The best restaurants serving Other european-cuisines food in England

Oh wow, what a fab cafe, I wish there was one near us. We were visiting my best friend and she booked a table for 3 for brunch on Sunday. Lovely friendly greeting and we were shown to our table. The lovely girl that served us was friendly, efficient and polite. The food, well what a wonderful experience. Everyone is doing brunch these days, half breakfast, full breakfast avocado on toast , eggs Benedict you name it they had it. We all opted for a Half Goo. Generous portion of bacon (2 slices), lovely perfectly cooked poached eggs (not easy to achieve so hats off to the chef), crisp not greasy hash browns, grilled tomatoes, baked beans, good quality sausage, lovely toast and grilled mushrooms. Delicious, very good value for money. Wish you were here in Somerset. Thank you for an amazing brunch experience.

We visited Ole and Steen for lunch, they change their menu regularly and we have tried various things from the breakfast rolls in NYC and a delicious cake, rolls and Socials in London and now tried the hummus on rye, it did not disappoint. They are consistently good with their food and coffee. Staff serving here in Oxford could have been a bit friendlier though.

Helpful friendly staff; in fact they went out of there way to help families with very small toddlers. Food sandwiches and chips] were super and arrived extremely quickly; chips red hot and tasty. Delightful cafe and well sited! Highly recommend.

Loads of different produce to eat in or takeaway. Really good breakfast and deli products. Bit pricey but worth it!

i went on a Tuesday and was served by a young man who was very polite. I got a chicken Kiev pizza and it was fabulous I will definitely come again especially on a Tuesday to get served by the young man again who made my experience so good!

Trabajo cerca y, como muchos otros en la ciudad, tengo la lucha diaria de "qué almorzar". Hay tantos sándwiches que puedes comer en la vida, también caros en esta área. Es genial ver un lugar de comida que ofrece una selección rápida y fácil pero saludable por el mismo precio que su combo de sándwich y papas fritas habitual aquí. Fácil selección electrónica en línea por adelantado o usando las tabletas en la tienda. Comida sabrosa e ingredientes transparentes utilizados. Mi única crítica sería usar tapas de plástico para llevar, aunque hoy me dijeron que están felices de poner la comida en tu propio Tupperware, ¡ganador para mí! Consejo para el restaurante: anuncie en línea y en la tienda que puede traer su propio contenedor, ya que será un gran punto de venta para la multitud de la ciudad. ¿Les contará a sus colegas sobre este lugar: descuentos grupales para los pedidos regulares de la empresa a la hora del almuerzo? ! What a lovely toasted sandwich, fresh bread and quality ingredients. Great coffee and good value too. I'll be back!

Thought I’d give this place another go after my first experience and it’s no better and is more expensive. Burger was so soggy that I couldn’t even pick it up! The roll was so soggy it had disintegrated! I had to eat with knife and fork and it made me feel queasy due to texture of it all! The chips were over cooked and the oil they were cooked in tasted cheap! For one person to spend £17.95 on a meal that was more like burger soup with very brown fries, I will never be trying again. Thank god I decided to try when my partner was out as the whole meal would have cost double! Why oh why can’t Swanage do things right! Is it where people come who can’t make it anywhere else? I’m not happy!

We spent a few meals here while staying in the attached Ibis hotel; the food and drink were excellent. Just salads, sandwiches, pizza, and sweets but all very good.

JERSEY ROYAL NEW POTATOES Select Farmer Philip Le Mastre 1J0405C1 rotten and unacceptable. 3 rd Year running but this year returning most for a refund. Also the ones we did eat were tasteless. Where are the buyers at M&S and quality control ?????

Spent a lot of time in this pub when passing in the area. Arrived for a family meal after a day out in Thirsk. The welcoming from the blonde/gray larger sized women was abysmal very cold and frosty, boarding on rude, like our custom was not wanted. It is such a shame as this pub has so much potential, the food prices had also increased and the quantity was far from what it was. I really hope some magic dust gets sprinkled on this place and some new management takes on this place soon. I do not want to spend my hard earned money on somewhere I am not welcomed.

Food was delicious, bread with dips made the perfect shared starter, steak superb and the pistachio souffle with chocolate ice cream is dreamy. Great atmosphere, even at pm the restaurant had a great buzz. Staff are efficient and friendly.

I live in S. Wales but travel to the Kings Lynn area to stay with family once or twice a year. I like this pub very much because of it's lovely location, smart interior and a good choice of ale's. However I notice in some reviews people complain about the surliness of the landlord and landlady, well funny thing but I found this to be the case as well, a right pair of misery guts they are, but I do not care about this in the slightest degree as long as they do not have a go at me directly. So we will continue to leave our women in Downham to shop and call in for a few pint's. Oh I'm 74 now so I can get a bit crotchety myself... x

Visit here fortnightly on average with my children. Food is as expected for a spoons, you get what you pay for. However the kitchen staff show no knowledge of basic hygiene. In and out of kitchen to see friends.. coughing into hands.. picking nose! One young guy sat on a table to have his brunch break, kept in kitchen clothes. Ate with hands.. licking fingers and wiping down his kitchen clothes. Vile!
