Got us seated immediately and gave us our menus immediately, we ordered our food and drinks from the QR code and our drinks came in about 5 minutes and our food came in about 10-15 minutes. The toilets where clean which was good. Overall, there was nothing wrong with our trip here and the food tasted nice as usual.

Came for lunch with my girlfriend and her grandma, we called up the day before and tried to book a table for 2pm but were told we wouldn't be able to get a table booking until 3pm as they were booked up. (when we arrived there were only 3 other tables taken up in the large restaurant so we were unsure why they hadn't let us book any earlier as there was definitely space). We arrived at 3:10pm (10 mins late) due to grandma's mobility issues, we were apologetic for being late when we arrived and shown to our table, where the set menu was already on the table for us. As we sat down the waiter came straight over and told us we had to order immediately as the kitchen was closed and they would have to reopen for us but we had to be quick! Very surprising since there was no indication when we booked the day before that the kitchen would be shutting within minutes of our booking. The manager came up to our waiter and told him to 'get our orders in now and not mess around' whilst he was speaking to us and it all felt very hostile once we had entered - my poor girlfriends grandma didn't have time to even sit down and read the full menu before the waiter was rushing her, telling her he needed to take her order. We said the starters and mains we wanted and then I asked my girlfriend if she would like to get desserts or not, at which point the waiter told us desserts were not available! He then walked off without giving us a drinks menu or taking a drinks order from us. When the starters came I asked to see a drinks menu and get some water for the table but he never returned - we had to go to the bar to get drinks ourselves. Fortunately at the main course we had a new waitress who was lovely and she brought water over to our table. During the main course we heard the table behind us talking to the manager and they all ordered desserts, even though we had been told they were not available to us! When we had finished our mains the nice waitress came to take our plates and asked if we would like a desserts menu, we told her we had been informed desserts were not available and she was a little surprised by this and apologised. We paid the bill and left. Had it not been for the saving grace of the nice waitress we would have refused the service charge as the service we received prior to her arriving was abysmal. Very, very annoyed in particular by my poor girlfriends grandma being rushed by the waiter to order food before she had even sat down or had the chance to ask for a glass of water, not really acceptable to do to anyone but especially not a 90 year old. The bill was expensive for just a lunch but the food was good and the view is spectacular, the service just really let the restaurant down. Would not go back.

At first i was sceptical about this place, but gave it a try and didnt dissapoint a single bit. One of the best customer service in London, staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I will come back here the next time i stay in London for sure, fully recommend at least trying it out.

Me and my family have been regulars at the Churchill tree for years, but on my birthday this week we decided we won’t be returning. My mum and two year old arrived for lunch, it was very busy and we sat down. Nobody came over after ten minutes but I appreciate how busy they were so asked a member of staff if they could take our food and drink order as we have a very hungry toddler!! She was lovely and took the order. Around 15/20 minutes passed and I politely asked the manager as he passed our table if there was any chance my daughters meal could come out sooner than ours, I said I appreciate your busy, the manager very rudely said NO. We are very busy. I was so taken aback by his response, all he could of said was I will check where your order is with the kitchen, but no. I felt humiliated and spoken down to. I was ready to walk out when he came round the corner and lo and behold our order just happened to be next! He sheepishly said oh would you look at that, you were next anyway! The food was average, my daughter’s mashed potato was like smash done in the microwave - all hard. I couldn’t enjoy my meal because of how the manager spoke to me, my mum asked if we could have sauces and he walked off. When we left, I approached the manager to tell him his people skills are diabolical and he didn’t seem interested, claimed he did all he could to help. A lie! Looking at other reviews I’m not the first person to comment on this man, and maybe a customer facing role isn’t for him. We won’t be returning.

Terrible, I had never been to Nando’s before, was shown a table by abrupt brunette/dark haired waitress, no drink order taken I waited 25 minutes without anyone coming over or telling me you ordered at the bar, food would have taken ages judging by the rushing about of staff in a 3 quarters empty restaurant Manager came over, advised your meant to order at the bar, no one told me, his attitude was entitled, no apology Absolutely disgusting treatment Male manager brown hair spiked, so rude Complain to Nando’s directly too Female waitress was so rude to other customers too Disgusting service

I came for lunch after an ice skating session. The lady who seated us was polite, explained about the QR code for ordering. I went through the digital menu and couldn’t place my order, there was no option. I took it to the till and the same lady said she didn’t know why that was happening. There was no apology for the inconvenience. Food arrived VERY quickly. Portion size was tiny. The smallest bowl of rice ever. Broccoli was amazing. Just left feeling underwhelmed and hungry and £20 out of pocket. My friend ordered the vegan wrap as it was the only option because they’d ran out of salad. The wrap was stale. Friend was underwhelmed and £14 out of pocket. Wouldn’t come again.

Fancied a Sunday lunch, I chose the medium size pork option and my husband the fish and chips. We had to wait about 30 minutes for the food and when it arrived my lunch was lukewarm warm. The roast potatoes were still white and hard, I had very little pork meat, an inch square of stuffing, a spoon of cabbage, one half slice of carrot and a large Yorkshire. My husband did better, but the fish had a very thick batter and was over fried. I should have returned mine but I was hungry and we wanted to get home. I reported the state of my meal and received 10% off my own food.

I’ve visited Nando's in Plymouth and had an exceptional experience, thanks to a wonderful waitress named Ngozi. From the moment we arrived, Ngozi was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. She made sure we felt comfortable and went above and beyond to ensure our meal was perfect. Ngozi's cheerful attitude added to the positive atmosphere of the restaurant. She was incredibly efficient, always checking in at the right time without being intrusive. The food was great, as always, but it was Ngozi's outstanding service that really made our visit memorable. Nando's Plymouth is lucky to have such a fantastic team member. I’ll definitely be returning!

My business placed a very large order of almost £300 to feed 25 people. Normally when placing such large orders at other takeaways there will be something missing, it will be cold or late or a multitude of other errors, however on our visit to Nando’s Bicester every item was in the order, it was hot and cook perfectly. The attention to detail the manager showed to the order quality checking and ensuring the full order was completed was second to none. Will definitely be using Nando’s Bicester again. Thank you

I went into Nandos to add a chilli from a previous visit. I had been told by staff on my previous visit that as I did not have my Nandos card at the time, I could add the chilli later. On this visit, the manager was adamant that I could not as my receipt had been dated December. I asked her whether there was a time limit, she said no still refusing to acknowledge my receipt. I have promised not to return. I will bring my custom to restaurant where customers are valued.

This pub/restaurant is now called The View! A spectacular location - staff friendly. Sadly food was a disappointment. My wife had salmon and I had a tossed salad with grilled chicken! The salmon was over cooked to the point the tail end was carbonised!!! My wife not wanting to make a fuss plodded through the other end even though it wasn’t moist! As she left the food she Pointed the fish out to the waitress so kitchen would not make the same mistake again! Sadly I have heard from locals their experience with the food was simular! 100% take a visit and enjoy a drink and savour the view and not the food!
