Went to Nando’s after a long day at the air museum, as this was close to our hotel. We had the boneless platter for two, with four small sides. It was very nice, the chicken thighs were especially tasty and the choice of 4 small sides gave us a really good choices. I’m on slimming world so I went for the brocolli and rainbow slow as the healthiest options and my partner went for the mash and garlic bread. So there was enough choice for both of us. The service was very quick and the servers were really cheerful and helpful. Including drinks it came to about £33 for both of us, very good value for money

I highly recommend this Nando’s for both the great food and outstanding service. Thanks to Helen and the team for a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be back!

This was absouletly vile i was eating my mac n cheese and fount a brown bone in the centre of it! Nandos you need to sort it out

We ate at this Nando's in Tamworth while we were staying locally over the Easter weekend. We were able to get a seat easily and the food was hot and served quickly to our table. The interior is lofty and the tables far enough apart to make sure it doesn't feel crowded. The food was very good, we would certainly come here again.

The new manager and the rest of his team are knocking it out of the park! My favourite member has got to be Coady, his cheeky smile just lights up the room! The food was excellent and promptly served too!

Decent service… average food. Obviously it’s Nando’s so I didn’t expect to much. Got sat down and was told to use the app straight away. Drinks arrived promptly and unfortunately the food arrived 15 minutes apart from each other. I get it’s busy but I’m sure the kitchen staff can send 2 main dishes at the same time. After all it is just chicken. My partner had finished his food as mine arrived after I had to chase it. The main reason for this review is about the aftermath of this ‘meal’. Both myself and my partner have been sick and have had upset stomachs all night due to eating here. All the staff were all over the place and didn’t seem to be a manager around to complain to.

The restaurant is very grubby looking due to the lights. They are covered in dust and cobwebs - but off putting when these are hovering over your dinner! Really crowded but it was a Saturday. They’d be better off, getting rid of those dusty lights and putting a floor in with more tables. Was told on arrival, it would be about a 10-15 min wait so was directed to the seats to wait. Waited 25 mins and looked at the update on the app, only to find I’d been removed from the queue. Went up to the greeter and was told they’d see what they could do. I said well we’ve been waiting for our table so please sort it and in fairness, they sat us down then. Whilst we were waiting, there were 6 tables which the staff weren’t cleaning and weren’t seating people (about 10 of us waiting to be seated). Staff were standing around not doing much (eg, one put a cloth on table then walked off leaving it). Got the impression the staff don’t want to work there and don’t care much about customer service! Food was nice as usual but the cleanliness and service put me off. Next time will either click and collect or go to another branch.

Service was amazing Owen made me feel welcome and at home, would come back to this Nando’s purely because of his customer service, on top of this the food was amazing, better than the last Nando’s in Darlington I went too.

I can not believe how rude the lady serving on the till at 240pm Sunday 16th July was! I told her I was an order to collect and she literally spoke through me to the guy behind me “are you all to collect” proceeding to serve him and not even acknowledge me!

I have never been disappointed when it comes to food at Nandos. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because we were asked if we wanted plates when we had ordered a sharing platter.

I have no idea how we did it, but we some how managed to get a Red Reward (10 Chillies) which meant we could have a Free Whole Chicken, two regular sides. Chicken was pretty average. Nothing special, and probably a bit too much black charring going on to the skin. That said, it was all free and filled us up with out 2 sides. Staff on the night we visited were very pleasant and helpful.

We popped in here to grab some chicken. Unfortunately they were shortstaffed and something wrong in the kitchen so we had to wait for an hour. But the food came out very quick and very tasty the chicken was very succulent. The venue is nice and clean and pleasant staff.

Been for lunch today, the young ladies serving today were lovely and friendly, so smiley. Food was very quick, hot, and came exactly as we’d ordered. Definitely one of the best branches of Nando’s that we’ve been to. Thank you for a lovely meal today.

Have been to lots of Nando’s but this is the worst one I have ever been to , no one to greet you on arrival so found a table myself, ordered on the app , the girl brought the drinks no please , thank you or smile from her , same when she brought our food out , food was cold , won’t be back to the one 😡

Really good experience, what stood out was the service. A girl called Rebecca served us and she went out of her way to check on us, check out food was okay and see if there was anything else we needed. She made the extra effort, it really makes a difference when you have good service.

