Gordon Ramsay Street Burger - The O2 in Greenwich

You feel the difference of being in a 3 Michelin star chef's place... The hamburger is legendary, I definitely recommend it.. The fries and sauces were also great..

Great place. The food is good, but could be a bit better(they forgot to put avacado in the chicken and avacado burger but it still tasted great!). But the experience is very cool 😎. And service is amazing. To sum it up, its very : 🤫🧏‍♂️

Our server, Egle, was so welcoming and provided outstanding service with a smile on her face! The food was delicious and at a great price. I got the ménage a trois burger with koffman fries - would recommend! I was worried it would be an overpowered onion flavor, but it wasn’t at all. Really well done food!

Eagle was amazing… the idiot burger with Waygu upgrade was sublime…

This was hands down the worst restaurant dining experience I have had. The service was extremely slow, even though the restaurant was not busy and there were many empty tables. The service was also confrontational, which I'll get to later. We bother ordered the Wagyu Beef upgrade option to our burgers, and what we received was the most charred and overcooked tiny piece of meat that anything from McDonald's would have been preferred. We also selected the Cheese Crisp upgrade, on burgers which both should come with smoked cheese. Neither came with the original cheese it should have, only the Cheese Crisp. When we questioned this, we were told nothing was wrong. That an upgrade meant you lost something from the original ingredients from the menu. Eventually one was fixed and given the smoked cheese, but the waiter argued against this a lot with us to try to avoid doing it. Finally, we're ordered a macaroni and cheese side dish. We could see one made, and placed to be served, which sat there for 45 minutes before being picked up and brought to our table. We rejected it, because we knew it had sat for so long, we could see the kitchen. We then got a fresh replacement within just minutes, proving they were capable of doing this from the start. For a restaurant bearing the name of such a famous chef as Gordon Ramsay, the whole experience was a massive disappointment. We will never eat at a Gordon Ramsay Street Burger ever again!

Me and my friends visited Gordon Ramsay's Restaurant Chain for the first time and it was great. The food and service was really nice. The burgers, wings and fries were crispy and tasty and the “hot as hell” sauce was really spicy. Service was amazing from a brilliant Lithuanian waitress! A superb welcoming feeling at the point of entry and maintained the high level of service throughout. If the food was at the same level it would have been perfect. Amazing work to her indeed!

Unfortunately disappointing. I ordered the Next Level Burger with Wagyu but unfortunately they didn't have Wagyu. The burger itself was a bit boring. I do like simple burgers if the bread and meat are high quality, but this wasn't the case here. The patty was below average. I also had Nutella Waffles and these were very disappointing, I'm sure the waffle wasn't fresh, it tastes like something you'd buy pre packaged at a grocery store.

The waitress, Egle, was so happy and had a huge smile on her face. She was very careful to take note of my partners allergies and was really fast to serve. The food was amazing too, we will definitely be back again!

Came here by myself on Thursday. Food came out quick and was pretty good. Was quite busy too.

Wow, this was really good. I was sceptical at first wondering how could the burger be a 5 star review, but I think it’s not that this burger improves on others it’s that this burger is how burger should be and all others are just poor examples. It was really tasty, the chips were equally as good too. We have the idiot burger, chilli smash and the next level. Service was great and prompt, easy menu on qr code. Very nice. Defo coming back here for burgers.

The food was top notch, wings, burgers, loaded fries, absolutely lovely! The service was with a smile and we had our drinks and food through quickly! The tables are a bit cramped together but it didn't bother me much, only getting in and out of the seats. If you've not been it's definitely worth checking out.

Food looked good but didn't get to taste. Waited 45mins while 8 other tables were served. Pay upfront I get but to also pay for the service charge is a joke. So when we said we had to go the manger refunded the cost of the burgers charged us for the drinks has no probl with that but wanted to keep the service charge just over £6 for serving 2 Drinks. What a piss take. Manager was rude and no care for the disappointment we experienced.

Ordered the butter chicken burger, the sauce is raw curry paste, pretty sure it's supposed to be cooked with coconut milk. My whole meal came out cold and I didn't even get so much as an apology, the server just looked at me like I was in the wrong and took it away. They did eventually get me another out but not before the whole table had finished eating. They then still had a the cheek to try and make me pay the service charge! Avoid at all costs

An ok burger, with the thinnest slice of tomato. No joke, it took real skill to cut tomatoes to ½mm. I wasn't sure it was there, and the bun it sat ons colour dominated the tomatoes colour. The burger wasn't even that good. I have had a MacDonalds hamburger that tasted better. Payment was via a QR code on the table which would make it easier, but the £8 service charge that is snuck in under the radar. At no point did I see it stated an additional service charge was payable. It used to be a great venue for a reasonably priced meal when attending an event at the O2. It certainly does not seem value for money anymore. The food isn't as good as it used to be, and I'll find elsewhere to eat in future visits to the O2.

My chicken burger with curry sauce was dry and cold , looked like it had been cooked from the previous day, waited for over an hour, I know we had some drinks , but not many , total bill £171. Rip off

Overpriced poor quality. Chips were the only bit worth eating. £56 for burger and chips twice. Have to ask for assistance from a server to remove the optional 15% service charge. After having to order it myself using QR on table it would seem I'm paying 15% for a waiter bring two plates to the table. Poor effort

We were quite disappointed with Gordon Ramsay's burger restaurant. Given the name, we expected exceptional burgers, but that was not the case at all. The price is excessive compared to the size of the burger, which was really small. The flavors were pretty ordinary, nothing remarkable. Additionally, the wait time was incredibly long, even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. As a bonus, the sweet potato fries are extra and are exorbitantly priced for what they are. In the end, the experience does not justify the price or the reputation. I do not recommend this address.

