Gordon Ramsay Street Burger - The O2 in Greenwich

My and my boyfriend couldn’t be more happy with the food, drinks and the dessert! What a amazing place 💖🙌🏻

The server Egle was very friendly and helpfull with all the questions that we had

The place being completely empty on a Friday evening should have been a warning sign. Both burgers were just kind of standard, no way worth £20. Service was also very slow considering the lack of people but the staff were friendly. Also strange cocktail choices, no regular mojito? Only raspberry, grim

Charged 15% service charge and didn’t even interact really with the staff so wish we had the option to offer the amount or take off.

Not great service. Very quiet Thursday evening visit, greeted with some messy tables. Drinks ordered and 50% were missed, and spicy loaded fries ordered as an appetiser were lukewarm and limp. Burgers and fries ordered next, unsure on whether this went through or not and had to seek clarification - app could be improved. 15% service charge is a bit mental considering staff only bring the food/ drinks to the table, and don't actually take orders etc. Burgers were decent, I recommend the Idiot burger.

Great burger before a gig at the O2, had the idiot because I am one after all. Egle our waitress was very friendly and attentive, thank you!

I went in differently than the map and went to the right, so I took a turn. All the burgers were delicious, and the meaty flavor was especially well-infused, so it went well with the cocktails. The potatoes were also thick and seasoned, so they were delicious.

Restaurant was very full when we entered, but food was served pretty quickly. Ordered and paid via the QR code. All burgers came with fries on the side and were 20£ each. Fries were seasoned and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Burgers were cooked just right without over-seasoning. Even a simple burger like Next Level (beef patty, cheese, mayo) was delicious.

Egle was lovely, making us feel very comfortable, always with a smile. She takes her job seriously, always looking after our table, making sure we had everything we needed at all times, it's fair to say "clients are her priority". And let's no forget, the food was exceptional, I'm stuffed 😋

What a disappointment. We ordered the chilli burger. All you could taste was salt. The Burger was also burnt and small. Chips and onion rings were also over seasoned. I think they were using the old shake n vac advert as guidance of how to throw as much overpowering seasoning onto the sides. Waste of money for sub standard food. The Waitress asked how everything was..we gave feedback and she then avoided the table. Wouldnt go back.

Visited 25/5/25 around midday, the restaurant was empty and I can see why, firstly massively overpriced, food is ok, I mean it’s burgers and fries but £52 for 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 cokes and 1 slaw… and that was before the 15% service charge added to the bill which I thought was a joke seeing as you have to order your own food via your phone and you also pay before you eat so why am I going to pay a 15% service charge before I know how the service or food is going to be? Glad I did have it removed because nothing was spectacular also why are we expected to pay extra for service? I’m sure with those prices on the menu you can afford to pay your staff yourselves…

First time here , delicious street food

Absolutely FANTASTIC service from EGLE- so happy & professional and kind. The food was absolutely fantastic! The BEST burgers we have ever tasted. The flavors were excellent & different to anything we have had before. Thank you to Islam for cooking the burgers to perfection! Highly recommend Street burger in the o2. We are here for a treat and certainly has been that today! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Service was super quick and we are picky eaters and Egla (so sorry if I spelt that wrong!) was so accommodating and helped us work out how to make everything work on the menu for us! We had wonderful cocktails here. The 2 for £15 is excellent value. The service was also amazing a big thanks to Egla you were so lovely and made our night memorable. It is so great that the deal is still on despite it being an event night!!

It's a nicely decorated restaurant and our server Egle was wonderful with a really friendly and upbeat energy. The food was nice, it was a tasty burger with some good sweet potato fries, but it didn't blow me away and £22.50 for the burger and sweet potato fries is at the upper end of what I'd be happy to spend on that kind of meal.

Very, very, disappointing. Burger and chips, cocktail for the wife and pint for me. My wife found the table ordered everything, and paid, via the app. The bill included over £9.00 in service charge - yet we did it all. Burger was tiny and tasteless. Chips were great - but certainly not £72.00 worth of great. I’ve had better burgers at 1980’s football grounds.

A very average burger not worth the price. I had Hells Kitchen and my wife had GFC. Both felt underwhelmed given the £20 price. I would have rated 3 stars if the price was £12 max. Really much better burger places. McDonald’s / Burger King all better options to be frank. No issues with staff and atmosphere

Great place. The food is good, but could be a bit better(they forgot to put avacado in the chicken and avacado burger but it still tasted great!). But the experience is very cool 😎. And service is amazing. To sum it up, its very : 🤫🧏‍♂️

Our server, Egle, was so welcoming and provided outstanding service with a smile on her face! The food was delicious and at a great price. I got the ménage a trois burger with koffman fries - would recommend! I was worried it would be an overpowered onion flavor, but it wasn’t at all. Really well done food!

This was hands down the worst restaurant dining experience I have had. The service was extremely slow, even though the restaurant was not busy and there were many empty tables. The service was also confrontational, which I'll get to later. We bother ordered the Wagyu Beef upgrade option to our burgers, and what we received was the most charred and overcooked tiny piece of meat that anything from McDonald's would have been preferred. We also selected the Cheese Crisp upgrade, on burgers which both should come with smoked cheese. Neither came with the original cheese it should have, only the Cheese Crisp. When we questioned this, we were told nothing was wrong. That an upgrade meant you lost something from the original ingredients from the menu. Eventually one was fixed and given the smoked cheese, but the waiter argued against this a lot with us to try to avoid doing it. Finally, we're ordered a macaroni and cheese side dish. We could see one made, and placed to be served, which sat there for 45 minutes before being picked up and brought to our table. We rejected it, because we knew it had sat for so long, we could see the kitchen. We then got a fresh replacement within just minutes, proving they were capable of doing this from the start. For a restaurant bearing the name of such a famous chef as Gordon Ramsay, the whole experience was a massive disappointment. We will never eat at a Gordon Ramsay Street Burger ever again!

Me and my friends visited Gordon Ramsay's Restaurant Chain for the first time and it was great. The food and service was really nice. The burgers, wings and fries were crispy and tasty and the “hot as hell” sauce was really spicy. Service was amazing from a brilliant Lithuanian waitress! A superb welcoming feeling at the point of entry and maintained the high level of service throughout. If the food was at the same level it would have been perfect. Amazing work to her indeed!

The waitress, Egle, was so happy and had a huge smile on her face. She was very careful to take note of my partners allergies and was really fast to serve. The food was amazing too, we will definitely be back again!

Unfortunately disappointing. I ordered the Next Level Burger with Wagyu but unfortunately they didn't have Wagyu. The burger itself was a bit boring. I do like simple burgers if the bread and meat are high quality, but this wasn't the case here. The patty was below average. I also had Nutella Waffles and these were very disappointing, I'm sure the waffle wasn't fresh, it tastes like something you'd buy pre packaged at a grocery store.

I had the chiili cheese. It was crispy, which I never had a crispy beef burger before. It was very nice.
