Gordon Ramsay Street Burger - The O2 in Greenwich

The Hotter than Hell wings blew my head off, the ribs were amazing and the strawberry sundae rounded off a brilliant meal - Happy New Year! 🥳

Egle was great - friendly and welcoming

Staff were the biggest plus. Extremely friendly and attentive and nice atmosphere. Food was reasonably priced for London, in particular a venue. Drinks are on the pricey side but we were given tap water as soon as we sat down which was great. Food is nice, nothing that blows you away but what you’d expect for a reasonably priced meal. Would most likely return, if anything just because the staff were great! Final note for those who dislike discretionary service charges. They do add 15% which you can ask to have taken off if you’re that way inclined.

Everything about our visit was fantastic, especially our waitress Egle who couldn’t have done more for us. Thank you for everything.

Nice experience at the Greenwich restaurant. Our waitress Egle was very attentive and friendly. They didn’t have a couple of items that we ordered so we received a complimentary coleslaw which was appreciated. A tad pricey which is why we didn’t give the fifth star but nice overall experience

Me and my wife got here on a show day so there was alot of noisy kids running around, apart from that everything was great.

Biggest waste of money I have experienced in over 30 years of eating out. £20 for a mini burger and extremely salty chips. Gordon Ramsey should take his name off this restaurant and deal with it under his Hell's Kitchen TV programme. Even the service charge that was agreed to be removed somehow reappeared again before paying the bill. And to top it all off, the children's burger at £10 (with chips) was the same size as the adult sized burger (with chips) at £20. Portion size was appalling. The mocktails wasn't that good either. I point out rubbish when I see it and this was total rubbish. Never again. Better off going elsewhere.

A £29 burger set is worse than a £7 burger from my school canteen.

First meal at Gordon Ramsey street Burger. Good service and nice venue. The fries are amazing and have a wonderful seasoning. The GFC was a nice chicken burger but o it juts above the famous brand and couldn’t taste much of the kimchi. Nice strawberry milk shake with fresh strawberries but not thick enough. Might try smash burger next time

Burgers and Fries are really good and they were delivered very quickly. Great selection of interesting dipping sauces to go with the fries. Drinks were nice too. Didn't like the online ordering and paying part but that seems to be at most restaurants these days. I would absolutely come back. 4 stars as I would have preferred to order in person.

We were short of time before the Jingle Bell Ball and was pleasantly surprised there wasn’t a long queue. The food was lovely. The chips and the onion rings were very tasty. The Hard Lemonade cocktail was also really good. We were served by Egle who was lovely.

Food was good, although wasn’t keen on the Siracha sauce on my burger, but luckily they had put it on the side of the burger so it dripped off so didn’t have too much of it. The restaurant had a good atmosphere but even my 11 year old daughter said the music was too loud. Couldn’t hear anything that was said. Also resent having to pay 15% service charge given I did it all myself on the website. Wasn’t an option to remove so had to ask the waiter to reduce it to 10%.

Great atmosphere!! From when we have been greeted by the host at the door to the service we received from the waitress Egle. Egle has been very friendly and patient, letting us know about the Street Burger App as well. The food was great! Managed to try the Christmas burger special. Overall great experience and I will recommend it.

Well what can I say 🤔 The burger was so small !! If I walked across the road to five guys it would have been 3 times the size and twice as tasty. Also have the price. The chips were ok but again twice the price and only a third of the size. The value for money is a disgrace. Five Guys is greater taste and half the price. Not to mention huge in comparison. I was so surprised ‼️

Shubhi was a fantastic server with a great personality.

I recently visited Street Burgers and was really impressed with the service, particularly from the host.who’s name is shubhi As a vegetarian, I was looking for suitable options on the menu, and the host went out of their way to help me find the perfect dish.

Eglantine was pur server and she was awesome. Please promote her to floor manager! Such a lovely person. Food was average and a little glorified. Had it nit been for Egla I'd have given it 3*s but she made it up :)

Egla was fantastic. Service with a smile. What a credit. The food was amazing! The burgers are top notch!

Service very slow, despite more staff than tables. A load of options unavailable. Just really a “meh” experience, nobody really seemed to care. Wasn’t bad as such but wouldn’t race back.

Me and my family went on Sunday afternoon for a meal. We had hells kitchen burgers and fries and it was very delicious. We would like to specially thank our lovely long hair waitress, she was so kind and professional! Thank you Egle :)

What a mess, a waiter first refers you to a QR code that you cannot work with, after fifteen minutes of struggling we called the waiter who was a bit surprised that we could not work with the app, ordered food (way too expensive but hey you're in the O2) the ribs with a thick layer of ketchup or something on top and my wife's food was cold! Waiter ordered food, they did not arrive with a plate of hot food, but with excuses as to why something was still cold! Fifteen minutes later my wife also got her food and the winnings, which I think they had also forgotten. When I go to pay, they also come up with a hefty bill with a service fee of 15% on top, which of course I didn't pay, but never again! Gang there, Gordon if you read this you would have closed this company in your program

We ate before a concert at the 02. The service was very attentive and kind, Egla was our waitress and pointed out the 2-4-1 cocktails which was very welcome! The food was fine, exactly what I expected which is what I am looking for when I eat before a concert at the 02.

Was around the O2 and came in to watch the movie Wicked. So to kill some time and have something to eat I walked in to Street Burger. The place is inviting. And as a lover of burgers this place did not disappoint. I ordered the vegan smash, and it exceeded my expectations! The service was fast and efficient. I felt looked after by Goutham, who ensured everything was good. He checked on me every now and then. If I’m ever in this part of town again, I know where to go for a nice burger :)

We were pleased we got a table quickly but now maybe realise why, the service was terrible and perhaps others have seen the reviews! We tried over and over to order via the app but couldn’t get signal and asked 3 different members of staff if we could see a menu to choose food. On our fourth attempt we were told this is not our process and again we had to order via the app. Only when we said we would have to leave as we couldnt see what food was available, we got menus!! We were made to feel like we were a problem and felt really uncomfortable. The food was nice but would not return purely because we felt like we were really not welcome. On a final note, the music was way too loud!

Looked forward to our visit and the food was fine. The mechanised system didn’t work and, according to a staff member, this was happening regularly. Main issue is that there is a 15% service for next to no service. If you don’t want to pay you have to raise it with a member of staff. Hardly reasonable. Left a comment requesting a response but it didn’t happen. Will go somewhere else for the personal touch in future.
