I'm sure you know what a Macdonalds is like by now.

I was served an overcooked vegetable burger which burnt my mouth. When I informed a member of staff, she said it was because it needed to be fresh, and did not apologise.

Very slow service and staff not particularly polite.

They display something else & give their worst ever paddington stuffed toy every time. They always have excuses for the same. Today the excuse was that the toy vendor stopped supplying the toys. Worst service in this store. Better go with some other restaurants. A happy meal craze is NO MORE alive....

I went into McDonald's around 8pm today (22/09/2023) & the chap sorting & serving the orders had horrible sores over his face; I mean the sores were red & obviously itching him. While I was waiting for my order I see him scratch his some 3 times. Whatever he scratched off must have went under his finger nails. Then I would see him get some fries, put them on a tray & the few fries that went too wide he would assemble them back with his fingers. In my opinion he shouldn't be serving food until all his sores have healed up. To me it was not a good sight

I like the way they divide delivery drivers, so many workers inside ,, friends and happiness always there!!

Honestly awful customer service and managing, I’ve been waiting a month to hear back from the manager, will be lodging a formal complaint, I was trying to get a toy that was part of a promotion for a child in my family and the manager told me I could have the one form the display when the promotion ended but to call to arrange picking it up. So I did, staff member answered and wouldn’t put me through I explained to her and she told me that the promotion hadn’t ended (it had) and to call again in two weeks I did just that called 15 times over a 7 day period no answer I ended up going down there asked for the manager (he was not there. So I had to speak stand in manager ) and she lied to me and told me they never had it in the first place in the display as she’d been working throughout that month despite me physically seeing it. Overall liars. Lazy. And unprofessional.

Ordered egg mcmuffins with extra hasbrowns. Hash bronws a little greasy but otherwise as expected in terms of taste.

This restaurant should shape up. It's always missing condiments when you order for delivery. The person who I spoke to on the phone couldn't give a frack. She's like, we'll just check the cameras. Take it up with Uber. It wasn't Uber's fault. It's whoever was preparing the delivery not following protocols. Nuggets come with dips (sauce). You can't even skip that part in the order process. What's the point of forcing the buyer to choose if you won't deliver on the promise?

Always give us wrong order and is very dirty with no room fir people.There is 3 floors a d the last one they have closed it down for staff breaks .Even uf you order thry bring wrong Stuff or missing stuff. Whenever I call there are rude people in the other side ..Horrible experience

Ordered at half 11 for food to be delivered at 12:10 when id get home, then said itd be delivered at 11:50 and kept adding 20 minutes until 1am then the driver rang me and said it closed an hour ago yet i placed the order 1.5 hours ago

Had to wait awhile for my food.

Pretty much basic standards all round. They took especially long with some of our orders and put salt on non salt requested fries. Drinks missing...we had a clean table though ...

You order large fries and you get the portion of small fries in a large box. You order a coke zero and your drink is sprite. You order a McSpicy for the monopoly peel, you get a box that's pre-peeled. I don't think this place is even trying!

Decent restaurant, well cooked food and friendly service, had to wait 15mins for our order. Probably an isolated case as most other orders were pretty quick

They must just hire illiterate invalids. I asked for a big mac with no pickle or lettuce but extra onions but instead get just burger and buns no cheese no onions nothing. Complete and utterly useless morons

If you go into this McDonald's you enter into the first McDonald's în the UK and the 3000th in the world. It will also celebrate its 50 year anniverrsary next year. For this, it got 5 stars from me. 😀

Placed my order and waited for a long time. I ended up going to the counter to ask what was happening. I was informed that the milkshake machine had broken down and would take seven more minutes to get working. I was offered another drink but decided to wait. When the machine was working again, they served the people who had ordered after me first. I finally got my meal, only to find that the food had been packaged up earlier and was now cold. I went back to the counter but was ignored by staff. As I was now at risk of missing my train, I had to leave and ended up with a disgusting cold meal.

Just like any other McDonald's in my opinion, friendly and fast staff and the same old classic food.

