KFC in Gravesham

Ordered from here twice, and both orders had missing items, surely it can’t be that hard to just put everything in a bag. Even asked at the counter if everything was there and they said yes, what a lie. £7.50 out of pocket now, do something about it, refund would be nice.

Absolutely shocking service, when I collected it I asked the member of staff if everything was in the bag they said but when I arrived at home there were item’s missing and a fair amount of chicken was dry . When I spoke to them on the phone they were non apologetic and offered no attempt to resolve the matter. We will never visit KFC again, A disgraceful representation of a organisation

Ordered fillet meal and 2 piece chicken. Fillet stone cold was dark brown and shrunk, should have been thrown out hours before, 2 piece chicken was greasy and stall. Half bag cold chips and half cup of melted ice cream. Never use this place again. All their interested is taking your money and they need to change the dirty oil.

Left out 2 chips and popcorn chicken and we didn’t get refund for this, happens every time we order from here! This is unacceptable

I called the branch and to no avail, contacted just eat yesterday and I am *still* waiting for them to get back to me. This needs to be resolved immediately.

I feel for the delivery guy as well who was waiting at the shop since 9pm for an order I made at 8:48 which turned up at 10.45. It’s a ridiculous amount of time to wait

Once again, extremely disappointed. The food took so long to get here, and was lukewarm when it arrived. I was also given such a small portion of chips, which is even more infuriating when you have been waiting so long for your food in the first place. Delivery from here never fails to disappoint.

Didn't get the extra popcorn chicken

The staff are really friendly and helpful, the food takes around 5-10 mins to receive if you dine in/take out. KFC is a great option for dinner/lunch. I recommend the sharing bucket if you are eating with a family. The condiments and fries are the best from KFC!!

Originally ordered at 12:25pm. the delivery was due to arrive at 12:50pm. The time kept creeping up and up and eventually was delivered at 1:40pm. When it arrived, the chicken was like warm and the chips were cold. Considering it cost over £30, the quality, standard and service was lacking.

It took 1hr 45 minutes for us to receive cold & soggy food. Very disappointed The restaurant is 5 minutes from our house Other restaurants much further away deliver much faster & food is hot and tasty

There was no fries for our meals and the burger was a normal fillet burger not a tower burger

Delivery was fine, but I seem to always have something missing from this KFC, or orders wrong, yet again I have 3 kids with 2 meals. It’s beyond a joke as this is almost every time ordering kfc.

The entire order was wrong. KFC confirmed it was their error at the branch due to new staff but were unable to send the correct order. Only way to resolve this is through just eat!!

Oh dear. Was served a 2 pc chicken meal and fries and a drink here. The chicken must of been bottom of the barrel legs, was expecting a leg and a breast but got 2 manky legs. Ordered a drink but it was full sugar not diet......I'm diabetic so that didn't go well. The staff need to be trained a little bit better I think and then maybe I'll review again.

Tracked delivery and driver who sat for 10 mins just up the road from our house. 1 bag of food had been opened and tampered with - missing boxes of chips. The seal had been peeled off and obviously replaced.

Didn’t listen to food instructions even though we called. And didn’t prepare 3 boneless banquets right as they missed 3 gravy’s! Really not good enough when you pay £50+!!!

Driver came to door twice as he had delivered my food elsewhere first time round. He then returned 15 mins later with my food that was opened and cold!! Disgusting service
