Delivered wrong meal. Rang restaurant and they were happy to bring correct order. Once order came, chips were so salty it ruined entire meal so couldn’t eat it

I asked for no cabbage on my meat and chips and it was covered in cabbage kids meal I asked for garlic sauce no garlic sauce in total waited 1vhr and 35 mins for food to be wrong again not happy at all

Skeptical after reading reviews, I ordered at 1 am due to hunger and laziness. A friendly staff member helped me with my order. The delivery driver was polite and respectful of my home. The mixed kebab doner wrap and hot, crispy chips were generous in size and tasty, though lacking seasoning. – (For my taste). Considering the price, it was more than acceptable. I ordered during a less busy hour, so I recommend doing the same. Many negative reviews seem to be attempts at refunds from people not wanting to pay for meals, making it difficult to find reliable places to order from or dine in. Overall, I was very satisfied with Dover Kebab House.

Ordered meal deal 1, no cheese on the burger. Burger and chips turned up cold. Wouldnt go here again

This place was really good, but it has gone down hill big time. Twice now I've got a large lamb donner. And it's tiny, the meat is cut so thin. The salad is terrible. Such a shame because it was so nice. I won't be going back again.

I would put in a complaint and say this place made me put on 10 kilo but it just proves how good it is. Fancy a pizza? This place has it 2 for 11 quid and they are superb. Had a few sherbets and fancy a kebab this place has it all for a tenner not only this but being opposite the duchess pub gives a great source of entertainment. Kushty cushty cushty .

bad quality, my children vomited badly after eating what I bought from them, I asked for garlic sauce and they gave me mayonnaise, I asked for E-Large kebab but they gave me medium at the price of X-Large and arrogant service also.

Incredibly disappointed. It’s such a shame as I rarely order food. Then when I do it goes wrong. A simple order of one Italiano pizza and a pepperoni pizza (as the buy one get one free) chips and breaded mushrooms. Wait over an hour for the food to turn up even though we live 0.4 miles from the shop (I know, should have walked to get it). Then when it does turn up, the guy gives us £4.50 change as they didn’t have the mushrooms. Nevertheless, we sit down after both having a really hard days work to find out they gave us 2 Italiano pizzas. My partner only likes pepperoni pizza. We contact the store to a woman being apologetically kind and says they will get a pepperoni pizza to us as soon as possible. 45 mins pass and we are assured that the pepperoni pizza will be with us in ten mins. 35 mins later after a dozen calls going straight to answerphone. I head to the shop to collect it myself as they must be busy.. only for the shop to have locked its doors but shop is still up and running. My partner rings to say someone’s delivering pizza at the house. Only for me to get home and we find out the pepperoni pizza has mushrooms and onions on it.. so she can’t even eat it. What a disaster. £24 down the drain and unfortunately won’t be back to this establishment. It’s such a shame as it’s convenient and close and I’m sure the people are very nice. They offered a free meal next time we order. But this whole ordeal has completely ruined our faith in this system. Sorry for the bad review but we have to be honest these days. For the sake of this post. We did order via just eat, however it had no relation to just eat for the issue that happened.

Made an order, it was accepted and payment was taken but it was never delivered despite it saying "Enjoy your food" on the app. One second it was still being prepared, the next it was apparently delivered. Never again! I want a refund!

chips bitter and greasy, meat dry, I keep ordering 2 garlic sauce and pay for 2 but only ever receive 1 even if you phone them🤷

We had been walking all day and were exhausted and we couldn't find places that were open or would let us dine in. We stumbled on this place and were delighted by delicious food and very friendly staff. They took time to ask us where we were from and ask about our trip. Other customers that came in seemed to be locals who often frequented the restaurant. Great experience!

Chilli sauce seemed like it was out of a bottle with no real chilli kick to it. Meat was cold, pita hadn't been grilled and burger bun was burnt 10 mins late tired to call a few times. If you enjoy spending 17 quid on rubbish this is the spot for you if not I'd recommend somewhere else. Really disappointing tbf wont be ordering here again....
