This is worst location Sidcup every time at the drive through after hours if you don't check your order they give stale cold food....tonight I paid just under £5 for cold stale fries with no salt and Coke....

The staff in this McDonald’s are very friendly and welcoming

Eltham McDonald's staff are the worst McDonald's I have experienced so far. When ever I placed online order is (unfortunately I stay close to your store), and most of the time you DONT deliver what I ordered (I ordered 4 times from Eltham, and out of which 3 times you guys missed multiple items). And store staff is the most irresponsible when I call. They say APOLOGIES for the inconvenience and please can I give you coupon code or please come and collect the item from store. If I can I come to store, then why will I place an online order in the first place? And McDonald's customer care app is worst one I have seen so far. Overall I never went to ELTHAM store so no comments, but online orders AT Eltham STORE AND Service IS PATHETIC. EVERY TIME BAD Experience. YOU GUYS DONT MEET MCDONALD'S ONLINE DELIVERY Standards FOR SURE.

Unfortunately, we decided not to eat with fecesies and urine all over the toilet and no soap it's quite a good gauge on the food quality if the restaurant cannot keep the restroom tidy then they obviously cannot keep the kitchen within acceptable standards

constantly forgetting stuff and the staff are unbelievably slow waited over 20 minutes for 2 simple items wasn’t packed at all. full of lazy staff who are rude when you ask what’s the holdup.

All the food was nice and hot!

Just like most average makkies you would expect. Nothing special and service goes up and down due to fast staff turnover but I would say it's between 3 and 4 stars - slightly towards 4 though

When placing the order delivery time was supposed to be between 15-30 mins. Order was constantly changing the delivery time and status was showing order being prepared and that driver was waiting at the restaurant. I assume driver was just basically waiting to collect more orders thats why I waited for over 40mins to get my food completely cold and tasteless.

Missing apple pie & coffee wasn’t large

Cold, time kept changing, tracker didn’t work and most shocking of all McDonalds being McDonalds by leaving off two birthday donuts and a burger. The milkshake my partner had is like water. This cannot continue. If you can’t take pride in your work, Dont work there

Dodd wasn’t even slightly warm was all cold .

Driver done another delivery further away and food turned up cold and chips half full

It's a Maccie D's and as usual the burger are warm, not hot. The rest is okay, but I wish they'd do fresh burgers while you wait and not just sit around, then give you a warm burger that's been sitting on the side for 10 minutes...

Food was stone cold and missing 2x dips

Did not receive my total order, missing large fries and sauce. then when I opened my large drink the majority of the contents was in the bottom of the paper bag. never seem to get a full order from this venue.

2nd time I’ve ordered food from eltham mc Donalds ,not got what I ordered, first time got food but no drinks , this time 2 burgers were missing ,absolutely disgraceful that people that work there can’t even do there jobs properly (pack food ) is it really that hard , tried ringing up phone was of and to top it off food was stone cold , disgusting.

Really disappointed. I came in Thursday with a friend to try the philli cheese burger. It was lovely & packed with goodies & hot. Ordered yesterday & they were space falling apart. Not the same at all.

Double sausage & egg delivered instead of double bacon & egg. Food barely warm

Every week something is missing from the order .

I did not receive my oder despite me ordering it, I waited over an hour and I am very disappointed and annoyed with this service

They deliver 3 meals to 3 addresses before they reach ours. Food is cold and drinks are spilt everywhere.

Why is there always missing food

Lady was lovely on deliver but the McDonald on the other hand had blood on it where someone cut their finger on sauces and food

Will never use them again this is such a waste of time and money

Driver was rude! Kids happy meals and other meals all without drinks even though paid extra for milkshakes

That was absolutely fantastic, probably the best McDonald’s I’ve ever had. Definitely coming back again! Me and my friend are here after work and after my first mouthful I almost exploded with excitement… luckily my work friend caught it all in his mouth, this is how much he loved his burger, it turned him gay! The meal ended in a steamy burgery mess in the back of the van. Definitely coming back x

Paid 14 pound for 2 drinks food was all missing.

Driver kept asking for some delivery number,I couldn't give it to him because the app was taking ages to load,he would not go away and kept telling me he will wait.I told him multiple times to go away because I'm going to eat my food,by time he went my food was freezing

Order looks like was delivered but never got any delivery! Idk who fault is that but Sort out your drivers as they are messing up lots of orders!

Missed a happy meal from the order

My order has not arrived and it says it has

Placed order at 10am, then was told by the app 20 mins. Then kept updating till 11.10. Went to restaurant to find food and woman threw it in a bag and gave it to the driver who beat me home. Deal on bag was already ripped open, food was stone cold, and items missing, which is normal for this restaurant apparently. Disgusting food and even worse service

Mistakingly placed an order at the wrong location, and after an abysmal service 6 months ago, and am unhappy to say it hasn’t improved any at all. Placed an order at 10.06 and at 10.45 am still waiting for my order to be produced. If the store can’t cope with making online orders, then why are they still allowed to do it?!? Disgusting service, needs shutting down

as the driver was handing over the drinks they were pouring through the bag. x3 cokes all on there side resulting into half a cup or hardly bo drink at all. Also no sauces added to the order for the 20 chicken nuggets nor did I received the smoky bbq sauce at 0.70p

My food came on time but the drink was half filled no straw no ice and had been spilt. My food was soggy and I haven’t been refunded despite being a good customer.

Place was dirty , staff was rude , milkshake was completely runny at the bottom and been on the shelf for a while, Manager with a gloomy face and looks like she did not want to be there! Waited for a while and was not even busy.

Food was cold ice was all melted in the drink and just didn’t taste right

They miss out half your order every time. So be prepared to order again to get the missing items.

i ordered at 3:56 pm. I received it at 5:21pm. I am severely disappointed. I was planning on eating before i left for work, but i wasn’t able to.

Always ALWAYS forget something, everyone got food except for my son, had to submit a refund which will take 7 days, then order it again and because it only one item it cost another £3.50 for delivery, nearly £10 for one poxy Big Mac, if it wasn’t for my kids begging me then I’d never order from here again, just gets worse everytime

Apart from being delivered the wrong drink, everything else was perfect.

I have paid £35 for food at 10:36am I was expecting delivery at 11:15am The food was delivered at 11:42am. All of the food within the bag was Cold. It warm, cold. I requested a refund and only got an offer of £20 back. Not good enough.

The manager was rude .iwent to tell him about the mess of the restaurant he just said if you don't like it go down the road .and the toilets are locked from 3pm .everyone has to use 1 toilet

So I went to mcdonalds with all my my friends after we went cinema we sat down with our food and then we was told that we were not allowed to eat here and we asked why and they did not give us a straight reason they then said its against the rules to eat at mcdonalds but we saw everyone else eating there so we asked and the staff just kept saying we need to leave
