McDonald's Woolwich in Greenwich

This McDonald's has seriously gone downhill in the 6 years that I've lived in woolwich. When I first moved to the area, orders were correct, burgers were made well and the service was great. Now, if you order in store - make sure that your order is correct before leaving or going to your table and good luck if your order online... 9/10 times the order is wrong or has something missing. I once ordered a cheesy bacon flatbread... and only got a stale flat bread! No quality control and no checking of orders. They are more concerned in getting orders out than making sure that they are correct. Focus more on the quality of the service than fulfilling orders to meet quotas.

Hot food, quick to recieve Food order. Lower floor, Little Seating, less comfortable then previously.

We visited to celebrate the 50th anniversary of McDonalds in the UK’s first franchise. It has come a long way since those days with personal ordering. It’s a busy place and fairly chaotic awaiting the orders. We found a clean table downstairs and after a fair wait we got the food which was really well prepared. A good McDonalds.

Absolutely appalling. Every time I order from this place half my order is almost always missing and the food is stone cold 90% of the time and especially the fries are always cold and hard because clearly for some reason they have no quality/standards and the fact that the manager in charge is allow their staff to send food out like that is appalling and you should be ashamed of yourselves. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Unless you want stone cold food or half of your order missing.

I ordered food without certain ingredients (due to allergies), yet when I took it back the rudest member of staff argued with me. 2nd time around and exactly the same ingredients were still included!

Our meal was ordered on screen and brought to the table very quickly from a good server named Harry.. Our burgers were nice, but the chips weren't. They were shrivelled and cold. They'd obviously been waiting around for a long time, given the speedy service. It was a very busy day during the school holidays and the atmosphere was good. Thank you

Very hectic and always busy. The staff works super hard but can come across as abrupt at times simply because of the rush.

McDonald's is always great when you're hungry

⭐ 1/5 Absolutely appalling! My experience today at the Woolwich Arsenal McDonald’s around 3 PM was beyond disgusting. Not a single staff member was wearing gloves, yet they were handling all the food with their bare hands. But the worst part? One of the male employees, who had a visible skin condition, was scratching himself constantly. He then proceeded to touch a McWrap with those same unwashed hands, right before my eyes! This level of hygiene is not just unacceptable, it's revolting. It’s horrifying to think that this is allowed in a place where food is served to the public. The lack of basic cleanliness and disregard for food safety here is shocking. I’ll never step foot in this location again, and I urge others to stay far away. This place is a health hazard waiting to happen!

1st experience and it was ridiculous, literally how can they send such a burger without adding anything, as i said no beef, they send without meat. totally unsatisfied with the service.

Really bad food. The burgers were thrown together. Not neatly constructed the French fries were undercooked the colour of the French fries were pale and not the usual golden and crispy. Really poor food from this McDonalds

Food was stone cold and dry, chips rubbery like they have been left for a day, milkshakes and ice creams were melted also. Looks like it was left to long before pick up which tbh was slow today

Disgusting how in being treated my food was soaked with Fanta my chips was absolutely disgusting how they was made and now I’m not even getting a refund from just eat when I’ve sent proof of my damaged food

Fifty year's on - when I worked in Woolwich McDonald's! We welcomed people with a smile and "What would you like to order today" - 30 second's to take order & give customer their food! However today - 20 mins for 1 happy meal. Unhappy staff. No "Your Welcome & have a Nice Day". All gone out the Door. Progress my Backside! Bring back how it was run in the 70's. Don't bother Manager of Woolwich - say, that it's busier these days! No. Back then it was "New"and even busier than today. It was pure team work. Loved working here back then. Wouldn't want to work there now days - what a joke.

The delivery service was excellent but one of the drinks was missing which I paid extra for since it was a large cappuccino and there was no salt on the chips leaving them to taste bland.

Yummy yummy yummy I recommend adding your own cheddar to the quarter pounder with cheese whack in air fryer 2 mins without burger lid then replace burger lid chow down done lovely jubbly cheesey Sunday. Doesn’t come with a toy so make sure to order happy meal also otherwise your meal will be only delicious instead of both fun and delicious

I clearly asked not for knock or ring the bell and the guy knocked and even ring the bell again there are kids in the house and they are sleeping thats why i provide instructions. what a rude and unprofessional service.very disappointing

My drink was completely spilled and i asked for no cheese on my burger and while there was no cheese there was nothing else besides the patties

Ordered a meal with a coffee, the coffee was instantly prepared and left on the side. By the time the food was prepared the coffee had gone cold. Also the fries were only half full.

Ordered a double quarter pounder and a single got delivered. Chips were cold and half empty, and the fruit shoot was missing from the happy meal… how do you manage to get it so wrong?

Delivered on time, we are close by. However the fries were very cold and not fresh and they forgot the 2 sauces i ordered.

The delivery man was walking along pushing his bike. He then buzzed up to my flat. He try opening my front door using the handle. Plus my drink was sitting on the floor because he had spilt it everywhere !

The time kept changing and gojng up by a another 10/15 line at a time. And when it comes chips cold and under cooked and nuggets look like was cooked hours ago. What is going on lately with McDonald’s.

Quarter Pounder was ok, fries were old and stale, iced latte was lovely. I hope the iced latte is now a permanent menu item rather than only being available during summer.

The order was made at 17-40. It was delivered at 18-19 despite the dact the restaurant is located in 5 min walk from our home. So, the food wasn't really warm.

I honestly don’t get how people get paid to serve so awfully, this is the second time in a row where I’ve bought food from this place and got the completely wrong order. This time I ordered 9 chicken selects and got 9 nuggets. Paid the full price for half the food, and on top of this, my drink was lukewarm too. Disgraceful

Ordered 2 breakfast meals and only one hash brown turned up. How does that make sense? I also ordered 2 extra hash browns. Who ever packed this order needs to go back to bed and wake up again.

Coffee leaking. Not secured properly.

Some workers there are very rude to unfortunate people, like homeless people for example ! They ask them for additional payment for extras, even though they know these people are homeless - they have seen them begging in front of the restaurant. They are rude to them and if the person pays the extra, I have noticed the worker does not log it in the cashier and puts the extra pennies in their own pockets. I have deliberately asked for the same extra only to see if they will charge me, but the same worker just smiles to me and says "Of course!" without charging me. Very disappointing service, seeing how they behave with poor people. Absolutely wrong! For this I am taking off all the stars and leaving only one star!