Zoe is one of the nicest people we have had the pleasure of meeting, a true, true credit to your company. We visited with no booking on the off chance we may get a table, there was nothing available immediately but we were taken to a bench seat whilst we waited, this was very appreciated being 37 weeks pregnant! We were taken through to our table very quickly, service was lovely, food was beautiful and as already mentioned, Zoe just made the experience. Her customer service is second to none and she truly went above and beyond during our visit. Some of the best customer service skills we have experienced and we have visited some lovely restaurants, what a lovely, lovely woman! Thank you for making our evening, you’re amazing!!!

Binnen was het volgeboekt, maar we mochten buiten zitten. En dat werd gewaardeerd! De service buiten was prima en we hebben lekker gegeten. Niet heel speciaal, maar wel lekker!

First time eating in this Nandos. Extremely busy, but still managed to get a table for 2, service was quick, staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, food was amazing. Would definitely recommend and defo go back!

A great meal at the Tamworth branch. I had the Rainbow Bowl with two chicken thighs. We also had 4 chicken thighs combo meal. We had to wait but I like your virtual cue which is effective. Order was easy and I really enjoyed the food. I was so disappointed when the super salad side was taken off the menu. The salads on the sides just isn’t my cup of tea but hats off to the inventor of the Rainbow Bowl!! Please keep it on the menu.

Without doubt one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. Miserable unhelpful staff. Made to order through an app that kept crashing. Restaurant tired and grubby, glasses dirty and food well below average and not hot. Do yourself a big favour eat next door at Pizza Express.

Finished work at 7:39 and ordered at 7:45 then drove down to be ontime to collect it and it had been cancelled? This nandos doesnt shut till 9pm says on the internet, I thought no worries as it says the kitchen is full. Went to the door the resturant wasnt as busy at all so how is the kitchen full 3 tickets on the chef part, Got in and served by a girl tried helping me then i showed her my email of cancelation and went ok ill sort it and went to the manager, i waited for her to come back and to say oh yes its been happening alot we cant do anything about it sorry then walked off, not even asked if she could do anything to help me or let me order just said that, I was left then with nothing? As i was walking out 2 more people walked out and one of the serves said i apologise but they looked as mad as me. Please sort this out as half of us dont live close and to be driving down here to collect and go home with nothing isn’t nice

I had the most fantastic service from this particular Nando’s during this difficult time. I made an error with the order but the staff were so flexible and forgiving - they replaced my whole meal and didn’t charge extra too. In addition they provided excellent table service and the staff really do make a difference. Genuinely grateful! The beanie pitta was super tasty too!

I recently visited nandos tamworth with my husband and 2 children, aged 3 years and 8 weeks old. All the staff were very helpful, getting the door so we could get the pram through when entering and leaving the restaurant. One waitress spotted I was on the way to find the baby changing facilities and went to get the key for me before getting there and having to come back realising I needed a key. She came with me opened the door so I didn't have to struggle whilst holding my baby. The food was lovely, service was quick and nothing was too much trouble. We are not from the area but if we were in the area again will definitely be heading back to this Nandos.

Popped in for a "cheeky Nandos" dinner. Mainly as it's quick and not to bad a price. No queue for ordering our food so that was quick and easy. Food at Nandos isn't the best and it's not the worse. It's standard average chicken, although i do find the portion of chicken sizes to be a bit small. The main problem is parking here. The car park is tiny. You can park across in John Lewis car park, but don't forget they lock their gates around 8pm. Or use the sainsburys car park. Why the car parking here is so small and having to use everyone else's is beyond me.

Ate here for a good old Nando’s on business staying in Sutton Coldfield. We were served quickly and food was hot and tasty... just what you’d expect from a Nando’s!

My husband and I had just been to see his poorly mum and were really hungry, we love Nando’s so thought we would give this one a try. I get anxious eating out because I am coeliac, the team at this Nando’s could not have been more helpful. The manager came over and explained how the folder worked as to what I could and couldn’t have.The kitchen and grill was cleaned down to avoid any cross contamination. My food came a couple of minutes before my husbands which was not a problem, as it assured me further that my food would not be contaminated. Thank you to all the staff for an enjoyable meal and service I would rate you all more stars if I could.

As a regular visitor of Nando’s me and my daughter thought as a midweek treat to go and have a ‘cheeky Nando’s’ . I have never had a problem eating here before until tonight . The wait for the food was over 45 minutes and in a nearly empty restaurant , is just unacceptable. The drinks counter was filthy, the cutlery was dirty and the waitress who served us was unresponsive and her uniform was absolutely filthy ! Serving cooked meals wearing an apron which was covered in food is just unacceptable! Staff in there tonight were more interested in chatting with their friends that were dining instead of cleaning the restaurant and seeing to other customers! As a regular customer to this chain of restaurants I feel really let down tonight! Come Nando’s Tamworth , sort it out .