This was the first McDonald's in the UK. I'm sure Ronald McDonald or whoever founded it would be very disappointed.

Good food quality when compared with the price. It was noisy and crowded, and the tables and chairs were dirty. Avoid dining in unless it’s inevitable and be prepared to finish your meal in 5 minutes!

Ordered through Uber eats, took over 30 minutes before I called the store to see what was happening with my order. They explained they had to manually enter it, and it would be done and out in 5. When it arrived I had an item missing - there was only a meal, a McFlurry and the halloumi fries so it wasn’t even complex. Very disappointing

Subpar food and horrible experience. The service at this place is horrible. They often serve barely half filled chips. The workers are snappy & rude. I was served by a "blessing" which was more like a curse with how hostile she was. The one in woolwich dockyard or plumstead is much better than here. Dont waste your money or time at this horrid place.

This mc restaurant is an absolutely joke, at 10 pm I came in and order two menus just to be told that I can’t even eat in because they are closing , the staff members are very rude and disrespectful especially the security guard. I have told him that is not normal to tell a customer to get out of the shop at the point where he is sited down and eating his food. I don’t know how do they even have the attitude to even say such a thing, it is clearly that they don’t care about their customers. I have ended in going out and throw my food into the bin because of them. I will never go into their restaurant again.

This mc Donald's is getting worse filty dirty. Rude staff I complain to lady cleaner..she said well they pick them up sometimes Sanitary towels bins overflowing and this is disgusting 😒 plus 3 other toilets all out of order...few times this has happened now...won't be going thier no more..

Probably the best mcdonalds branch that I've ever been to. The food was perfectly made and hot. I've never had a breakfast muffin where the muffin was perfectly toasted and crisp and it wasn't completely fallen apart. Excellent service and cleanliness despite dealing with a delivery all over the shop floor. The whole team should be throughly commended

It's a McDonald's. What can I say :) The food is the same as everywhere, which is great as you know exactly what you'll get. Well organised, easy to order, in and out in no time.

Placed order with Uber and only the drinks arrived. English wasn’t the drivers first language so he didn’t understand the order was not complete. The McDonald’s staff should ensure the orders are taken away in full as they actually bag them up and getting a refund isn’t easy with no direct number to call. Will not be using delivery service again. Poor

I go in this place for food because I like McDonald's all my family like McDonald's and my children like McDonald's but I don't go in there as often as I normally do any past their when I'm going shopping or pop in for a cup of tea try with my family that my young nieces come shopping with me I pop in there and buy them a meal but it depends who's on till for service

How can you order large fries and receive less than half of what you ordered! It’s not even half way full. This needs to stop. I am tried of ordering from here and having everything ruined. Not receiving jam with my crumpet with jam from my last order. Just a dry crumpet. This McDonalds need someone to come in and ensure a quality check is done before food has gone out because this is starting to get ridiculous.

The delivery service is appalling on the app. They always get it wrong and if you want a refund they ask you to take it up with uber. UBER DID NOT PACK THE ORDER, why would I take it with UBER they did nothing wrong McDonalds did.

Waited more than 20mins for our food and it was the worst McDonald’s meal I’ve ever had. Everything was undercooked as they were trying to save time. Nuggets were cold and fries pale and hard.

They have the best and the fastest service possible. The food looks perfectly, the placenis so clean, you can see the personal always wiping and cleaning around. They are so polite. I wish I can give them 1000 starts for their service.

Got meat patty in mcplant and regular cheese, I understand mistakes happen especially when it’s busy but it can seriously harm someone who can’t eat meat/have dairy allergy

On first walking in you think "oh not much room to sit in here" then you see theres 2 more floors of seating, which is a relief. Order was pretty quick from start to finish. Decided to sit at the very top as it seemed the quietest place. Sat at an actual table with the sofa style seating, but i noticed on the hogh stooled seating there were charging points for phones which i thought was good. Didnt pay that much attention but im pretty sure it was wireless charging. Also staff were always ontop of wiping down tables and making sure peoples leftover rubbish was cleared. I hate it when people eat and cant be bothered to clear away their mess, just pure tramps really and laziness. Overall, a really decent Mcdonalds compared to others id been in.

