drink was half gone when i opened the bag, it was spilt everywhere.

The man did not knock on my door he rang me and said I did not knock as I did not want to wake any one up this order for my son he was waiting for this I am on night shift sleeping so he woke me up I thought delivery drivers supposed go knock so angry

So grateful for the driver, at that time of night. Thank you.

Was cold and my fires and milkshake and McFlurry didn’t come so I’m really upset cause I wanted to enjoy my food

Just ordered the BBQ Ranch Stack and it had the smallest dollop of ranch sauce possible, which left it as a very boring burger, certainly not as advertised!

brilliant all food there and delivery perfect.

Food was nice and hot BUT there were no happy meal boxes and only one toy despite ordering 3 kids meals… disappointing…

The food was meant for kids birthday and math reward and never turned up . Couldn’t cancel because the order was” being prepared” then had the audacity to leave a message saying delivered ? With what code ?

I didn't get this order and yet you've charged me for it! As you will see I reordered the same items later in the evening and that order turned up.

All the drinks have leaked. 7 burgers one box of chicken selects and four chips have been jammes into one bag and everything is squashed and unbeatable. All the food is cold

Arrived with food missing- only drink and McFlurry. The driver was very kind and went back to collect and re-deliver the missing food- which was very kind of him.

I’m very unhappy, I ordered this for children and waited 2 hours for this food which is totally unacceptable. The food was cold and was offered £5 compensation… that doesn’t cut it, I’d like a full refund on the food I ordered that came ridiculously late.

Every time I place an order with you, I always miss the sauce!!!!! even though I add it to the cart. If you don't have enough staff to meet the needs of your customers, please hire staff!!!!!

I really do not know why we bother. 2 × large BigMac meals were delivered cold, with half fries in one and less than half in the over. The box of fries was bent up to make it look more aswell!. absolutely disgraceful. We will have to find somewhere else to order our burgers from in future!

Every time I order i get cold food that arrives late. You used to deliver on time with hot food but you always managed to miss parts of my order. Now you deliver the order correctly (mostly) but it's now always late and cold. But instead of refunding my order i get a small portion of my money back and it's absolutely not good enough.

We waited over an hour and a half to get our food. When it was arrived it was cold. The only good thing was our driver who was very apologetic.

I order from here frequently and they consistently fail to make hot chocolate. What I receive tastes like hot water with brown colouring. Large orders always seem to miss items. Very poor quality or service and quality control.

So half of my drink was in the bag and when I open it I hose every where so give me my money back pls all I wanted is my drink and have a nice night and all my drink was in the bag I hate eltam so yeah

Food was well packed and really fresh and hot. Driver came really quick too. Great service.

I am an uber driver when i went to pickup the order they said me to bring bag ,but its my my mistake so i went and brought the bag but hes giving orders for other drivers (he’s name is FIAZ and another guy who refer as manager) .This thing is very unacceptable. How can you do partiality among us

I want a refund £27.59. The order was not delivered Would give 0 stars/never delivered. Contacted you 14/12 and waited long enough for a refund. The order wasn't delivered and I have a ring doorbell which proves it. Do you read reviews?

There was no cheese dippers no sauces and it the food was cold,the chocolate milkshake didn't taste like chocolate and was runny

Freezing cold food , missing items , disappointment

It was 9:50 and they had run out of milk do no cappuchino and the offered black coffee instead.

Driver was shown on the tracking page to be in the wrong street for over 5 minutes and wrs rude on the phone when he cslled me, food was being kept in a bag for life not one that kerps food warm so my food was cold on arrival

Half of the coke had spilt all over the food. The sausage meet in the sausage and egg muffins were stone cold.

Cold food the food was bagged 20 minutes before being dropped off at my door when it’s not that far so it’s got to be the restaurant doing this to get orders done quickly then leaving them to get cold till the drivers there

All good. Big macs and fries a nice temperature. Hot apple pies. Banana milkshake perfect.

There were items missing from the order. I had ordered a cheesy McCrisoy and had requested for it without lettuce but wanted all other items and I was delivered a McSpicy with just bacon, this was incorrect. I did not enjoy this order at all

got wrong drink, cannot drink this as it has milk in it. i asked for a mango smoothy and got a caramel frap

no tomatoes in big tasty spent nearly 30 pound and didn't receive any of the free offers