I usually think Nando’s to be over rated and not a fan of the restaurants. We went as a family at our daughters request to the Tamworth restaurant approx 6pm.The welcome was quick and friendly, the place was really nice and the atmosphere relaxed. The chicken was just cooked to real perfection, not dry, crispy and tasty. Ordered with fantastic sides, spicy rice, coleslaw, greens, and garlic bread. Everyone loved their meal choice. I have been to Nando’s in London, Warwickshire and Kent and this is by far the best food I have eaten in any of the Restaurants. Well done to the cooks and restaurant team.You may struggle to get a carpark space as it is understandably popular and the carpark is small, but there are other carpark a close by. Will definitely visit again, I hope the standards remain high.

We went to Nando's with a colleague after a whole day starving at the office. We had to order and pay at the counter and just wait at our table. We ordered a half chicken (extra hot) , sweet potatoes and corn. Also tried all the sauces. My favourite one was the 'lemon and herb'. I had to eat with hands because the chicken was so soft and tasty and I did not want to miss a bite. I had to ask for a doggy bag. :)

Food was good. Service was quick. Only downfall is lack of parking. People were parking on the edge of car park due to small number of spaces. Busy for a thursday evening. Also music was v.loud couldn't hear my friend properly and had to shout.

We nipped here for a quick dinner, had something different than our shared platter. I had the fino pitta and hubby had the sunshine burger. Both were served quickly, tasty and hot.

We went here for a birthday as this is where they had wanted to come as they had never been before.Staff seem very helpful and explained to us that we needed to go to till and pay first? Shame as table waiting would of been better.After sitting down, we then realised how dirty the place is. Chairs and tables are unclean. We wanted to sit in a booth in the corner but noticed a bag was saving the whole booth ( only booth in the place ) , we sat for a while thinking maybe that there wasn’t anyone there and maybe someone had left there bag, then they turned up. It’s the staff booth, it just filled full of staff which I found incredible ? Is this there staff room in the restaurant? If not !, why they taking a whole booth up so no one else can sit here? Never heard of a staff room actually in the restaurant before??Food came which was ok but very small. I paid nearly £10 for a small bowl of chicken livers, a dry cob and few fries.Really disappointed and won’t be going back as it needs a dam good clean and proper portions for the price you pay.

Nando's is pretty consistent where-ever you go but we had the good fortune to experience particularly helpful and friendly staff at Nando's in Tamworth on the retail park. They could not do enougth for us, from refilling our drinks and even fetching our cutlery when we had not got it before the food arrived - have not experienced that before in Nando's so was a pleasant surprise :-)

Staff were very friendly and helpful. You have to order and pay at the counter so you have to like self service. Just about all options on menu are Peri Peri Chicken. We chose the mild option which was strong enough for us you can choose what strength you want. 2 sides included with order. Corn on cob and chips good. Garlic bread not too soft and thick like a roll cut in half. Broccoli well undercooked and not much more so the second time around. Good value for money and a reasonable meal.

I'll make it clear from the off that I've not been in a Nandos for a few years - I've been to a couple before mainly the one in Exeter. I'm fully aware it's over-priced for what it is, but previously enjoyed the food and experience and just put the price down to "one of those" things you need to do now and then.

We eat in Nandos all over the region and find this one to be consistently good. Staff are always on the ball and the food is always well cooked. Never had a problem.

The last two times we’ve had a collection from Nando’s my husband has found a hair in his dinner. Really really off putting!

Service is always an issue here. Some of the management are good but 1 guy there is a bit rude and unprofessional. I saw him making comments about a table with other members of staff.

Not nando's biggest fan anyway, asked for the burger with no mayonnaise, came with mayonnaise. Chips were hard, burger was tough. Poor.

This is always good if you fancy a quick meal that’s not to expensive, don’t be surprised if there’s only chicken on the menu though.

Visited here for dinner on a Tuesday evening. The restaurant was pretty busy when we arrived. It took a few minutes before any staff noticed us and seated us at a table.

Tried to book a table for 4 possibly 6 people for my daughter’s birthday for the immediate family for 8pm on Friday.

