The chicken pitta, coleslaw and chips were good for me however my wife ordered creamy mash and broccoli with her dish. I am amazed the server brought the broccoli over …..and the manager even asked what was wrong with it. It looked like it had been boiled to death lol….the creamy mash was more like a concrete mix. The manager did refund for the two items…..however I am not sure they were really listening to the feedback. The servicing staff should look at what is being served and challenge the kitchen, rather than leaving it to the customer to point out….come on Nando’s up your game please as you can’t beat the taste when you get it right

My partner and I went in pretty late on a Saturday night to order a takeaway, we were served by a Jazmine who was super lovely and accommodating! I really wanted a wrap which nandos no longer make but the staff did the best they could for me to have it! They were so lovely about it, especially considering how late I went in! I didn’t catch the chefs name but he was also super lovely with it! 10/10 service!

Came for lunch with my girlfriend and her grandma, we called up the day before and tried to book a table for 2pm but were told we wouldn't be able to get a table booking until 3pm as they were booked up. (when we arrived there were only 3 other tables taken up in the large restaurant so we were unsure why they hadn't let us book any earlier as there was definitely space). We arrived at 3:10pm (10 mins late) due to grandma's mobility issues, we were apologetic for being late when we arrived and shown to our table, where the set menu was already on the table for us. As we sat down the waiter came straight over and told us we had to order immediately as the kitchen was closed and they would have to reopen for us but we had to be quick! Very surprising since there was no indication when we booked the day before that the kitchen would be shutting within minutes of our booking. The manager came up to our waiter and told him to 'get our orders in now and not mess around' whilst he was speaking to us and it all felt very hostile once we had entered - my poor girlfriends grandma didn't have time to even sit down and read the full menu before the waiter was rushing her, telling her he needed to take her order. We said the starters and mains we wanted and then I asked my girlfriend if she would like to get desserts or not, at which point the waiter told us desserts were not available! He then walked off without giving us a drinks menu or taking a drinks order from us. When the starters came I asked to see a drinks menu and get some water for the table but he never returned - we had to go to the bar to get drinks ourselves. Fortunately at the main course we had a new waitress who was lovely and she brought water over to our table. During the main course we heard the table behind us talking to the manager and they all ordered desserts, even though we had been told they were not available to us! When we had finished our mains the nice waitress came to take our plates and asked if we would like a desserts menu, we told her we had been informed desserts were not available and she was a little surprised by this and apologised. We paid the bill and left. Had it not been for the saving grace of the nice waitress we would have refused the service charge as the service we received prior to her arriving was abysmal. Very, very annoyed in particular by my poor girlfriends grandma being rushed by the waiter to order food before she had even sat down or had the chance to ask for a glass of water, not really acceptable to do to anyone but especially not a 90 year old. The bill was expensive for just a lunch but the food was good and the view is spectacular, the service just really let the restaurant down. Would not go back.

At first i was sceptical about this place, but gave it a try and didnt dissapoint a single bit. One of the best customer service in London, staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I will come back here the next time i stay in London for sure, fully recommend at least trying it out.

We decided to come down to IKEA as a family for some food - indeed the ONLY reason to voluntarily come to IKEA, particularly with a small child. There is something nice about an IKEA restaurant. I can't quite put my finger on what it is - after all, it is basically a glorified canteen - but it's somewhere I do enjoy coming. We perhaps don't come here as often as we ought. The prices are very, very reasonable (which is good, because portion sizes aren't overly big) and the food is actually decent. Obviously one has to go for the meatballs (I wouldn't order meatballs anywhere else) but there are good alternatives too - including fish and chips, which my wife had and enjoyed. There are also kids options. Not particularly extensive, but enough to get you by. Overall I enjoyed our visit. I'm sure we will be back at some point. It's a good, affordable option for a small family meal.

El personal era absolutamente increíble. saludo especial al gerente de este establecimiento (no puedo recordar su nombre) trabajando 05 - 04 - 2025 con una camisa verde. ella era tan encantadora y tenía el hábito de siempre vernos. señora brillante y yo 100% volveríamos. incluso nos dieron un capricho de algún Pastel de Nata de cortesía.

Me and my family have been regulars at the Churchill tree for years, but on my birthday this week we decided we won’t be returning. My mum and two year old arrived for lunch, it was very busy and we sat down. Nobody came over after ten minutes but I appreciate how busy they were so asked a member of staff if they could take our food and drink order as we have a very hungry toddler!! She was lovely and took the order. Around 15/20 minutes passed and I politely asked the manager as he passed our table if there was any chance my daughters meal could come out sooner than ours, I said I appreciate your busy, the manager very rudely said NO. We are very busy. I was so taken aback by his response, all he could of said was I will check where your order is with the kitchen, but no. I felt humiliated and spoken down to. I was ready to walk out when he came round the corner and lo and behold our order just happened to be next! He sheepishly said oh would you look at that, you were next anyway! The food was average, my daughter’s mashed potato was like smash done in the microwave - all hard. I couldn’t enjoy my meal because of how the manager spoke to me, my mum asked if we could have sauces and he walked off. When we left, I approached the manager to tell him his people skills are diabolical and he didn’t seem interested, claimed he did all he could to help. A lie! Looking at other reviews I’m not the first person to comment on this man, and maybe a customer facing role isn’t for him. We won’t be returning.

started the trip off with a half an hour wait, although 1/4 friends had been given their food. when asked where the food is, the response was “5 minutes”, before coming back to tell us that it will not infact be 5 minutes and will be much longer and offered us a free starter between the 3 of us. when food eventually came there was a hair in it! another one of the 4 meals was incorrect, i had tailored my food to remove sauces, to my surprise my wrap contained the sauces that i requested to be removed. to enhance the experience my friend decided to treat herself to an ice cream… the machine was broke, there was no sign or anything on the app to indicate this, as an alternative the waiter had offered a scoop of ice cream…. this scoop had a hair in it. therefore we requested the refund for the ice cream and left after drinking our soda water as the coca cola machine had broken with out making us aware! no apology for these issues.

My business placed a very large order of almost £300 to feed 25 people. Normally when placing such large orders at other takeaways there will be something missing, it will be cold or late or a multitude of other errors, however on our visit to Nando’s Bicester every item was in the order, it was hot and cook perfectly. The attention to detail the manager showed to the order quality checking and ensuring the full order was completed was second to none. Will definitely be using Nando’s Bicester again. Thank you

I went into Nandos to add a chilli from a previous visit. I had been told by staff on my previous visit that as I did not have my Nandos card at the time, I could add the chilli later. On this visit, the manager was adamant that I could not as my receipt had been dated December. I asked her whether there was a time limit, she said no still refusing to acknowledge my receipt. I have promised not to return. I will bring my custom to restaurant where customers are valued.

Al llegar bastante exhausto y preocupado de que mi marido estaba luchando a través del tráfico atroz, me recibió un camarero tan amable y compasivo que se puso a mejorar la situación! El menú innovador y una botella de sangiovese muy agradable continuó redimiendo el día; el personal trabajó duro para cuidar de nosotros y tuvimos una gran experiencia.
