Honest Burgers in Greenwich

Ordered whilst staying for the night, from Bristol watching a gig, was easy click and collect and food lovely, but was freezing cold by time got hotel (1 min walk max )

The food is great and the staff are very accomodating and friendly.

Brilliant burgers and chips. Onion rings weren’t the best - a bit overcooked but everything else was incredible - especially the Camembert festive specials

Visited the other week and was served by Vasco. Absolute gem of a team member. We four gents had had a few beers prior to arrival and were in desperate need of food, Vasco looked after us amazingly and provided us with some amazing conversation. Hope to visit again soon.

Absolutely outstanding customer service! The staff are so lovely chatty and fun without being too full on. Great food which came very quickly and reasonable prices also.

Nothing but a scam on delivery. Order was 1.5 hours late, shop denies any responsabile, food got delivered frozen.

Continuing my quest to sample all the Local Burgers - today was the Greenwich! Honest beef, palma ham, taleggio cheese, crispy onions, chilli jam, rocket and pickles - whats not to love. Accomopanied with a portion of chicken tenders washed down with a pint of Brooklyn Pildner. Delicious food, comfy venue and great service. 5 stars! Worth a visit.

Lovely, tasty Hot food, it's pricey but you get what you pay for.

Honest Burgers is great for consistency across the different branches, in my experience. The food is always good, the price-point is appropriate and I can always rely on food satisfaction when I eat there. The chips are AMAZING, it's worth going just for that. Enjoy!

Service was impeccable and beautiful. Came here on the 14th November for my sisters birthday. Got free shots. We laughed. We danced. Everything was right in the world.

- By far the best burger I had the greater London area. Coming from cattle country in the USA it was nice to eat a burger that tasted like home. Plus they had a mint lemonade drink that was refreshing and delightful!

Went there for the first time, as I usually stick to my favourite burger from another chain. Despite the order arriving quickly and staff being extremely helpful, the classic burger with blue cheese was a bit of a disappointment. It's more like a child's meal. There was a good portion of the rosemary chips on the side, so I was not hungry when I left. If I return, I will have to check the menu for a different burger that could be a bit more fulfilling 😋

I have a gluten free diet and the Buffalo fried chicken burger from Honest Burgers is by far the best-it’s incredible!! Accompanied by the amazing gluten free rosemary fries, it’s truly a meal to die for! Trust me, I’ve sampled quite a few! It’s sad that i don’t have Honest Burgers where I live, but that’s why I always visit one when I can when I travel. I post all my meals on my Instagram page @healthyfoodsmiff

If you love burgers then this is the place to be. Burgers aren't my usual go to but had the smashed burger and it was one of the best I've had. Service brilliant and friendly

Upon entering I got the feeling that they were closing even though it was not yet 9:00 PM. Had a burger with fries that were covered in rosemary salt so that the flavor of the burger could not be tasted. I got nauseous during the night, I don't know why. But not recommended

The chips and onion rings were good. Burger meat not as well seasoned as other Honest burger outlets. Still a fine burger. Everyone very friendly.

The food used to be really good. But the quality has dropped considerably . The rosemary fries had no rosemary on them and the onion rings where over cooked and overly salty, the burgers had hardly any salad and no onion, more like mcdonalds than gourmet burgers these days. I definitely wont be ordering from there again. Poor show.

Simply perfect! Definitely the best burger in London. The place was nice, clean with friendly and super welcoming staff. We took advice from Elisabetta (Lizzy) and she was fantastic and makes a delicious spritz. Italians and non-Italians, I highly recommend this place.

Another great honest burger. Food is awesome as always. The guys working here were super friendly and kind. Really appreciated their kindness considering that I was with 2 kids and a 2 years old starving guy. The restaurant is quite small but nice. There's an interesting skylight in the back to bring natural light in the back room. The only bad point is about the toilets. They were clean enough but the smell was really terrible. I hope it was just a case.

It's been 10 years since I've been to Honest for the first time, at the Brixton one (I guess it was their first location). It tastes just the same. Never disappoints.