I enjoy the Nandos in Tamworth, I like that it is clean! A common problem I find with Nandos is that the cutlery and plates can be dirty. I find that the food is always top notch as I visit often. The staff are as polite as they should be. Very lovely for a reasonably priced meal when out shopping or when you just cant be bothered to cook! The reasons why I didn't give it an excellent is because of a couple minor issues. I find that the music they play in there is way too loud. Obviously it's nice for a restaurant to have music in the atmosphere but when it is so loud it's difficult to hear conversations, its a little off putting. Another thing is that I find the seating arrangement is a little too close for comfort. I know that Nandos is a busy franchise but I'm not a huge fan of eating dinner with my partner but also the lovely couple sat next to me and their children.

We were probably the only people in the UK not to have not tried Nando's however, after receiving a voucher for my birthday we decided to visit the Tamworth branch. After a a bit of confusion with my voucher (my fault) the manager explained how the menu worked and served up our food. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the customer service was excellent. We will be returning very soon for our second experience.

Well, I hope you like chicken, cos that's basically all they have. i normally get a chicken pita with one side. not quite enough if you are hungry, but quite expensive. and they also add on TAX so two simple meals will also have a TAX charge of £4 or more. Extortionate, really.

Stopped here for a quick meal with a friend. Pretty quiet when we visited during the day. Placed our order at the till and went and sat down. Didn't take to long for food to arrive. The chicken however was small and not very hot at all. For a restuarnt the food is pretty poor. I would have got better food walking across the road to McDonalds.

Called in after being dragged around shops was a lot very meal and very good service waitress was very helpful and food was very good I am now a Nando's lover will definitely be going back again

Had lunch with 11 colleagues. Orders were taken quickly and food only took 10 minutes to arrive. The order was correct first time and the food was nice and hot. My butterfly burger was delicious, and I think everyone in our group enjoyed their food.

Not a great Nandos. I ordered online with plenty of advance notice. My understanding is that on collection you should not need to queue at the counter. However, I had to queue and wait for about 15 minutes whilst all the time The food was left standing on the counter for ages whilst a server prioritised the guests dining in. What Nandos promise on the website, they fail to fulfil (well at least at this particular Nandos). Staff are quite unfriendly and all the time I was waiting there were two female staff stood at the door chatting.

We visited Nandos in Tamworth on a Tuesday evening in late August 2018 at 5.40 p.m. Having been seated quickly, (there were five of us), when ordering were told that there was no chicken on the bone available and we had to wait at least 30 minutes. When we checked with the duty manager as to why there was no chicken on the bone available, he said he had just come on duty and was rectifying the issues.. However, we felt that in the rush to get the chicken out to us (we had ordered a jumbo platter), the chicken would have been undercooked. Our very worst experience of Nandos and needless to say we left and travelled 20 miles to another branch.

We came here on Bank Holiday Monday and there were four of us - me, my husband and two teenage boys. We hadn't booked and it was really busy but were willing to wait and it was only about 20 minutes before we were shown to our table. We all had the half medium chicken with a selection of sides, including peri-peri chips (yummy!), coleslaw and garlic bread. We also had their perinaise, which was great, too. Everything was well-cooked and delicious and one of my favourite Nando's meals!

Went to Nando's with my son and his family. My previous view was that th food was too spicy but I have been educated. There are choices which aren't spicy and staff will advise

Visited here on a recent trip to Tamworth with the family, was busy and had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Venue was well decorated and staff were great. Food was good quality as always would recommend if in the area.

We’ve never had a bad meal here, it’s obviously cheap eats and you get what you pay for but you can’t go wrong with chicken.

Good meal, staff were quick, helpful and friendly. Meals came quickly and were tasty, although a little dry. Would return again when in the area.

Its the first time ever I have been to Nando's and this time on the recommendation of my partner. So we went and turned up we were told we couldn't order the jumbo platter as it takes too long to cook. We were told we could only order chicken wings.

Have ordered takeaway from here a few times and every time the order has come wrong, even when they say they’ve checked it as they go. Previously we’ve had sides missing but recently the wrong sauces had been used on the wrong meals- checked the email and it showed we had ordered it right, just absolutely rubbish.

We've been here several times now and on every occasion we've been given wine measures clearly under the line on the glass. The staff seem annoyed when I ask them to fill it up properly. Is it company policy to sell short measures?

Order from here so many times and every time they get the order wrong even when they read it back to you when your there!!

