DO NOT USE Awful... food wasn't great, forgot a whole meal and forgot drinks for the other meals. Originally delivered to wrong address, was not sorry at all and told me to complain through just eat ...

The best chickens in the world!!!!!! You can eat endlessly and never get bored. The same recipe and queues to order for years. You can definitely eat a lot and tasty food.

Better than kfc and cheaper every thing is nice but the fries are the best and only nfc does these fries

What has happened to this place! Ordered food online. 2 chicken meals, I received 2 wrap meals. Tried contacting them several times over 2 days and No answer!

My order was missing an item. When I realised, I phoned NFC up and told them what was missing. At first the guy repeatedly lied about what I had ordered, but it was part of a deal so it was included in the price I had paid. Then he said that they would send it out. When I asked how long that would take, he said they'd send it "next time". As in, next time I order! (bear in mind- if I hadn't have asked how long, I would've been sitting there waiting!) I said that's not good enough, I either want my money back or the missing item. He then said he was busy and hung up on me. I drove to the restaurant and gave them back their average lukewarm food and got my money back. Terrible, rude service. I will not be ordering again.

UPDATE This place has gone downhill in such a short space of time. I’m a regular customer ordering from here at least once a week but This is my last time ordering from here. Their service has gone down and the quality of the food I just had was terrible food was cold and stale and soggy. My food was late and when I called the restaurant to find out what was happening, there was no apology from the restaurant or the driver when the food came. You could tell the food was under the warmer for so long because the container had started bowing and melting. To make it worse, the last time I ordered from here I got food poisoning. I used to recommend this place to others but definitely won’t be anymore. Very upsetting. ——— One of the best takeaways in the area. I order from NFC roughly every other week and they never disappoint. Chicken is always great and the chips are always fresh. Better then KFC and McDonald’s when I order in. I love both the fried chicken and the grilled Peri Peri chicken. The chicken portions are large and they are flavoursome.

Great wings, great chicken, good prices

I had chicken fillet burger, fish burger, great drinks range, chips are nice and stay hot forever. would recommend for a cheaper night in than KFC. they are also near Morrisons at the BP garage in the back.

Ordered from them first time after the place been recommended to me by a friend. Food came within half hour, nice and hot and nice and tasty. Cant fault the place, will use again.

Everything I order, the order is always wrong even when I put in the description please can you check the order before delivering incase wrong. Ordered tonight and things missing so rang up and they started calling us a liar and also argued with us then hanged up. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS SHOP AGAIN. Pleasant service, nice food, great chips. But cannot see the good hygiene certificate which should be displayed for customers. Open kitchen so you can see it's clean but the certificate should be on display.

Only been twice but heard good thigs prior to going and I was not disappointed, the food has been great both times so will keep going back

Great food what can I say , I enjoy the hot wings as I’m not the person who eats very spicy at all. As for the BBQ ribs. Are the best I’ve had so far. My kid loves them so is my wife , we usually go for same thing every time but I’m sure everything is good. Friendly and polite staff and happy to serve at any time . It can be busy sometimes but what good food place isn’t busy. Keep it up .

Please just give it a try and trust me if you don't divorce KFC immediately I will be very surprised.. They even delivered free to me in Greenhithe.

Had chicken nuggets and chips for my kids and my missus had a chicken burger once all gave them the diarrhoea and sickness lovely place not would not recommend feeding your kids from here might be a one off but wouldn’t risk it now enjoyed your rat burgers and pigeon I’ll get Joy your rat burgers and pigeon nugget balls

Lovely food, when it turned up. It took just under 2 hours to arrive. When we initially placed the order we was told it would take 45-50 mins. We called them back after there was no show after an hour. They said sorry they wete busy and told us there was 2 orders in front of our and they wasn't too far away so wouldn't be much longer. We waited another 40 mins before calling back to chase the order up again. This time again they said sorry but they was busy and our order was just leaving. To be honest, the lady on the phone didn't seem to actually care. When the order finally arrived there was no apology or anything from the delivery driver. Couldn't help but feel they hadn't rushed our order as we paid by card when we placed the order so they already had our money. It's a shame that the delivery was so poor as we always find the food really tasty and at such a reasonable price. Unfortunately, this experience has put us off ordering again.

Tonight we ordered from this restaurant via hungryhouse. We have been there before and it's always been amazing, and tonight was no different!! What did annoy me is that after ordering hungryhouse claimed a delivery time of 19:20 whereas the restaurant itself received an order time of 20:03. At half 7 I called the takeaway and was really quite rude (due to my hangriness) as I did not realise hungryhouse was lying when they claimed 19:20. I feel truly bad for the way I spoke to the lovely woman there. I will definitely be using your place again, fantastic food!!

Unbelievable!! I don't normally write about my experience on a positive note but this is absolutely the BEST I've ever had! The wings are exactly like KFC!! The ribs are not deep fried and covered in tons of bbq sauce which I hate. Fries are really tasty, fried chicken is lush and for price unbelievable! If I could rate this place above 10 it would be over 9000!
