Excellent Burger and Fries, pricing in line with other restaurants in the 02, Self ordering from the app was smooth, self paying at the end was easy. But no suprise it was quieter than many of the other restaurants when the discretionary 15% service charge can only be removed by a member of staff. Which there isn’t many of, as other than bringing over your food and drinks the customer has done all the servers work. Left a contrived taste at the end of a nice meal.

So disappointed. Meet overcooked, though that is a personal opinion. But you would expect a burger place to offer the choice to customer on how cooked you want your meat. Both our burgers came with bread a bit cold. Hate ordering via an app, pay ahead with 15% service charge (though you do the job), £20 for a burger with fries which is a lot better at 5Guys, shakeshack or some real burger place. Disappointment is only bigger as the name comes with some expectations. Won't go back.

Oh dear. I hoped for more being linked with Gordon Ramsay, but what a huge disappointment. I only ordered a burger and chips, and it arrived very promptly, which was good, but unfortunately, before I had even finished my relatively small portion of chips, my burger was cold. Very puzzling , not tepid or Luke warm , but cold. Very concerning. The staff were pleasant enough but robotic. I appreciated them asking how my meal was , so I could give them my feedback, but they clearly were not actually asking the question in earnest, just following a script. Nothing was done about my cold food. Overall, the service was tepid, the food below average, and overpriced. I would not recommend , I will not be returning.

I recently ordered delivery from Street Burger by Gordon Ramsay, and honestly, it was a bit of a letdown. I went for the Idiot Burger, which costs £18, and while it tasted decent, it definitely wasn’t worth the price. For starters, the delivery took over an hour, even though I don’t live far away, and by the time the burger arrived, it was cold. I was really excited to try a burger from a “Gordon Ramsay” restaurant, but it felt like I was paying more for the name than for the actual quality of the food. The burger itself was fine. Flavorful enough, but pretty underwhelming in terms of size and fillings. For £18, I expected something more substantial and satisfying. To be fair, maybe the delivery process affected the quality, but for a restaurant with such a big name behind it, I expected better. Overall, it was an okay burger at best, but the experience left me disappointed. 5/10 from me.

It started of well even though they never had a table ready for us and we booked in weeks in advance. Drinks came up fast and the milkshakes was so lovely. All the food turned up cold and the chicken was not cooked through at all. Sent back two meals and the tables around us also sent back food and got told that the food was cold due to the salad next to it. Highly disappointed… Would never go back

We were seated promptly in a mainly empty restaurant during lunch hour but, after almost immediately ordering, our food took an exceptionally long time to come. For £20 a burger with fries, the burgers were tasty but given the wait time, dissatisfying. Furthermore, my friend could not eat much given her allergies and was charged the same price for essentially a beef patty and fries as I was for the full burger. However, the atmosphere was nice and not too loud and the company of my friends made it worthwhile.

Show day ! We wanted a vegan burger BUT. Wanted coke slaw instead of chips ! Could that be swapped ? No of course not . It’s not on the little order tablet! A burger ( according to web site is £18 Cole slaw £3 ) we’ll order that then ! No not possible ! Apparently you can’t order a burger on its own as the chips are “free” ! NO ! The burger is £18 !? Not in the 02 on showday ! Well Gordon Ramsey I feel like swearing ! Why can there be no flexibility in these places and just swap a bit of Cole slaw for chips ( we do not eat potatoes ! AND the manager was no help at all just walking away with no apology ! We certainly will not be going there ever again The trouble with these little pads is there’s no leeway AND the young people using them are scared to use their initiative by just swapping one for the other to keep a customer happy Surely the cook or whoever deals with portions could do it ?

My daughter and I were at the o2 for a matinee show - I thought ahead and booked a table here. We actually arrived 40 mins early, that wasn't an issue and we were shown to our table and looked after by Vamsi G who was brilliant. I was glad I booked - it was super busy, it was a show day at the o2 though so it shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone - diners or restaurant. Vamsi looked after us well - I was very low on battery on my phone and needed to save what I had for the show tickets - that wasn't an issue at all and Vamsi took our order and kept checking back that we had all we needed. Food was lovely, it wasn't fast service but it wasn't slow either, we were not rushed and had plenty of time ahead of the show. When we left, it was massively busy - a huge queue to get in and some diners were complaining that they had been waiting over 30 mins for food - the staff seemed to be dealing with this really well and I saw plenty of food being rushed out; noone was leaving without eating. I would recommend. I would also recommend booking in advance if you're going on show day - and leave plenty of time, they are dealing with ALOT of people !

Had a decent meal here before a show. BUT not sure Gordon Ramsey would be over the moon. To be fair, my husband's burger was lovely. I had the chicken and avocado burger. The chicken was on the dry side and it could have done with a bit more avocado. But it was okay. The fries were good. However, we watched as several people semt food back, with the main complaint being that the burgers weren't hot. If it didn't habe Gordon Ramsay's name on it, I possibly wouldn't be so critical...

