Drinks spilt, made food all soggy and inedible. Wrong burger. Fry boxes but no fries in there???

took over an hour and terrible service, only one courier we will never ever ever ever order from eltham mcdonald’s again as that was outrageous. i was starving and im not eating my mcflurry while watching the jungle so cheers but never ordering again

mc spicy chicken seems to have shrunk and tastes nothing as nice as when it first came out. far too hot now won't be ordering that again!. fries were warm but edible. double quaternary pounder I believe was also warm, that and fries went into the microwave!. banana milkshake was perfect.

The food is always cold when I order from just eat you don’t do anything about it you just take people’s money and say sorry you should not give the code but the driver will not give you the food they ask for the code first complete joke

Very disappointed today. I'm a disabled women with 3 kids. Ordered our food in drive through. Come to collection window and was told to park away. I said always when we do that u mix our order and we don't get our right food. I told the young guy i was disabled. They give us everything apart from one burger and told as again to park away. Repeated myself. A blond woman come to window and said i ll get refund. I didn't wanted refund. I wanted missing burger. In a minute another person come to my car window and started to threaten me and my kids . Saying they are calling the police. We didn't broken any law. We wanted what we ordered and paid for. U broken law and discriminate me. Discuss. I ll be contacting solicitors on Monday.

There is an item missing approximately 50% of the time from this Maccers. Just Eat’s response to the missing nuggets and book from the happy meal was extremely disappointing as well

The time was the morning rush so people were mostly ordering take away Breakast on the move.

Review should be less than one star. When they had bbq rib sandwich it was just on or two pickle inside and pinch of onion. Now all staff was Indian and they gave free food for they friends. When I asked for free small chips they said No and manager tried to convince me that he is working for another McDonald's. Manager said to his friend to show me his uniform, but he doesn't had any. They are giving free food to their friends who are not working for McDonald's. I don't recommend to buy food here.

To say you produce fast food of all items, but do not produce what is requested at anytime... is like asking for a burger at 9:50am and telling the seller they don't produce food until 11:00AM. When I ask for a specific food and they do not have it, it's because it's nearly time to close... which should not affect your satisfactory rights... You can not sell food which is on your menu if you do not have it in stock. Fast food restaurants DO NOT HAVE THIS!!!! You should not be able to request what they are offering!!!. *Maybe Cross off OR Unmark what you do not have as a restaurant. I come in today to order the 15 cheese dippers but was turned away ALTHOUGH, You have them on your menu to sell... Verry disappointed!

asked driver to NOT knock, he did anyway, woke everyone in the house up, am not Happy.

Ordered via Deliveroo and the food was supposed to take 15 to 20 minutes to arrive. The order was a grand total of 2 chicken wraps for my Grandchildren. 2 hours later and the food was not even prepared, let alone delivered and the phone to the restaurant was constantly engaged. Numerous riders arrived to collect the food and then left again presumably when they realised it was not ready. Eventually Deliveroo provided a refund which I hope gets charged to McDonalds. It's mind boggling how they can be so incompetent. Quite the shambles.

Security was ridiculous and extremely disrespectful and biased. I had accidentally clicked on takeaway and despite about 7 other people doing the same eating in with a takeaway bag and the place being empty he kicked us out and wouldn’t let us eat. If this is store policy it should be written somewhere because no other McDonald’s I’ve ever been to has ever done something like this. Toilets were abysmal. STAY AWAY x P.S security guy I hope u read this, just because we were dressed up for a concert doesn’t mean we can’t sit down like everyone else in joggers that is no reason to discriminate. Be careful guys. He was sketch.

Driver disappeared off map tracking, which is normally a sign that they are multi-apping, and when the food turned up it was stone cold.

Everything was cold, and my fries were missing. I happened to have a food thermometer out pn the side anyway and it gave the temperature of my chilli cheeseburger as 33 degrees Celsius only 50 seconds after delivery. That's colder than my body temperature. Awful

Missing items and not the first time either

Delivery was early which was great. Driver was straightforward and respectful. Food was relatively warm. Could’ve been a little hotter but it’s maccy’s not À la carte so I’m not complaining. Where the quality was an issue however; All I asked for was extra sauce and onions. Tell me why there was extra cheese I didn’t ask for, and way too much for that matter, and no onions at all. What is a cheese burger without the onions? I’ll tell you. It is a pitiful disgrace. Chicken strips were okay though

We had ordered a meal for four people and four packages of fries should have been placed, but when we opened it we saw that only three were placed

This is worst location Sidcup every time at the drive through after hours if you don't check your order they give stale cold food....tonight I paid just under £5 for cold stale fries with no salt and Coke....

I weren’t happy with the Big Mac at all I said no more onions on my order and you put onions in the Big Mac when someone orders something you need to get it right if it says no onions it means don’t put onions in it so I not happy

The staff in this McDonald’s are very friendly and welcoming

I don’t understand why this McDonald’s can never give you your condiments I’ve ordered pancakes twice now and received no syrup or butter so can’t even eat them I’ve ordered 40 nuggets for my family and again NO sauce, it’s either deliberate or just lazy …. A joke

I had some of my order missing

Ordered my food at 5:10pm and told on the app food would arrive between 5:45pm-6pm. Food arrived 6:20pm. Not the drivers fault but blame macdonalds. my Food must have been prepared and left on the side before the driver arrived to pick up my food. Big Mac, fries, mac-rib was cold and I had to heat it up in the air fryer. Milkshake was very runny.

McDonald orders are always wrong, they always leave items off and have done since doing deliveries, something needs to change here! They need better staff to check all is correct before order goes out according to the receipt!

Missed some of my order out completely forgot the kids happy meal thought maybe they put extra nuggets in the 20 no they didn’t so we had no happy meal at all

The driver was abusive and would r get off his bike to deliver the food, he kept shouting down the phone at me and he left the food on the main road and didn’t deliver it to the door!! I order from you all the time and I’ve never ever experienced anything like this before. He’s definitely in the wrong job
