Ordered the deal for 4 items with ice cream. Absolutely amazing I can not stress enough how good the food was we had 2 Waffles a Brownie and a cookie dough. I wish I could win the lottery to enjoy the desserts each night after my evening meal. I swear the rest of these reviews are lying, I've been here twice for a family dessert now and I will be returning, the choice is huge, the fruits on top are fresh, the food is delivered at a great temperature by really polite well mannered drivers. Fantastic service. Thoroughly enjoyed both times we have ordered.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Food was 30minutes late and sent a brownie instead of a rocky road that I ordered. I called the shop and spoke to 2 different staff members after the first passed me onto "her boss " the second one apologised and asked if there was anything she could do I asked what she suggested, she said she'd call me back. 5 minutes later she did call back and said the boss had said I have 2 options I either accept the brownie as a substitute (if I wanted a brownie I would of ordered it!) Or they will refund the item AND COME AND COLLECT IT FROM MY HOUSE. Absolutely vile, resell an item that's already been delivered to someone else's house? Unsure how health and safety would feel about this suggestion. When I responded to tell the girl on the phone how shambolic that suggestion was "she was sorry but that's what the boss said" Enjoy my £27 as I will never spend my money here again and I will share my experience.

It’s terrible service. They advertise on all these apps and take your money, lie about delivery times and they are those stores that you can’t track. That’s because if you even get your order at all it will be hours late! You can’t even get through to them. They just leave you on hold every time. Waited hours for an order, tried calling over and over, couldn’t get through. Obviously you can’t get help from Uber eats etc as they can’t track them either and when they call they can’t get through to find out. Half they time they just drop your food at someone else’s address although you can’t find that out from them as they don’t answer the phone. I’m definitely not going to try and order with them anymore. At first Seems like a great place to order from as they have loads of options and stores and open late but they can’t actually fulfill what they’re advertising on the food platforms. Don’t bother save yourself the time, stress and calories - not worth it

We rang the shop to ask for help and the call handler was so rude because she ‘already had orders’, we asked to alter our order as we couldn’t do it online!! Won’t be using again!

Placed an order at 8:50 and it didnt arrive. Spoke to the store 9:50 and they said it was on the way. 10:50pm now and I cant get through to the store, havent been refunded and cant go anywhere else now as other places near by are shut, extremely disappointing, very poor service. Please avoid.

Ordered on Sunday evening as a treat however this will be the first and last time I use this place. First of all it is expensive and a £2.50 delivery charge on top of already astronomical prices. We were given an estimated delivery time of 20.45 and the food turned up somewhat 45 minutes after this. I ordered jam roly poly but was given apple pie. The man who delivered this didn’t let me know at the time and when I phoned up it transpired they had ran out of jam roly poly and was told they ‘tried to phone me several times’ to ask what I wanted instead. As you can guess I had no missed calls. Food was rubbish and the staff are incompetent. Give this place a miss.

Staff openly grumpy/ visibly frustrated about us having to alter the order (causing slight confusions) because we had to change our minds because THEY were out of stock of several ingredients/ choices. Toilets out of order and children not allowed to use staff toilet even though desperate told “go to the public toilet around the corner”. Queried about the toilet situation, to be given real attitude by the argumentative rude young girl working there. Quite an embarrassment how we were spoken to. Actually feel a bit hard done-to after spending £43 on 6 desserts. No “Thank you” or “goodbye” or even acknowledgment when we left, Zero customer service during meal (Staff completely disappeared after snapping at us - No check back) Review from locals, who won’t be going back or ordering for delivery in the future, and will be sure to let other local friends know of our diabolical experience and non existent customer service. No prices on menus which we found odd and off putting. Menu behind the till had prices but hard to read, and once at the till it seemed you were expected to instantly know what to order.. prices eventually pitched on the higher end.. explains the reluctance to print prices on menus on the tables.. As a side, the actual food we did receive was ok, (I wouldn’t recommend the rainbow waffle tho, has a weird texture) Shame our family celebration was ruined, and food soured, by the inexperienced staff who was far more interested in her phone then serving the only people in the cafe. Maybe this explain why we were the only ones there…

Ordered from here again very last time won’t be again. Order over £15……£6 of that was for churros which were awful no colour and tasted dreadful even with the chocolate sauces. Messaged them was told they would find out what went wrong …….hence no follow up to let me know why the quality was sub standard. I thought that the oil wasn’t hot enough to be told they cook them in the oven !!!!!!!!!! Traditional Churros are supposed to be fried so explains everything……..massive profit margin over quality …….no chance we will EVER spend money here again

We visited today for ice cream sundaes as a treat for my husband's birthday. It was disappointing to be told that the Ferrero Rocha sundae was unavailable. We were told this was because the number of ice creams were being reduced due to the onset of winter! Equally the Eton Mess sundae states raspberries and strawberries I received only 2 strawberries complete with stalks! Not easy to remove when covered in ice cream I also feel that the nowhere in the shop are prices clearly stated. Most places show this on a menu. The over the counter menu is not clear to see. I had the impression that the sundaes were £5.95 but this was clearly the takeaway price. Waitress service would be nice at these prices especially as shop was fairly quiet.A nice treat but owner needs to consider overall customer experience.

Having received flyers I wanted to try this place. A very extensive 'rich' menu. Great for anyone who loves their ice cream. We had a Rocky Road and Ferrero Rocha sundae. Quite expensive but for the quality and quantity, we could not complain. Slight downside is that you can read the comprehensive menu at the table but if you don't have a phone, it's hard to see the prices until you are at the counter. Even then they are not easy to read. A very clean, friendly location.

Bought 2 take away hot chocolates following a walk locally but had to take them back as they were so insipid. Apology provided but left a bad taste!

Called up to see if I should book given Covid situation for Daughters 7th Birthday. I was told not really required as it wasn't expected to be busy. If the quality remains as high I think bookings will end up being required soon. We arrived as a family of 4 with a pram and were given ample space. All Covid guidelines were being followed and adequate social distancing was in place. Dessert counter looked epic, the decor throughout is stylish and contemporary. Prices were reasonable given the quality on offer and quantities were not skimped upon. I ordered a Rocky Road Waffle, which was indulgent to say the least. My daughter had a Rainbow Unicorn Sundae which she loved. We were provided with a sanitised high chair for the baby who set about covering the floor in biscuits but this was all taken in their stride by the venue. I would like to make a special mention of Rachel whose excellent customer service skills and no problem attitude and recommendations made the visit perfect and our return guaranteed!

They forgot my drinks and put tomato in everything which I asked for none of. Wouldn't order again.