We love Nando's, given that we were doubly disappointed by our visit to the Tamworth outlet last night. It failed to live up to our expectations on just too many levels and sadly deserves a poor review. Having sampled Nando's at Dalston, Portsmouth, Hemel Hemstead, Redditch, Wednesbury, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury & Birmingham Five Ways and having had good meals (although Redditch wasn't great) and a pleasant experience at all of them it frankly pains me to not be able to sing their praises.

Visited here for the first time, it was quite busy but the food came really quickly. Lots of staff around. Food was nice but the burger bun was rock hard that was the only downside but the rest was nice so wasn't too bothered.

We booked a table for 16 a couple of weeks in advance. Not every Nandos let's you book, it's at the manager's discretion but Tamworth does. Our sons 18th birthday. Very friendly and helpful staff from that first telephone call until the time we left.

Now I love Nando’s to me it’s great to go to as a couple, friends and family. So as you could guess I do go ‘regularly’. I have been to a wide range of their establishments but seriously by far this in definitely at the top for service. My partner likes to edit his food, when letting the lovely sever now at the till know the ‘cook’ came to double check it through with me. From there I could see the difference.. I actually went back to my husband with a huge smile because that service made me happy instead of just a quick take your order and go.. the staff checked on us a couple of times which was handy because I wanted so extra sauces.

Like most if not all Nando’s busy and overpriced. This restaurant is with a Costa & Pizza Express all sharing a car park that would only just be big enough for one of them. I’m guessing I will return at some point.

Having never visited a Nando's previously I was not sure what to expect but the mainly chicken food in lots of different ways of serving it, with the usual accompaniments was freshly prepared and tasty. I would visit again.

Decided to have a Nando’s on 29th December. Myself, wife and two kids deceived on Tamworth. On arrival Ventura Park was packed and once again we were delayed in the ever increasing traffic on this shopping park.

I ordered food on the online take away service to be picked up at 6:15. The restaurant then attempted to contact me 7 minutes before I was due to pick my order up to tell me the desserts I had ordered weren’t in stock. It’s concerning that my order was only looked at 7 minutes before it was due to be picked up. You then refused to give us a refund and forced us to have a different dessert we did not want. Then when we have looked at our food at home we have found you have only gave us 1 dessert when we ordered 2. So you have now ‘scammed’ me out of nearly £5 and refused a refund even though you couldn’t supply the goods I have paid for, so we also have a chocolate cake in the bin as no one eats it. This is extremely disappointing and I will be advising others of this experience. Ordering online is supposed to be convenient not leave me £5 down regretting my decision altogether. The customer service is disgusting and I’d think you need to re-think your current services. It’s good to see you can mark items as out of stock AFTER I’ve already ordered, you just have the ability and choose not to.

Attention to detail, keen to ensure that everything is to our liking - while Nando's may not be everyone's favourite, it is certainly the one place where consistency is absolutely guaranteed

We popped in whilst shopping. There was a queue out the door when I enquired and I was told there was a 20 minute wait. We popped back later and walked straight in. The food was tasty and arrived quickly . The 2M beer for Mozambique was a first for us and was delish. Fast(ish) food, but not the norm.

The manager was incredibly helpful explaining the menu and the food was just great and so tasty. Will definitely be going to Nando's again in the future.

Having only recently just tried Nando’s this was my 2nd visit to a restaurant. Although a different location to my first visit I cannot fault anything again. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was great. Exactly what we ordered and very very tasty!! Nando’s is becoming my favourite place to eat... just a shame there’s not one closer to home.

Excellent meal as always from Nando's Tamworth. Didn't need to book or queue, suppose that Wednesday nights isn't that busy. Food temperature was hot, and spice was what we asked for. Before we left the place was filling up nicely.

The tables were sticky,the bottomless glass was dirty,the staff were holding their own meeting but the wraps and the chess tasty... nothing like Portugal (only back August).....£41for three meals..very expensive for what you get..

Nando's sauces are really nice but even the hottest ones aren't actually that hot which is always a little disappointing whenever I go, the systems really good though and refillable drinks is brill.

Have been to Nando's many times, but my first visit to this one. The food arrived fairly promptly, but didn't have that same Nando's standard as other places have. The food was ok, but the chips tasted a bit weird (not sure how you can mess up chips?). The table we were at was tidy enough, but the staff weren't exactly rushed to ensure the rest of the restaurant was clean.