Chicken or beefburgers were tasty but small and hugely overpriced. Standard and sweet potato chips were very good. Overall EVERYTHING was massively overpriced and a compulsory 15% service charge was added which was outrageous. I tried to reduce it to 10% standard but couldn't. The service was good and quick (and the young man very nice) but there was hardly anyone in the restaurant so hardly surprising. Even the canned/bottle drinks were overpriced. We felt ripped off. We had 4 burgers of one sort or another (1 with an added extra), 1 extra chicken wings, and 4 canned/ bottled drinks and, including the service charge, we paid £136 (for 4 people - 3 hungry kids and 2 grandparents who shared a burger but had a drink each). OUTRAGEOUS. It's not comparing like with like, but the following day we ate at Itsu and the cost was a fraction - about £60 for the same group of people exactly. And plenty of food. Be prepared to leave with far emptier pockets money-wise!

Took my Wife here for her birthday lunch, and I can say the food was AMAZING. Taste, preparation, presentation was awesome. Definitely gonna be coming back again.

Egle was super friendly and was very polite. Offered to get us drinks first then checked in on us while eating. The best service we have had in a while from a waitress. Only thing (this wasn’t Egle)to say is don’t put ice in coke floats please! It means little coke and then the coke freezes and the ice cream just stays on top

My husband and I had a nice lunch here. Our waitress, Egle, was very kind and gave us really nice service. We split the Menage a Trois burger which was satisfying. Not a life-changing burger but it was still nice. We loved the seasoning they had tossed the fries in. It is a bit pricey for burger and fries (£20 + £3 service charge) but we expected as much since it is a Gordon Ramsay establishment. If you are in the mood for a nice burger while visiting the O2 and don’t mind the higher price point, I would recommend giving this place a try.

Asked the waitress what she recommend for a veggie burger and she said to go for the TANDOORI PANEER , I’m so glad I did it was different but really tasty and the chips were really nice too my partner went for the NEXT LEVEL BURGER and he said it was really good, was so full after . I’d definitely recommend it . The Service was excellent the Waitress was really polite and helpful came back and checked if we were happy if we were enjoying it her name was Egle . Didn’t have to wait long even when they were busy .

Nice enough burger restaurant but very dark inside. Food was ok. Onion rings were more batter than onion! Ordered a bottle of wine which appeared promptly. However didn't realise until we were home had charged us £39 for the wine and should have been £32. Checked prices on website. Also charge you 15% service charge . Which you can take off but feels stingy to do so. Try to get you to order via QR code. Not sure if service charge will still apply as we asked them to take our order manually

The atmosphere was good and we were shown to our table quickly. You place your order yourself using the QR code, this worked well and food arrived quickly. There is a warning though, every time you order something you get charged £2 service charge, so if you order an additional drink you have to pay another £2. So £7 for a pint of beer and £2 for someone to walk it 10 feet to you! Burgers were good but nothing special and the Hell’s kitchen burger with Hotter than Hell Salsa and Hotter than Hell Salsa had absolutely no heat to it at all. It had what looked like pesto in it. The half rack of ribs were very nice, not sure why we needed to pay £3 to change standard fries to sweet potato ones. Would we go back? As a captive audience while at the O2 maybe, but not if we were near other burger outlets. I would say the the burger was a £15 burger at most.

Good "street" atmosphere with the graffiti on the walls. I would have preferred less cooked and thicker steaks, even if I had a smash burger. The sauce was excellent though.

The burgers were ok, they didn’t really leave an impression but the fries were crisp + fluffy and the onion rings were a standout. Definitely give the strawberry milkshake a try too, made with fresh strawberries and so creamy! However, the whole reason I’m taking the time to write this review is solely because of our server, Egle! She was so good at her job and it’s rare to see someone take such pride in a job well done. She was so warm and attentive, I could see our whole section never had to raise a hand, she was always on the lookout for anyone needing assistance. She is clearly a cut above the rest of her colleagues, particularly the greeter who made us feel less than welcome upon first arrival. He was sullen and stone faced, a stark contrast to Egle’s friendly smile. Egle, keep doing what you’re doing and I have no doubt you’ll achieve anything you set your mind to! Thank you for taking care of us.

The burger was delicious. Dirty fries and wings just very average. Cocktails really nice. I enjoyed the online ordering. Thought everything came super fast, quality of service is virtually nonexistent. I’d probably order the burger online again, but I’m not convinced I’d visit again in person.

Basura total - pollo como el caucho y definitivamente no recién cocinado, hamburguesa de ternera grasienta, por debajo del promedio de £ 20 precio de la hamburguesa con papas fritas. Cargo por servicio añadido automáticamente a la factura, inaceptable! Animado a usar el código QR para ordenar, pero no recibí una señal y no quería pasar mi tiempo sentado en un restaurante que se conecta a WiFi y averiguar cómo ordenar. Preguntado si tomarían mi orden y el personal parecía incómodo y preguntó por qué quería que tomaran una orden. Estábamos en un grupo, todos ordenados por separado casi al mismo tiempo, pero grandes brechas entre los pedidos. Ni siquiera una jarra de agua del grifo llegó hasta que estuvimos a mitad de camino comiendo nuestra comida. ¡Nunca más!

¡Ver título! La hamburguesa de aguacate de pollo fue probablemente la peor comida que he comido en un restaurante por 30 años. Demasiado ocupado con niños para pedir un cambio. Me sentí en el microondas y duro como neumáticos.

Excellent Burger and Fries, pricing in line with other restaurants in the 02, Self ordering from the app was smooth, self paying at the end was easy. But no suprise it was quieter than many of the other restaurants when the discretionary 15% service charge can only be removed by a member of staff. Which there isn’t many of, as other than bringing over your food and drinks the customer has done all the servers work. Left a contrived taste at the end of a nice meal.