Placed order no16 waited for over 10 minutes , when asking where order was , man in white shirt (possible Manager) said coming now, proceeded to the area , collected the burger that had been sitting there for a number of minutes , when round back and then brought back and put on bag with order when question he said it’s for a different order, took order and guess what COLD Business visitor to area, my advice - Avoid this , not sure where the next one is, but this one poor at best

I wouldn't normally score a fast-food chain, as everyone knows what to expect; but this was just complete rubbish. The name "bbq bacon stack" is a joke; as one meager streak of bacon is just not enough to name the whole dish after it. No idea what the bbq is meant to be; there wasn't even any sauce on it. But the worst: the pasties were just not even a little warm. As one can see in the picture, the cheese didn't even start to melt a little. In most developed countries this wouldn't pass health and safety regulations. I didn't dare finishing it. As for taste, even for Micky D's this is an abomination.... The fries were undercooked, cold (and I don't mean less than hot, I mean barely defrosted) and tasteless. Staff was, well, polite.

This is s a straightforward high street McDonald's on multiple floors. It has the standard menu and modern ordering machines with a pretty quick turnaround. There's a good range of seating, though in the evenings the upper levels are closed, whilst the staff don't pester customers. All in all this makes for a highly pleasant atmosphere. The food is cooked to expectations and order notes are followed correctly. All in all this is pretty straightforward. It's a little surprising as this was the first ever McDonald's to open in the UK but there's no obvious sign of the significance at the restaurant itself. Perhaps it could make more of this but otherwise it meets all the needs on a visit to Woolwich.

GOOD FOOD AND GOOD SERVICE!!! Recently I had a medium Big tasty meal there for lunch. I was glad that there were at least 8 touchscreen order machines in there and the one I used was very easy to touch. And the most important, I received my order in 7 MINUTES. This was the fastest service I received from Mcdonald’s in 2 months!!! The burger was warm and tasty, drink was good but just a bit disappointing that the medium fries only got half of the packet. I asked the staff to give me a cup of water and funny thing was the water had some Oasis taste with it. The toilet was relatively clean (quite impressed with the new flushing system). And a staff was just sweeping the floor and helped me remove the paper which stuck under my shoe. Thank you! In conclusion, I really enjoyed this meal!

I just got my lunch but I’m the time I’m waiting I hear so many orribile words from the GM a woman I think from Indian SO SO SO RUDE TO WORKERS AND DRIVERS!!!!!! I’m a head chef for more than 15 years and working as chef for 20 years this was the most disgusting behaviour I so from a GM NO WAY

I definitely do not recommend visiting this chain it is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too , it’s always so busy and chaotic and especially during after school hours it’s plagued with youths and they even need a security guard . Besides that the food most of the time is cold and one time I got a large Coca Cola and it was like they forgot to give the machine the syrup because it has no sweetness to it and it was horrendous stay away!!! The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the cleaning staff they are so sweet and nice they definitely need some praise.

There was no receipt available in the machine where you order the food from as it was out of paper. When my number was shouted out by the McDonald's employee, she asked for a receipt. I was unable to supply a receipt as it didn't print one out. She would not hand over the food without a receipt. What a conundrum? Eventually after a lot of flaffing about I was given my food as if I was a thief. Never have I had such a terrible level of service from a mainstream brand.

This was my first or second McDonald's experience when I came to visit the UK around 2015, the place is nice and clean, sometimes it can be a bit chaotic and overcrowded, but usually there is always a place to sit on the second floor. You always get your order pretty fast although recently I noticed they kind of discourage you from sitting on a table... On the machine there is no "eat in" option, although you can take your food and go upstairs no problem, maybe they'll sort it out, I'm personally happy with the place.

I don't eat Macca's. A friend did. It's was clean as far as Macca's go.

Slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to.Tooke them over 40 minutes to make chicken nuggets and chips would definitely not recommend going!