Very pleasant experience. We had special smash burger which was absolutely delicious, very good fries. All together top notch experience.

Came here for the Honest Burger having heard a lot about it. Bit of a mess when my order was somehow missed with the blame falling on a new order management system. I decided to leave as it was getting late. The pleasant non-British hostess (or was she the waitress) ran behind me in the street and gave me my burger in a takeaway bag and apologised profusely. Until then I wouldn’t have gone back to this burger joint but her commitment to customer service really shook me to the core. Honest Burgers team, if you’re reading this, that lovely lady deserves a damn raise!

Was not greeted on entrance. Stood there and they said nothing so started looking for a seat and made it all the way in…..then a European woman started waving her hands at me as if I have no etiquette. We were clearly ignored on entrance. She then proceeded to tell me to go back and wait to be seated whilst another staff member said you’re already here you might as well sit (loads of empty tables and chairs) male waitress was amazing. Would say European female staff have race issue: a white person walked in and she ran over in 0.5 seconds flat. When I walked in I literally waited then slowed started making my way into the restaurant. I even walked past the waitress….she didn’t acknowledge me. Safe to say will not visit again. Chips are awful. Spend your money elsewhere.

Great food and service - The burgers were very tasty & cooked very well,chips very good with a large portion. Onion rings were amazing and probably the best I've ever eaten. Staff were welcoming with fast service of drinks and a very short wait time for food to arrive. Nothing to improve on here and would definitely eat/visit again. The ground floor rear dining area can be very loud if full of customers and could be down to the skylight or brickwork and acoustics of the area. There are other areas inside which seemed quieter. The stairs leading downstairs to the toilets past the kitchen and the floor need a deep clean as the surfaces are very slippery/greasy and the mens toilet could also do with a clean/redecorating.

Nice burger and coctails. Open late everywhere else the kitchen was closed!

I have eaten many times at various Honest Burger places across London. I love burgers, and these are my favourites! Great meat, delicious chips and a good choice of styles.

Ordered the halloumi and beef burger and salad with lemonade and i was so full i couldnt finish my plate. Had half the burger to take home. This branch is far from ms but i will definitely go back to Honest!

Had lunch on Saturday, my friend and I both had extreme food poisoning that lasted until Tuesday. I’ve never been so unwell. Toilets were filthy. Suspect poor cleanliness and hygiene practices.

I visited Honest Burger with my cousin on the 20th August, we were greeted by a really friendly waitress ( sorry I can’t remember her name but she is Italian and had just come back from a 2 week holiday). The food was amazing with really generous portions. It was my birthday that day, the waitress went above and beyond to make it special, so thank you. I will definitely go there again.

There is a very delicious burger here, very juicy and soft inside; the two lovely waitresses always have a smile on their face, a very pleasant meal, both in terms of food and service

We were warmly welcomed at the door and given a table for two without a reservation. When ordering, we asked again if there were any allergies, which is not a given. Really great! The food was served quickly and was very delicious. The chilli burger was really spicy, so definitely a recommendation if you like spicy food.

For chocolate and ice cream lovers this place is a MUST ! The grandchildren absolutely loved it

I liked it a lot. The place is nice, even if very similar in layout to establishments of the same type found in the area, it has some peculiarities that make it different from the others. The burgers are excellent, nothing like those of certain famous chains, where they are served enclosed in aluminum, to give an impression of authenticity that isn't actually there. The sandwiches here are truly genuine and you can feel it when you taste them. Taste buds don't lie. There is a decent selection of craft and non-craft beers, also coming from local breweries. I had a good Stonewall IPA which did not disappoint me. In essence, a nice discovery, excellent for a quiet dinner in Greenwich.

Came for a late lunch, good timing as not too crowded. Although tables are quite small. Ordered the tribute burger asked for medium rare - it came much more like a medium or even well done, no pink or blood at all. Other than that it was very nice and the rosemary fries are the best fries in my opinion!!! I am a fan of Honest and will come back or visit other restaurant but please please teach your chefs to do the burgers rare/medium rare!!!!!

