and tasted dry. Waste of food and my money sorry but I work hard like other ppl and this was a treat for me and my lad.

Ordered a large Mc crispy meal got a cheese share box

Cold fries ,cold nuggets ,they suppose to throw it when the time expire, but they continued to serve it cold if i was there i would put them to give me fresh one ,not after they keep the fries for 40 min 1 hour there.

I ordered at 9:30pm and showed up at 2:30am cold

Went in for breakfast at 7am one morning not long ago (in November 2024), and I swear I will never forget this experience, it will stay with me for life. There was a guy 'kicking off' in there (yes, at 7am believe it or not) and giving the staff a hard time and he started a fight with the delivery drivers, so I called the police. This ruined my day and I am sure it ruined the staff's day too. The young lady on the counter was calm and professional throughout, so compliments to her and I hope she gets a better job somewhere else. There was no security guard in there and what made it worse is that the police did not turn up quick enough (I said to the call handler that I would intervene if they did not turn up promptly and she told me not to make threats). I used to enjoy the food in McDonalds but now this has put me off entering McDonalds for the rest of my life - I will be telling my kids never to set foot in the place as well too as a matter of interest (getting a free burger and coffee off them because I gave my details as a witness is of little help to me quite frankly). After making some enquiries it transpired that the staff get no training in dealing with this type of incident. Also, it appears to me that the police are too scared to go down to this part of Plymouth. So McDonalds have now lost some customers (i.e. me and my family) because they make no effort to keep their staff and customers safe. I also have no confidence at all in the police. And finally, to the gentleman who kicked off in there that morning - cheers mate for ruining my day (all I wanted was a peaceful morning) and the day of all those people in the place that morning. I know this is a very pessimistic review but I am still very upset over the incident.

Everything was ok until I opened my big tasty , it looked like it had been put together by a 2 year old , in fact a 2 year old would have done so much better , lettuce every were and big chunks of it , not much in the burger , not alot of sauce which made it very dry , very disappointed to say the least .

So fed up with this, Two medium fries didn't turn up at all, and my kids were super unhappy. Just ridiculous. How hard is it to double check the order and make sure you've put everything in??? Rubbish service.

Never actually got any of my order apart from 1 drink which had spilled out in the bag. Awaiting a refund hopefully 🤞 wasn’t happy at all!!!