I wish I had read the reviews before going in. You have to order via the app, which is always annoying especially when there are two of you. It made payment awkward at the end as my friend had to use her card on my phone. It automatically adds 15% service charge which you can't deduct unless you ask a member of staff..you pay prior to getting the service and meal, so it's not like you can ask for it to be removed before even receiving the food and service. The only service provided is them bringing the meal to you. The staff aren't that welcoming, I had to be the one asking for things rather than them asking if everything is ok. You have to request sauce and they come out in small pots. The staff aren't that present to quickly ask for something ( we weren't even there on a busy day). The only decent thing were the sweet potato fries which is extra charge on the £20 burger and chips. Absolute rip off when the burger is small and dry. The meal came out quick, so the patty was probably just sitting there I would not go back to any of the chains based on the service and vibe given off from this branch.

The smashed mushroom burger was just ok. The sauce for the umami vegan nuggets was salty and not flavourful at all. No vegan desserts. Disappointing for a restaurant with Gordon Ramsay’s name on it. The best part of the restaurant was ordering on the QR code menu and being able to easily split the bill on your phone.

While the atmosphere and food were fantastic, several major oversights made the experience frustrating and exhausting. The QR app treated one of our orders separately, meaning a burger was paid for but didn’t appear on the main order. On top of that, one of my friends accidentally paid for someone else’s meal because the cart automatically displayed an item they hadn’t selected. What followed was a long back-and-forth with the staff, trying to figure out what we actually owed. Unfortunately, we felt ignored for most of this process—no one wanted to take ownership of the app’s issues, and that much was painfully clear. To be fair, even we struggled to make sense of the mess. Once we finally got to the bottom of it, we were nearly overcharged by £40. If one of us hadn’t double-checked the number on the card reader, we could have easily ended up paying far more than we should have. And after all this, we were still required to pay a 15% service charge—for what service? Everything was handled through an app that failed, and when we needed assistance, no one took responsibility. It’s a shame because the food, beer, and atmosphere were excellent, but the disorganized ordering system and lack of accountability from staff really tainted the experience.

Expected way more than I found, the whole food was full of oil to the level where you have the feeling in your mouth after 1 hour, the onion rings were soacking in oil still, the portions were quite small, the whole ordering is through the phone, so guess my surprise when I notice a 15% service charge at the end of my bill, what is it for??? Is a very big marketing they do with such a restaurant. Piece of advice go to Haute dolci 2 shops after and enjoy a wonderful meal for half the price.

Honestly very disappointed. I got the vegan "wings" and they were literally frozen chicken nuggets warmed up. Not even good ones. Also they weren't saucy wings, literally chicken nuggets with a dipping sauce. And the "hotter than hell" sauce is just a slightly spicier buffalo. And we can see them cooking, And I watched them sit under the warmers for 10+ minutes while waiting for the other people I was eating with to get their food. They got burgers and said they were mid. The only good thing was we got a sticky toffee pudding that we liked, though it was our first one so can't say how it compares. Also there's a required 15% gratuity for staff.... When you order from QR codes at the tables! Make it make sense. Anyways, I expected more from a GR restaurant, especially for the price

Had food here before seeing a show, was extremely busy so was a wait to be seated however this was my fault for not booking a table beforehand. While in queue there was atmosphere due to people who had pre booked a table getting annoyed with the host. We were then seated in between two couples and were so close to them we kept accidentally bumping one another and could hear their conversations. We ordered using the QR code and ordered our food and drinks and then ordered again using the QR code just Diet Pepsis and bill for 2 Diet Pepsi’s was over £10 due to them automatically adding a tip to the bill. So we ended up giving 2 tips. Just everyone should know every time you order on QR code they add a tip. Food was okay however for the price I expected exceptional

A little disappointing. The burger recipe is good, but the meat was overcooked. The waiter explained to me that it was not possible to do otherwise because the beef patties are frozen! Also my friend ordered a chicken/avocado burger specifying “no onion”, and the burger arrived without avocado! The waiter explained that the onions are mixed with the avocado since it was in fact guacamole and therefore by removing the onions they also took the initiative of not putting in the avocado without warning us. I expected much better.

Drinks are on the pricey side but we were given tap water as soon as we sat down which was great. Food is nice, nothing that blows you away but what you’d expect for a reasonably priced meal. Would most likely return, if anything just because the staff were great! Final note for those who dislike discretionary service charges. They do add 15% which you can ask to have taken off if you’re that way inclined.

My partner and I visited this restaurant for our 2nd wedding anniversary, using vouchers we received as a gift. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Steak: The steak was chewy and far from the quality we expected. Salad: The lettuce in our salad was a bit yellow, indicating it wasn't fresh. Seating: We were seated at the back of the restaurant, which felt like sitting outside in a cheap Weatherspoons garden. No offence to Weatherspoons, but it definitely gave off those vibes. Ambiance: There was nothing special about the ambiance, which was a letdown for our special occasion. Food Quality: The main course and dessert were of very low quality. The only highlight of the meal was the starters—salmon tacos, which we did enjoy. As locals, we would recommend avoiding this place if you're coming to the O2 for a meal. There are so many other restaurants that you'd enjoy far more. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially for a special occasion. We expected much better.

I attempted to dine here before a concert but despite a number of enquiries about our order our food never arrived. I had to leave and was assured I would have my bill refunded in full 3-5 working days later but now a month on I’m still trying to get my refund with no response from GBK. Terrible service.