As always Nando's delivers fiery chilli chicken with great side dishes exceptional service and atmosphere very reasonably priced fast food option

I was staying close by on a business trip so ordered a takeaway to eat in the comfort of the hotel. I ordered by phone with an attentive member of staff and arranged to collect at a specified time. Upon arrival at the restaurant I was served quickly by another friendly staff member. The restaurant had a takeaway station with knives, forks, sauces and pots to take sauces away....I've not seen this in a Nando's before.The food was delicious and travelled well in the car - remaining hot until I arrived at the hotel 3 miles away. I ordered mushroom and halloumi pitta, 1/4 avocado with fino sides med veg and sweet potato wedges. I was also given a seed pot and dressing pot. All was well cooked and I did not feel like I'd missed out on the Nando's quality food.

We have never been to a nandos so decided to visit this one. It was ok. The food was expensive for what you got, tiny bits of chicken and some chips. We were a little disappointed. The sauces were lovely and you could choose the ones you fancied. I don't think we need to go to another Nandos.

Three of us ate here. All enjoyed the food. It is simple and tasty. Lots of variety. Easy to feed my two vegetarians. All the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Not much parking out side but plenty of parking within close proximity. A relaxed place to head for families, couples or solo dining.

Nice clean place staff friendly tables a little cramped but overall a good restaurant. Offers a good choice of vegetarian food. High chairs for little ones. Prices are normal.

We haven't been to any Nando's for a while now as we felt standards of food had slipped but my daughter wanted to go so we saw they had opened one in Ventura park and decided to go there. I was very pleasantly surprised not only was the food great but the staff were brilliant, they made it a pleasure to be there. They were very efficient. My daughter and I had a sunblast burger, my husband had wings. None of us were disappointed, so much so we even had a dessert! The only down side was the yogurt machine was out of action but we were offered ice cream instead. Will definitely be going again

This is a super restaurant with great food. After a slightly problematic start to which the staff resolved with excellent service we had a very nice evening. But bear in mind it is very busy, always, and advise book a table if possible in advance. Failing that they do an excellent take away service.Slightly noisy but it's that sort of ambionce that they portray and for a young restaurant here in Tamworth it's doing quite well.Will revisit again.Well done guys.

Standard Nando's really.Always of the same quality and speed.Service is always the same, never been really let down and staff always resolve any issues.Have to say the chicken has been slightly dry on the last few visits but nothing abit of sauce cant solve.Always value for money to be honest.If you are local to the area and haven't ever had a nando's, Try it!

I have visited this Nando's on several occasions and I have to say I always enjoy my meal there. On the one occasion we have been for a birthday with a lot of us, the service was excellent and all the food came out together, although the staff are always friendly and nice.The chicken is always cooked to perfection, not tough and the venue is spotlessly clean from the restaurant to the toilet. However it's advisable to all go up together if you are paying separately as the queue does form fast and you may be left with orders at separate times if you don't get it in together.

Ate here this evening. I had mixed nuts to start and main course of Piri chicken with hot seasoning, fries and coleslaw. This was washed down with a bottomless soft drink. Service was very good and friendly. Restaurant was very clean and tidy. Food was served in super fast time and was very enjoyable. Definitely one of the better Nandos

Meal was ok as allAnd but very busy as had not booked so did have to wait a while , drinks were not up to standard as the soft drink machine needed cleaning out

After doing a little shopping in Tamworth we decided to give Nando's a try. This was our first time at Nando's and would definitely return. We shared a platter and with that you could choose 4 sides. Food was served very quickly and was very tasty. Staff very polite and helpful, well worth a visit.

Arrived at around 6.45 to be told for a table of 6 it's a 25 minute wait which is fine even with a 3 year old after working all day at the Spring Fair! Another fifteen minutes in the queue waiting to order then to be informed it's a 40minute wait for chicken?! Due to the fact they didn't expect to be so busy on a Tuesday (REALLY?!) shockingly ran oh and out of four tills there was only one being used I wouldn't even bother if I was you!

Martyn's service was at a very high standard, he couldn't help us enough and explained the menu- he went that extra mile. He made our night and so did all the other staff that evening. Thank you for your efforts.

Nando's took booking for us which was for 26 of us. As always great fast service with all meals coming out all within minutes of one another which for 26 of us was brilliant. Staff as always very helpful and polite.Well done Tamworth's Nando's for an excellent evening

Visited a couple of times and had good experiences on all occasions. The staff are attentive from start to finish and the food is good. Nice interior and is clean. Would recommend to all.
