Excellent quality food and pleasant service. The new decor is very smart and we look forward to eating in the cafe when we return to try the daily specials. Hopefully the door closer will be fixed so we'll all be warmer! Very best wishes to an excellent new venue!

Definitely not the best kebab in town. Tough Meat in the Mixed Doner, the meanest portion of chips I've ever seen in the Burger meal deal and top it off your man behind the counter took my cash, gave me change and then turned around immediately and flipped my burger on the grill with his fingers. You probably won't see me there again

Wow what a treasure in our lovely town Dover. I have ordered a few times now and not once have we been disappointed. The lady who answers the phone, now knows me by name 🤣. Amazing burgers, product, price and delivery. I will for sure be ordering again and so should you. Not easy to keep prices that people can afford, in these days but they seem to have done just that. Best burger and loaded fries in the town. Fresh, filling and you really should give it a go if you haven't 👏👏👏👏

Be advised, this is now the Dover kebab & cafe !- a new business that has only opened in July 23 !- it does breakfasts in the morning & kebabs etc PM - I was more than happy with my large, good value kebab!

After a full day of walking, this is the best place to be. Great food, full of flavors, large portions, great service as well. A hundred percent recommend!

We looked online and noticed Dover Kebab website after daughter fancying garlic chips. Husband placed order online. After an hour and a half tried calling which rung off the hook. Website stated our order was being prepped. Then website stated premises was closed. After several phone call attempts husband went down to the premises only to find it closed. They now have our money and we have no food. So can't give an opinion on the food however service an absolute joke. Do not use this take away!!!

Ordered through website, food never showed, no one to answer phone at restaurant either. I waited for 90 mins then gave up after that. So glad I was going to pay cash, would have been very annoyed if I had paid already. This place is nothing but a joke. What awful service!

Not many places that are halal around here. We've found a true Gem here. We stayed over for 3 days, and this was our go to place. When though inter to stay away from the Doner Kebab usually, this places Kebab its so nice is hard to not. I'm not sure why the locals see the area as a run down place to live. Asked a few people and they had some really negative things to say. It's a bit quiet, yet living in London where its constant traffic, people, and just busy everywhere. Thank you Brothers who served us at the Restaurant. Will return again.

Last order we received was fine and arrived within estimated time. Food was ok as well. However today our order of 2 halloumi wraps took 90mins to arrive. It was cold, our chips were soggy from the salad sitting on too for so long, and the onion rings weren't cooked. Not worth the gamble, won't be ordering again.

Not the best advertising, hairy guy wafting his long locks and beard over the scewer and both not bothered to even put a mask on, but hey ho, at least the food was warm !!

Ordered from them last never received my order but they took my and my husbands money and will not pay it back. This is the second time that they have done this will not be using them again and advice others not to either. Staff always have dirt under nails.

Always a great service whether collecting food or having delivery. Polite staff, always friendly. Been going here for long time and never had an issue with any part of the service.

Ordered here through the Just eat app on Sunday evening, had a long wait for my order to arrive and when it did I wasn't exactly pleased. The onion rings were burnt, I couldnt eat them. The burger bun on my half pounder was rock solid and the burgers were over cooked, again I didnt eat much of that. I had ordered a Pepsi but some how recieved a coke? Out of the whole order the only right or edible thing was the fries, terrible experience.

Order was 30 minutes late, when it eventually turned up it was cold. Rang to ask for a refund or for new food to be sent to get abuse down the phone and to be called a lier. Also missing a bottle of pepsi that is stated they give to customers that spend over £20! They refused any sort of refund, or even fresh food to be sent. I am now over £20 down and have no food that we can eat and no money to re order from somewhere else, worse customer service ive ever experienced!

Chicken shish was over cooked and dry, the salad was 90% onion. Chips were soggy and looked to have been reheated not very fresh. A disappointing meal all in all. Shame as have used before and food was lovely maybe just an off day

I can say that the food is excellent having tried it many times previously on collection. However, I ordered using Just Eat for first time, didn't meet spend, but asked for delivery & I'll pay charge. I didn't see my food or get my money back. Fortunately another place was open, meaning I paid twice.

Ripped off, my son was charged a delivery fee at the door despite not living in a chargeable area. Contacted the Restaurant to discuss and was lied to by the owner. We will not be using this Restaurant again.

Suggested delivery time was 19:30, restaurant added 10 mins so expected food at 19:40. Unfortunately it didn't arrive until 8:10. Not good when you've ordered food 18:40 so you could eat before you go to work!! Never mind the fact the lamb was very tough so clearly overdone!

The only things that let the meal down was that the Doner meat was like it had been leftovers,very thin & dry(not what you would expect from a Kebab House) Chilli sauce was like tomato relish. Garlic sauce was like Mayo. Would I order from them again, YES. I would give them another chance.

the food was cold and the tiniest bit of cheese and the garlic bread was very burnt, and forgot the drink. called the driver back and complained , half hour later brings back a portion of plain burnt chips and garlic bread and again forgot the can. I will not ever use this food service again and am very annoyed.

Paid for my order on my card... delivery driver was very rude demanding £1 extra for delivery. When I explained that I ordered and paid online as had no money in the house he demanded that I brought it down to the shop tomorrow! I said good luck with that and he walked away. I will not be ordering with them again!!!!!!!! Rude unnecessary attitude!

The kebab was only half warm, there was no salad as ordered and the drink wasn't delivered, after 2 different re deliveries, when I finally received the salad the kebab was cold and I'm pregnant so I can't reheat it. Less than impressed.