Arrivati a Greenwich con la mini crociera, non sapendo dove mangiare e, pur avendo una vasta scelta, abbiamo optato per Honest Burgers, che per noi resta sempre una garanzia. Ogni locale offre un panino "local" diverso e che non è possibile trovare negli altri, questo di Greenwich non mi ha convinto particolarme, quindi ho deciso di optare per il panino vegetariano. Una buona opzione, ma mi ha convinto un po' meno dei quelli con la carne. Tuttavia, resta sempre il migliore a Londra e non solo.

Loved the Halal chicken burger options. I had the buffalo chicken burger. Waitress was on her first day working there but clearly they choose quality in their staff because service was excellent. Compared to the competition the price was decent too, worth the money in my opinion.

Walked in and was investigated for bringing in push chairs when I told the lady we had 7 guests so we walked out! Terrible service and very rude manager. I’m glad we walked across the road to a more professional establishment.

Honest burger has taken a dramatic drop in quality and not ordering again… Ordered through Uber eats, it took two hours of ‘preparing’ we called the restaurant and they said it ‘the order had just been put through’ to then be called 10 minutes later saying they had ‘lost’ the order and run out of fries. Unbelievable un-professional and have had friends with similar stories through honest burger

Awful service. No communication for delivery order for at least two hours to then be told there was no chips and they had lost our order. Will not be ordering from here again

Excellent burgers for veggies & vegans! My burger was with a “Beyond Meat” patty and cheddar and tasted extremely good. Spicy and round in taste. Plus a generous portion of French fries with rosemary. You'll get your fill here! ☺️ The service is very friendly and attentive and is happy to give you a lot of information about the burgers, preparation and origin 🍔 Food was brought very quickly. Atmosphere cozy and rustic, a bit cottage like. Definitely try it out!

I went with my partner and friends on the night of 07/23/2024. We are Spanish and we are on vacation. It was the place where we were most comfortable. The food was delicious and very good quality/price ratio. Highlight the service. Roberto attended to us and was very attentive to us, with a big smile. Being Spanish, he made us feel at home. He was very patient and helped us at all times to be able to choose from the variety of dishes available, asking ourselves what our tastes are and thus finding the burger that we would like the most. I hope to find workers like this anywhere. Congratulations!

Very good service and excellent food, been going here for a very long time and never been let down. The team are very welcoming and the burgers are always delicious!

Disappointed by the click and collect system. I ordered online and went to collect at the specified time. I showed the staff the order number and was told to wait. After a 20 minutes wait, I was asked for the order details again and was told that they had not received the order and had to prepare it thereafter. In the end, I waited for around 40 minutes for a click and collect order, which is exactly the opposite to the purpose of pre-ordering online. I would urge everyone to avoid using the online ordering system, and they should make sure the system works before they put it online.

I used to love Honest burgers but the last 2 times I had one, the patty was full of cartilage/connective tissue pieces which were difficult to chew. I’m extremely disappointed as this used to be my favourite burger but it looks like they’ve resorted to using low quality meat for their burgers. It’s with a heavy heart that I’m saying I won’t be having an Honest burger again.

It seems that the schedule of those there does not coincide with the schedule shown. I got here at 21:45 and the people there were already cleaning, although the schedule is until 23:00. Disappointing

Food and drinks were very tasty. Everything is locally made. The portions are okay in size. Just too little if you're really hungry

Can not fault my meal apart from staff/system loosing my online collection order then when my wife gave them the receipt she was still given single smash burger rather the double with bacon. Phoned but staff just saying they will find a solution but advised them the only solution is to refund the difference from my card l gave them over the phone. Still not had refund and not happy.

The veggie fritter burger is VERY tasty.

Have visited a few times now. Alway been seated straight away. Staff are really friendly. The buffalo wings are so good and worth going for them alone! they are also gluten free so my daughter could enjoy them too, as well as a gluten free burger bun and sauces. I definitely prefer the smashed burger options to the normal ones, which are too dense (for me). The fries are really really good too, and you get a generous portion. I'll definitely be going back!
