Chicken was burnt & you forgot one portion of chips

driver turned up with the wrong order

The whole order was horrible, burger fillets were burnt, the sweet chili dips were spilt and a mini chicken side was missing, very expensive for poor service and quality, will never buy from here again!!!!!

hot wings did not turn up in the order this has happened multiple times

Food came late and cold, without the sides! So we had no fries with the chicken after that long wait and were left hungry. Terrible service, and not for the first time.

1 meal out of 7 was correct, missing chips, wrong meals

Food was all over the place in the bag , hardly any chips and yet again got sent chicken legs

The quality of the chicken was absolutely disgraceful the tinniest pieces of chicken you’ve ever seen 6 piece bucket which 3 pieces where legs. The chicken was dry too KFC your should be embarrassed but what you served and called it chicken

Slow, slow, slow! It was 30 mins+ between submitting my order and the order being prepared. Food was lukewarm at best upon arrival

bought four meals, drinks were missing. this seems to be happening a lot with 'meal deals' on here. seems a sneaky way to squeeze extra profit. this should be an option to mark on your missing items, not just the food items. £50 for 4 burgers and four small fries. probably wont order from this KFc on here again.

Its impossible to order food and expect it to arive on time the people are so slow its like their not getting paid or something.it can take 1-2 hours to deliver

Chips we’re cold other food luke warm, not enjoyable at all and we ordered it early , delivery guy friendly and delivered with care .

We ordered £70 worth of food. The delivery driver rang my phone and said he couldn’t find my address. I was on the phone for half an hour trying to give him directions which he wasn’t listening to, just kept saying he was at 98-100 when we are 126. I explained I could see him on the map, and where he had to go, and he proceeded to tell us his car is rubbish and he is a new driver who has just started his job, all the while our food is getting cold. When he finally food was stone cold.

A nice change, the food was still hot eve after driving home. The young girl who served us was polite and efficient

My food was not delivered to me this has happened twice with KFC orders wasn’t happy with the service

Ordered 6 pice chicken bucket and out of that I received 4 drumstick.

Chicken fillet was salty and the portions got a lot smaller was not worth the money I won’t be ordering again

The food was quite late, which wouldn’t have been an issue but it was stone cold. Bit disappointing as it was too cold to even enjoy it

The time of the delivery kept changing even though it did say online the food was being prepared. I do appreciate it must have been a busy time. The delivery driver was very friendly and polite. Then we get to the food! All of the food was cold and very dry, which suggests it had been cooked for too long and was left sitting somewhere before being sent out. Looking at the map the driver looked like he had only stopped at one place before us. The chips are dry every time and so was the chicken.

Time changed while we were waiting. Although we were kept updated, it was still frustrating

Food was not all delivered, when the driver arrived it took him nearly an hour to arrive from when leaving the restaurant so food was cold. We then went to restaurant and they was rude

Gave this takeaway another chance won’t be returning , once again got all the way home only to find they got the the order wrong again , this has happened on more than one occasion in the past and I have phoned the shop to let them know only to be told “ come back and we’ll change it “(after checking the CCTV ) but as we live 5 miles away it’s not practical. Last night we ordered a boneless bucket that should have contained 8 chicken strips we arrived home to find in the box 2 chicken strips 2 hot wings and two regular chicken pieces and chicken gravy that was more like water , I couldn’t even be bothered to phone the shop , very disappointing.

The food was a-mazing. Fresh and cooked perfectly. The delivery did keep moving later and later but we put the order in early so there may have been a huge influx of orders - or no drivers available.

Food was cold and dry. Chicken was tiny had slimy white stuff under the skin. Chips were awful with too much seasoning. The whole lot went in the bin.

We ordered the food at 6:30 we have just received it at 9:23 the food has arrived stone cold you might as well have just given the food straight from the fridge the food is also stuck to the bag because of how cold it has gotten I am now extremely sad I was looking forward to my meal now I either have to have a cold meal or a soggy reheated meal neither of them sound appealing please have sympathy as I suffer while eating this very sad very disappointing meal

Many items missing multiple times

I ordered food at 18.15 it turned up at 19.53 waited nearly 2 hours for my son's dinner

Order not complete which is disappointing as only 3 elements ordered . Looking at previous reviews this is obviously a continuing problem that management are unable to solve despite platitudes

Order was not delivered directly from restaurant. When it notified me that the courier was on their way they was no where near it. I have a screen shot to prove it. I expect a full refund as I didn’t get my order.

Ordered from here twice, and both orders had missing items, surely it can’t be that hard to just put everything in a bag. Even asked at the counter if everything was there and they said yes, what a lie. £7.50 out of pocket now, do something about it, refund would be nice.

Driver picked up and delivered wrong order. On calling restaurant I discovered that my order was still there but they wouldn't send it on as the drivers are employed by Just Eat. Was a big order so all that food wasted and I now have to wait for a refund. Not impressed.

Absolutely shocking service, when I collected it I asked the member of staff if everything was in the bag they said but when I arrived at home there were item’s missing and a fair amount of chicken was dry . When I spoke to them on the phone they were non apologetic and offered no attempt to resolve the matter. We will never visit KFC again, A disgraceful representation of a organisation

Estimated time kept changing and getting later and later. Waited well over a hour for our meal of cold chicken and cold chips. Why do i use just eat. This was really pathetic service. Just threw £40 in the bin
