Food was amazing and fast. Atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were friendly and approachable. Big shout out to Liam D who complimented my top and always has a friendly smile for me. Such a warm welcome.

The quality of food is poor. The last few times I have been the food is extremely dry, the chicken is starting to brown and go hard due to it not being fresh. The chips taste stale and the seating area is filthy, making you feel uncomfortable. Definitely lost its quality due to high demand. Also our previous take away was missing the halloumi sticks, advised a member of staff and she just laughed…

We went yesterday evening after the Cinema. I had the 1/2 chicken with peri chips and rainbow coleslaw and it was good. I like how many different sauces they have to try! My only criticism is that the extra hot option isn’t spicy at all! I was lathering mine in the “extra extra hot” sauce which also wasn’t very spicy. I would prefer to regret my decisions and cause myself considerable lasting pain but sadly, this wasn’t possible. Good food and atmosphere though

We ordered food and my friend is a huge fan of bbq sauce she requested it like most places when you eat out and they charged her 95p for this yet your other Nando’s sauces in huge bottles being used by everyone is free !! I tried explaining how much of a rip off and a joke this is and the idiot bloke in his shirt so I’m guessing a manager was quite rude and not very helpful all he cared about was are we paying cash or card we had already spent way over 60 more between 4 of us and yet begrudged her a tiny bbq sauce complete joke to top things off tables were never cleared so when I ordered dessert I was basically eating with my dinner plates still in front of me the waiters should use common sense that when your bringing over desert clearly the main menu plates need removing just common sense worst experience in dining out I’ve ever had I can’t fault the food it was lovely but some of the other points need hugely improving before I’d return.

Awful. Flat cokes, paid £21 for us to end up being given bottles ( usually £1 in a supermarket) so £21 for 6 bottles of coke. Than a long hair in my food. Ruined the meal for everyone was offered refund on my meal but everyone else felt queasy. Have emailed officially to ask fir full refund minus the one given at the table. Staff were nice just powerless and slight inept. Avoid!

Food was very disappointing. I paid £26.00 and a received a burnt cold burger with soggy chips. The order took over an 1.5 hours to arrive

30 minutes for a table and currently an hour for food as they prioritise takeaway orders so it takes a while to get that chicken!

We came out for a meal and infact the food was beautiful,, but what we whitnessed from a what i belive would be senior members of staff high up female manager call her as you please, spoke to two young members of staff absoutly awfull made them feel and look so uncomfortable them they looked about 18, the poor girls this was absoutly disgustin behaviour it was like they were in school being told off by a head teacher for what because they was proberly the most polite amaxing happy waitresses i have ever been served by. The food was nice but my god I am absolutely disgusted how the way the management speak to the younger staff. There were 2 young girls maybe 16, 17 that were doing an absolute amazing job. However, the management spoke down to them and degraded them in a way I never wish to witness again. The female manager should be ashamed of herself. Will never return to this restaurant even if inwas offered 100 free meals. Vile

Ordered food for collection I arrived a bit early to collect so didn’t mind waiting, friendly staff and once they knew I was here they got my food ready pronto. Really tasty fresh food!

Visited with my son today. Not much on the menu for a salad eater so I opted for a wrap. Absolutely not worth the money. Tiny bit of chicken. One lettuce leaf and abit of mayo. Added chips, literally thrown on the plate. The worst part was NO HOT DRINKS. Since when??? Again I'm not a fizzy drinks lover but that was pretty much all available. So I paid over the odds for half a glass of coke, because I wouldn't drink bottomless fizzy drinks. Definitely won't be going back in a hurry. Not worth the £32.

Poor service , waitress almost threw food at us . Food overcooked and chicken extremely tough. Fans not working in kitchen and doors were open it was freezing cold and ruined the whole birthday meal . It certainly made us hurry our meals and get out as quick as possible .
