Visitamos Alamut en noviembre. Había 10 de nosotros y nos lo pasamos genial. El restaurante era muy agradable, acogedor, bien decorado y limpio. La señora que cuidó de nosotros fue muy agradable y amable. La comida era deliciosa, todo el mundo disfrutó de su comida. Estábamos visitando Londres pero si estamos allí otra vez sin duda volveremos a disfrutar de otra comida aquí en alamut.

Visitamos por una noche. Preciosa habitación, cama cómoda. Personal muy amable y acogedor. Perfectamente ubicado para la ciudad. Sin duda volveremos a visitar cuando en Nottingham.

Bueno, eso fue desagradable. Como usuario de silla de ruedas, llegué con mi esposo a almorzar con amigos para encontrar un paso en la puerta principal. Eso no es gran cosa, por supuesto, pero cuando mi esposo entró a preguntar por una rampa, le dijeron que no tenían una, y le indicaron que fuera al lado del edificio donde alguien nos encontraría. Hicimos lo que nos pidieron, pero cuando llegamos no había nadie que nos encontrara y nadie apareció. Mi marido volvió a la parte delantera del negocio y preguntó de nuevo. Esta vez alguien vino a abrir la puerta, pero todavía había un escalón en esta entrada y, de nuevo, ninguna rampa. Sin otra opción, me levanté de la silla y mi esposo la levantó sobre el escalón para que pudiéramos entrar. Durante la duración de nuestra comida, el personal no era amable ni grosero, sino simplemente desinteresado en nosotros. No el fin del mundo, pero tampoco es genial. En algún momento durante la comida mi esposo fue a hablar con el gerente (creemos) para quejarse cortésmente de la falta de una rampa y lo difícil que era para nosotros entrar. Ella se disculpó, y cuando llegó la factura nos sorprendió descubrir que una de nuestras comidas había sido preparada. Un gesto muy amable, que apreciamos. Las comidas, sin embargo... Los cinco estuvimos de acuerdo en que la comida era terrible, a pesar de haber pedido principalmente diferentes artículos. Es difícil entender cómo lograron hacer artículos simples para el brunch tan mal, pero de alguna manera lo lograron. Como ejemplo, el hachís marrón que venía con el “Desayuno a base de plantas” (más sobre esto en un momento) tenía la consistencia de un puré de papas seco con una capa delgada e insípida. Solo puedo imaginar que compran la opción congelada más barata disponible, las ponen en el microondas por lotes y luego las colocan en el mostrador durante el resto de la mañana listas para tirar, sin ceremonias, en platos que pasan. Nada más en mi plato era mucho mejor, pero el hachís marrón era definitivamente el peor. Volver a la planta - desayuno basado en: Ahora supongo que el título no debería haberme dejado claro esto, pero tanto yo como mi amiga que también elegimos esta opción nos sorprendimos al descubrir que no obtuvimos ningún huevo. En nuestra defensa, generalmente cuando hay un desayuno para carnívoros y una otra opción, la otra opción es vegetariana, no vegana. Nuestras mentes llenaron los espacios en blanco en este y esperaban obtener huevos. Pero de nuevo, la culpa es nuestra por no darnos cuenta de que no estaban en el menú de este plato. Pero uno se pregunta ¿por qué? Seguramente si vas a ofrecer una opción que no sea carne, le darías al comensal una opción de huevo/sin huevo para el plato ‘basado en plantas’. Si lo que recibimos fue comestible, no nos habría importado tanto, pero tal como está, los huevos seguramente se perdieron. Aquí estamos. Servicio antipático, sin pensar en la accesibilidad, y verdaderamente Dios - comida horrible. Tengo que decir que he tenido mejores sábados. Una vez más debo señalar que sí componían una de nuestras comidas, pero como no eran comestibles de todos modos no era el gran premio que imaginaban que fuera : (

The special chicken kebab did not contain any mushrooms and came without a pitta bread. A shame, as what was delivered still tasted good but it wasn’t what I ordered.

Ordered the deal for 4 items with ice cream. Absolutely amazing I can not stress enough how good the food was we had 2 Waffles a Brownie and a cookie dough. I wish I could win the lottery to enjoy the desserts each night after my evening meal. I swear the rest of these reviews are lying, I've been here twice for a family dessert now and I will be returning, the choice is huge, the fruits on top are fresh, the food is delivered at a great temperature by really polite well mannered drivers. Fantastic service. Thoroughly enjoyed both times we have ordered.

Te recomiendo encarecidamente que no vayas a comer pastel de pescado. ¡Nos presentaron una mísera torta de pescado con una ramita de perejil por 15 libras! Unfortunately, I don’t know the names of the staff that worked the shift around 11 AM on April 26, but they have been fantastic. Very friendly and going the extra mile to help us out. Thank you!

Ordered Lunch to de delivered for staff Christmas lunch. What a great service, food turned up on time piping hot and absolutely delicious. Thank you to all the staff and I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Sorry no photos due to eating it all lol

The restaurant is nice en have excellent Menu, very welcome en good services. The Hotel Closer to legoland. We stay for 5 days in mei 2024, en also in year 2023. en this is de second time we been there!, the room is Nice, simpel, en comfortabel. Everyday they clean the room.

The place was filthy had to clean knife and fork before using and to sive through mugs to find a clean one, all trays were filthy. Myself and husband has the breakfast both have had stomach ache all evening never again will we be going to a morrisons cafe

I popped in to Longacres last week to look at some large plant pops. I saw one that I liked but could not reach it as it was in the centre of a display. A young helpful very polite young man called JOEL came over to assist me. He managed to reach the pot and took it to the cashier. Then without me even asking, Joel picked this extremely heavy and large pot up whilst I paid for it and fitted it in to a space inside my tiny sports car. Not sure how he lifted it, without putting it in a trolley, as it weighed an absolute ton. Joel is a real asset to this company and I will return soon - having had a great experience. Order 2 chips which were £2.60 each he asks for £6 i said there £2.60 each so it's £5.20 he said the prices are 2 years out of date. He's trying to rid me off. Please never use

I’m not into writing reviews and complaining but the smellof the meat and the customer service made me write review and I feel very bad . Worst lamb chops plus bad experience ever Me and my girlfriend we went there for lunch , after 30 minutes of waiting we asked for take away After we took our food we came to workplace and opened the box of lamb chops and rice god is witness it was smelling horrible the lamb chops. Then I called the restaurant to complain about the smell they just keep telling me that meat was fresh and they received in the morning . Very disappointed completely ruined my day
