Gordon Ramsay Street Burger - The O2 in Greenwich

Went at 16.23 and were served by Egle who was polite & helpful. We had an OGR Burger and fries combo with extra coleslaw and onion rings. I had 1/2 rack ribs which was lovely but cold as they were on the pass for most of the time we were sat waiting for our meal. To add insult to injury the couple next to us who arrived a good 10 minutes after us were served their burgers before us! If the ribs had been hot, it would have been 5 stars as it was very tasty food and the onion rings were scrummy. I appreciate it was extremely busy but the only order I'm interested in is my own. I wanted to check out a new burger place after growing tired of the likes of Frankie and Benny's and Five Guys. After seeing a Youtube review of a Street Burger I thought I would give it a go. I looked at it's menus online and the selection and photos of the food looked good from the images I saw. Well, my experience wasn't much of a treat. I ordered a Next Level burger that came with chips and a toffee pudding milkshake. Well, if it wasn't for the milkshake I don't think I would have felt satisfied. That's unusual since I always feel good after usually just eating a dinner at a restaurant. I didn't like the chips much, either. The burger was decent and tender. The milkshake, itself, was bland with not much taste! The service was great and the ambience was fine. I was a bit concerned because the Youtube reviewer I watched docked a few points off his rating for experiencing loud music. But the volume level was fine at the one at the 02 arena. For me, Street Burger is not really good value for what you get. There isn't much that sets it apart. In fact, I tried a Wendy's for the first time recently. And although I didn't care for that, either, I think I would say the food from there was much more tasty. And it was cheaper! I might be trying Gourmet Kitchen Burger next, so here is hoping I will be third time lucky in being impressed. Or maybe I am just hard to please?

It's a good burger place, nice design, decent food, but what really stands out is customer service. All staff were attentive, but we cannot praise Egle enough. Genuine care, good knowledge of the menu and such a positive attitude. She has also a lot positive to say about the company and her manager Jasiek. Thank you Egle for making this lunch very special.

First time at a GR Street Burger, and we both really enjoyed tasty, well-cooked burgers and some of the best fries we've had (outside Australia!). As it was ahead of a show the place was packed and with queues to get in, but the host and staff were all friendly and provided excellent service. Couldn't fault it and would definitely recommend if you're at the O2 and fancy a burger!

A lot of good places to eat at the o2 but we chose here. Servers don’t really talk or engage, took our order and then forgot to bring the drink. Food served quick, wasn’t really a fan of the burgers, it’s ok here but better places nearby.

Visited Ikea and decided to go to the O2 for something to eat, parked in the carpark for the cinema which was around £7 for 2 hours. Decided to try Gordons Street burger (there was also signs for a street pizza coming in Spring 2024) We were greeted and sat to the side of the restaurant.. there are tables in the middle but everyone seemed to be sat at the side which was strange as from the outside looked empty. We ordered the £20 (i think it was) deal where you got a burger and fries.. there was lots to choose from all different types of burgers and I must admit they were delicious! So were the chips! My only complaint would be that the service charge is added onto the bill and you have to ask to have it removed. Can’t say our service was worth the tip! But suppose its where you are! Toilets are upstairs but did have disabled one’s downstairs.

Went to watch Disney on Ice with my wife and daughter. Thought we’d stop to eat somewhere. Only place that had space was here. There was obviously why… If you fancy waiting 30 mins for an average burger and finding a small bone in it, then this place is for you. They have the cheek to charge £20 for a pathetic child size burger and some chips! Play it safe next time and go to Nando’s or Wagamama’s. Gordon Ramsey should be ashamed to have his name anywhere near this place. Only thing good was the friendliness of the service however food was so bad, that was the first and last time I will ever be eating there.

Amazing place. We had to wait for a table. Eventually we got a table we were happy to sit at. The food was decent and the drink was nice too. Great service by Shaneece the waitress. Thumbs up. Will go there again to try something else next time.
